Rebellion In The USA - Protesters Attempt To Arrest Albuquerque Police Chief
Submitted by Mike Krieger of Liberty Blitzkrieg blog,
There is something very, very wrong with the Albuquerque, New Mexico police department, and the citizens have just about had enough. Before I get into the heart of this story, I need to provide you with a little background. The Albuquerque Police Department (APD) is well known for its outrageous and inappropriate use of violence. So much so that it has been under investigation by the Department of Justice, which wrote a letter to the Mayor of Albuquerque on April 10, 2014 condemning the police force. Here’s an excerpt from the letter:
Based on our investigation, we have reasonable cause to believe that APD engages in a pattern or practice of use of excessive force, including deadly force, in violation of the Fourth Amendment and Section 14141. Our investigation included a comprehensive review of APD’s operations and the City’s oversight systems. We have determined that structural and systemic deficiencies—including insufficient oversight, inadequate training, and ineffective policies— contribute to the use of unreasonable force. At the conclusion of this letter, we outline the remedial measures that we believe are necessary to ensure that force is used in accordance with the Constitution. In some instances, these recommendations build on measures and initiatives that are already underway within the department.
Just prior to the release of the letter, APD officers shot in the back and killed a homeless man named James M. Boyd, who was camping in the Albuquerque foothills. More recently (and after the DOJ’s letter was sent), 50-year-old Air Force veteran Armand Martin was killed outside of his home by a SWAT team in a standoff with police. It seems the APD is incapable of solving any sort of dispute without a citizen ending up dead.
It makes you wonder what is up with law enforcement in New Mexico in general. If you recall, earlier this year I highlighted a horrific incident in Deming, New Mexico in my post: How a Routine Traffic Stop in New Mexico Turned into a Nightmare of Torture for David Eckert.
So back to Albuquerque. The people are rightfully very upset, which led to a city council meeting being taken over on May 5th protesters. This display of civil disobedience even led to an attempt to serve Police Chief Gorden Eden with an citizen’s arrest warrant. As a result of the protest, the city council moved to prevent protests at their latest meeting, which may lead to free speech related lawsuits. You have to watch the following video:
People have just about had enough, and civil disobedience will only grow greater in the months and years ahead. This is what happens when a nation morphs into a deranged, oligarchic police state. This is also why the Bundy Ranch standoff was such a huge deal, as I noted in one of my most popular posts of 2014: Why the Standoff at the Bundy Ranch is a Very Big Deal.

Bring it on, Bitchez! I'm ready to lock and load! That is, if I can get any ammunition, which, as you may or may not know, is in short supply for the average retail buyer. Cuz the gubmint agencies are buying it all up? Gee, I wonder what that's all about? Hmmm.

Hope all NM recognized the freedom they had under Gary Johnson. When will they ever learn?
Freedom came my way one day
And I started out of town, yeah!
All of a sudden I saw sheriff John Brown
Aiming to shoot me down,
So I shot - I shot - I shot him down and I say:
If I am guilty I will pay.
Wow, so many comments making sure we hear all the details of how brutish cops are, how fucked up the system is, and the usual veiled threats of "patriot retaliation".
All talk, no action.
America is the first communist nation with 400 million privately owned guns.
How can that be?
Because all those gun owners do is sit on their asses saying how bad things are.
Must not be any lamp posts in alberkerkee.
WRONG....fartbreath
Stacking
Packing
Stuffing
Waxing
Evacuation on schedule here.....whack-a-doo
Planning here.....that's action...now go back to bed....
Armed to the teeth with pork rinds & cheezypoofs.
<<< One more crack in the matrix
<<< Nothing to see here
Go west, young man.
Tax collectors with guns. Every police department has become an adjunct to the local or state court system which is a profit center for their respective governments. Then there is also the cash and property the police can seize and keep for their own uses.
"under investigation by the Department of Justice".... Funny
FDA officers with guns coming to routinely audit manufacturing facilities. WHY do THEY "need" guns? What reason is there for clerical officers of the government to carry guns into a business office/workplace? If anything was found to be "off" at the facility, the FDA already has the power to civilly shut things down, so why the guns? To intimidate?
Apparently now there's a big police-auction market across the USA selling clad gold & silver bars.
Of course the prices are like for solid .9999 oz fine bars but the 'clad' word means they're nothing but 'paint' electroplated on to much less valuable metal, stainless steel, copper, etc. Worthless.
