The God-less-father: Pope Excommunicates All Mobsters From Catholic Church
After hundreds of years knowing that no matter how many 'double-taps to the head' or 'sleeping with the fishes' orders they give, a quick penance and the mafia is going to pass through the pearly gates; the Pope, having met the father of a 3-year-old boy slain in the region's drug war, declared that all mobsters are automatically excommunicated from the Catholic Church. "Those who go down the evil path, as the Mafiosi do, are not in communion with God. They are excommunicated," Pope Francis decreed during his one-day pilgrimage to the southern region of Calabria - the heart of Italy's biggest crime syndicate. With the world already having a ChairSatan, is it now time for The SatanFather?
Pope Francis journeyed Saturday to the heart of Italy's biggest crime syndicate, met the father of a 3-year-old boy slain in the region's drug war, and declared that all mobsters are automatically excommunicated from the Catholic Church.
During his one-day pilgrimage to the southern region of Calabria, Francis comforted the imprisoned father of Nicola Campolongo in the courtyard of a prison in the town of Castrovillari.
In January the boy was shot, along with one of his grandfathers and the grandfather's girlfriend, in an attack blamed on drug turf wars in the nearby town of Cassano all'Jonio. The attackers torched the car with all three victims inside.
Calabria is the power base of the 'ndrangheta, a global drug trafficking syndicate that enriches itself by extorting businesses and infiltrating public works contracts in underdeveloped Calabria.
During his homily at an outdoor Mass, Francis denounced the 'ndrangheta for what he called its "adoration of evil and contempt for the common good."
"Those who go down the evil path, as the Mafiosi do, are not in communion with God. They are excommunicated," he warned.
As much as the church has been a force against the mafia there have also been instances of priests colluding with them, CBS News correspondent Allen Pizzey reports from Rome. Francis' visit and rhetoric could also be seen as a message that that won't happen again.
The big question, of course, is if there is a 'godthering' clause that enable the Dons access to the after-life? How long before Francis gets an offer he can't refuse?

Was this cleared with the Vatican's economists? This will effect public contributions given for public praise, or are, perhaps, in the wills of these misguided Italians. Is their reprobatism permanent, or can one or more of them obtain salvation with a change of heart and/or accompanied with a large donation?
Large donation should do it.
Paulie Walnuts is more likely to cite the pedophile priest example as a rationale that legitimates his livelihood than wondering if he is condemned to eternal damnation. With the history of the Catholic church, he's not about to say he "should have been covered".
As far as I'm concerned you can include the church along with the government, the Fed and the unions. How many times I have driven through a neighborhood that is decayed, the housing has decayed, but the church and government buildings are always the nicest on the block.
Religion is "not-for-profit", huh? Or is the Church simply non-taxed? Hmmmm....
A tax exemption for raping young boys, is that it???? They are all working together.
Nothing more than disgusting pigs.... Fuck the Pope!
I think he just excommunicated a lot of Congress and the CIA.
The Criminal Satanic CIA doesn't need to be excommunicated. It needs to be hunted down one by one & exterminated by extreme predjudice.
that's it, i'm giving up being catholic. the pope better watch his back!
If anyone thinks that the first Jesuit Pope is not leading a reformation, they are not thinking.
The Jesuits are, shall we say, serious.
Jesuits are the most evil wing of that "church" and the one that people should trust the least.
In world war ll news reels it was revealed that an incarcerated mobster helped pave the way for the U.S. in the invasion of Sicily. What many have never learned is that the people on that island had succeeded to oust many mafiosi from political positions prior to that time. The locals along with quite a few U.S. Military personnel were astonished that as our military went through that area, local mafiosi were returned to positions of power to the disgust of the populace by our own military. For some reson this proved to be not newsworthy. In 1976 during the investigations by the house select commitee on political assasinations, it was revealed that in my home town the head of the mafia along with a prominent jewish mobster were informants for the F.B.I I thought the use of informants was supposed to be for the purpose of catching the higher ups, not low lifes without a permit from above. I am sure that these are isolated cases of rogue individuals and not business as usual. Regardless of all the problems the church has to deal with, I wellcome Pope Francis for his strength of character to deal with an out of control entity that has outlived its original purpose (whatever that might have been). The silence of the church prior to this indicates that the mafiosi had a license to make money on activities outlawed by governments. It was the unreasonable laws that made these activities so profitable. Where drugs and prostitution have been decriminalized, stress has been decreased and health has improved. I won"t debate so do your own homework.
Must mean some revelation about mob money flowing through the Vatican Bank is forth coming.
Exactly!!!
Pope to the Mob.....'tell Luca Brasi to come in'
I'm a little worried abount this Solotzo fella. I want
you to find out what he's got under his fingernails, you
know. Go to the Tatalias' and make them think you are not too happy with our family, and find out what you can.
OCCUPY THE VATICAN BANK - OCCUPY EVERYTHING

Henry 'Hank' Paulson owns Al Capone's old gun and when I saw it on the wall in Paulson's made for the movies Too-BIG-to-fail office
I was not surprised. Hank Paulson is an American Bankster that owns the most famous Gangster's old gun. If it was not true they would not have included it in the script for the movie IMHO. Obviously, Paulson adores evil and that's why he owns the gun in the first plave. Does this mean that the Pope will excommunicate Paulson as well? How could Hank Paulson be in communion with God if he idolizes Al Capone's old gun to the point of hanging it on the wall of his Bankster office?
The catholic religions is ridiculous and hyocritical on its face.
First, the popster is "supposed to be" Vicar of Christ - which means "In Place of Christ".
If that is so, then either Christ, or the Pope are incredibly inconsistent.
Second, ex-communication, for any Cat'lic', that's ever actually read a chapter of the bible, outside the narrow passages that a priest tells them to read, is completely anti-scriptural.
That church is the biggest and longest lasting racket in human history. There's a reason they called the followers "the flock".
Full Disclosure: I was part of the Cat'lick cult until about age 18 and most of my family still are, believing that once your jumped in at baptism, while an infant and unable to make an informed choice, then you'll always be a cat'lic and there's nothing that you can do about it, until yerrrr excommunicated, which means premature damnation by a man on Earth posing as Christ himself.
Ridiculous organization.
I guess the thief on Mount Calvary just got yanked out of heaven and tossed in with the dead bankers into the lake of fire. The pope and has spoken, and he has overrruled God's word.
Organzied religions are a joke. Made by man, and entirely corrupted by man. Nuff' said.
So a Marxist is going to excommunicate mobsters? Strange world. I guess the Dope doesn't like the competition. Oh well, they were mostly Maranos anyways.
But seriously, folks, does it mean anything if he doesn't name names?
who cares what the Pope says. he has not more authority or standing with God as the homeless guy on the street. there are only 2 differentiations for people those that have accepted Jesus and his forgiveness and those that haven't. the Catholic church has been a stain on human civilization for the last 2000 years and there are going to be many folks who are going to be shocked when they get locked out of heaven due to the false teaching they followed.
