Putin's Chief 'Integration' Advisor Warns "Transition Has Always Come About Through War"
When we last met Sergei Glazyev, Vladimir Putin's chief 'integration' adviser (who has been regularly featured on these pages in the past (see Putin Adviser Threatens With Dumping US Treasurys, Abandoning Dollar If US Proceeds With Sanctions and Putin Adviser Proposes "Anti-Dollar Alliance" To Halt US Aggression Abroad for two examples) he explained "how the U.S. military and oligarchs are trying to maintain leadership in the global competition with China."
Arguably the best informed man in Russia, his perspective seems important to grasp as he considers:
"The world today is going through a year of overlapping cyclical crises. This is a period when the global economy is changing as the structure that has driven economic growth for 30 years has exhausted itself. The world needs to transition to a new system and transition has always come about through war...
...
The last elections to the European Parliament showed that all European citizens are not fooled by the fals pro-American, anti-Russian propaganda... and by the constant stream of lies.
...
In order to avoid the constant threat of foreign asset confiscation, we need to build our own sovereign monetray macro-economic policy."
Full must-watch dialogue below:
As Glazyev concluded previously:
To further insulate its economy, Russia should abandon the use of the U.S. dollar as a reserve currency, according to Glazyev. Russia, which international reserves are the world’s fifth-biggest, needs to diversify its holdings to include China’s yuan, India’s rupee and Brazil’s real. “If a country aspires to reserve status for its currency, it should behave properly, and that isn’t the case today,” Glazyev said.
And this is how Putin sees the world. De-escalation? Good luck.

You don't think you get to choose whether to take part, or not, do you?
If a nuke goes off over Mellishville, I doubt any refusal to evapourate will be taken seriously.
Nothing here to blow up. It would be a waste of fissionable material.
Not like there's a shortage.
My suggestion would be to target the world's golf courses. Bound to make a hit somewhere.
Are you suggesting POTUS should be targeted?
Answer carefully, or await the sound of a door breaking down.
Heaven forbid. That would truly be a waste of fissionable material. :)
And....the USA has more people on the dole than the population of the WHOLE of Russia. Sad state of affairs. This guy nailed it.
Sheikyerbouti, I'll freely admit that I care not for Islam, but I came across this interesting clip about how one of their Sheiks (Imran) sees the Ukraine crisis as a Zionist Masterplan. Admittedly, Muslims see everything as a Zionist plan -- just as many US "conservatives" do, interestingly enough.

Equally interesting (for the sake of comparing viewpoints), but a bit tedious perhaps, is his view on the coming Big War: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PPLpHqzipKY

I questioned a muzzie co-worker what he thought about the whole ME trouble with the ISIS thing, etc. He began explaining islamic version of judgement day/rapture. Part of his story was the coming of the anti-christ, he will arrive during an extremely severe drought, ongoing wars for resources and corruption worldwide. He will emerge between Syria and Iran. In the the Islamic religion, this will be the toughest trial for man from god. So, the current events are lining up with a big battle in the region. <fast forwarding> In the end, according to Islamic prophecies, Jesus will descend from heaven and help defeat the anti-christ outside Jerusalem. Good will finally prevail and corruption and injustice will cease for 40 years after Jesus descending from heaven. There will be total peace worldwide during that 40 year period.
Soooo, I guess more wars to come in the region going forward - duh! But, I found the 'ongoing wars for resources' part interesting.
I'm not a fucking mooslum numbnuts. It's called satire.

I bet he wasn't educated by shitty schools, such as Yale and Harvard.
taught by the naughtiest?
Education is a personal quest.
Schooling is a whole different thing.
He counts three fast developing technologies: pharma, telecom and the cognitive. What are the cognitive techonologies he's speaking of? Is he talking about mind-control, mass drugging or brainwashing populations?
Cognitive is the AI and automation that are ultimately going to put 95% of the workforce out of a job.
He is a very deep thinker. I like what he said and agree with his assessment. I am tired of the criminal class that runs Washington and our banking system. We have been conditioned to think that opportunistic parasites are the corporate elite of our society. And, sadly he is correct about the Nazis (fascistic neo-cons) of Washington and the Ukraine, they need to be removed.
Dude arrest Jamie Dimon and Loyd Blankfein and you'll have all of the West right with you.
And use crypto-currencies for your new financial system. Make it open source. Replace your government with open source software All the intellectuals in the world will flock to Russia and with the land you guys have...the Queens will be toast left to ferment in their deleterious genes.