Local Tampa, FL sherriff swooped down on a family member few weeks back, 10 cars etc. and arrested with probable cause. I did a FOI on them for all dash cams, 911 call, all atatements and so on. They say active and won't furminsh anything but offender and victims info. I had 2 officers meet me at site and all they did was plead ingnorance. There was a bb gun ( not displayed) involved and 1 said it looked like an assault weapon. FM! Kids in lock up waiting and publc defender is just out of high school. Cops wouldn't furnish ID cards but I remembered the names. Most info can be scrubbed from the web but the county assessors office has to publish property owners. "victim" published pictures to her facebook and thats more information then the cops have. Waiting for the playout and expect dropped or lowered charges. Lucky he wasn't shot.
Eric Holder was in Albuquerque overseeing installation of transgender bathrooms in the APD jail when a mob of protesters asked him what he was doing about the brutality. He didn't have any knowledge of the situation but promised to look into it.
He was working the lost vintage wine bottle case. Last i checked he got a call from DA sayin they had to drop the case. When he asked why, the DA said, we can't make a case out of 11 bottles.
The locals will have to solve the problem.
The Backdoor Barry strategy is to increase the pressure on communities w/blue brutality until they snap, shots are fired, and then the domestic army moves in.
Not just Alberquerque........http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-27387874
The corruption is complete, from the President all the way down to local cops. Personally, I avoid all forms of government as much as possible, especially courtrooms, because IMO judges can be bought and sold cheaply, and can legislate from the bench, make up anything they like and you are defenseless against their "system" of "justice."
Find me a town with an honest cop and an honest judge and I'll move there. For now, I'm just sitting still, hoping not to attract attention. It's a sad state of affairs in this country when one has to decide whether to run from the gathering mobs of the FSA or the "protect and serve" militants and their kangaroo court system.
You prolly won't find that town, but they won't let themselves go into a library, so if you need some shelter just head there and you should be safe from the law.
Regarding Mr. Eckert's case, those police officers are still on the job. Have a look at the statement issued by the city of Deming "In exchange for the monetary settlement, Mr. Eckert agreed that the City of Deming and individual officers named in the suit admitted no civil wrong-doing, including no violations of his civil rights."

I was beaten almost to death in lockup by about 6 cops with their boots and billy clubs. I had defended myself against a drunk off duty cop who was mercillessly hounding the lady I lived with at that time. When I had enough and had warned him 3 times to leave her alone I told him it was time to dance. ON the way out the door he reached for a handgun in his waistband. He suffered a broken knee in the altercation. I had a friend who was a cop who happened to bring a prisoner into lock up while the beating was going on. I heard him say the next guy that touches him I'll kill and he meant it. He went to court with me the next morning and asked to speak with the judge up by the bench. Both my eyes were swelled shut and I had several chipped teeth and a broken nose. Lips were swollen and cracked bloody. All charges were dropped against me after my friends conversation with the judge. I was ninteen and this was 1974. I did not wish to bring attention to my family and did not pursue a lawsuit. Today I probably would not have made it to lockup alive. I tell my kids to do as they are told if ever pulled over but my kids are all female and grown and gone. I would not allow a warrantless search of my vehicle. DUI charges are not bullshit reasons for locking people up. I have been hit by two hit and run drivers. Last time cost me the use of my left shoulder and most of left arm strength. No golf, no swimming, no shooting regular compound or recurve bow and can't hand off the 30 lb grandson unless the person I am lifting him to is ready to grab him as arm strenth doesnt allow a long hand off. Society with no rules or laws or enforcement isn't and wouldn't be for the faint hearted. Here in Chicago downtown now citizens are being warned of car jackings and armed robberies occuring daily in parking ramps and lots. We as a society are on a teeter totter and just another pebble is going to be the tipping point. Prepare accordingly.
Very sorry to hear how these murderous & near-murderous thugs have treated you.
Sadly I think the only answers are armed revolution with hangings in public squares, or evacuating the country itself.
i hope the people of albuquerque hang that asshole police chief and bring murder charges against him and his entire police department....that satanic city is the most evil on the planet, and it wouldn't hurt my feelings if god wiped out every single one of those scumbags living there. dept of justice hasn't even brought murder charges against the leaders of that vile city, making them accomplices to murder. an earth quake should swallow that entire cesspool of filth and remove that blight from the face of the earth.
