US Govt Admits Using Fake Vaccination Programs To Gather Intelligence; Swears It Won't Do It Again

As someone who spends the vast majority of his time trying to keep up with what is happening in the world, I am always embarrassed when confronted by an extraordinarily important story that I somehow completely missed. The story I am referring to in this case is the fact that the CIA organized a fake vaccination program in Pakistan several years ago in order to get Osama bin Laden’s family DNA. The Guardian reported this back in 2011:
The CIA organised a fake vaccination programme in the town where it believed Osama bin Laden was hiding in an elaborate attempt to obtain DNA from the fugitive al-Qaida leader’s family, a Guardian investigation has found.
As part of extensive preparations for the raid that killed Bin Laden in May, CIA agents recruited a senior Pakistani doctor to organise the vaccine drive in Abbottabad, even starting the “project” in a poorer part of town to make it look more authentic, according to Pakistani and US officials and local residents.
The doctor, Shakil Afridi, has since been arrested by the Inter-Services Intelligence agency (ISI) for co-operating with American intelligence agents.
Naturally, many Pakistanis were none too pleased about this situation. After all, how would you feel if let’s say Chinese health workers were caught using the guise of humanitarian activities in order to spy on American citizens. Yeah, that’s what I thought.
So thanks to the CIA’s idiocy, the entire world will now never trust any vaccine program that has any connections to the USA. There has already been an armed backlash against American immunization programs where 56 people have died. Furthermore, there has been a resurgence of polio in Pakistan. Of the 77 cases of polio documented worldwide so far in 2014, 79% have been in Pakistan.
While this is horrible in its own right, there is a much bigger story here. The fact that the United States holds no claim to any sort of moral high ground whatsoever. Rather, due to the many factors that I have outlined on this site over and over, the U.S. is now seen, internally by its citizenry, as well as externally, as a thieving, corrupt, nuclear armed Banana Republic ruled by a cadre of childlike oligarch puppet figureheads concerned only with how much they can steal before society collapses. This has been proven and reinforced over and over again by stories such as this one, as well as the recent revelation of: Conspiracy Fact – How the U.S. Government Covertly Invented a “Cuban Twitter” to Create Revolution.
Now we learn from Yahoo News that:
Amid a deadly backlash again vaccinations and a resurgence of polio in Pakistan, the White House has promised that the CIA will never again use an immunization campaign as a tool of spycraft.
Sure, let’s go ahead and take professional liars at their word.
“I wanted to inform you that the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) directed in August 2013 that the agency make no operational use of vaccination programs, which includes vaccination workers,” President Obama’s top counterterrorism and homeland security advisor, Lisa Monaco, wrote to the deans of 12 public health schools. Yahoo News obtained a copy of the May 16 letter (below).
“Similarly, the Agency will not seek to obtain or exploit DNA or other genetic material acquired through such programs,” Monaco wrote. “This CIA policy applies worldwide and to U.S. and non-U.S. persons alike.”
The Central Intelligence Agency had enlisted a Pakistani doctor, Shakil Afridi, to collect intelligence under the guise of an immunization effort in the city of Abbottabad as part of planning for the high-risk May 2011 raid on Osama bin Laden’s compound there.
The agency aimed to confirm intelligence that bin Laden was at the compound by comparing DNA obtained from children living there to a sample from the fugitive al-Qaida chief’s late sister, the Guardian newspaper reported in July 2011.
Another result of the CIA’s actions was to lead many Pakistani parents to forgo vaccinations for ailments like polio. The crippling and sometimes fatal illness has no known cure – but there are several safe and effective vaccines, according to the Centers for Disease Control.

Monaco’s letter came nearly a year and a half after the deans of 12 schools of public health wrote a letter to Obama saying that “as a general principle, public health programs should not be used as cover for covert operations.”
“While political and security agendas may by necessity induce collateral damage, we as an open society set boundaries on these damages, and we believe this sham vaccination campaign exceeded those boundaries,” they wrote, referring to the CIA’s hoax campaign.

