Hacker Invoices DoJ For Prison Time; Refuses To Accept U.S. Dollars
Submitted by Mike Krieger of Liberty Blitzkrieg blog,
Thus I was taken from Arkansas, the nicest place I ever lived, and brought to Newark, New Jersey, a place worse than any of the many third world countries I have visited. I was held under bail conditions where the government refused to allow me to work in my industry, told me where I could live (I was not allowed to return to my birthplace of Arkansas where I lived at no expense, and instead forced to pay rent in New Jersey), and was subject to the indignity and expense of regular mandatory travel to the Newark courthouse to urinate in front of a federal employee. I was told where I could travel, and where and how I could sleep. My time and life was completely monopolized by the federal government during this period, again based off false statements from a lying piece of shit in the federal government…
My current market-determined hourly rate is 1 Bitcoin an hour. I was taken from my childhood home at gunpoint on January 18th, 2011, and I was not allowed to freely exercise my liberties as a citizen until April 11th, 2014. That’s 1179 days that you used my time that I am now billing you for (I gave you a discount by not including the last day). I am owed 28,296 Bitcoins. I do not accept United States dollars, as it is the preferred currency of criminal organizations such as the FBI, DOJ, ATF, and Federal Reserve and I do not assist criminal racketeering enterprises.
- Andrew “Weev” Auernheimer in his “Open letter to members of the New Jersey District Court, FBI, and DOJ consisting of an invoice for services rendered.”
I first brought the controversial hacker and troll “Weev” to your attention in my post: Hacker “Weev” is Released from Prison, Starts Hedge Fund Called TRO LLC, Appears on CNBC. I strongly suggest checking that post out before reading on.
Ever since being released from prison, Weev has seemingly and wisely turned his trolling skills on those aspects of U.S. society that are the most corrupt and cancerous. Namely Wall Street and the Federal Government. His latest action consists of a scathing letter to members of the “justice system” that imprisoned him, and some excerpts from the letter represent moments of sheer trolling genius.
Not only does he invoice the government for $13.2 million, but he refuses to accept U.S. dollars (more accurately Federal Reserve Notes, but whatever), and instead asks for payment in 28,296 Bitcoins. Simply epic. The full letter can be read below:
Open letter to federal scum
I just emailed this to the federal government and bcc’d 200 or so people:
Subject: “An open letter to members of the New Jersey District Court, FBI, and DOJ consisting of an invoice for services rendered.”
To the Honorable Susan D. Wigenton, US Attorney Paul J. Fishman, Assistant US Attorney Zach Intrater, and FBI Special Agent Christian Schorle,
“Whether ’tis nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, or to take arms against a sea of troubles, and by opposing end them?” -Shakespeare
It has long been one of the fundamental pillars of our system of law that when one commits a crime against another, they are made to give restitution to their victims.
I have, over the course of 3 years, been made the victim of a criminal conspiracy by those in the federal government. This was a conspiracy of sedition and treason, perpetrated with violence by a limited number of federal agents to deprive me of my constitutional rights to a fair trial and unlawfully put me in prison. This is not a hallucination on my part. These claims were in fact verified by the Third Circuit Court of Appeals when they vacated the false judgement against me imposed by the court of Judge Susan D. Wigenton. Perhaps you haven’t read the opinion of the appeals court exposing all of you as liars and seditionists yet. If so, here you go: https://www.eff.org/files/2014/04/11/weev.pdf
On January 18th, 2011 I was kidnapped at gunpoint by the US Marshals from Fayetteville, Arkansas, the town where I was born, based off a criminal complaint based on complete falsehoods written by FBI Special Agent Christian Schorle. The complaint alleged I had broken into AT&T’s servers (I hadn’t, as confirmed by the appeals court which verified no evidence was presented that any of my accesses bypassed security restrictions) and that New Jersey was the jurisdiction because AT&T was headquartered there. In actuality, AT&T was headquartered at the time in Houston, Texas. This sort of blatant falsehood is verifiable by a simple Google search.
My time and life was completely monopolized by the federal government during this period, again based off false statements from a lying piece of shit in the federal government.
I then spent a swath of the next years struggling to find an attorney because the overworked federal defender I was given told me to plea to false charges because even if I was innocent there was no way I’d win. I then struggled to get this attorney enough resources to fight the case while he was struggling to keep the lights in his office on.
