Spot The Lone Objector

Tyler Durden's picture

Yesterday, Navi Pillay, the UN rights chief told an emergency session of the council on Wednesday that Israel's military actions in Gaza could amount to war crimes.

Shortly thereafter, the 47-member council voted (and adopted) a draft resolution titled "Ensuring respect for international law in the Occupied Palestinian Territory" to conduct an investigation whether Israel is indeed engaging in war crimes. Note: this was a vote just to conduct an investigation, nothing more nothing less, no military intervention, no aid, nothing: just an attempt to get some information aside from the constant propaganda barrage.

29 states voted in favour of the investigation and 17 abstained, including many EU states. 1 voted against. Guess which one.

Look everyone, the Jews can’t help it. They have no choice but to start WW3.

The West Bank was the ancient territory of the tribe of Judah, given to them by Joshua after the conquest of Caanan. Judah absorbed Benjamin after that tribe committed an unspeakable crime (look it up in the Bible, Judges 19:11-14).

Centuries later, 10 of the 12 tribes of Israel were carried away into captivity, and disappeared, leaving only Judah, Benjamin, and a smattering of Levites (Levites, the priestly tribe, were scattered throughout all of Israel, and had no territory of their own). If there are any real Jews today (Sephardim), they are descendants of these tribes.

The Kingdom of Judah degenerated into paganism and idolatry, and was carried away into Babylonian captivity, in order to straighten them out. Instead of getting straightened out, they adopted every bit of Babylonian sorcery. A few pious Jews returned to Jerusalem, and rebuilt the city walls and temple, but Jewry was controlled by the Babylonian contingent.

Fast forward again, and as we all know, the Jews rejected and murdered their Messiah. God told them though Moses that if they did not listen to every word from the mouth of the prophet that was to come, they would be subject to various curses. Deuteronomy 18:15

The LORD your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you, from your fellow Israelites. You must listen to him.

The Israelites would receive blessings if they listened to the prophet like Moses, and curses if they did not. The curses are listed several chapters later, in Deuteronomy 28. Here are the relevant ones:

63 And it shall come to pass, that as the LORD rejoiced over you to do you good, and to multiply you; so the LORD will rejoice over you to destroy you, and to bring you to nought; and ye shall be plucked from off the land whither thou goest to possess it.

64 And the LORD shall scatter thee among all people, from the one end of the earth even unto the other; and there thou shalt serve other gods, which neither thou nor thy fathers have known, even wood and stone.

65 And among these nations shalt thou find no ease, neither shall the sole of thy foot have rest: but the LORD shall give thee there a trembling heart, and failing of eyes, and sorrow of mind:

66 And thy life shall hang in doubt before thee; and thou shalt fear day and night, and shalt have none assurance of thy life:

OK, pay attention. God tells Israel that if they do not listen to the prophet he sends, a prophet LIKE MOSES, they will be a) driven from their homeland, never to return, and b), filed with anxiety and worry forever, with never a moment’s rest.

Here is a curious passage from the New Testament, John 1:21. John the Baptist has been preaching and baptizing, and the Jewish authorities come to him with certain important questions.

The first two questions are: “Are you the Messiah?” John says, “No.” “Are you Elijah?” “No.”

Next, they ask him, “Are you THAT PROPHET?” By this, the Jewish authorities mean Moses. A tradition had arisen whereby the the prophet “like Moses” would actually be the resurrected Moses. The name of Moses was considered sacred, and not to be spoken, similar to how the word “God” is treated by religious Jews today. This is why the Jewish authorities used the circumlocution, “that prophet”.

John the B. answers no, he is not “that prophet”. Instead he quotes Isaiah, and says that he is merely a forerunner of the one they are seeking. Here is the passage:

And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elias? And he saith, I am not. Art thou that prophet? And he answered, No.

So, this passage tells us that the Jews knew what they were doing, and violated God’s instructions willfully and with certain knowledge of what the consequences would be.

Since the Jews murdered Jesus of Nazareth, they have been driven to every nation on earth. The Jews are the most anxious and neurotic people in the world. As of this very moment, they have not been allowed to go home. They can go up to what are essentially the EXACT borders of their ancient homeland, and are not allowed in, at least not officially. The UN forbids their entry and considers the Jewish settlements in the West Bank to be illegal.

Even more interesting is the Temple Mount. Jews can go up the exact border of Mount Moriah, but not on, which is why they go to the Wailing Wall and bang their heads against it in frustration. They fight not against flesh and blood, but against their own God, and against the curses they have brought down upon themselves.