Let's translate this...
Mr. Glazeyev is simply saying the greedy cocksucking cheesepope Zionist motherfuckers are going to push his beloved Russia to the brink -No matter what the costs are for both Nation(s)... This is simply a repeat of what Putin already publically stated in front of the EU two weeks ago over the attempted Yukos legal charges by the West -"There is a war coming to Europe, Do you really think this is going to matters"???!!!!...
After all if the United States on behalf of the UN truly cared about the humanitarian corridors and the 300 aid trucks getting to the ethnic Russians being bombed with white phosphorous daily by U.S. and Israeli backed mercs, Wouldn't they have interceded to deliver humanitarian aid well before the Russians attempted it?
The EU/NATO contingent DOESN'T WANT humanitarian aid to get to the native Ukrainians in need because they are resting on the shale oil that Hunter Biden and the Western oil interests are ready to confiscate just like the 40 tons of GLD they stole 4 months ago and delivered to 33 Liberty Street in Manhattan(.)
Mr. Obama. Your move brotha!
Be very careful what you wind up starting what you will never finish!!!!
Nemo, I deeply enjoy your thoughts. A good El' Capitan, you are.
It takes me 2 weeks to decipher your meanings. (some times) lol
I am not sure how war will change anything that could not be changed by simple agreement unless the war wipes out the elitists who are making the decisions and ramming them down our throats ... nothing will change.
The poeopl already have a will to change. It is just that those who want to stray in power at any cost (to us) won't change. (unless there is a war? you have to be joking!)
It's probably got something to do with financing the war efforts..big debt
Why I am I not surprised that despite the rampant central bank loathing at ZH, that the origin and context of that fist statement seems to have escaped so many?
Could it be a bias for a shiny yellow metal that makes people more mentally incontinent than a Kenyan mulatto with a pending tee time?
"the structure that has driven economic growth for 30 years has exhausted itself"
What 30th anniversary is rapidly approaching?
It has nothing to do (directly) with the gold window or the petro dollar.

No one of this haters still don't say anything about Sergei Glazyev interview... so pitiful
the trolls succeeded with this thread. pitty.
Do you mean trolls presenting themselves (on the basis of long tenure here) as "the old crowd" at ZH?
Troubling how these geniuses refuse to see that creating a false argument over "Putin worship" is nothing better than a thread jack.
The Galzyev interview deserves better.
It's unfortunate, but it happens, posting the article on a Saturday night probably didn't help though...
Yes, I did.
Ahh, the evolution of ZH.
The trolls calling the non trolls, trolls, and getting agreement.
It took some time, but the government, and popularity, has destroyed this place.
The commentary of this board went from very high IQ discussions (focus on technical detail) on micro and macro economic theory and practice to, today, name calling and political mud sligning.
Congrats .gov you have destroyed another bastion of free thought and speech.
I don't see diversifying into the yuan, rupee or real as being that great of a decision. All three currencies are flawed. Gold and silver are better choices.
A facebook entry from "Hell" if you happen to be a Ukrainian that does not support the newly "unelected" government and is just trying desperately to survive.

personally i'd have felt a little more comfortable if he'd smirked a bit and made a few references to "them folks in europe" and "me an president vlad think that......". i've been conditioned to respect that kind of intimate, homeboy stuff. none of this no-nonsense obvious grasp of facts at your fingertips, knowing what you're talking about bullshit. scares the crap out of me. and btw, i like teleprompters, it shows the speaker has a grasp of modern technology.
And did you notice... Strategy.
Most western politicians (puppets) can't see beyond the next news headline. If that far.
hey sergei and vlad. just ready the nukes . some of our too many nazi-minded military, all the neocons , oligarchs, british and merkel won't be satisfied until they have their boots on the nabes of your necks. the common soldier and common americans want nothing to do with a global nuclear holocaust.