Going to trial two years later, the United States Attorneys and FBI repeatedly perjured themselves in order to wrongfully convict me. FBI Special Agent Phillip Frigm claimed that the manufactured evidence was “secured” by MD5 signatures. This was factually wrong and perjurously asserted as true under oath– MD5 signatures do not work in the manner he implied. Assistant US Attorney Michael Martinez claimed that I committed a crime because my use of the Internet was “not like going to ESPN and checking my favorite sports team’s scores”, and Assistant US Attorney Zach Intrater claimed that I had committed a crime because I automated web requests with a script. This, of course, ignores the fact that the vast majority of web requests are programmatic and automated– total API requests and automated GET per year are approaching the quadrillions. Lie after lie after lie stacked up in open court on behalf of the agents of the government. If there was any integrity left in the justice system there would be special prosecutors appointed to charge you with the perjuries you committed.
Orchestrating this circus was the judge, Susan D. Wigenton, who not only ignored my constitutional right to a trial in a reasonable location but blatantly allowed manufactured evidence and perjury on the part of FBI and DOJ employees in her courtroom. The rights I have enumerated in the Constitution (and, in some cases, even The Declaration) were violated with near completion.
At sentencing, I made the following statement to Judge Wigenton:
“I don’t come here today to ask for forgiveness. I’m here to tell this court, if it has any foresight at all, that it should be thinking about what it can do to make amends to me for the harm and the violence that has been inflicted upon my life.”
It is time, now that the fraud and violence committed against me has been exposed by the appeals process, to begin making amends to me for the harm her court has done.
My current market-determined hourly rate is 1 Bitcoin an hour. Know that all this wealth will be directed towards a good and charitable cause. I am building a series of memorial groves for the greatest patriots of our generation: Timothy McVeigh, Andrew Stack, and Marvin Heemeyer. You see, In the “Special Housing Unit”, which is Bureau of Prisons codespeak for “solitary confinement” and “torture”, I had enough time to think about the current state of federal government.
The federal government has declared war on We the People. I am but the latest casualty of the unjust and seditious war being waged against honest Americans and defenders of the Constitution. At Waco the FBI directed the murder of 76 men, women, and children. At Ruby Ridge the FBI murdered both a 14-year-old boy and a woman cradling her infant child. All federal agents are, in fact, murderous thugs and seditious terrorists. Sedition is the charge for crimes which undermine the Constitution with violence. I can assure you that violence was used against me, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals has already verified that the case against me undermined the Constitution.
28,296 Bitcoins. This is my invoice. It will only come once. As government criminality continues to be exposed on a daily basis, there is an urgent question which our government must answer: by what civil and peaceful means can those of us harmed by government perjury, fraud, and violence be compensated for the losses we have experienced? My Bitcoin address: 1JTeYcsx37XTq5NRgjepAHDqaLHTZUL88a
Now the government’s answer, or lack of it, will be permanently preserved in the Bitcoin block chain as a matter of public record. PAY ME MY MONEY, YOU LYING SUBHUMAN GARBAGE. You also should resign from your posts, as you’ve shown yourselves to be collective disgraces to rule of law and enemies of the United States Constitution. Those of us who actually love this country should take your places.
The war/civil unrest cycle continues to move forward.

First of all the operative word here is "coincidental." There is no credible evidence of anything except random terrorist activity in either case.
There is a significant difference between "angry" and "patriotic." Angry people do stupid things, as McVeigh showed us.
Also, religious fanaticism creates stupid acts, as we witness so often, be it in Northern Ireland, The United States, or Israel and the Middle East.
Another insanity that we observe today is extreme nationalism (actually it is racism, but in another guise).
And worse, greed, operating behind any of these insanities. Greed is, of course, the worst of them because it can actually drive people to conspire, hiding behind the overt stupidity of the fanatics, misguided angry and nationalists. Greed breeds sociopathic behavior. If you want to worry about conspiracy, look to the military industrial complex, the gun lobby (reality check - I was raised with guns, own them, and have been an NRA member until they were taken over by wierdos), the energy industry (coal, oil, gas, and - strangely enough - 'green' energy mavens), and the medical industry. Oh, Hell, look with care at any who have enormous wealth, since they are the most likely to have been corrupted absolutely. That is where you might find your conspiracy.
Government is just incompetent. Now, that's bad, but at least it is not malevolent.