Enough history, back to my point: The Jews desperately want to go home. Zionism is all about going back home, specifically, back to Judah, back to Jerusalem, and back to the Temple Mount.

The current territory of Israel is the ancient land of the Philistines. It is not Judah. As far as Zionists are concerned, it is as worthless as tits on a boar hog. In fact it is worse than that, because it is so close, and yet so far away, from the final objective.

The current territory of Israel may as well be any Jewish ghetto anywhere. It’s no better than a shtetl in Eastern Europe. It’s no different than a Jewish homeland in Siberia (which actually exists,

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jewish_Autonomous_Oblast

or the Nazi-proposed Jewish homeland on the island of Madagascar.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Madagascar_Plan

(Just a side note: It is interesting that the only two entities to ever propose a Jewish homeland outside the Middle East were Nazi Germany and Soviet Russia.)

No, the Jews must have Judah, and nothing else will do. Thus, they will have to storm it by force, since they do not have the blessing of God. This is a type of the battle of Judgement Day, in which the armies of the wicked surround the mystical New Jerusalem, hoping to take the city by force. (Revelation 20:8-10)

So, the Jews fight against God, the very thing Gamaliel warned them against doing. (Acts 5:39) The hearts of the Jews are hardened like an adamant stone, and they will set WW3 into motion.

Yes, the Ukranian crisis was fomented by Jews. Yes, every other human crisis we experience today on this planet (economy, political, even biological) is created and fomented by Jews.

They will do whatever they have to do to get what they want- a little piece of rocky, arid land smaller than the State of Delaware.

Here’s the kicker: There is nothing anyone can do to stop the Jews. They control the global financial system. They control the US political system, and much of the European system. They control the propaganda apparatus of the West. They have nuclear weapons.

Prophecy must play out. We are in the final stages. The Jews will destroy Gaza (at great cost). They will annex the West bank and drive out the Palestinians. They will seize the Temple Mount, and make it a Jewish religious center. It’s all written down in the Bible.

The only thing left for us to do is decide individually whether we are on the side of God and His Messiah, or not.

When they do this last thing (seize the Temple Mount), their usefulness as a tool in the hands of God will be completed. Judas (the name means “of Judah”), was tool for the fulfillment of prophecy. He was a type of the Zionist Jews of today.

It is better to be a friend of God than a tool of God. Nebuchadnezzar was a tool. Judas was a tool, and the Jews today are a tool. Don’t be a tool. Is Jesus knocking on your door? Think about letting Him in.

Yes. As in Rachel Corrie, an American peace activist who was deliberately run over by an Israeli bulldozer in 2003 while protesting its use to destroy Palestinian houses in Rafah.
Rachel, 23, was defending the home of a local pharmacist, Samir Nasralla and his family.

In January of 2013 the parents of Rachel Corrie told their story to the National Press Club in Washington, DC (never mind Congress) of their decade-long battle with the Israeli government to get justice for their daughter.

Craig and Cindy Corrie failed, of course.

Judge Oded Gershon of the Haifa District Court issued his verdict against the plaintiff, Israel, in August 2012 in the death of the peace activist who was deliberately and brutally run over by an Israeli bulldozer on March 16, 2003 in Gaza: Not guilty.

Gershon ruled that Rachel Corrie had “put herself in a dangerous situation” and her death was an “accident she brought upon herself. The judge, according to AFP, rejected “all claims of negligence…awarding no compensation for her murder.”

Writes Peter Papaherakles: Although Rachel was wearing a bright orange fluorescent jacket and using a bullhorn, the American-made Caterpillar bulldozer, which was given to Israel for free, courtesy of American taxpayers, ran her over repeatedly, resulting in a fractured skull, shattered ribs and punctured lungs. Despite this, the Israeli government in May 2003 declared the incident an accident, claiming that the bulldozer operator could not see her.

Reports Papaherakles, “The 62-page ruling ignored testimony by American and British eyewitnesses who saw the bulldozer driver, in sight of Israeli troopers in armored personnel carriers, run over Rachel, then scoop up the still breathing young woman in the bucket of the Caterpillar, dump her on the ground and run her over two more times."

Another American, BrianAvery, two weeks later was shot in the face and killed by an Israeli sniper; a month later, British filmmaker James Miller, was shot in the neck and killed while carrying a white flags.

“The list goes on…”

The Corries had sued for a symbolic shekel in damages to make the case for justice – for their daughter and the Palestinians’ cause.

“The US State Department reported that there was no wrongdoing by Israel.”

