Anonymous Hacks Department Of Justice, Threatens To Release Secret DOJ Information, Warns "There Will Be Chaos"

Tyler Durden's picture

Nearly two years ago, the hacktivist group Anonymous made waves around the fringes of financial media by announcing "Operation Empire State Rebelion" whose goal was to "engage in a relentless campaign of non-violent, peaceful, civil disobedience until Ben Bernanke steps down and the Primary Dealers within the Federal Reserve banking system be broken up and held accountable for rigging markets and destroying the global economy effective immediately." Needless to say nothing came out of it, and OperationESR was promptly forgotten as Anonymous had apparently met its match in the face of the Fed and the Primary Dealers.

Now, in the aftermath of the Aaron Swartz suicide which has put the entire hacking community on high alert, Anonymous is back with yet another campaign, this one titled "Operation Last Resort", which was revealed to the public when Anonymous took control of the website for the the US Sentencing Commission for nearly one full day from Friday afternoon until Saturday evening, using it as a venue from which to distribute a massive 1.3 GB encrypted file titled Warhead-US-DOJ-LEA-2013.AES256 which may contain secret information sourced from the Department of Justice (hence the files contained are named after SCOTUS justices) and which Anonymous threatens to release unless massive reforms take place at the DOJ - reforms which will certainly never see the light of day, meaning Anonymous will have no choice but to make the contents of said file public.

The contents of the AES256 encrypted "warhead" folder contain nine files eacg named after a Supreme Court Justice as seen below:

14965755e21467d13ac807031f97e2bc     Alito.Warhead1

As ZDNet reports:

In the defacement text, Anonymous also said it placed "multiple warheads" on "compromised systems" on various unnamed websites, and encouraged members to download the encrypted files from that are "primed, armed and quietly distributed to numerous mirrors."

Anonymous called the launch of it new campaign a "warhead."

Anonymous posted the following video to the site stating that this attack is the beginning of what it calls "Operation Last Resort."

In a verbose essay attached to the file, Anonymous itself says the following about the contents of the encrypted released file:

The contents are various and we won’t ruin the speculation by revealing them. Suffice it to say, everyone has secrets, and some things are not meant to be public. At a regular interval commencing today, we will choose one media outlet and supply them with heavily redacted partial contents of the file. Any media outlets wishing to be eligible for this program must include within their reporting a means of secure communications.

We have not taken this action lightly, nor without consideration of the possible consequences. Should we be forced to reveal the trigger-key to this warhead, we understand that there will be collateral damage. We appreciate that many who work within the justice system believe in those principles that it has lost, corrupted, or abandoned, that they do not bear the full responsibility for the damages caused by their occupation.

In other words, the file is, at least to Anonymous, the equivalent of a hostage. So what are their hostage release demands?

in order for there to be a peaceful resolution to this crisis, certain things need to happen. There must be reform of outdated and poorly-envisioned legislation, written to be so broadly applied as to make a felony crime out of violation of terms of service, creating in effect vast swathes of crimes, and allowing for selective punishment. There must be reform of mandatory minimum sentencing. There must be a return to proportionality of punishment with respect to actual harm caused, and consideration of motive and mens rea. The inalienable right to a presumption of innocence and the recourse to trial and possibility of exoneration must be returned to its sacred status, and not gambled away by pre-trial bargaining in the face of overwhelming sentences, unaffordable justice and disfavourable odds. Laws must be upheld unselectively, and not used as a weapon of government to make examples of those it deems threatening to its power.

For good reason the statue of lady justice is blindfolded. No more should her innocence be besmirked, her scales tipped, nor her swordhand guided. Furthermore there must be a solemn commitment to freedom of the internet, this last great common space of humanity, and to the common ownership of information to further the common good.

Naturally, following the the past 4 years of gross dereliction of the US DOJ responsibilities, and this week's very demonstrative exit of US Assistant AG Lanny Breuer in the aftermath of the humiliating Frontline special on the "Untouchables", one can't help but feel sympathetic to Anonymous' quest, which at least superficially is attempting to restore some trace of justice in the USA. Anonymous ends its letter with a threat:

We demand the government does not make the mistake of hoping that time will dampen its ringing, that they can ride out this wave of determination, that business as usual can continue after a sufficient period of lip-service and back-patting.

