The site is real, it just came up for me. Also, when the first round came out a couple of weeks ago I ran it down. It was linked fromthe Colorado Consumer Health Initiative.

Although these ads look like spoofs they are not. In fact COHealthInitiative.org was established back in 2000. Here's a link to the whois profile:

Check out the first article ZH posted on this. Comments ran 5+ pages. Was picked up in national media. Everyone was a little skittish about getting played, it seems so fake. Unfortunately, this is real.
This here shows that its not a site officially associated with the Colorado Health Exchange.

Running a whois? on domaindiscreet.com I found that they are pretty Hush-Hush and do not want to be identified. They were Register.com and based out of New York City.
Whoever is operating that website does not want to be identified. This has the earmarks of a CIA Operation. The CIA, of course, works for the President.
If the Colorado Health Exchange links to it...Just how did they "discover" it?

You should see the gym I go to on weekday afternoons. I'm no muscle head, but I take care of myself. The average dude, and I'm assuming unemployed or working a shit part-time gig at evening time or nights, is much more built than I am and I imagine they get ladies like no tomorrow. I look pretty good, but I'm a geek at heart and intelligence/opinion/thought these days seems to turn women off.
But the good sign is that I've been hearing "talk". Every once in awhile, whether in the gym locker room, or outside the sauna or just in the pisser you'll hear some strong anti-gov or anti-obama talk. Even some of the black guys are understanding that society has really screwed them in general.
I've also overheard talk at the bars, and now that I'm getting out more (going through divorce, but recently acquired a girlfriend, and I also became friends with another underemployed mid 20s something) I've been hearing it in bits and quips. I'm fairly observant in general. Will report in on these developments.
