One Shot, In Critical Condition, 7 Arrested After Protesters Break Ferguson Curfew
As we reported last night, when the Ferguson curfew hitting at midnight, while most of the protesters dispersed, many still remained on the streets despite a clear warning by the police department that anyone still rioting/looting/protesting would be arrested. Which is when things went from bad to worse for yet another night. In roughly chronological order:

According to Reuters, Missouri State Highway Patrol Captain Ron Johnson said the person shot at a restaurant was in critical condition. Police were unable to identify the victim, who he said was not shot by police, and that the alleged shooter was still at large. Well, what else would he say: that the cops shot yet another Fergusonite?
As we warned yesterday, all that is needed for the racial divide in this country to reach levels (of violence) not seen in generations, is for one or more people to die, whether in Ferguson or elsewhere, while protesting along racial lines. We can only hope that the person in critical condition makes a recovery or else this may well be just the beginning of what we have warned for years will happen when a record wealth/class/religious/ethnic divide, largely aided and abetted by the administration, finally spills out on the streets and the people demand a reversion to the mean: something which for those who follow history happens with clockwork regularity when the divide between the haves and the have nots reaches record levels.
So to summarize last night's events, here is KTVI with a first person account of the latest nightly rioting in Ferguson:
More tear gas and gun-fire in the streets during another violent night in Ferguson and leaving many to wonder when will it end.
One person shot, a police car hit by gun-fire, and seven arrests as police enforced the governor’s new curfew. Police fired smoke bombs and tear gas at protesters who didn’t want to leave after the midnight curfew rolled around. Police got reports of people on the roof at Red’s Barbecue. Then they saw a man in the street with a gun and they found a man shot in the neck, critically hurt. That is when the SWAT Team came in.
Police tried to move back the crowd with smoke bombs and tear gas to try to get to the shooting victim. By the time police got to the scene near Red’s the victim was already gone. He was taken to the hospital in a private car.
Authorities arrested seven people for failing to disperse the area around. At around 1am it appeared that police had removed all of the protesters.
Captain Ron Johnson talks about dealing with the protesters at curfew time. “There was a shooting victim near QuikTrip and Red’s Barbeque. As we approached Red’s Barbecue we deployed tear gas. The first can of gas that was deployed was there. In an effort to get back and get to the shooting victim. Also, a police car at that location was shot at.”
We don’t have any details on whether that police car was hit. But, we don’t believe that anyone was injured.
We did get video overnight of police processing the car used to take the shooting victim to the hospital. County police tell FOX 2 that the shooting victim is in critical condition. The circumstances surrounding the shooting are still unclear.
It is rumored, although unlikely, that a city devolving into a state of emergency and actual curfew, will be enough for the president to take a break from his golf game and make a teleprompted statement later today.

You have to remember that most police forces are not trained anything like what is needed to control a population. Many from these towns are scarecly different than the populace they are arresting, both various stages of criminals.
The globalists need to know how this will play out, so training small scale is needed.

Why burn down your own neighborhoods, why shoot someone on your side? To provoke the police into doing what they did, firing the tear gas and coming in with the batons so you can get the next batch of news headlines and Youtube clips. It won't stop until the city makes some sort of gesture that they're willing to say diversity is our strength and we'll hire a black city government. I wonder if they are afraid to be over run if they do what you and I would consider normal behavior on any given night? I agree, you arrest any burglars and take them into custody. You do not shoot burglars unless they are shooting at you. You chase and apprehend them. Like any night. Why are these burglars special?
If there are too many of them, you may not be able to round them all up. If that is the case, the "looter/burglars" show that they have the upper hand with numbers. Then it is exposed that your team (the cops) are fucked and anarchy ensues.
They impose a curfew so that it is not exposed that they do not have the staff to deal with that many burglars at once.

That is what the FBI pumped into the house of the Branch Davidians too bad the INFANTS didn't have gas masks. But .gov looked into Waco and said that everything was legal and aboveboard.