Not this time. This time there will be change, or there will be chaos…

However, following the complete failure of previous grand plans by Anonymous to take on the highest echelons of US authority, one can't help but be skeptical that this time attempt to put the blindfold back on Lady Justice will too be a dud.

Here is the clip that Anonymous created to go alongside its "warhead" file release:

And Anonymous' full letter:

Citizens of the world,

Anonymous has observed for some time now the trajectory of justice in the United States with growing concern. We have marked the departure of this system from the noble ideals in which it was born and enshrined. We have seen the erosion of due process, the dilution of constitutional rights, the usurpation of the rightful authority of courts by the “discretion” of prosecutors. We have seen how the law is wielded less and less to uphold justice, and more and more to exercise control, authority and power in the interests of oppression or personal gain.

We have been watching, and waiting.

Two weeks ago today, a line was crossed. Two weeks ago today, Aaron Swartz was killed. Killed because he faced an impossible choice. Killed because he was forced into playing a game he could not win — a twisted and distorted perversion of justice — a game where the only winning move was not to play.

Anonymous immediately convened an emergency council to discuss our response to this tragedy. After much heavy-hearted discussion, the decision was upheld to engage the United States Department of Justice and its associated executive branches in a game of a similar nature, a game in which the only winning move is not to play.

Last year the Federal Bureau of Investigation revelled in porcine glee at its successful infiltration of certain elements of Anonymous. This infiltration was achieved through the use of the *same tactics which lead to Aaron Swartz’ death. It would not have been possible were it not for the power of federal prosecutors to thoroughly destroy the lives of any hacktivists they apprehend through the very real threat of highly disproportionate sentencing.

As a result of the FBI’s infiltration and entrapment tactics, several more of our brethren now face similar disproportionate persecution, the balance of their lives hanging on the severely skewed scales of a broken justice system.

We have felt within our hearts a burning rage in reaction to these events, but we have not allowed ourselves to be drawn into a foolish and premature response. We have bidden our time, operating in the shadows, adapting our tactics and honing our abilities. We have allowed the FBI and its masters in government — both the puppet and the shadow government that controls it — to believe they had struck a crippling blow to our infrastructure, that they had demoralized us, paralyzed us with paranoia and fear. We have held our tongue and waited.

With Aaron’s death we can wait no longer. The time has come to show the United States Department of Justice and its affiliates the true meaning of infiltration. The time has come to give this system a taste of its own medicine. The time has come for them to feel the helplessness and fear that comes with being forced into a game where the odds are stacked against them.

This website was chosen due to the symbolic nature of its purpose — the federal sentencing guidelines which enable prosecutors to cheat citizens of their constitutionally-guaranteed right to a fair trial, by a jury of their peers — the federal sentencing guidelines which are in clear violation of the 8th amendment protection against cruel and unusual punishments. This website was also chosen due to the nature of its visitors. It is far from the only government asset we control, and we have exercised such control for quite some time…

There has been a lot of fuss recently in the technological media regarding such operations as Red October, the widespread use of vulnerable browsers and the availability of zero-day exploits for these browsers and their plugins. None of this comes of course as any surprise to us, but it is perhaps good that those within the information security industry are making the extent of these threats more widely understood.

Still there is nothing quite as educational as a well-conducted demonstration…

Through this websites and various others that will remain unnamed, we have been conducting our own infiltration. We did not restrict ourselves like the FBI to one high-profile compromise. We are far more ambitious, and far more capable. Over the last two weeks we have wound down this operation, removed all traces of leakware from the compromised systems, and taken down the injection apparatus used to detect and exploit vulnerable machines.

We have enough fissile material for multiple warheads. Today we are launching the first of these. Operation Last Resort has begun…

Warhead – U S – D O J – L E A – 2013 . A E E 256 is primed and armed. It has been quietly distributed to numerous mirrors over the last few days and is available for download from this website now. We encourage all Anonymous to syndicate this file as widely as possible.

It is our hope that this warhead need never be detonated.

However, in order for there to be a peaceful resolution to this crisis, certain things need to happen. Furthermore there must be a solemn commitment to freedom of the internet, this last great common space of humanity, and to the common ownership of information to further the common good.

