Japanese Women Boycott Sex With Any Man Who Votes For Tokyo's "Menstruating Women Are Irrational" Governor

Tyler Durden's picture

It would appear hell hath no fury like a menstruating Japanese woman scorned... As The Daily Star reports, women in Tokyo are threatening a sex boycott against any man who votes for the front-runner in this weekend's critical Abenomics-vote-of-confidence gubernatorial election. The reason? Yoichi Masuzoe, a 65-year-old former political scientist, stated that it would not be proper to have women at the highest level of government because their menstrual cycle makes them irrational. All 16 candidates in the poll are men, with many of them aged in their 60s or older. But Masuzoe's comments about women, as well as other controversial remarks on taxing the elderly, have triggered a backlash.

Via The Daily Star,

Women in Tokyo are threatening a sex boycott against any man who votes for the front-runner in this weekend's gubernatorial election, in protest at his claim that menstruation makes women unfit for government.

A Twitter campaign group based in the capital which bills itself as "The association of women who will not have sex with men who vote for (Yoichi) Masuzoe," has garnered almost 3,000 followers since it launched last week.

Although the founders have not identified themselves, in their profile they said: "We have stood up to prevent Mr. Masuzoe, who makes such insulting remarks against women...We won't have sex with men who will vote for Mr. Masuzoe."

...

In 1989, he told a men's magazine that it would not be proper to have women at the highest level of government because their menstrual cycle makes them irrational.

"Women are not normal when they are having a period... You can't possibly let them make critical decisions about the country (during their period) such as whether or not to go to war," he said.

Masuzoe has the backing of the conservative ruling party of hawkish Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and is seen as likely to pip his nearest rival, former prime minister Moriyoshi Hosokawa who is standing on an anti-nuclear platform.

All 16 candidates in the poll are men, with many of them aged in their 60s or older.

But Masuzoe's comments about women, as well as other controversial remarks on taxing the elderly, have triggered a backlash.

Another website was launched on Wednesday by a group of women also seeking to prevent Masuzoe from becoming Tokyo governor -- that site has drawn 75,000 hits per day and 2,800 people have signed its petition.

"Masuzoe is an enemy of women...He doesn't love Japan. He loves only himself," said one comment on the site, by a woman who identified herself as Etsuko Sato.

...

There are very few women in senior political positions -- Abe's 19-member cabinet has only two -- and company boards are overwhelmingly male.

Of course, this will probably not be a big deal, since, as we noted previously, young Japanese people appear less and less interested in sex anyway.

As The Guardian reports, 45% of Japanese women aged 16-24 are "not interested in or despise sexual contact". More than a quarter of men feel the same way.

Meanwhile at the nuclear plant up the way....poor TEPCO is "very sorry, but...."  radiation levels have been underestimated BY A FACTOR OF TEN??!!!

http://english.kyodonews.jp/news/2014/02/270302.html

Tokyo Electric Power Co. said Friday that it will review a "massive" amount of radiation data it has collected at the crippled Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant because readings may be lower than actual figures due to improper measurement.

"We are very sorry, but we found cases in which beta radiation readings turned out to be wrong when the radioactivity concentration of a sample was high," TEPCO spokesman Masayuki Ono told a press conference. Beta ray-emitting radioactive materials include strontium-90.

Also see:

http://ajw.asahi.com/article/0311disaster/fukushima/AJ201402070096

Tokyo Electric Power Co. corrected its radioactivity readings for groundwater from a well at the crippled Fukushima No. 1 nuclear plant to a record-high 5 million becquerels of strontium per liter.

TEPCO officials said the strontium levels were gauged again because the previous data was wrong. They also said radioactivity readings for water taken from other wells before September were also likely erroneous.

The company had said 900,000 becquerels of beta-ray sources, including strontium, were detected in water taken on July 5, 2013, from the observation well near a water intake for the No. 2 reactor turbine building.

The new strontium data indicates that the concentration of all beta-ray sources totals around 10 million becquerels per liter of water, according to the company.

TEPCO did not announce radioactivity levels of 140 samples of groundwater and seawater taken between June and November after it found strontium readings that were higher than measurements for all beta-ray sources.

I was in a longterm with this one chick.  7 years serially dating her.  Had no interest in moving in with her.  Most time I ever spent with her in one period was a 7 day vacation to the DR.  What a fucking nightmare.  She was so moody on this trip and the worst of it all was I couldnt' get away from her because we were in the same room.