Let's recap that killing of the camper again; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6tpAZObNZfI
I wonder what percentage of Amerikan cops are like those ones? 20%?
About all of them. The police are not your friends, they do not like you and they are not here to help you.
They are generally dim witted authoritarian bullies, much like those who run this country.
If you ever get the opportunity to fuck up a cop and get away with it, just do it.
Why let loose a dog on that guy?
80%?
They executed that poor guy from 40' away.
Outrageous.
The paid trolls and NSA fear bots would like you to believe that America is going to go out without a fight.
Yes, a majority of American have no fight in them and a certain minority are Stasi thugs, but all that really matters is the highly motivated and heavily armed 3 percent.
Winmag, Those with no fight in them (the 47%) depend on the .gov for their sustanance, if not their very lives. Those who have become dependant will not challenge or "bite" the hand that feeds them. Indeed they may stand up for the status quo for they have everything to loose. The motivated 3% will be standing for an ideal, the rest for their very lives. Should .gov loose the ability to keep the outrageous promises they have made, the percentages will rapidly shift.
That the gov can't keep those promises is already apparent isn't it though?
You'd think so but apparently a lot of people haven't come even close to figuring that out. "full faith and credit" and all that nonsense.
I know...so many people get caught up in the 'you can't do anything...most people...blah blah blah' argument probably to rationalize their spineless existences. But 'most people' don't matter and never really have. The revolutions of the Enlightenment weren't begun or won by anything near majorities. The 'majority' are lazy and ignorant...they may not help us but they aren't getting off their couch to fight for the tyrrants either. And their dead weight...why would you want them 'on your side'?
'Most people' don't matter in this context...never have and never will.
Everybody should remember this attitude starts farther up the food chain. They are called politicians.
See the documentary "Let the Fire Burn" about how the Philadelphia police department deliberately burned down an entire neighborhood in 1985.
haha....alot of scared faces on the high and mighty adgenda driven council.
It seems one of our more prolific posters here posted about the police in Albuquerque, NM earlier this month.
The Albuquerque, New Mexico mayor and city council are ELECTED. ELECTED. They appoint the police chief. The protest was on May 5, Cinqo de Mayo. If the Mexicans in the US prefer less law enforcement all they have to do is move back to their own country.
Was Heisenberg behind this?
One piece of this problem is that the victims of the police are isolated and fail to collect sufficient evidence for subsequent lawsuit and/or prosecution. A lone homeless man with a bullet in the back of his head is not going to offer a very good rebuttle to what the survivors have to say.
One solution is for potential victims to systematically band together, strength-in-numbers-style. By doing so, the potential victims achieve a few benefits. For one, they are less likely to be murdered en-masse than random strays. Another benefit is that more people present more opportunity for witnesses and other evidence to survive the encounter.
The other piece of this problem is that the victims fail to diligently prosecute their tormentors. Granted, being dead tends to thwart this goal. Nevertheless, there's plenty abuse doled out short of murder and there are plenty of survivors and witnesses to these crimes. And even in the case of murder, if there are surviving witnesses, then there's somebody to make a stink about whatever happened.
I can understand how the government process of policing itself is probably laughably inadequate for the job, and relying upon them to police themselves is absurd. However, private litigation is not buried so easily. Imagine a group of people who make it their business to attract government abuse and then to sue the piss out of the individual perpetrators. Although they wouldn't get very far suing anybody who is just "doing their (government) job" in their offical capacity, they'll have much more luck when said defendants have stepped outside the boundaries of their own rules. The goal is to make these individual people personally responsible for their actions by burying them in vexatious litigation and bankruptcy court.
For a fictional treatment of how this might work, please see http://thebrotherhoodreport.blogspot.com
Copblock has tried to do this and the result is people from Copblock have been systematically jailed for "wiretapping" just for making audio and/or video recording in public of police.
When police are up to no good they steal/destroy the recording equipment, intimidate/shoot the witnesses. Those who survive are to be put in prison for 20 years for "wire-tapping".
Isolating victims isn't an accident, it's a conspiracy to attack, jail & execute tax-slaves.
