Watch as sparks fly between a Ukrainian military APC, possibly the same one we revealed earlier, as it gets into some blazingly close encounters with the Kiev protesters. It is unclear who won however it is quite clear that at this point the proxy war in Ukraine between Russia/Gazprom and the European Union/US State Dept/Saudi/Qatar can be upgraded to "hot."

While it doesn't have to do with Ukraine, the discussion of CIA-backed coups in Iran and Central America, essentially in concert with the WorldBank and IMF {via and interview with John Perkins) shed a lot a light on the how and why of these sort of foreign-orchestrated riotlutions. I'm sure many of the protesters in Ukraine, tending to be Ukrainian speakers, want to get away from Russian influence and/or into the EU, mostly, wrongly, perceiving this will help their economy. However, Nuland and her ilk do not care one bit about the Ukrainian people, and if Ukraine can't be independent in the near future, as between the EU and IMF riot it represents, and Russia, the Ukrainians are simply better off with Russia. EU membership or alignment means two things: debt and mass immigration from Africa, Central Asia and elsewhere. It means massive benefits for the "Ukrainian" oligarchs as well as western corporations - it is nothing but bad news for Ukraine's own real economy.
It also means coordination with NATO forces, per the scuttled agreement, which no one seems to be discussing.

What's going on in Ukraine will likely begin to look more and more like what's going on in Syria, which seems to be finding ways to prolong war, and balkanize the country - not run Qatari pipelines through it. The US doesn't care about Qatari pipelines except to the extent it would weaken Gazprom, but Israel has its own gas, and will be stealing Lebanon and Syria's claims in the Eastern Mediterranean - the idea that the Israelis want to see Qatari oil or gas flowing to Europe is complete nonsense. This is Oded Yinon plan stuff, not Qatari gas. Tough to run pipes through a place in constant chaos, but a Syria in constant chaos sure can't help Iran retaliate. Does anyone know the makeup of the police force? If I understand the conflict it is divided somewhat on ethnic/cultural/regional groups? Are the police all one group vs the protestors who are anoher group?
The reason I ask is I wonder if there are police who symptize ideologically with the protestors but are still being police because that is their job and their paycheck and how they support their family.
That would draw analogies to possible future conflicts in the US. How many police will do what they are told even though they disagree with it, purely because they need a paycheck?