The partial is not the daily compounding rate, it is simply:
A - current calculated smoothed new case rate
B - number of active cases (total cases less total deaths), from prior report
C = A/B
partial = simple average of three most recent values calculated for C
It's only useful in gauging what the next couple of reports might look like, keeping everything else constant.

Wow. While a dire message, that was a breath of fresh air for someone to describe in transparent, factual history-backed clarity what's really going on.
So many holier than thou " I dont like Putin " comments here. The truth of the matter is most people never met Putin and have no idea who he really is but that does not stop them from having an opinion.
Watch what a man does and ignor who he may or may not be. The same goes with Obama. Americans have a very low opinion of him not because he is black but because of what he did - he lied, he went back on his word etc etc.
People here are not pro Putin or pro this Sergie Glazyev guy, they dont care . They care about the expressed view and their action since the start of the Ukraine crisis. Any problem with that ?
Not for this dummy. I'm only concentrating on hiding under a rock until after the Debt Star has completed its apocalyptic dying quiver.

It's Saturday night with a 'hopium' high!!!
I very much doubt anybody here is loving Putin or don't understand he is a thug like the rest.
But lets just erradicate one group of Oligarchs at a time. Let Putin flush out the biggest coackcroaches first, let them feed on themselves.
Sorry, but it's ludicrous to say Putin is a thug. He has single-handedly resisted Washington's plans to encircle and dismember his country, is laying the groundwork for a new world monetary system, is leading the world away from uni-polarity towards a multi-polar political order, has stabilized the country's collapsing demographics, and is resisting the fading global hegemon's imposition of the gay rights/pro-death agenda on the whole planet. Under Putin, Russia's sovereign debt as a % of GDP is around 9% (USA upwards of 100%). He is paying pensions on time (unlike his predecessor who was constantly in arrears). The middle class is growing, the poverty rate is shrinking. His operations in Crimea and with the recent truck convoy are already classics in the annals of taking the "indirect approach" in strategic matters. One could go on and on. I'm perfectly aware of modern Russia's shortcomings, and I hardly mean to whitewash Putin, but he must be given his due. He's no thug and he's no slouch.
it still begs to question where is china in all of this. the premier of china has been amazing silent despite the fact that he knows if russia falls they are next.
Being loud is not China's way. They generally work quietly behind the scenes on establishing new markets, protecting old ones, forming economic alliances and strengthening their defence capabilities. They will be key to establishing the foundations for the new economic system. They will not threaten war unless they are threatened. Their association with Russia and the rest of the BRICS and with the SCO provide vital insights into their strategy. It seems that under the Russo-Chinese relationship that has formed over the last decade or so, the Russians basicaly act as the 'mouthpiece' to the world for their ultimate global goals - when Russia speaks, China's mouth moves.
“If your enemy is secure at all points, be prepared for him. If he is in superior strength, evade him. If your opponent is temperamental, seek to irritate him. Pretend to be weak, that he may grow arrogant. If he is taking his ease, give him no rest. If his forces are united, separate them. If sovereign and subject are in accord, put division between them. Attack him where he is unprepared, appear where you are not expected .”
? Sun Tzu, The Art of War
maybe because he knows RU is not going to fall. :)
I hope so, But I will wait some more, before I give him his dues.
Sometimes he( Putin) or they (His Advisers) Waited too long.
Putin is no thug and cares about his country. That is a far cry more than anyone can say about western leaders...
Don't be surprised if the next transition -whatever it will be- comes via an infectious disease.
Seems like a good a place as any for this, for anyone laboring under delusions not of the infantile "Russia vs. USA" sort but the childish "Russia will end the banker+fiat+debt Ponzi and western econo-financial tyranny"