We make this statement do not expect to be negotiated with; we do not desire to be negotiated with. We understand that due to the actions we take we exclude ourselves from the system within which solutions are found. There are others who serve that purpose, people far more respectable than us, people whose voices emerge from the light, and not the shadows. These voices are already making clear the reforms that have been necessary for some time, and are outright required now.

It is these people that the justice system, the government, and law enforcement must engage with. Their voices are already ringing strong with a chorus of determined resolution. We demand only that this chorus is not ignored. We demand the government does not make the mistake of hoping that time will dampen its ringing, that they can ride out this wave of determination, that business as usual can continue after a sufficient period of lip-service and back-patting.

Not this time. This time there will be change, or there will be chaos…

Do your part.

An important bit of tradecraft is to make sure the information is DISTRIBUTED before you release it.

If you release it and the net result only gets 30 people locked up and 10 people clued in, you failed.  Badly.

Actually it was not ok to distribute them, but legal for the press to publish them, the USSC ruled that the press has to bring to light the misdeeds of government. The case was different and Daniel Ellsberg was not acquitted, it was a mistrial. Anyway, public opinion was on his side. Back in the day the US still had some free press, today we have The Economist, proudly brought to you by the Rothschild family! Mr. Rothschild is angry .
I don`t know what the folks from anonymous want, but I`m willing to bet it has something to do with Iran, China, Russia and Israel clusterfucking the US and Europe. I think the Israelis (Netanyahu) wants to bomb Iran, China wants to "rebuild" it, and Russia to profit from the spike in crude prices (and this goes for the KSA as well).

Ohhh the secrets. ooooh the injustice of a punk pussy 26 yr old kid who is getting sued, and because he is such a weenie, creates a permanent solution to his petty temporary problem. I say piss on his corpse.

What was the worst that was going to happen?

A fine? bankruptcy? a trial? life in prison? deathrow?  waterboarding? drone to the head?  He was 26, had plenty of friends and contacts to remake himself.

To me anonymous feels like bad government propaganda.

Why is it that anonymous always sides with the government and redacts documents, playing government themselves- they even state that there is some things that citizens should not know.

Doesn't that strike you as odd, that they are using some kid, who did nothing, who contributed nothing, to focus on the DOJ- when there are many other issues slightly more menacing both within the DOJ and within the government itself?

If they can hack all this stuff, why are all the big time secrets not that great at all? I will concede on the global warming emails- but everyone with a brain already knew that.

Wow, you greatly underestimate the level of prosecutorial misconduct in the Aaron Swartz case.

Your errors, one by one:

- Aaron Swartz was never sued. In fact, the company he downloaded the scientific papers from, Jstor, declined to press charges and when Aaron killed himself, put a condolences message on their homepage, and that messages is still there:

- Local prosecutores declined to take the case to court, as they expected at best a trial deferrment with the case to be dropped at a later date.

- In the "worse that can happen" case, federal prosecutor Ortiz was going for more than 30 years incarcertation, and given Swartz' stature, this would effectively have been a death penalty -- and that was the plea bargain!

The list goes on and on. Here's one of the better recent writeups on Ortiz:

And what is your claim to fame if your going to call Aaron a 'pussy'?

Aaron Swartz helped defeat SOPA and pissed off a lot of people in doing it.  I give him credit for that.  I probably would not like him if I ever met him. I bet he, his family and friends all voted for the mullah like fools.  However, this kid was suicided.  I think he would have beaten any court case and people around him probably told him that.  AAron suicided himself.

Look at aka Kim Schmidtz.   They seized his business, bank accounts, servers and he is in New Zealand.  the NZ govt sent their swat team based on the "Administration."  The NZ Govt is not running away from it because Kim and his company Mega dp cloud file storage just like 100 other companies. He gave Hollywood the ability to purge any pirated content.  Kim was a threat to businesses who donate to the regime.   I doubt NZ will ever extradite Kim now.

Agree but they seem scared.  They are a bunch of kids with mad skills but in the end they probably really don't want to truly piss the government off and have the full force thrown at them.  With that said, all they are doing now is giving the government time to learn who they are, build a file, and at some point use it against them and us...or send a droid misslie up their asses.  Playing tepid is only going to delay the inevitable hammer for a little while.