Women are fucking wacky.  Even in the workplace.  Trick is not to let yourself get pushed around by them.  Some may say taking a headon approach with them could lead to you getting fired.  I think the opposite.  Gently tell them to fuck off and they'll know not to pick on you and they'll focus on someone else.  I did this with one ex-boss and it's been years since I left that job and she still managed to track me down and sends me emails wishing me Merry Christmas and stuff.

Fucking wacky I say!

"Yoichi Masuzoe, a 65-year-old former political scientist"

Gosh, Yoichi, at 65 you are either getting shots of testosterone (to keep your hormones level) or you too are irrational.

Signs and symptoms of low testosterone include:

Change in sleep patterns: insomnia or sleep disturbances

Physical changes: increased body fat and reduced muscle bulk

Sexual changes: reduced sexual desires, sexual dysfunction, or infertility

Emotional changes: decreased motivations, depression

Worsening of sleep apnea

Worsening of congestive heart failure

Both Genders can be thrown off by hormones.  I would never think to tell a man he cannot make decisions because he is aging and his hormones fluctuate too much. The low T thing can happen as early as the late 20s.

I admit I get floored by the hatred for women. I am so sorry it is like this. Many of you have been hurt and have over generalized to all of us.

Many of you have noted that this one dimension (gender) gets exploited as a way to keep us separated from one another (along with age, race, religion, sexual orientation, political party). Thanks.

It is about the fucking politicians, banksters and corporations, keep your eyes on the lies.

Please don't be floored.  For most of us older guys I expect it is part of the experienced, knowing ribbing that takes place, and I believe has always taken place, between adults of different sexes who are comfortable in their own skins.  e.g. see my above about the guy with the nail gun.  Expect lots of up votes...

It is about the fucking politicians, banksters and corporations, keep your eyes on the lies.

Yes, and there ARE those who stoke the flames of the war between the sexes.  The last bulwark against the tyrannical state is the nuclear family, with a man and woman who trust each other implicitly and who each do what they are best at for the good of the family and who resist outside instusion into their lives.  Breaking it up is the goal of the neo-fuedalists, banksters, feminists, etc.

That's not what I would call, "not interested".  As for sexual contact, its in their right hand. Now if it had said sexual contact with another living being, I would believe that.

As the Oligarchy is not out of tune with this trend, which apexes like wealth at the top, here is the ongoing saga of Oligarchs and the "power is best aphrodisiac" meme that Dear Henry made famous :

1° Berlu makes bunga bunga a Zeitgeist of the uber oligarchy age.

2° Putin ditches wife and has as new mistress an ex olympic champion of 30. Just look at Sochi...to see.

3° Hollande ditches first mistress and has clandestine affair with second one, Oh Julie G !

4° Barak reputedly is having marital problems with Michelle. So he will have A LOT to discuss when Hollande visits him next week.

Poor Mutti nobody takes HER seriously for her charms, a bit like Lady Lagarde makes the men of IMF run faster than Usain Bolt.

Menstruation may have a correlataion with male masturbation in a normal horny couple, but this time its a blow job that happens in the WH, the Elysee, or the Kremlin...not in some sleazy uber "bathroom speak easy" of a Sheraton hotel in NY.

We are moving up in the world to bunga bunga at our ease wherever we please, when we be a national Potus or his crony cabal.

The U.S. Civil War was defined by

brother against brother.

It's worth bringing these things

up in this comment because the

reality is the original feminist

movement was historically proximate

to the abolitionist movement.,

both in time an place.

My own Mom was a medical social

worker in Japan after the war.

She told us she saw the women

invariably walking purposely,

exactingly behind their men, and

she thought to herself:

he may be brilliant, he may be a

jerk.  It doesn't matter.

She's a person too.

Though it would be a mistake if

Edith Bunker were to think all men were

like Archie (Norman Lear made

it clear, it seemed, she wouldn't,)

and though the women

boycotting the governorship candidate

should imagine it could be an easy

accident, raising insecure sons,

I wonder just what he has in common

with these guys.

Which one was menstuating, governor?

Actually, an energy poor nation that

had just fought a war partly over

energy insecurity, that also had

a samurai tradition lending itself

to plutocracy, just might've afforded

a share-in-plutocracy moment if TEPCO's

prime owners could share in an

energy monopoly.

The abolitionists would not have

been impressed with plutocracy.

Plutocracy goes hand in hand with

privatization, and that probably

lent itself to inadequate safeguards

at Fukushima, if that plant needed

to exist at all.

If more cultures were democratic

and cooperative, and less (male?)

ego-based, then more would be able

to take the path Japan missed taking:

not fearing a little more interdependence

as to such things as energy.

Well then, I guess the only

thing left is the apple pie.

More, on that original

feminist/abolitionist connection.

Who knows?  Maybe a pre-existing

sense of democracy mattered.

