CRE LTV Gap (Anybody Got a Subscription to Moody's?)

Need a little help from the ZH community.  The Moody's CMBS report linked here:

Has a fantastic chart on page two that shows the devolution of LTV on CMBS loans from 2003 to Q1 2007.  I am trying to get a CRE opportunity fund off the ground here in California and I would like to find an updated version of that chart showing the decimation of equity in CRE assets that has continued to accelerate since 2007.  I am trying to manage my capital and subscribing to Moody's doesn't fit the budget.  Does anybody have access to Moody's and/or have you seen a 2009 update of that LTV gap chart?
