Is Obama Lying About Big Brother?
As of this moment, Obama is making the case that the US government is not eavesdropping on phone calls. Specifically, he said "nobody is listening to your phone calls - they are just looking at phone numbers and duration of calls" and concluded that the NSA was only engaged in "modest encroachments." It was unclear if that clarification was meant to put to rest fears that Big Brother has made personal privacy a thing of the past. He further went on to add that the telephone surveillance program is fully vetted by Congress and supervised by the Federal Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA). In other words: Obama is making the case that the NSA's Big Brother supervision is perfectly legal and not only that, there are checks and balances and neither the telephonic snooping nor the internet supervision is anything to be concerned about. There is one problem: Obama is lying.
Back in April 2009, three months into the Obama regime, none other than the NSA admitted it has overstepped its legal boundaries. As the NYT reported: "The National Security Agency intercepted private e-mail messages and phone calls of Americans in recent months on a scale that went beyond the broad legal limits established by Congress last year, government officials said in recent interviews. "
Several intelligence officials, as well as lawyers briefed about the matter, said the N.S.A. had been engaged in “overcollection” of domestic communications of Americans. They described the practice as significant and systemic, although one official said it was believed to have been unintentional.
The Justice Department, in response to inquiries from The New York Times, acknowledged Wednesday night that there had been problems with the N.S.A. surveillance operation, but said they had been resolved.
As part of a periodic review of the agency’s activities, the department “detected issues that raised concerns,” it said. Justice Department officials then “took comprehensive steps to correct the situation and bring the program into compliance” with the law and court orders, the statement said. It added that Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. went to the national security court to seek a renewal of the surveillance program only after new safeguards were put in place.
The same Eric Holder who is currently being investigated for perjury before congress. As for "compliance" 4 years later it seems nothing has changed.
As for Obama's clear conscience:
The legal and operational problems surrounding the N.S.A.’s surveillance activities have come under scrutiny from the Obama administration, Congressional intelligence committees and a secret national security court, said the intelligence officials, who spoke only on the condition of anonymity because N.S.A. activities are classified. Classified government briefings have been held in recent weeks in response to a brewing controversy that some officials worry could damage the credibility of legitimate intelligence-gathering efforts.
Well thank god the most transparent administration held classified briefings to discuss the biggest government espionage program ever conceived. One may have gotten ideas otherwise...
Finally, on Obama's pinky swear that it is only foreigners' emails and iMessages that are being intercepted, turns out he is lying here too:
In recent weeks, the eavesdropping agency notified members of the Congressional intelligence committees that it had encountered operational and legal problems in complying with the new wiretapping law, Congressional officials said.
Officials would not discuss details of the overcollection problem because it involves classified intelligence-gathering techniques. But the issue appears focused in part on technical problems in the N.S.A.’s ability at times to distinguish between communications inside the United States and those overseas as it uses its access to American telecommunications companies’ fiber-optic lines and its own spy satellites to intercept millions of calls and e-mail messages.
And so on.
In short: what difference does it make - it is only the stripping of the most fundamental privacy rights of US citizens! And how else can you build a totalitarian government if you don't give up some freedoms - good heavens, one can't ask the poor president to provide 100% security without experiencing some "inconvenience" and handing over a little privacy. Or a lot.
In the end, let's not forget what really matters: the NSA spying program is from the government, and it is here to help you.

Finally, here is Matt Damon explaining why he wouldn't work for the NSA:

Already terminated with Verizon today. Fuck them all
As someone who'll never own a cell phone, never calls anyone, and only emails about subjects such as grocery lists, lunch and playing taxi, well, it seems my "paranoia" is paying off in spades.
Now, if I could only keep my mouth shut here.
Oh, well...
Tu Ne Cede Malis, Bitchez!