(additive to European philosopy/today

the women would be on the council, not

simply vote this guy or that guy)

Here's the Mexican equivalent.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plaza_de_las_Tres_Culturas

Actually, If The Chinese,

Japanese And Americans

Would Benefit From More

Democracy And

Cooperation, And Less

Plutocracy, Then It Must Be

That Would Be The Case

As To Opponents Anywhere.

It's That Transitive

Property Of Math Thing.

If A = B,

And B = C,

Then A = C.

It worked in Africa, we should watch Japan now...
Some time back I proposed a sex boycott for men who financially support Monsanto and DuPont products.
This will never work in America, too much emphasis is placed on material possessions in this country. We have Hollywood, daytime drama TV, plus reality shows, with 25 minutes of commercial breaks for every hour of programming.
Ours is a nation of people who have been saturated with propaganda of "more is better", and too often the tide of sexual attraction flows toward those who have more. Men with a higher moral compass, who seek an alternative life style are largely ignored, or scorned.

Well even if you let them hold office... an age exclusion from 40 to 55 should hold. The Period is bad, menopause is worse, so why not just exclude them? I'm turning Japanese?

Wow talk about playing hardball.    Finally just admitting that pussy is a tool that makes men move mountains and is the most powerful motivator on the history of the universe.  Good for them.

In my experience the women have been passive aggressive about using their vjjjays as weapons while not openly admitting to the fact.

Also that ploy loses it's powers once your married with children as once you overplay your hand the weapon loses its power.

Don't take this too serious and get offended I'm just making a joke, sort of.

"women in Tokyo are threatening a sex boycott against any man who votes for the front-runner in this weekend's critical Abenomics-vote-of-confidence gubernatorial election"

Since I assume they use a secret ballot system in Japan, any male who would voluntarily admit to voting for that guy should then be disqualified for any attempted sexual reproduction simply due to their obvious abject stupidity, not because they voted for the guy.

This just means any women over 40 (some younger) post manpause is more rational than men of any age, they will think clear see things for better of society at large than men selfish desire for war and slavery if beta population/ sheeples. From now on ill vote all female canadidate pass their menopause. Btw Japan has high population of women pass 40. Statistic show people don't get to high office until they are in their late 40s, there is hope for jap as long they can get rid of those old war hawks in the office.

PMS is when women go crazy.  The "pre" part is the nightmare.

After the flow starts, women settle in to just being bitchy.

And it's all about their consumed hormones (not the hormones themselves).  In effect, consumed hormones amount to a 5-7 day hangover - poor bitches.

It's as though they deserve this, but they really don't.

Nothing says "I'm rational" like a nuclear-level emotional reaction.

What many posters are missing here, is that they are getting data about women, from being around women that they are having sex with or are related to.  They see the craziness of these women, and think that they are crazy because they are women.  Actually, they are crazy because everyone in a sexual/familial relationship acts crazy, or at any rate such relationships bring out whatever craziness a person has.

Guess what guys  -  you aren't dating guys.  If you were, you would conclude that men are crazy, since men in relationships are nuts, too.  You are only seeing other guys, outside of emotionally and sexually fraught contexts.  You are mainly seeing women, within emotionally and sexually fraught contexts.  Yes, the women are acting crazy  -  it's largely because of the context.  Guess what, dude, you're acting crazy, too, in that context.

Another thing  -  a woman looks at a guy, and she usually sees:  some dude, whatever.  A man looks at a woman, and if she weighs less than 250 pounds (or at least appears to) and is under age 60 (or at least appears to be) and isn't actually his mother or his sister, he thinks about having sex with her (unless he is gay).*  Who is crazy here?  How crazy would women have to be while menstruating, to match that level of nuts????

*if you are female and you don't know this already, it is because you have been fooled by the Polite Lie that all men tell to their wives/girlfriends:  "of course she isn't attractive to me, darling; I would never think of sleeping with her; never never icky icky poo."  Per the studies, women are very poor at telling when men are lying, so if you don't know this, don't feel too bad.

What must be understood, most women menstruate between the age of 15 and 49 give or take a few years.  The percentage of women considered attractive and with sex appeal is exceedingly small and lasts only during the flower of their youth.  However, menstruation is a very real physiological as well as a gynocological fact.  And all this puts the lie to the various porn sites where all the women are pretty and willing to do things that would get them arrested or get you arrested if you propositioned them like this.  And with the expolosion of lesbian porn, with women licking everything in sight from head to toe, having orgasms fake real or fudged by the pornographers, what do you suppose they are qualified for except for sex?  Plenty unfortunately they have been undermined through the current social mores.