“Just to remind you what those are, the 2010 reforms do a couple things. One, they bring four dynamic emerging market countries into the top 10 shareholder ranks or what we call quota ranks of the institution. China, Brazil, Russia, India. It also doubles our permanent capital, the quota. And it also creates a fully elected Executive Board.” – William Murray, I.M.F. Deputy Spokesman, Jan 9, 2014.
I still await a plausible refutation of or alternative to the above narrative - which can be summed up as merely a regional internal IMF/BIS/WB power struggle for control over the next iteration of the (global) financial system - which I've already posted about for some time now. As I've said, this is far more appropriately viewed as teammates competing for MVP, not opposing teams entering playoffs.
maybe if you can summarize your narrative into your own 50 words or less you would get some alternatives or refutations :)
Reading comprehension failure?
"a regional internal IMF/BIS/WB power struggle for control over the next iteration of the (global) financial system"
Do you need more color - can you not access hyperlinks? 90% of this article's comments, like every Russia story's comments, are the drivelings of unthinking Putin ?????????, none of whom know anything at all about Russia or the global financial system, or the relation between the two, and moreover, they don't care to know, because it's so much more fun believing that Russia (or China, or any other nation) represents a true apostate from and enemy to world governance, globalism, central banking, financialization, fiat money - any of it. The documents and speeches are all out there.
Russian finance minister Anton Siluanov referred to the BRICS bank as a “mini-IMF”. Thems sure sounds like fightin' words to you?
"Hence, both the BRICS and the G20 have evolved in terms of substantive scope of work and associated processes in ways that go well beyond their beginnings to bring direct Heads of State involvement into a range of key social and economic areas, with flexible high levelpolicy groups and technical support. This is a noteworthy evolution in global governance."