Honest question (although i suspect what the answer is, but being from Europe i don't know what is your take): What would happen if you'd just calmly say (in a situation where you are right) that you would blow his fucking head off, right there on the spot if he doesn't cut his bullshit. And also, how the fuck you guys end up getting fisted on the side of the road and nobody fucking kills the cop on the spot? I mean, what the fuck do you have to lose when you're getting fisted while trying to fly or just drive from one place to another? This baffles me to no end, getting the inside of your ass searched and you just roll with it but if someone else would try to do it you'd kill the fucker...How is this shit possible and how the fuck i don't ever hear of someone just point blank blast a cop's head clean off his shoulders? I bet the police would be VERY careful after only ONE case like this. As far as i know cops drive alone (cost cuts lol) so its just you vs. him...
Please enlighten me.
Truth be told in my shitty country cops are very docile, you'd have to beat one to an inch of his life to make him shot a warning shot into the air.
I live near Albuquerque. If you want to go that route, you had be ready to seriously throw down, and not just with that one cop. APD is proficient with their firearms, unlike NYPD, and if you do that, you're going to have 50 of them coming for you. And it's also going to take a lot more than just one case to change the mentality. A cop was killed in Texas a month or two ago on a no-knock raid. The cops came in at 5 or 6 in the morning when the guy was asleep, so he had no clue what was going on, and blasted the same cop who argued that it needed to be a no knock raid with a rifle. The grand jury no-billed him for capital murder, but he's being charged with a felony for having a few seedlings and a couple other small plants while being in possession of a firearm. Cops across the country weren't scared, they were pissed that he was no-billed for capital murder.
In America they'd execute you on the spot, find your children, and then arrest / execute them too. You don't fuck with USA cops unless you are armed like a super-soldier.
They are more than happy to blow your walls open with explosives to enter the home, even if the door is unlocked, and to plant evidence of drugs or terrorism, destroying not only your life (you are killed) but also the reputation of your family (meth lab, Al Qaeda sleeper-cell, etc.).
As the others have said the police are not a lot different than terrorists. In Chicago, who do you think is supplying the gangbangers with all their unlicensed weapons? CPD, that's who.
Thanks for the answers! Wow you guys are fucked! Sorry to hear that any trace of common sense has gone the way of the dodo. Thinking about it in the light of your comments you guys have it worse than the Soviets during Stalin (they rarely killed someone on the spot, they liked to keep the facade of legality and drag you to court, where you'd be send away to Siberia to freeze and starve, but at least you had a chance, not this Judge Dredd bullshit).
I feel sorry for you and i'm scared that this is the future for the rest of us.
Youtube regularly erases videos as 'scams' which are in fact eye-witness accounts of murders by police officers, or threats of violence, or non-lethal violance (but very brutal).
Just try searching for what's new (which is a lot, all the time) for "police brutality" or "police shoot civilians" or "police shoot unarmed"
That will show you what's really going on, even with the massive erasures by Youtube LLC (Google Inc.) of this content.
Why limit yourself? The problem isn't "law enforcement in New Mexico, in general". It's a national problem owing to a burgeoning police state, aided and abetted by an out of control judiciary, especially on the federal level (like SCOTUS!) that can't seem to stop that growing and morphing Constitution from increasing federal power at the expense of state and individual rights/powers. Even the "law enforcement" mindset is an artifice. Sheriffs are supposed to be "peace officers" and there should not be the plethora of heavily armed and swaggering alphabet soup of federal agencies attempting to awe the serfs with their "shiny toys" and such. If you want to succeed at removing the going sheriff of Albuquerque, the safest way is at the polls. Also remember any covering politicians as they sidewise become elective targets of opportunity. Get shed of ANYONE running interference for the fascistic and boycott anyone contributing to their campaigns. Hit them in their pocketbook and power base and NEVER forget.
Actually, the police chief in Albuquerque is appointed by the mayor without approval of the city council. That's what the meeting was about, whether to change the laws regarding the appointment of new chiefs. It is the Bernalillo County Sheriff that is elected, and that is a separate entity from APD. BCSO is also in the news A LOT less when it comes to this kind of stuff.
And I don't think requiring City Council approval will help very much. The problem is that there are no real consequences for the police when they fuck up. Something that the council may be able to do is give persons and families of persons who have been subject to police brutality a private right of action in civil court, that if successful, causes the court to issue a writ of mandamus forcing the department to fire the officer. Get a court order, and that bypasses even the police union. Like I say though, the city MAY have this authority, as it is very limited on what it can do in terms of civil law by the NM Constitution. I'll have to go through the case law to figure it out.