Good question. If you launch missiles at your neighbor and then when he comes, in self-defense, to stop you he finds that you've forced civilians to stand around your home so that you can fire at your neighbor from behind this human shield then that could be considered a war crime - on your part - perfidy.

What do you do?, turn around and go home and weather all future attacks until you're dead? It's not an easy problem to solve, but it is a good question.

Well, yes.  This would of course be your neighbor who lives in what used to be your house, until he kicked you out and left you only the falling-down shack next door.  Now he prevents you from leaving your house, or having anything delivered.  He controls your flow of water and utilities, and kills people who come over to your house.  When you shoot rockets that leave marks on his fence, he kills your kids.  He claims you are using your kids as "human shields," because they live with you in the same house and none of you can leave or even go outside, without getting shelled or shot in the guts.

But then yeah, whatever you do to your neighbor is a war crime.

In its process of ethnic cleansing, colonization, aggressions and annexation of Palestine, Robert Barsocchini in a post on Washington’s Blog this month reported that it is Israel who uses human shields.

“Hamas is the government elected by Gaza in elections that Jimmy Carter (and many others) observed and said were completely fair and free. Israel constantly says Hamas uses human shields. But in Israel’s biggest massacre of Gaza, the one in 2009, all the human rights organizations, including Amnesty, HRW, and the jurist Richard Goldstone, found that Hamas DID NOT use human shields. On the contrary, Israel used human shields, which is a regular practice for Israel. Israel uses civilians as human shields.

  •
    • Israel forced Palestinian civilians to dig and lay naked in trenches around Israeli tanks. See here at 6:45.
  •
    •
      • XIV. THE USE OF PALESTINIAN CIVILIANS AS HUMAN SHIELDS
  •
    •
      • “The Mission received allegations that in two areas in north Gaza Israeli troops used Palestinian men as human shields… The Mission found the foregoing witnesses to be credible and reliable. It has no reason to doubt the veracity of their accounts and found that the different stories serve to support the allegation that Palestinians were used as human shields.”

Nobody has problems with Muslims until they fuck with them.  Religion is an excuse on all sides.  These wars are all about resources.  Religion and race are used to incite the gullible.  By what I see in comment sections (ZH less than most) there are a lot of gullible people in the world.

A good exercise is to read the World section of a supposedly comprehensive establishment newspaper, like the New York Times or The Economist, with a good atlas nearby.  For every story about conflict somewhere in the world, look up all the involved places in the atlas.  Make note of physical terrain, climate, population areas, resources, and natural transit routes.  Do that for a couple of weeks and you'll have a completely different understanding of what you're reading.

For instance, to talk about Afghanistan without mentioning pipelines is intentional lying by omission.  Same goes for stories about Syria, Turkey, Mali, Niger, Chad, Algeria, Libya, Ukraine, and the Baltics.  To discuss "Muslim Extremism" without discussing oil and gas flows and the perimeters of Russia and China is similarly intentionally dishonest.  Somalia, Ethiopia, Eritrea and Sudan are about oil and water.  On and on it goes.  But you need a good atlas, not Google Maps.  You have to be able to see the whole layout of the area, what is where, and how it needs to travel to get to where it needs to go.

The global oligarchy relies on your not having an atlas, and having vestigial atavistic ethnic and religious trigger points.

The only way not to see that is to not want to see that, and to go way out of your way to not see that.

When I first heard of Putin and got to know more about him, I thought he looked and acted like Voldemort from the Harry Potter books.  But our President at the time claimed to have looked into his soul and seen that it was good.  I thought that was nice.  But I never lost sight of the fact that Putin came up through the KGB, and through the turmoil of the collapse of the USSR, he managed to align himself with the remnants of state power, and the most powerful oligarchs and criminals (many of whom were in fact all three at once).

I don't care if he's a good guy or not.  I'm assuming not, based on what I've seen to this point.  But that doesn't mean the facts aren't what they are, and US actions and policies aren't what they are, just because I don't like Putin.  I'm an American.  I'm a lot more concerned about what America is doing. And I'm not at all in favor of what I see.

I have avoided taking sides on this one. I honestly don't give a fuck about Israelies or Hamas, but I think you're backwards on that one. Israelies are targeting specific military objectives, tunnels, launch sites, etc., while Hamas just shoots shit in the air, where it lands they do not care.

If you have a tank and I shoot at your with a pistol, in your view, it is wrong of the tank to fire back with their machine gun.

So they have been firing rockets from Gaza and never not once did they think the fucking huge ass USA/MIC supplied IDF might come and get mad one day?

Really?