I absolutely HATE Verizon. When we moved out of state and I had to cancel the phone service, they charged me with a whopping cancellation fee. When I called in to get it fixed, some charming guy at their call center told me he took care of it. Only he didn't, because I kept getting bills. Further call had the same tap dance and same results. They then screwed my FICO score.
Phuck you Verizon!
Yeah, I recently switched to a mom and pop carrier, I figured I didn't need all that total information awareness shit on my phone since I didn't use it. My bill went from 100+ bucks to 40. Be careful when switching carriers though I made the mistake with T-Mobile, and they had my bank information and when I left they gouged me for 200+ bucks. I had to fight tooth and nail to get it back, over one and one half years later I finally got the money back. Make sure you delete any kind of saved payment details from your account before you drop their rangy asses.
I'm looking at a trac phone on Monday. "see ya."
Here is supposedly an encryption app for Driods and iPhones from S Africa. $3 a month.
The idea is you use your phone to connect to the net to make an encrypted call to you friend who also has the service.

Do all politicians take the money and look the other way? Have the banks and the government been working together officially since 1913?
yuds ain stewpud fo a wreetard
There is that lamestream media excuse......which would be accompanied by a claim that impeachment would be needed if it were a conservative..........
Shame on the stupes whom up arrowed that bit of goebellesque Democrat media propaganda.
Do fish drink water?
hmmm
I had a relative that "drank like a fish". He didn't drink water unless it was mixed with a lot of ethyl alcohol.
So, I guess they don't.
"Never drink water. Fish piss in it." -- W. C. Fields
Of course he lying, that's what shitstain liars do. He has lied about everything and he is a mealy mouth cocksucking motherfucker who belongs in a prison somewhere getting his ass pounded by Bubba and Jon Corzine. Fuck him, you are stupid if you even listen to this shitstain on america
preachin' to d'acquire
How much of a pathological liar is Obama? Consider this:
For 17 years, Obama's OFFICIAL literary bio listed Kenya as his birthplace. This is the bio that preceded every introduction of Obama at a speech, or other function where he was formally introduced. He read it, and he approved it before it was posted on his agent's website. This fact is VERY well documented.
When he ran for the US Senate in 2006, his official AP bio story listed Kenya as his birthplace. You can read it for yourself on the web. He - and all his top campaign aides participated in the input of information about him, and he and they all read the story - without any objection whatsoever.
His bio birthplace was changed the following April after he decided to run for president. That means he has publicly claimed Kenya as his birthplace far, far, longer than he has claimed the US.
Only one of two conclusions can be arrived at:
1) He was born in America, and lied about being born in Kenya as a matter of substantiating his claims for foreign student loans and the cachet of being a black African (pathological liar, still fighting the inner-shame of being half white so he makes himself African black), or
2) He was born in Kenya just as he claimed in his bio, and only changed it to America in order to be able to run for president (again you would have to be a pathological liar to do that shamelessly).
The MSM has turned a blind eye to the reality that if someone white told the same lie for either rationalization, that white would be laughed out of politics as a full-blown whack job.
But the Black Racist MSM is just as sickeningly pathological in its lying. Thus, they bury it, just as they are burying the question of "Where, and from whom, did the YouTube video excuse come from - and who inserted it into the Obama rationalization for Libya?"
Regardless, the birth lies are enough to judge Obama psychotically sociopathic and a pathological liar.
So, how much of a pathological liar is Obama . . .?
-30-
I figure his records at Occidental were sealed to hide his applications for foreign assistance and as a bonus he was able to bury some piss poor grades. And yes, the media has failed us miserably.
Obama = Nixon