In the crosshairs, the Fed.

If the stored value of money as the world’s medium of exchange for labor and saleable goods could not be changed at will by the central banks, then the bankers would not now have complete and unquestioned control over each man’s possessions, liberty and economic destiny.  In short, the money power would not now be entrenched as the undisputed ruler of the world.

The power to designate the value of money as “what we say it is” is the power to shortchange the world’s people of their wealth, and worse, their freedom and justice.

If we continue to discuss how to tweak this economic model rather than how to destroy it, we are only hastening the day when no tweaking will be necessary because we will not be free to suggest changes.

Money as an artificial wealth, as a convenience of exchange invented by man for barter, ought to be stable in its value as property, else, as is happening now, it becomes  a weapon in the hands of those who control and wield it.

This endless string of economic crises and injustices would never have been possible if the definition of coining money had been followed as anticipated by the Founders of America.  Here is John McManus on James Madison on the authority to keep money legitimate:

“There can be little dispute about what the founders intended with their listing of the power to ‘coin money.’ They meant taking precious metal and stamping it into coinage for use as a medium of exchange.

“By ‘regulate the value thereof, and of foreign coin,’ they granted power to Congress to create what James Madison explained was ‘uniformity in the value’ of both domestic and foreign coin. The founders sought to prevent disputes about the value of domestic and foreign coinage among the states, and by the states with foreign nations, so they gave power to Congress to keep any such wrangling from occurring. Madison explains:

Had every State a right to regulate the value of its coin, there might be as many different currencies as States, and thus the intercourse among them would be impeded; retrospective alterations in its value might be made, and thus the citizens of other States be injured, and animosities be kindled among the States themselves. The subjects of foreign powers might suffer from the same cause and hence the Union would be discredited and embroiled by the indiscretion of a single member.

Had not banker-bought congressmen clandestinely moved the Fed creation through Congress in late 1913 and had not a banker-bought president signed it, the government of this nation would no longer be in the hands of the international bankers. And Anonymous would not have to be performing Congress's job.

Paul Grignon has explained that his views are his own drawn from a great deal of personal study and interviews with the Canadian economist, Tim Madden, whose memorable quote is "Banking doesn't involve fraud, banking is fraud."

Madden is a forensic economist who has specialized in identifying mortgage and credit fraud and is director and principal of United Financial Consumers Ltd. that commissioned video material by Grignon.

Some of Grignon's solutions can be problematical or controversial, yet it's past time to bring them all out into the open for discussion and clarification.

A review of Money as Debt in Wikipedia, not the most reliable source of course, explains its background:“Much of the film presents the filmmaker's understanding of modern money creation in a fractional-reserve banking system. New money enters the economy through the indebtedness of borrowers, thus not only obligating the public to the money-issuing private banks but also creating an endless and self-escalating debt that is to eventually outgrow all other forms of wealth generation. The film claims that this ever-increasing gravitation of money to banks is capable of impoverishing any nation."

On technical merits, of the human kind, I agree.  HOWEVER, this is all drenched in practice that preceded Madison et al (fucking Hamilton! if ever there was a person whom the use of a time-machine would warrant it would be to go back and kill this fucker).  As soon as the notion of "interest" sprang forth we were headed into the land of make-believe, whence all these convolutions were made possible.  Our other problem is OURS, and that is that "growth" is done; mere change in coinage/banking practices will be so trivial, so meaningless in the future that it won't even be funny/worth spending precious energy contemplating.

Zerohedge, some info about the Britam hack needs to be covered, or is it even being censored here to? Long story short, Britam (british company) working out of Qatar has Ukrain nationals posing as Russians who are going to bring Chemical weapons to Syria and the US can blame it on Russia and use it as an excuse to go in ...

No, I don't think that simplistically. The RAF arose out of a leftist youth insurgence at the end of the 60s. There was a general leftist mood among the youth which led to many changes in society, most of them not so good. Ironically, the RAF (helped by the GDR) didnt accomplish anything... it was the leftists who become bureaucrats and politicians which re-shaped Germany.