If the population of Gaza wanted a military and not just Hamas they could have been building one over the years. Gaza is a democracy where the rights of the citizens to guide the country has never been infringed. Or is the average person in Gaza noting but a  pawn of Hamas who uses their deaths for purely geo-political aspirations? No, they can not just be being used. That would be wrong so they must want Hamas to be free.

If the citizens of Gaza had wanted Hamas to stop firing rockets at Israel all they had to do was unite and petition their leaders to stop it. They did not because they wanted Hamas to keep firing rockets and now that they are suffering they want us/world believe it is not their fault

I mean I get it.

Israel in their eyes has no right to exsist and the Jews need to get the hell out asap.

The palestinians, Hamas, are in a struggle, a multi generational struggle, to eliminate Israel from the geography which it currently claims as a Nation State.

Well in a multi- generational struggle the opposition sometimes kicks your fucking ass. But hey your kids, kids, kids, kids, might just one day achieve the dream. The deaths along the journey are martyrs to the cause and it is the cause after all that really matters!

Now shut the fuck up and if you die it was in a good cause and some mythical deity has a nice cup of water and some dates for you in paradise.

When Israel bombs civilians, they say it is because Hamas hides among the civilians.  Even the extremists not officially members of Hamas are grouped into Hamas by the US and Israel, so they can be treated accordingly.

But in Israel, every adult citizen is required to enlist at age 18.  So how can can Hamas be blamed for firing upon civilians?

And why is Israel granted the right of self-defense but not Palestians, who have been subjected to a horrible and deadly long-term blockade in Gaza?

Just in at noon from Reuters, Israeli forces shelled a U.N. school, killing 15, wounding 200, most victims chidren.  Gaza is now a new Warsaw Ghetto under military attack.  Hmm, did the Nazis target schools?

(Reuters) - Israeli forces shelled a U.N.-run school sheltering Palestinians in the northern Gaza strip, the Gaza health ministry said on Thursday, killing at least 15 people and raising the conflict's death toll to nearly 750.

Israel Radio said, without citing a source, that most of those killed at the United Nations school were children.

The Israeli military had no immediate comment on the incident reported as a truce between the Jewish state and Hamas-led Islamist guerrillas remained elusive, despite intensive attempts at mediation.

Ashraf al-Qidra, spokesman for the Gaza Health Ministry, said that as well as the 15 dead, another 200 people were wounded in the attack. The director of a local hospital said various medical centers around Beit Hanoun in the coastal enclave were receiving the wounded.

Pools of blood lay on the ground and on students' desks in the courtyard of the school near the apparent impact mark of the shell, according to a Reuters photographer at the scene.

"Such a massacre requires more than one hospital to deal with it," said Ayman Hamdan, director of the Beit Hanoun hospital.

That quote is absolutely not verifiable ...

These however are ..

“Even today I am willing to volunteer to do the dirty work for Israel, to kill as many Arabs as necessary, to deport them, to expel and burn them, to have everyone hate us, to pull the rug from underneath the feet of the Diaspora Jews, so that they will be forced to run to us crying. Even if it means blowing up one or two synagogues here and there, I don’t care. ... What you lot don’t understand is that the dirty work of Zionism is not finished yet, far from it.”

-- Ariel Sharon, Haganah terrorist and Israeli PM, 1983

"The Israelis control the policy in the congress and the senate."

-- Senator Fullbright, Chair of Senate Foreign Relations Committee: 10/07/1973 on CBS' "Face the Nation".

"I am aware how almost impossible it is in this country to carry out a foreign policy [in the Middle East] not approved by the Jews..... terrific control the Jews have over the news media and the barrage the Jews have built up on congressmen .... I am very much concerned over the fact that the Jewish influence here is completely dominating the scene and making it almost impossible to get congress to do anything they don't approve of. The Israeli embassy is practically dictating to the congress through influential Jewish people in the country

-- Sec. of State John Foster Dulles quoted on p.99 of Fallen Pillars by Donald Neff

"The Jews...wanted absolutely nothing except Palestine, not because the Dead Sea water by evaporation can produce five trillion dollars of metaloids and powdered metals; not because the sub-soil of Palestine contains twenty times more petroleum than all the combined reserves of the two Americas; but because Palestine is the crossroads of Europe, Asia, and Africa, because Palestine constitutes the veritable center of world political power, the strategic center for world control."

-- (Nahum Goldman, President World Jewish Congress).

If I were an Arab leader I would never make terms with Israel. That is natural: we have taken their country . . . We come from Israel, but two thousand years ago, and what is that to them? There has been anti-semitism, the Nazis, Hitler, Auschwitz, but was that their fault? They only see one thing: we have come here and stolen their country. Why should they accept that?

