The 225-201 vote, along party lines, to authorize the suit will allow House lawyers to draft legal documents over a five-week summer recess starting on Friday.
It cements the action as a lightning rod for months of bitter campaign rhetoric from both Republicans and Democrats ahead of November elections that will determine the political control of Congress next year.
The suit is expected to claim that Obama exceeded his executive authority in making unilateral changes to the Affordable Care Act, known as Obamacare.

In this case the Legislature branch is taking the executive branch to task over its excessive and over-extended use of "executive orders" (to bypass creation of new laws by the legislature and/or changing existing laws already passed by the legislature. The President cannot use executive orders to change a law passed by the Legislature.)
So far the President has lost in these cases. (Ex: The Courts found that the President's so-called recess appointments of three people to the NLRB board, were null and void. The Court also said that the President cannot determine when the legislature is in recess; only the Legislature can do so.)

A smart lawyer never asks a question to which he doesn't know the answer. A stupid Boehner should know this will be heard in the DC district court and reviewed by new Circuit Appeals Court judges appointed, when Reid ended the filibuster. If the DC Circuit Appeals court rules against Boehner and the Supreme Court declines the case, Boehner loses. This is just political theater by establishment stooges.

He was dressed like a young attorney, fresh out of school perhaps four years ago, carrying a massive debt, working for the banksters, shitty suit coat that didn't match his slacks. Crappy shoes, unpolished. I knew it was him as he had a "foreign" name and so here he sticks out. I mean he won't look Polish, Irish, Native,Black, Hispanic or vanilla white, right?
Once we were inside the Court he figured out I was the guy he was looking for. Score one for me. I fucked up his expectation. He motioned he wanted to speak to me outside the room. He wanted to know what my intentions were. Let me see...I have opposed every motion you have presented, I have asked for sanctions against the Plaintiff and the attys, I filed a counterclaim, served discovery...three rounds, and you want to know my intentions? I gave hime my dead shark eye stare right into his left eye. Don't get to use that much. He folded and asked if I would settle. Well sure, dumb fuck. Treble damages ( under Unfair Trade Practices Act) and my house free and clear. (Yeah, I know, how do they do that when they aren't the owners?).
Back in the court the judge asked the plaintiff if they were ready to set a date. Ummm...No, they said they would seek a delay. Judge asked me. I said I would object to delay. Judge knows the moving party should have a good reason for delay but these dumbfucks had no real reason. Judge said no delay.

Constitution seems to be not too relevant nowadays. Tomorrow for example, BHO can sign an EO banning suing (and/or impeachment of) the POTUS/TOTUS or any member of the U.S. Congress and Senate for national security reasons. Problem solved. /s
Impossible (probably) to convict, but not to impeach. And the Supreme Court has no constitutional or statutory authority to render a remedy other than that prescribed by the Constitution, which is in the hands of Congress to apply, starting with the House.
With Mid Term Elections due some of those Senators up for re-election may just see the light.