There is a strong correlation between the explosion characteristics at the Murrah building and the World Trade Center buildings 1 and 2 that occurred on 911.
For those interested or so inclined, they should look up McVeigh and Elohim City, OK.
Like Oswald, McVeigh's background and the time leading up to the "event" are not as clear as purported."
Physics 911.net is a very eye-opening site.
McVeigh as patsy is fairly convincingly laid out in:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Third_Terrorist
[Not ironclad, but thought provoking]
if you want to go down the timothy mcveigh rabbit hole, you should check out peter lance's research which actually connects mcveigh with ranzi yousef.
http://peterlance.com/wordpress/?p=203
I had that same thought, "and if you go carrying pictures of Chairman Mao Timothy McVeigh, you ain't gonna make it with anyone anyhowway".
Yes, a strange statement. However, a person that is knowledgeable on the OKC bombing will understand that McVeigh's role is not clear, as what happened there is not clear.
Sort of like a person that is not very well informed on the JFK assassination asserting that Oswald is a "hero." Even if that person detests JFK, it is, at a minimum, unclear what Oswald's role was or wasn't.
A patriot is someone who is on the side of the people of the country; a fellow traveler, or running dog, is someone on the side of the Fourth Reich. Which side are you on ? Hint; there is no safe middle. That's all over now.
Seems just a bit pissed off.
1 bitcoin an hour? Lol. Computer hackers are a dime a dozen.
He might have better luck with shares of GOOG or APL. Except that someone will ask how much a bitcoin is -- really, $480 an hour? Hackers are worth that much? And even if he won some judgement it would be in dollars first, converted to bitcoin, or just given the dollars and told to go buy the bitcoin if he wants it.
Good luck with the appeal.
He's just raising hell. If he was serious he'd sue but that would cost a fortune and what do you suppose his expectations for a fair hearing are?
Kudos to the Typler's for giving it the exposure it deserves.
It seems they moved the case to a venue where they had the right judge. Disgusting. How does that work? Well we saw how Kagan was rewarded for rubber stamping the unconstitutional and horrific detention and abuse of Martin Armstrong.
a brilliant hacker, his Wikipedia entry is worth reading:

The guy is hideously weird looking in real life, like some kind of evil elf. He's maybe 4'10" tall and a strong breeze would blow him away.
He needs to be patient. Identify your targets and then be patient. Everyone knows that absolute chaos is headed this way. And under the cover of chaos, justice will be served.
Should be interesting to see what happens to the lawyers, judges, and crooks in law enforcement when the money dries up and they find out their protections dried up with it.
Everyone awake should be making a Retribution-list of the criminals they are aware of. When the collapse and chaos comes, those on the lists should be brought to justice.
We are not talking about petty things like the neighbor that may have cut down your tree, but high-crimes and treason. That gun and badge thug that robs, "seizes," people's property, the pols and crats that sell their office, the thugs that commit violent Article 3, Section 3 acts of war (treason), or other aggressions against the people, conspiracy to violate the unalienable and Constitutionally protected rights of the people, theft from the American people, etc.
Some say “truth and reconciliation,” but I ask, “Is there any place for these sociopaths and criminals in a Restored civil society?!” I say not.
Mine starts with Corzine.
The Four Rs
Rejection: Quit paying, quit obeying, quit playing
Revolution: It is inevitable, so prepare, as they are.
Retribution: The guilty must answer for their crimes against the American people and the Constitution.
Restoration: Restore the American people, country and Constitutional republic.
"Restore the American people"
Care to explain this one?
Yes, except go all the way. Recognize that the Americas (the continents) were already populated, and no hoard of gringos had any legitimate basis to kill, defraud and steal blind the residents of those continents, and toss aside the "system" they had for tens of thousands of years (at least).
So, restore the Americas to pre-gringo.
Before you have a knee-jerk response to this statement, pause for a few minutes, think, and recognize that the "system" established in the Americas was vastly superior to any in Europe or England or most other parts of the world. Or to the "states" and "nations" being formed in the Americas.
Why do I say that? Well, think about it. What is THE perfect system? The answer should be clear. 100% LIBERTY. Now, the first knee-jerk reaction is to say, "but wait, many of the native american tribes did not practice anything remotely like liberty".
That observation is correct. While some tribes were rather benevolent, others were rather authoritarian. In fact, the Americas were home to a huge variety of "tribes" that practiced a huge variety of "systems".