The VC (Vicious Children) have occupied the administration. From the Supreme Court to Obama's heavilly armed intellectually 5 years old enforcers. The adults (pre-quota engineers) need to get control of this situation before they burn the house down, with everyone inside.
Cops need to remember that they also live in the community.
People know their wives and children, as well as where they live.
When push comes to shove justice will be served one way or the other.
Yup. Unless the cops are willing to rob grocery stores & farms I'd say another good tactic is to deny them access to food.
No restaurant, no grocery store, nothing.
A further step would be to refuse any repair to vehicles, any construction on their buildings and any supply of ammunition, although I'm sure they can source that far beyond the town.
A good beginning. Next time we will hopefully see some guillotines in the background. Grifter authoritarians in the "next" cycle always eventually learn the hard way.
"When criminals, criminals make all the laws
Then anyone breaking them fights a just cause
So don't obey leaders
And don't follow rules
And the Outlaws, the Outlaws are saviors, not fools
So crush their damned spycams, rip open your cage
Let liberty loose with a howl of wild rage
Each tyrant you smash
Is a freedom you've won
And the Outlaws -- we Outlaws put power on the run"

Trained to be sniper bait. Why?
Trained to never question orders. Becuase F U!
Trained in us vs them. Because they are pawns.
Bandana Man? Cannot be stopped.
Real Americans have shown much restraint so far.
Yep its gonna suck for everyone.
It wont go down like any other war ever.
OR.... the SWAT team will throw cheezy-poofs & twinkies into the crowd and open fire on the ensuing riot to get even fatter.
Jus' sayin'.
We had similar problems a decade ago in my City (PNW). We first corrected them on the term "Law Enforcement" to "Peace Officer" due to the fact law enforcement anything, are called judges. When they ignored this we then started posting Google street view images of their homes and address on the internet, then publishing credit records, tax liens, etc.
In short, they got good and proper "outed". Then proceeded to families for the most stubborn. Now most Police abuse is rarely even seen/heard of anymore.
The point? - Absolute power corrupts absolutely. You have the tools to do something as pussies cry and wait for the mob to make the first move.
The police chief who forgot who he works for looked pretty scared in that meeting.
he's makin' a list
he's checkin' it twice
he knows who's been naughty or nice
Dorner-Claus is comin'
to town
Frankly, there seems to have been an explosion of clear and obvious police abuse since 9/11 - and the feds have encouragd their agencies and our local cops to train with Israeli thugs to learn to treat us all as Palestinians, basically.
Police who shoot the unarmed, or kick the shit out of a handcuffed suspect ought to go home have no reason righ now to be fearful of, say, an organized vigilante group which will take him from his home and bury him in the fucking desert.
We should not have come to this, but we are just about there. Certainly in NYC where too many roided-out fucktards think being good police is just like being good jarhead amongst the hajis.
Open letter to Albuquerque Citizens:
Dear Alburquerque,
I'm sorry that the city stomped on your protests and stopped you from arresting a disgraced Police Chief. It appears you have a few options left.
1. for every honest citizen killed, take out one of theirs.
2. Go L.A. style (drive-by shootings at the police).
3. Hire Snake Plisken for protection.
4. Hire the Zeta's for protection.
Personnaly I like option 3.
This blog has some decent info sometimes on ecnomic issues but sometimes you guys just go full tin foil hat retard. I'm convinced many of the posters live in there mothers basement.
Fucking hysterical...thanks for adding your two cents turd
I don't own a gun, and never have. But if I must live on earth anywhere near human population (which I don't), my preference is that EVERYONE wear a pair of six shooters whenever they leave home. Well, no need to limit to six shots each, but you get the point.
A civilized "society" is one in which everyone has ZERO tolerance for being harmed by ANYONE, especially anyone who wears a uniform and/or badge, because they clearly plan to cause harm on a huge scale.
Better Call Saul!

Hm..after watching events in Eastern Ukraine, perhaps docile Americans are maybe grabbing the bull by the horns,...finally!
Lets hope this movement spreads
and as predicted, I saw not a squeak about this on the MSM.
Of course I did work a little late, so maybe on the 10pm news?
Don't need to read the article, man. F the PO PO, man! Same shit day in, day out. Every damn day some jack-booted thug pullin some shit on someone! 95-year old gettin shot every damn day by cops! f-that! when you get pulled over for speeding it is KILL OR BE KILLED.