Anyway, if you think Anonymous' childish outlook on society and economics differs radically from the RAF, you are mistaken. The youthful zest, the illusions, are much the same, the weapons of terror are different. The RAF wanted to blackmail prisoners free. Al Kaida wanted to do the same. Now it is Anonymous' turn to speak out public blackmail against the government.

If Anonymous was to gain traction, they'd eventually try to suppress freedom of speech in the net - as far as people speaking out against them would go.

I've long held the belief that the satanic scum who actually run this show have files on everyone in positions of significant power. That's how they always get what they're after. As a general rule I submit that if the mind can concieve of any degree of corruption and evil...These pieces of sh*t use them and then some.

Let's just hope however that this isn't a stunt designed to begin kicking in a few of thoses oh so cute E.O.'s. If a release comes and high level Communist/progressives don't go down then it's nothing but a trick kinda like good ole' 9/11.

"The Rothchilds likely have more Judah/Jew-dah in their genetic ancestry than Ephraimite, but they are certainly mixed (just like the rest of the world-wide Jewish population). Go to FamilyTreeDNA, enter "Rothschild" in the surname search tool in the upper-right corner, click on the Rothschild project (currently has 17 members) link, and then click on the "Y-DNA Results" link on the left. You'll notice the "J2" haplogroup as very common in the male Rothschild testees... which is also very common in most Jewish populations... as is yHg R (which actually resembles Ephraimite injections, as I alluded to before and else where).

Mayer Amschel Rothschild was born in a Jewish ghetto... and his ancestry certainly appears very Jewish... as I'm sure many of the readers here will know. And I'm sure many are also aware of  the accusation that the Jews (including the Rothschilds) descend from Khazars who "aren't really Jewish". Even if the Khazars were ancestors of the Ashkenazi, but were not Israelite originally, this does not mean they are "fake" necessarily. The Torah permitted non-Israelites to join the assembly and the nation if they were willing to submit to the Elohim of Israel and His Torah. Anti-Semites are largely ignorant of this reality, but still use the possibility as a means to discredit modern-day Jews. Personally, I'm curious what spirit the anti-semitic accusers are driven by."

One of the problems I have regarding all this stuff is when commenters go on about 'America'

Countries are fictions created by those who wish to rule - pen the aniimals in easy to manage areas - The real war should be a war is between those who wish to benefit from their own efforts and those who wish to make a living by parasitizing the aferementioned.

If that war ever happens, I think the parasites will be in trouble.

Thing is, parasites, to survice, must be good at hiding what they are up to.

The 'education system' and the MSM are essential in this regard.

The Bill of Rights and Constitution have no single protection meant to stand alone against tyranny.

One by one, nearly all protections have been abolished, dismissed, or circumvented.

A free press to keep an informed citizenry has become MSM, dominated  by official disinformation and managed for profit-driven infotainment.

Habeas Corpus and torture prohibitions meant to limit government abuses have been replaced by rendition, indefinite detention, and even assassination.

Militarism and needless wars, inherent enemies of freedom, were meant to be checked by the People through a popularly and freely elected Congress with authority over declarations of war and the purse strings. That authority has been relinquished to a secretive and autocratic executive and financial cabal.

Freedom to assemble and protest effectively quashed by “Patriot”-NSA-NDAA-Homeland martial law.

The fight against government censorship should be regarded as one with the fight against citizen disarmament.

So many infringements having been allowed, citizen gun ownership alone is an uncertain protection against an unaccountable government and its standing army of militarized police.

I hope their dirt will expose injustice in the courts similar to how this man's churning of issues in the family court was exposed :

Justice was served in many ways when that bad mans deeds were exposed. And that man may have only been the tip of the iceberg of a much larger corruption of family court issues by others like him. I am sure that there are many more who work in various capacities of the family court system who have immorraly taken advantage of and churned and hurt children and families that are so unfortunate as to be in the family court. Some are at their core very similarly as corrupt as Greenberg was and have abandoned their oaths they took to uphold justice and be honest in the courts. And it's despicable of them, just as it was despicable for Greenberg. I am sure that there are many of them who when they look in the mirror can see a reflection of Greenberg staring back and into their soul since they too have perverted justice and in the process betrayed the truth, betrayed others, and betrayed themselves.

As MLK correctly stated, "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. "

Maybe Anonymous could also expose some hypocritical tax cheats from top corporations in their releases. It's always amazed me at how some rich people who have been blessed with fortunes and families and good homes will succumb to greed to get even more than their fair share.

Also some common sense advice for those that go and download these files. You know any ip address that is connected to any torrent swarm or website that the access records can be gleemed are going to be subject to warrantless wiretapping laws for obvious reasons. Don't think for a second the D.O.J. or other agencies won't try to use any information they gather to harrass and intimidate you later on. That is how these boys role.

Other piece of advice when you go to grab these files in a bittorrent swarm even if you do decide to try obfiscate your ip address using a darknet like I2P or oneswarm for most clients still write your source IP not the proxy address into the header sent out to the network.

Quite the "duh" by Sun Tzu!  Nature is covered in deception, and humans are OF nature- it's built-in!  We pretend to not be practicing deception when we cloak ourselves with "civility" and "[human] law," but underneath there's yet more cloaking...

NWO requires ENERGY.  It's a non-starter.  What's happening, and people STILL don't get it, is that the masses are being brainwashed into thinking that it CAN happen, which, set things up to work, or roughly work (work well enough), to keep TPTB in power.  Yup, people will restrain themselves with the chains they've made for themselves.

Interesting that they talk about this "shadow" U.S. Government and consider the President and politicians to be only puppets of this "other" Government within U.S. Government.Sounds like the same gang of thugs that run the CIA heroin trafficking operations as described on and the same creeps that killed Kennedy.

Anonymous is a wikileaks wannabe. They just want attention.

If they had real principles, they wouldn't be playing these games for media attention, but would be hacking every government and financial institution and releasing all the data immediately without making demands.

If the material they release is as bad as they claim, then the public would make the demands.

Threatening to release materials.  What is the point?  Release it or go away.

Agreed on the wanna be. It is naive and amateurish to think MSM media outlets will publish redacted versions of these documents. If one even agrees it will be because someone from the DOJ, FBI etc will be monitoring the whole exchange trying to trace it back to the source with the end result of it not being published. If I was them and I wanted to show I meant business I'd just drop it on an anonymous youtube video or some other "official" mouthpiece and let the blogs and secondary media outlets run with it. You know people like infowars will be on it like flies on shit and it will spread from there.

The ONLY way this priming of the pump makes sense, is a tactical move to DISSEMINATE the info first, then do what they 'promise'. They have, in essence, antied up and called.

If neither side does anything of significance, the gig is up. Get the popcorn ready, to see if A is for real, or guys who aren't even 'wankers' because they're not old enough.

Sorry for my healthy scepticism.. must have 'Missouri' genes. And my sincere and profound condolences regarding Aaron. I hope that the rabid Neo-Nazis have the intellectual honesty to acknowledge that he was Jewish. RIP, brave soul.

How real is all this? Hell if I know, but it does make interesting entertainment. I do agree that we will have to see this group expose something really big before most of us buy into their narative.

If these guys are for real, they are taking on a force funded to the tune of 1 trillion dollars a year, that is total funding for all US security forces, minus local and state police. If they are for real, they have just set of the most well funded hell hounds on earth.

This will take time to play out, as the first threat does not give a time frame. Stay tuned I guess!

I think it is entertainment. The use of Scum Hollywood's scum movies is not a good sign.  They think they can negotiate with these people?  Oh gee Anonymous - we hear you and we will be nice and not corrupt and evil.  Yeah that is gonna happen.

If they think they can "negotiate a truce" then they are fools or just another Operation Mockingbird sideshow to give the masses real hope.  Not that phony Hope & Change serfdom.

Couldn't these assholes waited to after Super Bowl Weekend has come and gone to release their threats to Eric Holder and the DOJ.

Who has time to listen to their threats when everybody is thinking about those wonderful SuperBowl commericals that would be all the rage post SuperBowl.

It's all in the timing Anonymous, all in the timing.

If they have anything, go old school and publish a couple million worth of fliers with the info and distribute them amongst the Super Bowl crowds and let word of mouth go from there. Any feed hacked will be shut down in seconds as well as Internet. You can't stop the printing press. Just ask Ben!

If you can hack DOJ just to make a point then I imagine there's quite a bit they may also be capable of doing. They seem to really think they're holding a good hand. Unfortunately, no one really respects the the threat of unknown force. I dont think they intend to "bluff" their way to influence people. This is starting to look epic.

Truly epic.

Maybe Aaron Swartz did not commit suicide. Maybe he would reveal too much at trial and his father was right, the state killed his son. Why do they always die by "suicide"?

Also, why would Anonymous go after Supreme Court Justices? The Obamacare decision was the final determination as to how corrupt they are. Somebody obviously has a lot of shit on each one. They should be going after more valuable targets, politicians who have better face recognition, more localized judges, media whores who can't get their lips off obama's dick, corporate fucks like Jeff Immelt at GE and T. Boone Pickens, Nestle Corporation, etc.  The masses are too far removed from Supreme Court traitors to truly understand their evil. Personalize it, put a face to it that can be understood by even the most brain-washed Ivy League asshole.

Can we trust Anonymous? Government plant? Full of sound and fury signifying nothing?

"hey should be going after more valuable targets, politicians who have better face recognition, more localized judges, media whores"

But these are the puppets.

My problem with all this revenge-like producing stuff is that it STILL fails to understand that the ship (of growth) is sinking (and there is no keeping it afloat).  Again, we're spending energy that will accomplish what?  Yeah, I'd like to see them all in prison, but then I'll have to go back to the day-to-day thing in the same world, a world where law will still only be wielded by those with power.

Now, that a "chess" is given, KNOWING that there should be "mate", it looks like is it a fake "shah" otherwise, based on the above widely known statement of the US Government, they should have given "chess-mate" at the same time.

Excerpts:   "The Great Moderation"

1)    "In his 1936 'General Theory', Keynes admitted that the 'monetary authorities' might have difficulty lowering interest rates when the long-term rate of interest was extremely low, as was the case in the 1930's. This is the famous 'liquidity trap' of Keynesian economics. If the rate of interest falls towards zero,Keynes explained, it would be extremely difficult for 'monetary authorities' to lower long-term interest rates further, since all the long-term rates of interest cannot actually fall all the way to zero. At zero interest, there is no incentive for the money capitalists to lend money. They will simply hoard it."

2)     "If, however, it had kept depreciating at the rate at which it was during the 1970's, the dollar would have inevitably lost this role, probably to gold itself. The market would have forced the capitalist world to return to the gold standard. The United States, even more today than was the case in the 1970's, since it is now a debtor not a creditor, is determined to avoid this at almost any cost."

3)      " The one area where capitalism cannot tolerate democracy, especially under a paper money system, is central banking. Democracy -- that is the great majority of the people including even the industrial and commercial capitalist -- would always demand lower interest rates. However, this would destroy the confidence of the money lenders -- money capitalists -- in the currency. If democracy -- even bourgeois democracy -- ever came to central banking, the money capitalist would quickly lose confidence in the currency and dump it for gold -- or at least other currencies issued by independent central banks that are shielded from the democratic process. To avoid this disaster, the central banking system must be kept 'independent' -- that is, shielded completely from any form of democratic control."

so, this is what's happening today... choreographed perfectly by the author and, 'TPTB'!!!

Ps. Special thanks go out to maintaining 54k troops in Germany... a CFR and Trilateralist Commission that has 'no boundaries'?

Ps2.  Lest, I forget the mindless war with Iraq, which is now on the precipice of a 'Civil War',... and here at home the 47.5 million people on food-stamps-- with unemployment extended to 73-100 weeks, and 8.6 million receiving disability payments!

I guess for now I'm done? Oh, 'Banning Weapons' from the citizenry,... nice!

All this group did was deface their website; that's it.  Website defacing started in earnest back in 1996 and just gained steam over the years and is really not a difficult thing to do.  Anybody who believes that there is anything "confidential" on a government website domain is a total moron.  It's going to just contain content for the website itself.  Believe me, I'm the last person to underestimate government stupidity, but they wouldn't leave the stuff on a publicly known domain name server.