The Rangers told the Department of Justice that the BATF raid commanders had lied to them under oath, but the Department of Justice did nothing.
The Posse Comitatus Act provides criminal penalties for illegal use of the military in domestic law enforcement. As detailed in the 1995 Congressional hearings, both BATF agents and officers of the U.S. Army’s Joint Task Force Six appear to have deliberately violated the Posse Comitatus Act, by using military equipment and trainers for the Waco raid. There was no evidence, then or now, for the BATF’s assertion that the Branch Davidians were manufacturing methamphetimine. (There is a drug war exception to the Posse Comitatus Act.)
Illegally riding in military helicopters during the raid, BATF agents may have strafed the second story of the Branch Davidian home, using the machine pistols they were carrying. The numerous bullet holes in the roof could not have come from any other source.
In violation of BATF rules and the criminal law of Texas, at least one BATF agent on the ground apparently began firing wildly, rather than aiming at armed targets. According to a British coroner’s report, British citizen and Branch Davidian Winston Blake was killed at the beginning of the raid, by a high-power rifle bullet that ripped through a wall and hit him in the head, while he was eating a breakfast roll in the kitchen.
After the raid, BATF agents took Koresh’s gun dealer Henry McMahon and his wife into "protective custody," held them against their will, and ordered them not to talk with the FBI. McMahon was the only person outside the Branch Davidian compound who knew that when the BATF began investigating Koresh in June 1992, Koresh had peacefully invited BATF to visit his house, and inspect his guns.
After the fire, the Texas Rangers found a fireproof safe containing $50,000 in cash, plus gold and platinum. The Rangers signed the safe and its contents over to the FBI, but the safe and contents are now unaccounted for.
In June 1993, the 911 recording of the Branch Davidians’ February 28 call for help to the local sheriff was played before Congress. An FBI official had resequenced the tape, minimizing the effect of the Davidians’ frightened shouts about incoming helicopters. Tampering with evidence presented to Congress is, of course, a federal crime.
Why is it that if the vast majority of these people are peaceful protesters, why cannot they restrain their more violent elements. Like Muslims constantly complaining about being grouped in with extremists, they also seem to be notably absent when the extremist elements are acting. Why are we not seeing protests demanding policy changes to stop the black on black murders rampant? This is more about divisive policies. They will look the other way when their own are murdering each other. This is not to excuse the cops in this, only to point out the blatant hypocrisy of the "victims". During the riots in the '70s Cincinnati didn't have a problem. That's because the police just went out and shot them. The riots stopped. “Outside Agitators” in Ferguson
Federal officials are not the only “outside” influences contributing to the militarization of the Ferguson PD. I can't believe no one is uncomfortable with it. Now I should be able to decide for myself if I want take the risk of harm in deciding to go outside and do whatever I want to do as long it is legal and not create mischief. Any one stupid enough to go anywhere near this area deserves to get what they get. if you are not there to cause mischief, then you really have no reason to be there unless you are just mentally handicapped. This episode shows me that Walmart isn't necessarily biggest threat to small business. Riots, lack of police protection of businesses and probably no insurance coverage for this type of destruction is proof that small business is under attack, though not exactly what we think about when that statement is made.

I understand why they did it, but understanding doesn't mean I would like it if I were the one being legally detained in my own home.

Predominately white, extremely poor, malnourished, undereducated, little access to proper medical and dental care, all the ills that plague most poor people regardless of color. citizens of the United States who are members of the National Guard.
(b) The classes of the militia are–
(1) the organized militia, which consists of the National Guard and the Naval Militia;

(2) the unorganized militia, which consists of the members of the militia who are not members of the National Guard or the Naval Militia.
…every man aged 17-44 is automatically a member of the unorganized militia unless they do something to either make themselves formally organized or exclude themselves. Considering anti-discrimination laws women and or those older than 44 should nominally have the right to participate in an unorganized militia by choice.
Arming oneself with a suitable militarily functional firearm to be ready for call-up as needed as a member of a militia was considered anexplicit requirement until 19036. Considering the need for a militia may transcend the ability of Federal or State authorities to arm militias it is darn near a patriotic duty to be ready to defend ones homes and neighbors if the need should arise.
While most think of militias in either the traditional sense of minute-men, or the modern media sense of “evil” para-militaries, there is a much more common sense ideal. Theoretically any group who bands together to defend themselves against outside agression or common threat is part of a militia. Among other possibilities this can mean organizing into a neighborhood watch to defend against crime, acting as an armed guard in your neighborhood after a natural disaster1, or defending ones home or business from a riot2.
While a firearm is the de-facto most efficient way for an individual to excercise their natural right to defend themself or others, firearms are not 100% necessary to perform that right of self defense. On September 11th 2001 many of the passengers of Flight 93 banded together to fight a common enemy which threatened not only their own lives, but their nation. This was essentially the creation of an impromptu militia3. Imagine what might have happened if Federal Law had not unconstitutionally prohibited citizens from carrying firearms on airplanes.
Another example of an impromptu militia was the 2002 confrontation and capture of an armed killer at the Appalachian School of Law4. After hearing gunfire students reacted to the situation and individually and spontaneously acted to stop the threat. Allowing students and or faculty who are otherwise legally allowed to carry concealed weapons to do so on campuses would act as an unorganized militia deterent and instantaneous response force in the event of a mass shooting. To minimalize authoritarian inadequacy authorities frequently attempt to invoke more control by hiring additional (though inevitably inadequate) security forces, purchasing equipment, or curtailing natural rights to control peoples' ability to fight back. Realistically those forces cannot prevent danger, but can only respond to it. When dealing with an infrequently occuring decentralized threat, only a decentralized defense like that of a militia can effectively and efficiently prevent or mitigate that threat.