Looks like the Clowns pulling the LEVERS did a good job on GOLD & SILVER today. However, this charade won't last:
Silver Investment Demand: The Ticking Time BombThe buffoon referred to by some as 'President' is a complete fraud. A deception. An openly known lie. How bad is it?
Worse.
Way worse. His fraudulence is advertised. It's out from behind the curtain and in your face.
They actually dare us, they mock us, they openly and by design challenge us.
We will soon find out,
ITS JUST A TAX, AND PERFECTLY LEGAL!
Times and duration and numbers.
They are not listening. No way.
Is there rice in China?
@Lolmao500. <<<Is water wet? Does a bear shit in the woods? Is the sky blue? Are politicians crooks?>>
You forgot the obvious: Does the Pope have a balcony?
You got some down arrows which means that politicians are reading ZH.
Would you send your children to war for this President and Congress?
I want to give you a greenie, but I'm not sure whether it would imply I would send my kids to war, or that I agree with your skepticism.
So I'll just answer in words: fuck no.
War is a racket "Smedley Butler" USMC.No President gets kids or the Congress.
I wouldn't even consider sending my children until our fearless leaders all send their children out first.
And their spouses as well. Moochelle ain't got nuthin' on Dolly Madison.
Could scare 'em into submission with that perpetually angry look.
Imagine waking uop beside...
Oh Jesus, Mary and Joseph, I'd convert, too
Most things in the US are a racket: Education, Health Care, Wall Street. And organized, mass-religion. For example.
We've been milked and screwed on a regular basis, sheared periodically and once a generation we get fleeced/slaughtered -- just like the sheep that most of us are. With no Good Shepherd in sight.
The Government is spying on the Good Shepherd, because the Good Shepherd is the enemy.
Too bad Lindsey Graham is a fudgepacker and has no children. Would like to send them to Syria with that assclown
Is that what explains that supreme douche-bag? I was always wondering what the fuck was wrong with him.
Not a chance Grunk - but I would happily send my congressman and any member of his family.
Absolutely fucking hell NO.
This just out from AoL:
"We do not have any knowledge of the Prism program. We do not disclose user information to government agencies without a court order, subpoena or formal legal process, nor do we provide any government agency with access to our servers."
http://blog.aol.com/2013/06/07/aol-statement-regarding-nsa-prism/
Now they're worried.
"We do not have any knowledge of the Prism program."
Yes you do, but the agreements you signed require you to deny its existence.
"We do not disclose user information to government agencies without a court order, subpoena or formal legal process"
FISC is the legal process, and since they rubber-stamp 99.99% of all warrant requests, this statement is meaningless.
"...nor do we provide any government agency with access to our servers."
...but you don't stop them from accessing whatever they want, whenever they want.
AOL: Well how the fuck were we supposed to know it was called Prisim. See, we really didn't know. Now post your personal comments and go home, dickwad.
"...nor do we provide any government agency with access to our servers."
If "their" server is connected to an NSA switch, then there is an NSA copy of all the data that travels to and from "their" server...
First rule of Prism club; don't talk about Prism club, or you'll be arrested.
Is his mouth moving?
"Is Obama lying about __________?"
YES.
It's his job. If he ever stopped lying -- unlikely in the extreme -- he would be replaced with someone else that lies.
"This and no other is the root from which a tyrant springs; when he first appears he is a protector."
~ Plato
What was it Obma was protecting us from? Oh, yeah, the overreach of the Bush Administration.
Everything that he says is a lie, except for one promise he made prior to the '08 election. He stated he would transform our sytem, and with remarkable speed, that is ONE thing he did not lie about.ALL else is like a dripping faucet.
Drip drip drip - little by little we are losing our liberties and our sense of privacy.
Bullshit, this is not a drip, this is a fucking torrent.
You lose the war and they put you under a reconstruction government. It's happened before, mulattoes and all.
We're just finding out in a torrent. The erosion has been going on for years.
Torrents are illegal! Arrest that man!!!

