New Jersey Threatens To Pull Teen From Home For "Non-Conforming Behavior"

Tyler Durden's picture

Submitted by Mike Krieger of Liberty Blitzkrieg blog,

While this story is not new, I must have missed it back in April when it first broke and it is absolutely incredible. The reason I am posting on it today is because we have new information which turns an already shocking story into something far more terrifying. So let’s get into some background first.

This is the story of Ethan Chaplin, who back in April was twirling a pencil in his seventh grade classroom in Vernon, NJ. One of the class bullies saw an opportunity to be a jerk and yelled: “He’s making gun motions, send him to juvie.”

Rather than demonstrating any sort of common sense, the teacher apparently had a panic attack and reported him, which resulted in a two-day suspension. Here’s what Vernon Superintendent Charles Maranzano had to say about it:

“We’re responsible for their mental and physical health and safety and security. When a student misbehaves or displays actions that are non-conforming or don’t meet our expectations, it causes us some concerns.”

I guess I don’t understand what schools are like these days, but the classes I grew up in were filled to the brim with misbehavior to the extent that a twirling pencil would be seen as a positive indicator of student interaction. Somehow, we all survived.

As if that part of the story isn’t bizarre enough, Ethan wasn’t allowed to return to class until he underwent a psychological evaluation in which he was forced to strip and give blood samples that caused him to pass out (sounds a lot like how police in New Mexico force anal probes on citizens for no reason).

Amazingly, the saga manages to get even worse. Just today, we find out that New Jersey is threatening to take Ethan away from his father. Incredibly, the state is claiming that the prior psychological evaluation wasn’t sufficient and more testing needs to be done. Since his father Michael is pushing back, the loss of custodianship has been threatened. Absolutely insane.

Here’s a must watch short video from PIX11 News on the incident:

I suppose this is an example of that amazing “quality of life” Chris Christie keeps referring to…

This Huffington Post article from early April was the source of much of the information in this post.

I think Marlon Brando did a movie back in the '50's about this conformist stuff.  Now, he would simply be droned.

Johnny: "Nobody tells me what to do. You keep needlin' me, if I want to, I'm gonna take this joint apart and you're not gonna know what hit you."

Yeah...know what you and others mean. After reading this last night I flat out thought I was gunna barf, bananas' story gave me much needed morale boost as well as a stronger urge to barf.

A related story, mega abridged version. Don't wish to go deep into it cause it fucked me up big time...it's related.

quick version

person very close to me (best friend) died in his late 20s. He couldn't get more then 29hr/week job, his checks were being docked from years old student loans. He was in process of paying em off/no health insurance. He got the flu, felt sick on a Monday, on the way to visit him at his place (talked 2 him the Saturday after) on following Sunday (less then 1 week) when I got 2 his house, he had died a few minutes before on the kitchen floor. He had seen the "doctor". An unregistered nurse saw him for 8-10 minutes, have him anti-bio Rx.

His family was fucked up. Severe. I had to take care of his older sis, and nieces. I not a Dr but I know stuff+did soc work pro bono for a bit (PTSD, abused kids). Anyway, the autopsy rep. went to me. I can read the shit...wanted to check for anomalies. Lungs were 75%+ capacity, filled with mucus. Died from pneumonia. Nurse saw him Thursday (died Sunday). Didn't know/use a fucking stethoscope???

End of that part. There was another person involved directly in his death.,,

His sister...was...whatever. She couldn't take kids 2 school for oh...a year. Or two. Or more. It was my duty to help the kids. I have none- they were like, kinda like my kids- helped em', played with them...like a family. Youngest kid, the one (oh yeah, 2 dads/both divorced, payed ZERO support, sister (the kids mom)...was like, geez. Morbidly obese, only watched TV. ONLY. Windows painted black and shut- abusive as I would find out...

oh yeah, there was only 1 other blood family member- best friends dad. Was wasted at my friends funeral. Was calling me his dead sons name. He couldn't help the kids. Worked 70 hours+ week (aged was 64 or 65, wife dead).

Im gunna end this and skip stuff

I was put into this position...

Kids were not being taken to school- sister (cluster b) lying down+TV+fight over kids for food...I tried to teach cooking after feeding them for long time.

Kids=severely getting fucked by not being let outside/socialize with other kids (the granddad of kids/dad of friend and sis worked so much to pay for priv. School for kids. These kids were being locked in goddamn house with (really) painted black windows.

One of the few days sis took kids to school, when dropping off, the sis (mom) grazed the youngest girls arm- girl said "ouch MOM! quit punching me!". Principle was near and heard. Said by law had to rep. To fam. Services.

Cluster B types (real, legit ones) are...the most difficult. Many (even the few that take hippo-oath seriously and aren't drug peddlers) Psychologists (I don't want to talk psychiatrists right now) will not take cluster b ppl and not because of insurance but because they can't stomach/don't want to get into that.