I vaccinated my own kids against polio and the other big ones. But the new vaccines that they are peddling break the risk/benefit profile.
I think, vaccines are good when they are targetting a disease that causes many deaths. But vaccines that are being invented now are ummm garbage. A vaccine for chicken pox??? It's not as if it kills a lot of people. And yes I know it kills some (intimately). Or the guardisil vaccine, give me a break. 1-2 % of people get cervical cancer and the 5 year survival rate is 72%. And the stupid vaccine only protects you 5 years, and they don't give it after 26. I guess older people don't have sex.
Oh and my personal favorite is the flu vaccine. They have been mandating it in nursing homes for years now. The initial studies said that getting the flu shot reduced your risk of death by 50% but that was a huge selection bias. Now they say that getting the flu shot reduces a seniors risk of death by ~4%. And that is during a year when the flu shot works AND it doesn't reduce risk of death for non-immuno-compromised or non-seniors. Yet they tell everyone to get them??? Show me a risk benefit graph that I can believe and I will get it.

My wife's oldest son is autistic. Up until he was two years old, he was a well behaved, precocious child who seemed like he would have huge potential. You may feel that there is, but your anecdotal evidence doesn't factor in the fact that autism is normally diagnosed for the first time at around age two, with our without vaccines involved. Ass hysterical parents demanded different additives be taken out of vaccines, claiming they were the cause of autism, did the numbers for autistic children fall? No they didn't. They kept going up for a variety of other reasons, including better diagnostic tools for doctors. If these chemicals were the cause, the numbers of autistic children should have fallen.

We've been vaccinating for much longer than 50 years. And when we took themisol out of the vaccines, autism cases didn't drop. Therefore it couldn't have been the cause.

First off, try reading the insert. You know, the official literature that comes with the vial of vaccine? Here's a link:

Now, scroll down to page 15, and you will see a line that says "In some human studies, antibody titers > 1:40 have been associated with protection from influenza illness in up to 50% of subjects." And that's what this vaccine is designed to do -- produce a positive, greater than 1:40 antibody titer. And yet, the best results they have ever seen, in any study they could find, was that this antibody titer will protect half the people. This means that if you vaccinated 100% of the population, the vaccine could prevent at most half from getting the flu.
Since you are freaking out over a few people not getting vaccinated, I'm sure you think that herd immunity must be somewhere up around 70 - 80%. Truth is, no one knows, because the vaxers always change the goalposts of how many must be vaccinated in order to achieve "herd immunity" every time their vaccines fail, and then blame those who haven't been vaccinated. Herd immunity is at best a theoretical concept anyway, but you knew that, right? And thus, you can see from the package insert that the flu vaccine categorically cannot produce herd immunity.
But it gets better.
Now scroll down to page 18, table 8. This shows the percentage of adults that seroconverted, meaning didn't have immunity before the vaccine and did after the vaccine. It ranges from 54% for flu B to 74% for H3N2. (Also note in table 7 that their seroconversion rates were so crappy in kids that they didn't even bother to report the results after the first immunization, but had to immunize again 30 days later and only report this seroconversion rate...) So, that means that for Flu B, 54% will seroconvert, but as we read above, at best only 50% who seroconvert will be protected from the flu. Thus, the best the Fluzone vaccine can achieve in protection from Flu B is a whopping 27% protection. Not sure what level you thnk herd immunity should be, but I guarantee you it would have to be a hell of a lot higher than that.
The problem, Xeno, is that you don't understand how the body works, and you definitely don't understand how the immune system works. There are layers of protection. Flu is a mucosal infection, and there is a specific mucosal antibody that protects the mucosa, and it only gets stimulated effectively when you get a mucosal infection. And where are you sticking that flu vaccine, hmmm??? That's right -- in muscle. Meaning, in the bloodstream. Where it might do a decent job of stimulating IgG and IgM, but not IgA, which is the antibody produced in mucosa.
So, what we can expect for folks who have tried to cheat the immune system, have tried to shortcut their way to immunity by stimulating the immune system without stimulating the immune system, is that you won't be able to clear the virus from your mucosal layer. So, even if you have the flu vaccine and it produced IgM and IgG, it won't prevent you from getting the infection in your mucosa, because you never stimulated IgA much. What IgG and IgM will do, however, is reduce the chance that you will develop the pneumonia aspect of Influenza, which is the dangerous aspect of the flu. And thus, we see that the purpose of the Flu vaccine is to protect those who are prone to developing the pneumonia from getting the pneumonia, meaning those with pre-existing lung issues. The function of the vaccine is not to prevent transmission, because it is not capable of doing that. But politicians don't know that, which is why they launched the whole "vaccinate everyone" campaign that is all based on hype and no science. Just like all Libtard ideas. Big and lofty and based on bullshit.