So, how can I call this 100% liberty?
The answer is obvious to any thinking human being. The fact is, some human beings WANT to be a part of a community with rules, and liberty means they can do so. One modern example of this is... gated communities, which have all sorts of lame rules that the residents must obey. But this is consistent with liberty, because anyone in those communities can leave and no longer be obligated by those rules.
This IS what existed in the Americas when the gringos arrived and destroyed everything. Of course, actually, the majority of newcomers did not attempt to form Europe-style government. Only a tiny percentage did that, some sent by King George and other authoritarians, and others who are now called "founding fathers".
What existed in the Americas was just about as close to perfect liberty as can exist on planet earth. You can live in a tribe that suits your inclinations (if they'll accept you), or you can live in "no mans land", which is everywhere outside tribal settlements.
And this is perhaps the single most crucial and fundamental aspect of liberty... that everywhere NOT in an organized settlement is 100% liberty. And since nobody is required to join or live or stay in any of those settlements, anyone who does live in a settlement is also living a life of 100% liberty.
Now, I'm not saying you should forget good ideas. What you wish to retain (freedom of speech, freedom of association, freedom of travel, freedom from search, freedom of privacy, and so forth) are implicit in "no mans land". When you create your own little (1 person or 1 family or 1 group) settlement... you are free of any rules and constraints that apply in any tribe or settlement.
So... you'll get to keep all that.
You've come 90% of the way. Come the last 10%. Recognize that NO system that claims control outside a limited settlement can possibly be legitimate (certainly not over entire regions or continents). The states and the USA are inherently predatory and statist, and therefore not legitimate (and not liberty).
I do not consent to be governed.
In fact, I refuse to be governed.
So don't attempt to force me.
To be sure, all the statist predators and sociopaths and their paid thugs need to go. However, if you attempt to return to any form of large scale government (beyond the scale of tribe or settlement that people can LEAVE), then you become the new predators and the new thugs, and YOU need to be eliminated. Don't fall into that trap.
Screw hackers, they portend to defend humanity but they're just anonymous looters, DIG UP AND POST MY REPS HOME ADDRESS then trell me about PATRIOTISM
You're a retard.
You expect a thing that is logically ludicrous: namely, someone who
That's absolutely the definition of retarded.
If you want shit like that, it can be got with absolute ease.
After all, .gov infosec is produced almost exclusively by second-raters (and worse) and so is easily penetrated: I call it "The Other iOS" ('involuntary Open-Source).
Let's start getting used to the idea that all the IQ 100's are Retards; then we can just call them "normals". The most surprising thing about normals is not that they have no idea what's going on in the real world they live in, no memory of anything they studied, because they didn't study anything; but the fact that they can actually tie their own shoes and remember their phone number. But then; that's because AT&T did a research project to determine how many digits a normal can remember and found out the number is four.
sat 800 - i was living in europe at one point and met a danish gentlemen working high up for ibm europe. he had explained to me how they were experimenting in earlier times for atm cards and passwords. in the beginning (and i will explain how the vestige is still there) they thought there would be 3 responses necessary. that, clearly did not work. it was concluded that passwords could be 7 characters, this the 'average' person could remember. that was probably 20 years in existence.
my most recent chase card renewal two years ago was reduced to 4 digits maximum.
the vestige is still there because the card resets are 3 questions regarding 'stuff' such as a parents middle name and my first school.
that said, i can't recall how many drinks i poured myself this evening.
dear god, ignorance and stupdity must be bliss.
Certified Triple O.G.
His case highlights, despite the rare reversal, why guillotines, and only guillotines, will end the web corruption that these criminals have created.
The case was only dismissed due to improper venue. He got lucky. If they want to castrate you or lock you up forever they will, that is the level of criminality and power madness that prevails now. Having read the dismissal, the feds could actually attempt to try him again, this time in the "right" venue.
lol so i dont get bitcoin, but i suppose he didnt get his coins?
Inspired me to invest a little bit more in bars tho. I havent tried platinum yet.
Reflecting current development society must crash sooner rather than later..
I feel very badly about what happened to Weev, but, once the system has spit you up, it is extremely
unwise to fuck with it again.
While the Computer crime case was sad and weev deserved acquittal, and should never have been indicted, it happened.
Weev needs to move on, recoup his losses, and forget it.
