Israel Cabinet Unanimously Rejects John Kerry's Gaza Truce Proposal
Over the past few days, John Kerry flew to Egypt, where among other things, he proposed a weekling Gaza Truce. Alas, that was one taxpayer funded trip for the Secretary of State flushed down the drain:

AP had some more details:
Israel on Friday rejected a Gaza ceasefire proposal presented by US Secretary of State John Kerry, Israeli public television reported.
"The security cabinet has unanimously rejected the ceasefire proposal of Kerry, as it stands," Channel 1 said, adding that ministers would continue discussing it.
Or, largely just as was expected (because even Bloomberg is now reporting how the entire middle east is mocking John Kerry). But perhaps the reason why gold appears to have suddenly found a bid is the following:

See yesterday's local paper sub-headling, front page, above the fold:
"Kerry seeks cease-fire, but Gazans question America's neutrality".
What kinda stupid question would that be?
Pat Buchanan used to talk about "Israel's Amen Corner" in Congress. Now, there might be a corner that doesn't say Amen, but they won't be back next term.

I'm going to use a term that will be written much of in the future of the ME.."Reoccupation of Gaza". It is now a permanent War Zone and front line of defense for the Israeli peoples. Heavy Use of Artillary confirms this as well.
It’s easy to mock Kerry, and even though the general role of the United States in the Middle East underscores the fact that the American government wants the goals of Israel to be completely realized, he was carrying a ceasefire proposal.
Bloomberg, “now reporting how the entire middle east is mocking John Kerry,” is just another Jewish outlet like Rush Limbaugh and Mark Levine, the latter stooping so low as to call the Palestinians fundamentalist Nazis, bred and born to be Nazis, who after they've killed all the Israelis, will kill the Christians, and then they will cross the ocean to kill us. His motive? To frighten the American people into paying for further murder of the Palestinians.
It was the same Mark Levine who went crazy criticizing Obama for suggesting he was concerned about the level of casualites of both the Palestinians and the Israelis. That the concern included the Palestinians was just too much for Levine to handle. It 's one thing to hate the president, and Levine does; it's another thing to condone the slaughter of innocent people because you are a Jew or get your career from the Jews (Hannity). Is there another reason? And in his mockery of Obama's lack of war prowess, Levine laments: Think what it would be if America could have a President Benjamin Netanyahu.
But, hey, with dual citizenship, I don't see why we can't - so Mark can have his way.
Here is my simple 3 step plan on how to handle this particular situation in Gaza.
1. There will be NO peace deal.
2. The War will continue until someone wins with one important stipulation, both sides must agree to only use weapons mentioned in the Old Testament.
3. May the best Race win! Let's get it on!

Kerry thinks he's the master when he's actually the puppet.
We should recognize Hamas as an elected government and say this war is killing people and we want this fighting to stop right now or we’re going to sent peacekeeper troops into stop the fighting.
That’s what a superpower that wants to take a moral stand to save lives would do. And then insist that representatives of the Israel Defense Forces and Hamas sit down and talk - where America would become a broker again, instead of a supplier and mentor to one of the warring factions.
That’s why Kerry can’t get anywhere, or Egypt either - they are under the thumb of Israel
I mean the United States just gave the Israeli government the money to keep fighting the war.