I already pointed out, much earlier than this post, that vaccines aren't 100% effective. Telling me so now and then accusing me of not telling the truth is rather intellectually dishonest and lazy.

The point, as you obviously don't understand science well enough to grasp it, is that vaccines are categorically incapable of producing herd immunity, not only because they don't get high enough rates of seroconversion, but also because even if they achieve seroconversion, that in itself only protects from disease a fraction of the time, because seroconversion only equals partial immunity. Thus, vaccines are designed to protect the individual and cannot protect the herd.
The coincidence/irony my neighbor expressed at having gotten a flu shot and then laid out on his sick bed for a week was not lost on either of us.

I always chuckle when my spouse toddles off for this annual health roulette (flu shot). The folks who brew that thing up take a flying GUESS which strain is going to be virulent that year from the cocktail of known viruses that made a splash in the recent past. Since VAERS' inception, over 350,000 adverse reports have been reported. The above statement, I think, most science-based individuals ought to find totally and outrageously appalling, i.e., no studies have been conducted to determined the safety or efficacy of administering up to nine (9) vaccines into a little 2, 4, or 6 month old baby, especially since medicine, Big Pharma, and the CDC/FDA consider themselves to be operating within the rudiments of science. How patently stupid is that? Furthermore, real science would be demanding such efficacy and safety studies be performed, analyzed, and vetted BEFORE automatically implementing such practices based solely on ‘convenience’ for parents.
It must be noted that in 1990 children received a total of 15 doses of vaccines in their first year of life, whereas by 2007, 26 vaccines were CDC-prescribed for a child’s first year of life. The vaccines that infants would receive in combination at one visit include polio, hepatitis B, diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, rotavirus, Haemophilus influenzae type B, and pneumococcal for a total of eight (8) vaccine doses—never tested for safety and efficacy.
In 2011 Goldman and Miller published another study stating that among developed nations, “infant mortality increased with an increase in the number of vaccine doses.” [1]
Furthermore, researcher G Delong published a 2011 paper wherein he reported that “the higher the proportion of children receiving recommended vaccinations, the higher the prevalence of autism or speech and language impairment.” [2]
Another 2011 research study by Oestergaard MZ, et al. found that infants who received the Hepatitis B vaccine either as a newborn or as a neonate were predisposed to more hospitalizations and deaths than older infants. [3]
Goldman and Miller also state in their current paper that there are seven previously published studies giving evidence of correlation between the Hepatitis B vaccine and serious adverse reactions, which include pediatric multiple sclerosis.

The study’s authors downloaded 327,331 VAERS case reports of which they statistically analyzed 298,614 case reports of individuals aged less than 100 years. In their report they explain why they used that number of cases. Of the 298,614 cases 13.1% or 39,082 were infant cases. Of that number, 99.3% or 38,801 infant cases were reported as receiving fewer than 9 vaccine doses concurrently and were available for analyses, which showed 6,279 hospitalizations for children less than one year old and 1,881 deaths. The damning part about this information is that the VAERS database reports probably represent only the tip of the proverbial iceberg when it comes to reporting vaccine adverse events. To illustrate what I mean, former FDA Commissioner David Kessler said, “Only about one percent of serious events are reported.” OMG!

What every healthcare consumer ought to be asking is whether CDC/FDA really are remiss in their charters to protect the public’s health, especially infants and children, when they encourage and mandate Frankenstein-like vaccination mandates as public health policy. What parent would put formaldehyde, mercury, aluminum or any of vaccines’ toxic chemicals into his or her child, especially those from 6 to 9 vaccines at one time?
Furthermore, parents ought to be seriously concerned why the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recently supported the World Health Organization’s (WHO) claim that mercury [Hg] ought to remain in vaccines. For confirmation of that, please see the December 17, 2012 AAP release “AAP Endorses WHO Statement on Thimerosal in Vaccines” [4], when on the FDA’s current [12/29/12] website [5] this appears:

Despite my different views on vaccinations to yours, it is good to see an anti-vaccine person look at facts.
I have a big gripe with the vaccines cause autism debate however. Sadly 1 irresponsible ex-doctor fraudulant study has resulted in a huge drop in polio, whooping cough vaccinations. A couple of key points that will hopefully put some of this debate to bed (although your arguement about pregnancy vaccinations is I believe well founded and has some merit)