-- David Ben-Gurion to Nahum Goldmann, the president of the World Jewish Congress:

I don't disagree with the objection... Israel clearly has the right, after all it has been through, to pound the crapola out of Hamas positions as they have been doing.

I would feel otherwise if there was not indication that Israel minimizes civilian death as much as possible (short of no warfare at all), and it wasn't clear that Hamas is using children as sheilds, etc.

Now, if things don't let up sometime in the future (when?) I would feel otherwise as well.

Are the palestinian children guilty then?

There is a bg difference between firing hopeful missiles  into Israel - most of which don't make it or cause any damage - and a well drilled army and air force using the latest technology available to kill civilians.

Clearly your biasedd view and desperation to justify murder through 'victimisation' prevent you from seeing what a bullshit argument you present.

When 'terrorists' commit 'terrorism' - generally countries don't innvade the source nation and start killing people - otherwise the US would have invaded Saudi Arabia after 911 - as I think the majority of the terrorists were from there.

You are clearly being payed like a pawn - a typical 'afraid American' - which is why you need a gun to defend your ideals.

... and when the Palestian people and Hamas gain nuclear weapons, or even highly accurate missiles or other armaments, what then?  Will you still be suggesting that Israel just sit and take it, instead of defending itself?  Likely.

If Palestians and the people of the world really care about the Palestian children there would be insistence that Hamas be removed from the land.

unfortunately there is no answer to this since these nations have engaged in war.... this does not negate that these children suffer, but this is the world we live in.  we all must suffer... the question is do we suffer alone or together?  i prefer together but many prefer to go at alone.  this is zerohedge right?  on a like enough time line the survival rate of everyone drops to zero?  or did i miss something... is war the only bringer of death now?

hopeful missiles  into Israel - most of which don't make it or cause any damage

Once Hamas has the technology and skills to fire better rockets that do real damage then and only then you will support their neighbors right to protect themselves, right.

Perhaps the reason Israel is now attempting to eliminate Hamas's ability to fire more rockets is because any delay will result in their achieving better death/damage/kill ratios with the next generation rockets. But since the current crop is not doing any real damage at this time, Israel is dead wrong not waiting till they do.

Gotcha, intersting thinking. It is wrong/evil/genocide for a country to stop current attacks on their nation if the attacks are ineffective. Wating till citizens start get killed in mass is the only ethical choice.

That's an interesting point. If you have no real military capability then why would you constantly attack a nation with a much more advanced military? Could it be because you don't give a flying fuck about your "people".

It's true that most countries don't invade a nation to attack terrorists, but most countries don't, generally, elect terrorist as their government.

I'd feel otherwise if they Israel would let the women and children out, or doctors and supplies in.

I'd say you are incorrect in these statements. They have provided tons of medical supplies, foods, and indeed are allowing t women and children to escape harm.  It is either the people of Palestine or Hamas itself that tell their people not to heed warnings, and even surround the innocents with weapons and munitions meant to slaughter innocents in Israel.

Now, if you mean they will not freely allow in ships and 'supplies' from other terrorist countries, you are correct. But the rest of those stories include that arms, missles, and other war supplies have been found along with these humanitarian supplies.

When you don't give water and food to children, the world watches. I like so many others, have humanity, and support Palestine.

Watch a few childrens programs from there and tell me the same, if you start a war you should expect to see it finished in one manner or another.

Israel and AIPAC (American Israeli Policy Action Committee) absolutely own the U.S. Congress.  Lock, stock and barrel.

I remember a few years ago the chief lobbyist of AIPAC famously bragged to a reporter at the New York Times that he could have the signatures of 70 U.S. Senators within 24 hours on a napkin that he held up.

Sad days for Amerika.  We are for sale to the highest bidder.

And it is being facilitated by the Congressman we elected to represent us.

Nothing less than treason.

"And it is being facilitated by the Congressman we elected to represent us."

Before "we" ever got to even see these "representatives", they were pre-selected to serve the money.  The final choice is always among people who are acceptable to their corporate masters.  It's really a very simple, elegant system.  Corporate interests are guaranteed to be represented.  End of story.

The Australian PM Kevin Rudd once criticised Israelis for using fake Australian passports..... not long after he was stabbed in the back by Julia Gillard....who later was going to vote to support Israel's murderous activities until an internal party revolt stopped her..  She was so besotted and fawning over Obama that it appeared she was going to drop her panties and let him take her in public. Sicking suckholes to the US.