They will if enraged find something that they can make stick. A cuban cigar, a joint in the car while crossing the border,
a tax violation....
There may be some compensation for time served, but only if the DoJ drops all charges.
I read the dismissal order, he can be charged again.
Doesn't every bloke in US politiks have a big wooden box full of Cuba Havana cigars on his desk ?
It's Likely Hitlery has a fucking crate of Cuban Cigars in her Torture Chamber - just under her whip box.
He , and anybody else can be charged with whatever bullshit whenever the system sees fit.
But Yeah , it's surely much better to just Shut the Fuck Up , Bend Over and take it like a Good Shitizen.
Ironically, there is some safety in notoriety; they don't like their sub-legal machinations on the evening news. Getting TV face time is itself a degree of protection. I wouldn't be in a hurry to call him foolish.
T he "evidence" is worthless; and it's been examined now by competant counsel. These things work best on the defenseless; and even better on those who don't want to fight back; or would like to have a "government job"; hacking, of course.
It's unwise to sucker punch the school bully in the balls too; but what happens if you don't. It worked alright for me.
I think Central Government / Central Banking is like a Star , eventually it's gravity gets so strong it turns into a Black Hole and simply dissapears up it's own arse. The trick being to stay far enough away that you don;t get sucked up into it's imploding anus as well.
Bitcoin BTChez .....
Motherfuckers. Scumbag liars.
Bitcoin block chain tracks unpaid invoices?
I am assuming that this is his words, not some ZH Ghostwriters'
"Now the government’s answer, or lack of it, will be permanently preserved in the Bitcoin block chain as a matter of public record. PAY ME MY MONEY, YOU LYING SUBHUMAN GARBAGE."
Tip of the hat, Andrew!
Problem-Reaction-Solution. "Hacker “Weev” is Released from Prison, Starts Hedge Fund Called TRO LLC, Appears on CNBC". How convenient. Bitcoin gets its pitch, hacker hero gets his hedge fund shorting equities on market-moving data based on publicly traded companies' security vulnerabilities identified by him, CNBC gets its narrative and everyone else has their egos stroked. It looks like the revolution will be televised.
They took him to NJ? Dear God man! That alone is cruel and unusual punishment.
Seriously though, that sounds like a case of forum shopping, i.e. they knew they had a dirty judge who would back their play. Some federal judges are decent and you can kind of tell they think some of the stuff that is going on is bullshit, and others, well, lets just say that they should be on the other side of the bench.
Do you notice the contortions the government went through in this case to have the advantage.
Do you notice the lack of contortions the government went through to find out why WTC7 fell down?
WTC7 never fell down , it is still standing.
You have been brainwashed by conspiracy nuts. Please immediately start taking your medication again or you will be re-arrested.
Now , move along....
Funny ... but sad such a government conspiracy can be viewed lightly.
There is no government conspiracy you muppet. You need to get back to your doctor and ask for more pills.
Now , move along...
Well, your pills seem to leave you to believe, based on a sample of 1, that you can nudge one beam of a 47 story building covering a whole block, and it will fall at free fall speed in perfect symmetrical fashion ... oh, and all on the command of the new landlord ... with the BBC reader getting off on her script timing by being 30 minutes early with her announcement ... with the building clearly visible and standing in the background as she does so. Are your pills sold over the counter or do they require a prescription?
if he really wanted to make them butt pucker.. he should of demanded a portion Germany's gold.. Likely getting only less than 180 grains of lead to the head!
This is really class warfare - the wealthy using the blue-collar middle-class to attack the creative class.
It's getting harder for the wealthy to claim ownership of the creative class output and use it for their purpose and profit. It's happening all over, every day.
They're not lining the creative and philisophical types up against a wall and shooting them... not yet at least.
He forgot to hedge his risk.
Until a half a minute ago, liberals called Social Security a Ponzi scheme, too

The courts system is a joke and to think it's really delivering justice while these judges grandstand on the benches.
Unfortunately he's on the wrong side and not able to experience the court house with comfort as they have recently renovated the entire wing just so the jurors will be a bit less disgruntled for having to drive their way into ghetto Newark.
"Americans" are such schmoos, Al Capp had them pegged - smile and be nice, give them some sandwhiches and act concerned tht they will return an indictment against Jesus.
I wish him better luck than Aaron Swartz and Barnaby Jack.
I think there's an art form to threats.
This was golden:
