Tamerlan Tsarnaev's Gym Partner Profiles Dead Bomber
Earlier, we presented a captioned photo profile of one of the two alleged terrorists, the 26 year-old Tamerlan Tsarnaev who died last night in a shoot-out with the Boston Police. As a follow up, Bloomberg has conducted an interview with one of his gym sparring partners, "Jon K" who trained with Tamerlan in the same Boston gym, and who told BBG TV that "he seemed like a really nice guy, to himself and a little bit arrogant and cocky, but he helped people at the gym all the time with their boxing and was friendly with everyone. It's a complete shock." Jon, who asked that his last name not be used, said: "All week, I have been wondering who the psycho was and it turns out that it was somebody I interacted with. It is shocking, especially as an athlete, he was an athlete, that he would do this to other athletes and just anyone in general."

On how he knew Tamerlan Tsarnaev:
"About four or five years ago, I was working full-time as a project manager and in my off time, I was training at a mixed martial arts gym in Boston. Tamerlan wasn't part of our gym, but he was training for the golden gloves boxing championship. I remember that he would come in to work with some of our boxers and worked with us. That is where I remember him from. When I woke up this morning and saw his name and his picture on the news, I immediately recognized him."
"He seemed like a really nice guy, to himself and a little bit arrogant and cocky, but he helped people at the gym all the time with their boxing and was friendly with everyone. It's a complete shock. To see that this morning, all week, I have been wondering who the psycho was and it turns out that it was somebody I interacted with. On what he was like:
"To be honest, he was kind of an arrogant, cocky guy, a little quiet, I mean, but a nice guy. He helped everyone out. Talked with everyone. Kind of minded his own business. I remember him giving lessons to people in the gym and helping people out. I didn't really know him personally on a personal level, but he seemed like an alright guy. To think that he could do something like this is kind of crazy."
On whether he had a strong accent:
"He had a pretty thick accent, but his English was good. I had no problems communicating with him. He seemed like a normal guy. There are a lot of immigrants in Boston."
On whether he ever mentioned where he was from or talked about religion:
"I just remember that he didn't drink. Someone asked him for beers or something after training and I just remembered that he didn't drink and I knew that was for religious reasons. But I didn't really get too into it with him. He didn't seem overly religious."
"I just assumed Muslim because that is the only religion I know where people don't drink. But I'm not sure. We never got into a religious discussion. For me, it was never a big thing for him to talk about his religion or to talk about anything."
On whether he ever talked about where he was from:
"Chechnya, I think I remember that is where he started boxing."
On whether he had any friends or associates at the gym:
"I don't remember. I'd the only thing I do remember is that, for his job, he delivered food for a local cafe."
On where the gym was located:
"Allston. I know that he trained at a number of gyms throughout Boston."
On whether the café where he was employed was in Allston.
"I can't remember the name exactly, but it was Sports Cafe or something like that, Dugout Café.
On whether he ever met or referred to his brother:
"I did not…I don't remember."
On whether he's spoken to law enforcement yet:
"No, I haven't. I literally woke up an hour and a half ago and I started seeing everything on Facebook and people I know in Boston saying, holy crap, this kid is the bomber that we all interacted with."
On whether it appeared that he had military training:
"He was an extremely gifted athlete. I just remember seeing him do his warm-ups and his routine and he was really strong and really athletically gifted. That might the only thing that I could think that would lead to his military training. His boxing was really, really good. He was not an average boxer. I think he won the golden gloves tournament which is one of the best amateur tournaments that you can win…I think he won in Boston, if I remember correctly…He just came in to get some sparring practice every once in a while. He was not really a member of the gym. I think he just came in to work out and train a little bit once in a while."
On whether it seemed like he was educated in the U.S. for an extended amount of time:
"I wouldn't go that far, but I had no problems communicating with him. He had that think almost Russian accent."

But as far as your 'proof' all it amounts to is an article from a blog. (I'm referring to the first link you provided.) The guardsmen being there was common knowledge and I haven't heard anyone claiming there was something nefarious about that. Everyone who saw the video of the event saw them acting as first responders and aiding the injured.

1. A suburban with communications equipment is described in that link as the quick response communications platform for CST teams. The fact that the blue SUV that pulled up to the finish line (around which these men congregated) after the bombings with communications equipment on the roof is a SUBURBAN would suggest to any reasonable person that this is the SUV being referred to in the article.
2. They were also called upon for 504 standby missions in support of large-scale events, including national and state special security events, stadium and arena sporting events and political gatherings where the WMD-CSTs, in cooperation with local first responders, provided air sampling and... chemical detection or similar activities. This quote would suggest to a reasonable person that you would expect to find these CST teams at any major event where it is deemed there is a possibility of a WMD attack, such as the Boston Marathon.
3. The picture of one of these men scanning with a radiation detecting device after the explosion would suggest this man is doing exactly what his job as a WMD-CST member demands he does- scan the scene for traces of radiation and chemical/biological agents, and analyze the results.
4. If you read the link, these men use alot of specialized equipment, which a reasonable person would assume is what is in the backpacks.
5. The second link I provided admits that the Massachusetts WMD-CST was on duty at the Boston Marathon, along with the New York and Rhode Island WMD-CST units assisting.
6. The 511 gear they are wearing is common in federal agencies as covert uniforms, and are familiar to everyone in the LEO community and military community. The Skull logo baseball cap the one member is wearing (not part of his uniform, no others are wearing) is purchasable online from http://co-store.com/craftgear . The fact he was wearing this is not proof he works for Craft.