The money quote, however, is the first paragraph of page 5.
This isn't an American public highschool, where reordering the words of an essay is somehow considered to be "answering a question using critical thinking".
Now let's hear all of my downvoters defend their historically informed and well-cited hypotheses. <Crickets>. The silence is, as usual, deafening. Perhaps these people don't even realize that my position is just an extension of what ZH has been saying at least since my first day here - the days of dollar - and US - hegemony are over (though the US is of course still very much trying to deny it), but contrary to the wishful delusions of many a ZH commenter, the roadmap for the future is simply ever more globalism, and the issue of which nation gets to play leader is of no relevance in this plan, the system will proceed regardless, just as it did so regardless of (actually thanks to) all of the 20th century's wars.
At the heart of the discussion the question becomes why are the EUROPEANS falling into the WASHINGTON's trap. I think the goal of Washington is becoming obvious...there will be pain on both sides but it is he who feels the LEAST pain wins. Both USA and EUROPE will experience pain. I liken this to a driver and passenger in a car. The car crashes, the passenger (EUROPE) is critically injured and goes into a coma but the driver (WASHINGTON) only ends up with a few broken bones and ribs which only take a couple months to fully heal. This is what Washington is hoping for and Europe is all too willing to ride shotgun without wearing a seat-belt. At that point Europe burdened by its existing debt will have no choice but to seek america out for Aid in the from of loans but to do so it will have to write off existing american loans in order to receive aid from America.
Europe is still occupied.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_United_States_military_bases
That along with NATO treaties mean Europe isn't able to formulate independent policy.
Note: Europeans, as we have come to know them, have no say-so in the matter. Individual Europeans have as much input to what their hegemonic leaders are doing as do people in the US. None. Their leaders are slaves to the world's new J Edgar Hoover: the unholy union of the Fed and the NSA and the dozens of ancillary entities that work in association with that union.
When a shooting war starts (a war that TPTB choose to paint as more than just a regional conflict ala Ukraine), we will see how many "Europeans" line up to kill their fellow man. My guess is that it will become a shit show. Conscription will become necessary like it has in western Ukraine and we can see where THAT has gotten them.
Many of the poor in Europe have been muslim imports. Those would be the same people that Germany and France would presumably send to bootcamp and issue a rifle to? Gone is nationalism in the individual European states. It doesn't exist. They have a non-homogenous mush of imported savages to fight the wars of the oligarchy? The same thing is being attempted in the US.The US is tougher because, IMO, we are but 225-ish years old as a nation. We have a collective memory of our history in the days before the Tribe stole it from us. There are those amongst us that keep that history alive via our progeny. TPTB will have their wishes fulfilled soon, however, as the next generation of man-made morons is on its way to their side. Let's call these reinforcements the "Free Shit Army" or FSA. BTW, the FSA also consists of the Average Joe .gov henchmen that grease the wheels of their murderous machine of strife.
They've painted Putin a monster with water colors. His fangs and scales have been washing off since day 1 and they've missed their opportunity to strike. MH17/370 was a FF public relations disaster and Putin's steady hand has unveiled the puppet masters for all the world to see.
Thought experiment, let's take them at their word.
If Russia brought war to us, what would it look like?
Financial? That is in progress. This one is shooting fish in a barrel, they are in the process of recovering from their collapse, we have yet to step over the threshold on ours in terms of blatantly owning it at all levels. They can shove us into the abyss by doing non-dollar deals for oil.
Cyber? We probably have superiority on that front. Meanwhile, spineless leaders can dampen this advantage. We could even lose it. I put NSA/surveillance stuff under this one.
Could they bring "soldiers on the ground" war to us? I used to think this was impossible. I don't any more.
I know how to prep for the first two, I am clueless about the third.
And of course nukes. I can't prep for that so I won't worry about that one.
ever ask yourself why would RU bring war "to us"? it's a nutty idea. they don't need a bankrupt, overwt, dumbed down, racist popultion living on big macs and gmo food, drinking poisoned water and listening to retarded misic.
I believe that Putin doesn't even need to lift a finger to help us along in our demise. It seems our dear leaders are doing too good of a job of it instead.
Why would they want to? Territory? Resources? Control of Europe?
Have you seen the size of Russia? What does Russia gain from war? Russia has Europe by the baw hairs already, they can turn the taps oil and gas taps down a bit and Europe will pay up without a squeek.
Glazyev just put into different words the statement "war is the people against their own leaderhip". Russia doesn't gain from a European war, Europe doesn't gain from a European war.
I'm curious how many Rock Stars are looking for honest people! PEOPLE to manage their futures!
I'd rather be Tony Balony!
I'm headed to Cairns Qld next week/ I'm finishing my" Multi Engine" rating on the way. I'm checking on property I bought over 14 years ago.
Who's the RockStar?
Maybe it is time for us to grow up and find another way to create positive transitions.
Just because it was good for the Hun and Hitler, does not mean that it is good for the future.
Glazyew alluded to a warless transition. Tyler left that part out.
"US wants to seperate Ukraine from Russia"
Ukraine is independent country - it doesn't belong to Putin. It's not his property - so it can't be seperated because it is not part of Russia LTD.
definitely a limited understanding of the english language. BS comment.
"The world needs to transition to a new system and transition has always come about through war..."