Lying or not, he's demonstrated over and over again that he's incapable of managing not only himself, but also his worthless minions.
But he's capable of being managed. That's what's important.
what is he being ordered to distract us from with this revelation?
Trash!
Not listening to a phone call is NOT the same as direct speech-to-word conversion.
A simple word document that is is transcribed in real-time is not listening to your conversation.
And reading that document is not 'listening' to that document, that is just silly!
Buttle: Tuttle, Not much difference when there's a little static on the cell phone call.
so you have no problem with the gov opening letters and reading them? after all, if it were that important, you wouldn't have put it in an envelope only made of paper, and should have used a private courier to hand deliver it.
it may be technically feasible, and even easy to read emails or log phone calls, but unless they've hit "send all", the users intent is for the message to be a private communication.
and do you really think that the guys who wrote the constitution would be okay with the gov creating minut catalogues of every single person you speak with, when, and for how long?
Now explain to me how you hoover emails without being able to collect their contents??
Next, explain why PRISM is hoovering lots of other stuff on the net.
Next, can somebody else explain to me why we do not flush all of the politicians in Washington. The current Rasmussen poll has only 64% or so of folks thinking that their Congresscritter cares about what they think. http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/general_politics...
Obama.. 2007 video about this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B6fnfVJzZT4
Each and every statement is a lie, self-serving deception, or misleading misdirection to divert the attention from malfeasance.
Impeach them all, every one who runs this, supervises this, or voted (in Congress) to authorize this. No exceptions.
There will never be any impeachment. At some point, we will start to see people snap and go vigilante. Most likely, the initial incidents will be false flags like Sandy Hook designed to justify further crack downs. But at some point, resistance will rise and then there will be blood in the streets. Keep your head down, your ears and eyes open, and your powder dry until then, then when it starts, be prepared to go all the way.
If that speech does not not convince everybody that there is absolutely zero difference between repubs and dems, I don't know what else will.
The number of people that are completely sucked in by the two party farce is so vast that it's depressing to think about it.
Will this make it clear that there is no difference? Sadly, no.
Sites like WorldNetDaily and Drudge Report are very depressing. I call them Chicken Soup for the Politically Retarded and Pablum for Hopelessly Gullible Patriots. It is depressing to think that people believe any of that shite is important.
I'd like to include HuffPo in your list.
"Modest encroachments"? The last time I tried to modestly encroach on a date I got the shit slapped out of me.
she didn't let you read her posts?
I think its time for the national "Act Like a Terrorist While On Your Cell Phone" Day.
What cell phone? Never owned one, apart from a Walmart cheapo talk n text only Samsung that sits in my glove box with the battery and car charger rubber-banded to it. Purely in case the heap of French-made shit breaks down in the middle of nowhere. It's still got £4.88 of the credit it came with. I used it once to dial the house phone, just to make sure it works.
You called your own house with it? It's contaminated now, toss it.
Somewhere in every conversation say something like "Mohammed just called and says the bomb is in place." If every ZH reader did this every call, every day - and especially if the idea went viral - it would be more effective than a denial of service attack.
If these intelligence agencies and so-called 'Homeland Security' actually had a record of intercepting real attacks instead of blowing up wedding parties with drones then neither I nor most other Americans would want to see them brought to their knees. But all I see is little old ladies being felt up by dykes and cretins in white shirts at the airport. So, screw all the spooks. These agencies are probably also thoroughly penetrated by the very foreign organizations they are pretending to guard against. Aldrich Ames, etc.
That is how the Tsarnaev boys eluded the NSA
Funny how all the supposed "evidence" of their "guilt" is leaked from anonymous government sources.
And reported as "true" by the complicit lying news media.
Lee Harvey Oswald the "patsy" spent time in Russia as a CIA agent, but didn't do the crime.
"If these intelligence agencies and so-called 'Homeland Security' actually had a record of intercepting real attacks instead of blowing up wedding parties with drones then neither I nor most other Americans would want to see them brought to their knees"
"I wouldn't mind if massa' only beat me when I done bad..."
"Nothing to hide, nothing to fear"
