31 Year Old Son Of Jon Corzine Reported Dead
He may not have been a banker or trader, but the just reported passing of one Jeffrey Corzine, 31, son of the infamous Jon Corzine will likely raise more eyebrows than all previous recently reported banker deaths combined.
According to the NY Post, Jeffrey Corzine, who friends said worked as a drug counselor in California, was just 31, when he passed. Details of his death were not immediately known.
"Mr. Corzine is obviously devastated by this tragic loss,” said his spokesman, Steven Goldberg. “We ask that all respect his family’s privacy during this very difficult time."
He was a constant by his father’s side in the days after the former governor’s near-fatal car crash in 2007.
The youngest of the former politician’s three children with ex-wife Joanne Corzine, Jeff also had launched a fledgling photography website. The photography site, which features photos of walls, nature, and various semi-nude women, can be found here.

I can understand your anger but not your reasoning.
If every father's sin was visited upon the child it would be a pretty sad world.
Maybe not every father's sin, but what about those who steal more than, say, $1 billion? At some point, I start to think that wiping the whole blood line out might be a good thing. Many traits are genetic. Plus, it's a disincentive that might dissuade people from doing certain crimes that mere death penalties don't. The foregoing might sound harsh, but the bankers are toying with the lives of millions of people when they screw with interest rates or force trillion-dollar bailouts. They are playing some high-stakes games, and it's only reasonable to reflect those stakes back to them, personally.
So let me ask you this. If the young man who died happened to become your son in law before his father turned out to be a crook, and he was a nice man who also became the father to two kids who were your grandchildren, would you be praying for your son in law to die? And would you also throw your 2 grandchildren overboartd as well just to eliminate the possibility of the Jon Corzine gene spreading any further?

You know it is a very tough issue to look at objectively. His son seemed to be a good person who helped others in need with his counselling and artistic endeavors. Perhaps to some degree doing the opposite to what his father did (intentional or not) which was to harm a lot of people by his own actions.
I have seen it many times in my life where someone does something like Corzine senior and bad things seem to happen after the fact. I am neither religious or vendictive this way. However I suspect that we do weave the web that ensares us and to some degree we unfortunately get what we give.
Problem is Jon is still amongst the living. The wrong Corzine is dead.

My condolences, even though Corzine is detestable.....as a father of 3 sons, he has my empathy on this one. How much of his ill gotten gains would he give, if could just have his son back? I would give everything I own, if I were in his situation, which just goes to show, money aint worth shit.
