It would appear, given the equity market reactions, that investors are not expecting a dramatic impact to the gun-makers as Sturm, Ruger, Smith & Wesson, and even Cabela's are all rising ahead of the Biden-Obama Gun-Control Decree. Perhaps, this is front-running of what is likely to be record-breaking gun sales in the next 48 hours if past history is anything to go by. From the NRA's view of Obama as an "elitist hypocrite", Republican calls for his impeachment, and many US citizens against gun control (even though emotions are raw - 51% of men polled want to protect the right to own guns), it would appear that the populist might be struggling, especially as Politico notes that there are strong indications that any comprehensive legislation restricting weapons and/or ammunition won't even see a vote on the House floor.

f) Government consolidation of private industry ie GM bail outs, subsidizing private industry etc.
g) Your elected Representatives not representing our best interests, NDAA for example.

You all have heard of the horrific doings of one Adam Lanza on December 14th 2012. I have uncovered compelling evidence that all is not what it seems in this widely publicized mass murder case . I have been warned after my first two initial briefs and email inquires to local officials along with sorted phone calls up to Connecticut state was not to muddle around looking into any further discovery into this case or I could be held on charges for impeding a Federal Investigation, I didn't back off and began going straight to the witnesses and sources. This is now a sealed case with no further information to be announced "for months to come".
An FBI Representative on December 23rd (or approximately 9 days afterward) announced there will be no video made available from the school for public viewing. Why? I have more, but I think I made my point. They will keep shooting up our children until they get a gun confiscation in one form or another. Another point to make here is that local Police already took credit for breaking out the front window to gain access to the inside of the school, not Adam Lanza, so just how was the alleged "shooter" able to enter the school to commit this act? Someone would have had to "buzz" him or them in.
It was then reported Lanza was found to have only 2 hand guns on his person dead at the scene, then 4 hand guns accounted for at or near the crime scene inside the school class room, then the coroner announced the victims were all shot with bullets from a semi auto rifle? So where within lies the truth and where do the lies end?
In my *o[pinion* we will never have closure of this case and MSM will keep twisting and distorting the facts to suit their narrative agenda because both keys to this horrific crime are dead, or supposedly, I say that because we know NOTHING of Nancy Lanza or her son Adam Lanza besides what the news tells us about them.
On the scene, local channel 2 filmed eyewitness statements were saying "multiple shooters". (Reference the local police scanner recording from that morning confirming such support of eyewitness statements). All written witness statements say otherwise, the dead Principal for example. They have successfully turned this into a conspiracy theory due in part to the omission of facts, twisting statements then sealing the case for further review and study? This should be cut and dry case but the adverse seems to be prevailing at this point.

It is totally legal to "fictionalize" news now, Fox News more specifically. 9th circuit court in NYC arrived to a decision after Fox's 6th appeal in a televised case involving BGH, Bovine Growth Hormone report representing Monsanto et al became a misrepresented case in the media claiming all was fine with these types of hormone projects and what a wonderful breakthrough for science and the food industry. To avoid all these lawsuits of fraudulent reporting (distortion of facts) it's my *opinion* that Fox lawyers held out for a more bias, and possibly paid off Judge to render a favorable verdict of no wrong doing in turn giving Fox news a license for artistic creativity to fictionalize their news.

One of the principals of the Second Amendment is to enable me to be able to protect my right to life and liberty. How can it be constitutional to force me to protect myself with a handgun with a magazine limit of ten when no police force in the nation would utilize such a weapon to protect its officers (not to mention the shotgun and AR in the car as well as the partner for backup).
And in NY, they are limiting semi-auto guns to seven rounds. How could the NY Police get by with such a sidearm:
