Update: Boston Bombing Suspect HAS NOT BEEN Arrested; Boston Courthouse Evacuated
First we got headlines coming out, from CNN and WCVB TV in Boston, that a suspect is now in custody:
- Law enforcement official: Boston Marathon bomb suspect in custody, expected in federal court.
- Janet Wu reports it is a man who was arrested.
- The officials says the suspect is to be taken into custody by federal marshals and taken to a courthouse.
- There is no immediate word on where the arrest was made.
- Suspects at Federal Court are brought into an entrance away from public view.
- Jack Harper says the security at the Federal Courthouse is almost unprecedented.
- A source tells Newscenter5's WuWCVB that one male suspect delivered both bombs.

"Suspect 1's" back, the white tag is located high up near the neck. The white cap guy's back pack as a much fainter tag located six inches away from that.

A WCCB reporter inside the Boston federal courthouse said that it was evacuated because of a "code red," and sources told CBS that a bomb threat was called in.
Earlier media descended on the courthouse after CNN and Fox News reported that an arrest had been made in the Boston Marathon bombing case. The Associated Press reported that the suspect was in custody and en route to the courthouse. All three have retracted their stories.
State police have also evacuated a plaza in front of one of the entrances to Brigham and Women's Hospital, a hospital spokesman told Business Insider. He denied reports that the entire hospital had been evacuated.
Most likely probable story when you parse through the bullshit. Suspect was arrested at Bringham Young (most likely being treated for injuries). Partner found out calls in bomb threats hoping he can spring his buddy or buddy can escape on their own. Maybe he did slip away hence them retracting the arrest story.

It's very common for people to create a "page" on Facebook and then change the title/theme/pictures to garner lots of likes (in this case using sympathy for the bombing) and then sell that page to a business who will then have a ready-made like base/audience.