Off topic.
Right now for $12900 you can buy 15 shares of google OR a monster box of silver maples. Look out 5 years and tell me which one do you want.
I'll take the silver.
Oh, and just for fun; "Mohammed just called and says the bomb is in place."
"...there are checks and balances..."
yeah, you 'check' my phone calls and internet cookies
and you take from the 'balance' in my checing account and put it in the 'balance' of yours
That penis sucking Nazionist Bonesman, aka George HW Bush made sure they got rid of the Checks & Balances in the 1980's*. And Reagan was too fucking clueless, being the Usefool Tool that he was. The public was sold on a re-packaged and re-branded version, called "Deregulation". They should give Reagan an Oscar, posthumously. The best and most convincing role he ever played. Dumb sheep!
* It was Deregulation that led to the Wall St boom of the 90s, and had NOTHING to do with Clinton's policies or 'skills'. Bush and the Neocons were pissed that their deregulation allowed Clinton to take the credit and glory for the Wall St boom in the 90s. Clinton was not supposed to have been elected, per their Neocon/NWO agenda. That's why they worked so tirelessly to get him out. Enter Lewinsky (who had an affair with a married man before and should have been kept away from the "President-with-weakness-for-new-pussy" by the Secret Service, but wasn't). The rest you know.
Reagan was no useful tool. He was in fear for his life. That incident in 1981 wasn't about Jodie Foster.
They are not listening in real time but ther are storing everything and using supercomputers to profile people after the fact.
BTW, big brother will soon be able to process everything in real time. Large strides being made in computing.
It should be clear to everyone that the USA has the opportunity to monitor everything about you. Bitcoin is more threatening this regime than gold.
And Obama crimes will be defended by his supporters no matter what... and these fucks will continue to vote democrat... while the neo-con trash will continue to vote republican...
VOTING WON'T FIX THIS THING.
That's why we have 'bipartisanship' -- voting can't change it.
Go Galt. It is the only answer.
You are not allowed to just walk away. Chattel property has no rights.
Obama said he when he becomes a private citizen again he would be at the top of a list and it would be in his best interest not to make this something which would hurt privacy. For him to admit he would be of interest to this program means he is either a terrorist or this list isn't about terrorism at all. Which is it? You could also tell he tried to choke back that line of reasoning as soon as he started the thought but it was too late.
It's only bad when the other guys do it.
Lips are moving, of course he's lieing.
FISA Court, LMphAO. 100% "approval" of fascist requests. Besides, what kind of "court" is it when you can't comfront your accuser? Not a court at all.
With all this surveillance, why couldn't they catch the "Boston Bombers" even when they were already under the observation of the FBI, etc? Huh, answer that Owebami. You Tool.
We all know it ... they are voyeurs watching us.
"nobody is listening to your phone calls - they are just looking at phone numbers and duration of calls"
"nobody is listening to your sex life - they are just looking at partner identities and duration of encounters"
These are just 'modest encroachments' so we can all be safe from STDs.
Every time I see a picture of "the President" I'm glad I left the US. I can't believe anybody actually listens to anything taht comes out of his mouth. It's a big fat joke on Americans.
Same with Bush, btw. It's beyond me why people still pick sides in the conserative v. liberal show. I used to have faith, but it turns out people are dumber than I had hoped.
Ever notice how the flies love to land on Obamas head.
Enough said.
and once the duration and numbers trigger their algorithm, they will be listening, first to make sure you aren't a terrorist, and then to see if you aren't trying to run a phony non-profit using a Tea Party synonym, or maybe you are declaring your dog as a dependent on your tax returns (fido has major medical issues okay).
I think you aren't far off the mark, there, actually. My suspicion is that a good chunk of the super-snooper policies that are now ubiquitous in the US, UK and most European countries is about stamping out black/grey market money making. Not that they really give a fuck how you earn your living, but not paying tax the house's cut (i.e as much of it as they can work out ways to take off you) on it is just not fucking cricket, old boy!
I'm also becoming convinced that there is indeed a push towards a fully digital currency, which would also make it very difficult to conduct shady transactions without paying the vig.
No, the object of power is power.
They both lie about Big Brother; just look at the size of the checks both parties recieve from big data, big cable, etc.
BTW, listen to this song's lyrics, Michael Jackson's: "Always Feel Like Somebody's Watching Me" - man....eerie shit because it's so true about today!