Sis had trained kids like perfect to act flawless script, family services saw nothing wrong. Twice.

(skipping terrible shit)

I finally saw 100%  abuse which had been hidden (I knew about the emotional abuse, I'd be over their everyday for a few hours)

(skipping terrible shit)

Then, I discovered...since the kid was super young (I met her at 6 yrs) sis had, geezus, it's called MDSA

more common then you want to believe

mother daughter sexual abuse.

I can't go into the detail because fuck everything.

I made the absolute call in my head when I saw that youngest (now prob 11ish yrs old) with specific kind of STD symptoms which are visible on face, come from contact with genitals.

This, I am certain had been going on forever.

The kids loved me and I loved them. Really.

I had to make the decision...

have kids go into government-death-foster system?

have kids...stay in house-hell.

I tried so many things...everything, I did. "Legal system" was shit

The only thing I could come up with, which is what I did was

I knew/know how to be around cluster b, after having years of XP (also had "lucked" out with prior cluster b relationship...so I befriended someone who was/is an expert /w that dark-side of human behavior- she was my "teacher"+hero of mine to this day, until I'm dead).

I stayed, meaning visited everyday, would bring foods, various things to distract cluster b (computers, food, gadgets, anything to distract)...for as long as it took for the kids to become of age and not be subject to mom-rules or gubermints slave. I did my best, teach kids piano, teach maths, culture, history, etiquette, blah blah

and the day came, when they reached age and for the good of this and thats, I saw the kids for the last time.

I miss em

I also have a hard time feeling too bad for parents that still send their kids to public school.  I know all the arguements about both parents having to work, no time for home schooling, parents don't feel 'up to it', etc but what the fuck will it take to wake these people up to this shit (gain, I know they won't wake up)?

I have a real hard time feeling for people that still live in states like NJ, once upon a time some guys gave up their lands, wealth and kids just to fight some fuckers in red coats for a fuck ton less than is happening now.

Don't worry, it will soon come back and start growing again, because the parasitic evil  fucking spawn that sets it off on its malignant uncontrolled growth will still be there, hiding in the sewers.

Glad I grew up in a non liberal era. Early morning home room consisted passing off the latest playboy or penthouse magazine. Watching seniors light up the tires in the school zone, and practicing our marksmanship by throwing Chinese throwing stars into the classroom corkboard. Our German language teacher never gave a fuck. Louie was always a good show in his nunchuck skills. Shotguns were in the cars, and knives were openly worn as a cell phone.

The question is are people going to take it or are they going to go after the nest. the center of the NWO globalists. If the SHTF I think many are going to go for the central figures not like these morons in the media that shoot innocent people. Myself I intend to do the best I can by doing what I've been doing, which is going to college and writing. I'd like to go to Europe to study.

Also there's been a lot about the CPS running the sex trafficking rings  for the globalists. Crazy shit man.

Parents hold the voucher and pick the school they want for their kids.

NY State is the worst..!!

I am moderately successful and have a child from previous relationship.  After paying over 50% in total taxes, I have to pay appx 10-15% of my gross income (depending on my year).  Emancipation age of 21 here, too.  And I have very few paternal rights as a father.

I'm a hair's breadth away from throwing in the towel and moving down to my vacation house in costa rica and living off the land.  This country is COMPLETELY off the rails.

15 k per student times 30 in a class.  450K per classroom.  For 450K you could rent an empty store front,  hire a real teacher for 100k to teach all subjects.  Hire a janitor part time 20k.  Buy all new laptops and internet access.  30K.  Rent and utilities.  40K.  That is 190K.  Where is the other 260K?  Where is common sense?

My wife had a speeding ticket and the baliff took it from her before the judge was seated.  The ticket had the wrong car make on it.  It had the wrong state license plate identified on it and of course wrong plate number so she protested the ticket.

When the judge was seated he asked the baliff to see the ticket when the wife pled not guilty.  The baliff and taken the ticket from her in front  of  a whole room of sheep and their lawyers.  The baliff looked at the judge and said " I took nothing from her."  I stood up in the back and said he did so.  The baliff asked who I was and I said I was her husband.  He said sir you need to sit down or you will leave the courtroom.  I left to go get the cop who watched the metal detector to introduce myself and tell him he may be putting cuffs on me in the real near future and asked him to accompany me back to the courtroom after I explained to him what had just happened.  He made me wait while he got on walkie talkie to get another cop to guard the metal detector.  By the time we got back in the courtroom the judge had already pronounced my wife guilty and heard two more cases and had left the courtroom.

Justice in America.  I wrote the judge a detailed letter explaining that an officer of the court had lied to his face in his courtroom.  I also am pretty sure that the courtroom proceedings were video taped and he could check the video himself.  Crickets.  NOthing.  No response.  In all honesty the cop was sympathetic as I explained my need for him to accompany me back into the courtroom.  I would have let him arrest me for contempt but would have had him as a witness.

