This Is How Ukrainian Protesters Attack An Armored Personnel Carrier
Watch as sparks fly between a Ukrainian military APC, possibly the same one we revealed earlier, as it gets into some blazingly close encounters with the Kiev protesters. It is unclear who won however it is quite clear that at this point the proxy war in Ukraine between Russia/Gazprom and the European Union/US State Dept/Saudi/Qatar can be upgraded to "hot."
And the death and injury toll, which is rising by the hour:

- Police HQ in Ternopli on fire
- Police HQ in Lviv occupied
- More than 150 injuries

First, I think this "throwing" of fire bombs is basicly stupid. Without too much trouble, use bicycle tire inner tube (or two) mounted between two stiff poles, you will be able to launch that bmb a good 40 meters with high accuracy. You will need spotters.
Second, Using compressed air in Sched 40 or 80 PVC tube makes a very economical launch system for many sizes and types of projectiles. Detonation on impact is an obvious choice. Even a good mass load fired at relatively short range will knock any storm trooper on his ass quite well. He will think twice about whether he wants to stand back up and take another hit.
If you are going to fight, then fight.
BTW, my assessment is that APC and its occupants are done. Yes, good choice for asymetrical response. What $10-20 in fuel taking out a half a million $$ troop transport? Pretty good attrition there.

Cut the bottom off a clorox bottle, cut holes in the sides to attach surgical tubing, load a water balloon, range much greater than 40 yards. The clorox bottle supports the easily breakable water balloon during launch. Glass bottles are surely different, I have no experience there.
I don't understand that APC closing to throwing range of the protesters. Government rules of engagement seem to be not to fire heavy weapons (from outside protesters range).

Lots or options on how to fight armored vehicles. A mobility kill is just as good as destroying the vehicle. Disabling support vehicles/rescue vehicles and personnel is also SOP.
Perhaps the Fire Supression Systems will only work once and are depleted. It will take an initial strike and a follow up main attack with multiple devices

Actually, many in the old Soviet Union welcomed the German invasion. It was not so much that they loved Fascism or even Germans but that they wanted freedom from the gigantic prison called USSR. The Germans raised combat divisions and many Cossacks joined them.