I recently watched They Live on DVD, having not seen it in over 20 years.
I remember that when it came out in the 80s, it was set in a dystopian late 1990s future. At the time, it was hard to conceive that things would ever get as bad as portrayed in the film.
Nevertheless, the setting established by the first fifteen minutes looks eerily similar to current events.
I found the script in two parts of the film disquietingly familiar. The following words are from the first fifteen minutes.
The blind preacher:
The guy on TV when the regular broadcast is overridden:
The second part that seemed familiar is toward the end. These words were spoken by one of the humans who had sold out to Them:
Presciently, the film also includes flying surveillance drones. I don't want to spoil the ending for those who've never seen it. Let me just finish by saying that you owe it to yourself to see They Live.

"We only want to look inside your underwear, not your Wife's, we promise."
Doubt they're interested in much that happens in Joe Average's bedroom.
My impression is that people of this kind are mainly interested in kiddy porn, incest, rape and brutal domination sex - plays to their control freak nature, since none of the above are about sexual gratification, except peripherally. More about exercising control over the usually unwilling co-participant.
"Drop your pants, we need to check for WMD's."

If Congress approved this and had known about it for years, what did they understand about it, probalby not much as few understand data mechanics.

That is hands down Matt Damon's best piece ever in my book.
What amazes me is that his cognitive dissonance is just about unfathomable. He can play that part so compellingly, and then turn around and be an O'bomb-a/Red-team vs. Blue team/status quo/statist douchbag.

YES EVERY TIME HE OPENS HIS FUCKING MOUTH
Is obama lying?(full stop)
IS THE POPE FUCKING CATHOLIC?
Clear cut...it is US and THEM...'by the people' is long gone...now even the most modest pretentions that they support our liberties has been erased.
They see themselves as cowboys and we are their herd. What difference does it make to the herd if they know what we are doing and saying? Ask FORMER General Petraeus. They likely had the goods on him and used them when he got squishy on Libya or some other issue.
Dennis Miller (comedian and talk show host) yesterday revealed that he has no problem with them listening in...cuz he has done nothing wrong and they are protecting us. With guys like that on our side we are doomed.
Like I said...ask the General if them having all the info is a problem.
Is that the same General Betrayus now working for KKR?
Of course the mopho is lying.

Check out this one minute vid of Barack Obama talking about "wireless wiretapping."
This fucker brings lying to a whole new level. http://youtu.be/B6fnfVJzZT4
Is Obama Lying? Are you fucking kidding me? If his mouth is moving, it's spewing bullshit! Only Sheeple follow this faggot.
You gots to be asking yourself, if not now, when?
I attended a Data Security Conference earlier this year in which a vendor demonstrated an off-the-shelf product available to corporate IT departments. It archives all data running through a corporate system, including VOIP (voice) calls made over corporate telephone systems.
To retrieve and listen to the content of a specific call, you just do a google-like search, identify one of the participants, the date/time, etc. Then click on the file. The actual telephone call content (what is actually spoken) plays back.
So is the government telling us that it's not been using that same technology to archive the content of all phone calls made over these networks? And have them available to listen to, should the "need" arise? Seems hard to believe, given the existing technology to do just that.
They promise it is only to be used on terrorists.
And, if ten years from now, the I.R.S. decides to audit you, they may need to pull some of those records to see what you were talking about, and if you bought or sold any Gold or Silver.
Since you are under suspicion, your ex.-Wife and her lawyer will request some of your emails and phone calls to resolve your alimony/child support/custody case. The Department of Child and Family services will get access too.
When you apply for a job with Corporation XYZ, they will be allowed to search your correspondence to make sure you are not a threat to national security, especially if they are a bank.
The neighbor you are having a dispute with over your property line and that fence will accuse you of being a child molester who threatened him with a firearm, so the police will have access to any communications and gun/ammo purchases.
All for your own safety of course, and to preserve the "freedom" and "liberty" of living in the the U.S.A., and "for the children".
Bingo. All they'll need is "probable cause" and all that data is available for use to convict you. Without probable cause, and it is only available to search for leads and not for conviction purposes. Remember the scene in "Seven"? And that's the best case scenario at this point.
Go Galt and shut this whole thing down. Short of a CME, or Snake Plissken, it's the only answer.
You are exactly right. All of this data *will* one day be used maliciously, and probably already has been. I'd bet the ranch on that.
Imagine if Romney or Bush were at the helm with this news breaking! OMG the cries and protests from the free shit army would be deafening. Not even a whimper from those pussies now!!!
In conversations with co-workers, I got the usual "well let's see how you feel when you're kid is killed by terrorists" or in relation to the tactic of including some of the target words in E-mails, texts and posts another said "Great, so you help the terrorists."
And they complain that I won't hang out with them on the office lunch day!
Go to lunch with them. If you are perceived as weird, different, or independent, come the Glorious Revolution, you may find yourself at their stupid, homicidal mercy.
I have a four stage response to the coming economic/societal collapse: Buckle Up, Hunker Down, Buck Up, and Buckle Down. We are definitely in the "Hunker Down" stage right now. I've been hunkering down for the last two years, and after today's news I'm glad I did. If PRISM has been operational since 2007 (wow. Imagine that, right before the 2008 collapse), they've got profiles on everyone, because they captured the years where social network sites were at their peak, but I still think hunkering down now and going dark as much as you can is a good idea.
Let's face it, if you ain't awake by now, nothing is going to wake you up. So painting a bigger target on yourself by going all John the Baptist on the interwebz is a bad idea. Hunker down.
Thulsa Doom, good posts today. Well spoken.
Between the bang-bang sticks, knives and Hapkido training, they don't f-ck with me. (depends on the exit scenario though I guess...full-retard 1984, or Black Swan descent into Road Warrior).
Thank God we've got McCain and Lindsey Graham and Boehner and McConnell and the Tea Party and Chris Christy and Jeb Bush and Rubio and Your Congressmen jumping up and down all over this... oh wait.
Now back to your regularly scheduled rant, "that damn Obama". lol
I dunno...I think most folks here would gladly light a match on the whole lot if you'd be so kind as to pour the petrol (as long as you tossed in the Big O, Pelosi, Reid, Schumer, Hill-dog and your Congress-rapist).
I don't have to type those names as they are a given here. And don't forget, Hitlery. I just want to make sure ALL these people are in the same Big Tent not just the democrap ones. There is no one looking out for You, red or blue.
Modestly treasonous you cocksucker!!!