There is no proof of any private military contractors at the Boston Marathon. Full stop. Wearing a cap that is purchasable online is not proof.
The WMD-CST team is there to detect and react to WMDs. Im guessing they didn't catch these guys becuase there was no WMDs (if there was, the death toll would have been thousands, not 3), and the explosive material was inside pressure cookers (containers designed to be completely airtight).

I love it when people say they are in complete shock and how a person doesn't fit anything like what the crime says and they NEVER think maybe the person didn't do it. So many questions. As with anything the questions must be asked and they must be answered.

I had to jump through hoops and insane background checks to get a single gun. Yet these two had guns, explosives, etc and seemingly very easy access to them.
So what caused the explosion at the library? Or was that really part of a training exercise that happened just a few minutes after two other bombs went off a few blocks away?
A suspect plants a shrapnel bomb (that kills three and injures 150ish) at the feet of a guy in a wheelchair, and the guy not only survives but decribes the suspect and leads to his capture?
A few days later the FBI releases photos of the suspects, but no actual video of them planting the bomb, yet there are hundreds of photos and videos of them before and after the bombs go off?
There were bomb sniffing dogs, military, DHS, and other government agents at the marathon. Not really out of the question for such a high profile event, but still fishy considering a bombing did happen.
The bombing did play out exactly like a page from the DHS Terror 101 manual. Using an exact device described.
Crazy police manhunt complete with shooting, high speed chase, explosives, one suspect killed and the other escapes. Like how any TV watching American would expect the events to go down. Was there a five minute monologue of suspect #2 holding his dying brothers hand pledging to avenge him and a crying scream of NOOOOOOOO, when the brother's eyes close and his head turns?
Does anything about this entire event make sense? Chechens? God it is like a script for a season of 24 that didn't happen.
So perhaps this was staged, however things went wrong. I know for a fact the CIA recruits at top engineering schools. The young suspect is claimed to want to be an engineer. Perhaps he works for the CIA, gets to go to MIT. The brothers would be perfect recruitment targets for the CIA.
The government decides to stage a bombing to test Homeland's reactions, the way the police handle the crowd, the testing of shutting off the cellular towers, etc. They recruit some Chechen brothers to plant "bombs". Perhaps the older or younger brother is pissed off for the way they have been treated, so they decide to make the bombs real. Maybe somebody in the CIA or Homeland is pissed and decides to make the bombs real. The brothers think they are carrying glorified smoke bombs, but end up being something very different.
This would explain the crazy manuhunt, if the brothers thought they were carrying fakes and then see their faces plastered everywhere as prime suspects. They would know they are both dead if they get caught. If they talk they might say something they shouldn't.
Sure, perhaps the brothers were part of a terrorist cell and planned this bombing. Maybe the US government isn't involved at all. But after the last four years with the supposed killing of Bin Laden and the helicopter crash that killed most of the Seals involved, Aurora, Sandy Hook, the insane gun control debate, the wholesale shredding of constitutional freedoms, the endless Bernanke bailouts, the absolute total disregard for justice at the top levels of finance and government, and many other things, I doubt it.
I have never seen more police on the roads in my life. Something is going on, and the move towards a total police state is very obvious.

In your description you left out the fact he was also Muslim. Probably totally insignificant and irrelevant but if you look at all the terrorist events around the world, not just the US, and ask what do most of the perpetrators have in common, I'm pretty sure it is not being a boxer, nor a piano player, nor whether they are nice guys or not, or how many languages they speak. But somehow that Muslim bit keeps coming up again and again. Just maybe there's a clue in that.

What I find amusing is the name Tamerlan.
Tamerlan was named after a muslim rebel (that killed many like other despots).
And the amusing part is the movie "War Inc."
The main star is John Cusak. In that movie, a company called Tamerlane, is a private company that is rebuilding a country that the USA bombed. A head official of Tamerlane (Dan Akroyd) was formerly the Vice President of the USA (if I recall correctly). In other words, fascism. Really not much difference then what we have today.
One kid is named after the Sword of Islam, Tamerlane, whose armies established a kingdom from russia to india. The other, Dudayev, was named after a Soviet Air Force general and Chechen leader, the George Washington of the Chechen Republic.