In 1968 as a 13 year old in West Michigan I used to ride a city bus to the end of the line to work in orchards outside my hometown.  I was riding with a 20ga single shot shotgun in a case.  We used to shoot birds for the owner because they destroyed the cherry and blueberry crops if you didn't at least try to harrass them.

America,  I am glad I knew ya.  This is unsustainable.  The sheep are stirring but I don't think in my lifetime we will see a change to the beast that has become our government,  schools,  cops,  military.  If you don't think that in a heart beat there couldn't be a false flag to declare martial law you better think again.  The incident that happened to my wife in that courtroom goes on every day in most states in this land.  Sad really.  What a dream.  What vision.  What passion.  What potential.  What possibilities.  What a hope.  Rugged individualism.  Opportunity.  Going to miss you America.  Hell,  I already do.

Yup, the entire system is rigged. The bailiff destroyed evidence and the court knows this.
The court isn't a real court, it's a police-state rubber-stamp to steal money and/or put you in slavery (jail) so they own you/your time for a while (or till you die).
Only one escape: LEAVE. Immigrate.
Or... REVOLUTION. Not sure if you're up for that. Doubt it.

Doesn't he know the children belong to the state and not the parents?

"children belong to the state and not the parents"

They haven't officially announced that, yet.  There have only been some trial balloons "leaked" by radicals who can be discredited if the reaction was too strong.  Since that kind of reaction did not happen among any who could make a meaningful difference against the permanent revolutionaries, official announcements are more likely withing a few years when the infrastructure is more firmly in place.

Yet another episode of the consequences of allowing yourself to come to the attention of the state. The first layer of protection must be to not live in a jurisdiction that gives itself the power to conduct itself in this manner. The second layer is to not place your children into the hands of "professionals" who have this mindset. Homeschooling yet? He who has eyes to see, let him act while he still can.

First it was the judicial system that you didn’t dare go to for justice, especially Juvenile or Divorce courts, without yourself being made a victim. Then, it became the school system with its tenured teachers and the full strength of the state and federal authorities behind it; and now, if you take a member of your family to a hospital they’re likely to call the police.

All this is because we’ve lost our representative government. In prior days you could get in touch with your congressional office and the staff would fix the problem in a minute. Or, if it really became serious, you could get a lawyer and get restitution. But the strings to the government to the people have been cut; you can’t deal with them any longer.

And, as is always the case under the State, the most incompetent, power hungry and lazy drift to the trough of the public employment system.

When America’s best in the private sector are being victimized by State, it’s a tyranny. IE: "You have no recourse. We make the laws. We carry them out. We make the decisions. Period."

When society is turned on its head by the State, here are the results:

Home Care:

Father arrested for making son walk one mile home from school | PoliceStateUSA

May 31, 2014

KILAUEA, HI –  A father was arrested when he gave his son the “old school” punishment of walking one-mile home from school to think about what he had done.

Robert De Mond, 36, said that when he picked up his 8-year-old son from school, he refused to tell say what had earned him a punishment from teachers.  The Star Adviser reported what happened next…

He was charged with second-degree endangerment of the welfare of a minor.  Mr. De Mond pleaded no contest.

The judge, Kathleen Watanabe, ruled that the punishment was “old-fashioned” and inappropriate.   Walking was considered a punishment too severe to inflict on a child.  Parents who discipline their children with walks risk criminal charges.

“These are different times,” Judge Kathleen Watanabe scolded, according to the Garden Island. “It is understandable that you became upset with your son, but it is dangerous for children to walk along the highway, and there are predators out there.”

Mr. De Mond was ordered to take parenting classes, pay the government $200.  He is on probation for a year.  If he is caught walking his son anywhere he risks jail time…

State Care: a 19-month-old baby’s nose and lips severely damaged by police (note: ObamaCare will not provide medical coverage for the infant; the family is seeking donations). No one charged:

Horror: Stun grenade tossed by Georgia cops during drug raid lands in toddler's playpen | Hot Air, May 30, 2014

“It blew a hole through the side of the ‘pen and “ripped open” the baby’s face, as his mother put it. He’s in the burn unit right now in a medically induced coma. The police swear they had no idea there was a child in the home, a claim supported by the fact that the baby didn’t actually live there. He and his mother were staying in the home after their own house burned down; the alleged drug dealer (who’s unrelated to the boy) lives there and, if the cops’ informant is to be believed, sells meth out of the living room.”

Quite a number of them are republican too.
So both parties are the same.
Same funding, same agenda, same corruption, identical in every way.
They only choose to send one set of messages to "demothug" labeled voters & another set of messages to "republitard" voters.
They all do the same thing and have for 30 to 50 years.

Opensecrets.org - all funders are identical for both parties - you are hereby proven wrong.

Bush & Obama have identical military actions: if you can't actually see this from the war-action & torture protection and expansive spying then you're so stupid you probably can't even tie your own shoes. Literally the entire planet is the evidence and has been since Sep 2001.