Who's watching
Tell me, who's watching
Who's watching me
I'm just an average man,
With an average life.
I work from nine to five
Hey, hell, I pay the price!
All I want is to be left alone,
In my average home,
But why do I always feel,
Like I'm in the twilight zone!
And (I always feel like)
(Somebody's watching me)
And I have no privacy
Whooooa-oh-oh
(I always feel like)
(Somebody's watching me)
Tell me, is it just a dream!
When I come home at night,
I bolt the door real tight.
People call me on the phone,
I'm trying to avoid.
But can the people on TV see me,
Or am I just paranoid!
When I'm in the shower,
I'm afraid to wash my hair,
'Cause I might open my eyes,
And find someone standing there!
People say I'm crazy,
Just a little touched,
But maybe showers remind me,
Of Psycho too much!
That's why(I always feel like)
(Somebody's watching me)
And I have no privacy
Whooooa, oh-oh
(I always feel like)
(Somebody's watching me)
Who's playin' tricks on me
[Instrumental Interlude]
(Who's watching me)
I don't know anymore
Are the neighbors watching me?
(Who's watching)
Well, is the mailman watching me?
(Tell me, who's watching)
And I don't feel safe anymore?
Oh, what a mess......
I wonder who's watching me now?
(Who)

Gawd, I miss the 80s.
(Washington, D.C., June 7, 2013). Today, Larry Klayman, the founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch, a former U.S. Justice Department prosecutor, and himself a user of Verizon, filed suit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, over the massive illegal seizure of phone records by the Obama administration's National Security Agency. Joined as defendants in the suit, which primarily is based on violations of the 1st, 4th, and 5th amendments to the U.S. Constitution, are President Barack Obama, Attorney General Eric Holder, the U.S. Justice Department, Director Keith B. Alexander of the NSA, the NSA, and the federal judge who signed and issued the illegal warrant, Roger Vinson.
The individual defendants are being sued in their personal capacities under the Supreme Court precedent of 403 U.S. 388 (1971), which permits aggrieved persons to sue government officials when their constitutional rights are violated.