"The new system is humanitarian in nature and thus could avoid war, because the main carriers ...."
What kind of BS selective reporting is this, Tyler? You going MSM?
Either quote it complete or leave it out. No cherry-picking.
you only need turn on your t.v. to the history channel to see now published lies and propaganda from back then - has that changed now? NO
Just matter of time..."chickens be coming home to roost".
No way to prepare for the HELL coming this way...CRIMINALS, should of been stopped long time ago!
we're just a bunch of sheep! yeah, you too
Sergei Glazyev: "The structure that has driven economic growth for 30 years has exhausted itself. The world needs to transition to a new system and transition has always come about through war..."
I agree with this. And one wonders what the characteristics will be of the new structure, if we survive WWIII.
Given the growth in global population and diminishing natural resources, there will be a greater political emphasis on sharing what's available. My guess is that it will be more fascist than what many people have been used to. Big Corps will be in bed with Big Government to run everything. What we see happening today may seem bad but there's a lot worse to come. As people rebel against this marriage made in hell with wealthy oligarchs, militarised police will be on the streets to impose law/order and suppress dissent. You will comply. Or else.
It's difficult to see where free markets, price discovery fit into this new model of centrally planned economics. But given much wealth will be stolen from private individuals anyway, it may be an academic question.
Nuland comes to mind: Fuck EU
How true from an American point of view. (How could that damned pack even think of not going along the lines of their occupiers)
And Nigel Farage and his tirades on the EU criminals come to mind.
Great interview - Thanks for that!
This (Steven Tyler) puppet face with absolutely no cognition of finance or trading shows up on Zero Hedge, and you idiots warship it? That fucking idiot couldn't play my tenor sax! (King Cleveland) restored. His fingers are fuking too warped!
This world is fucked sideways!
Good advice to you: If you have nothing to say, shut the fuck up.
Brilliant man, watched it before ZH posted. He's got some serious insight. So glad that they managed to create it with sub-titles, as without, most of us would miss out on his global perspectives.
Divide and conquer. Watch this about the EU too as it directly relates to what is happening in the US

I live in Pattaya, Thailand and I can tell you there are plenty of the Russians who do not like Putin. But the Russians are all over Asia. They are in Cambodia, they are in Thailand, and they are in Vietnam.
A lot of the black money or black market money more specifically has left Russia and moved to Asia.
There is a hell of a property bubble going on here in Asia.. I have no idea when or what will pop it. But I am not joking I am boots on the ground. I live in Asia and have for three years... Before that I lived in South America. I speak fluent Spanish. In 58 years I've seen a lot of property bubbles.
And the property bubble that is going on in Asia, China and the rest of Asia is astronomical!
What this means I have no idea. But it doesn't look like it's going to end pretty to me.......
Thailand is in a state right now, after the coup, its still is. Albeit somewhat better for us tourist.
With regards to your bubble, yes the Asian real estate market is high, but you cannot compare it to say US as for example in HK you need to plonk down 30% for residential and 50+% for commercial real estate. As many of the Asian ccy are pegged to the USD, it causes a chase for yield hence the continued bidding up of the property prices. With government intervening and putting in place policy and financial restrictions, the market is left with non-speculators buying. This is night and day compared with the sub-prime conditions in the US.
The whole thing is based on the USD peg, hence when shtf, yes there will be major issues, but it will be minor (for well run asian nations) compared with the US. This time, my guess is that a real reset can be achieved as the collapse may be extreme for the US.
I know Mark Farber has spoken about this. And he's right on the money.
A fish rots from the head down.
Keeping that in mind we can see the big fish in the pond : "Pax Americana", rotting from the head down today.
It's clear to all that when Emperor hocks his favorite child "the greenback"--this is what happened in Lehman moment of 2008-- as a common whore to all and sundry, saying: "its our money but your problem until Hell freezes over", the Empire is in big trouble.
Succession and imperial sustenance now are issues beyond changing one son for another. Its not Red/Blue its core values and the foundations which are cracking; aka democracy and people's rule; however fragile; "one man one vote" means nothing anymore, as the Republic belongs to the private moneyed Oligarchs.
And this trend within the Empire and surrogate constructs; aka trilateral and petromonarchies; is now going down the hill fast. As there are too many balls to juggle to maintain the current facade which is coming apart at the seams at an alarming speed.
The Emperor is naked and it may just be a question of months or a few years before fake Potus is replaced by REAL Caesar; man of Oligarchy and military surveillance complex without any compunction to tell the world its "our world or its Armageddon".
This is the trajectory of the true TPTB in new Rome.
All the new opponents to Rome; Moscow, Peking, Delhi, Rio and sundry now know, that given the dystopian options the Empire proposes in defense of "status quo", they have to move. And move they will and it will not be to defend the trajectory of the Empire currently led by an Emperor with no clothes.
When push comes to shove the cake will crumble. Will it be WW3?
No way we can answer that but if history is any reference : no Empire falls without a fight when it OWNS the biggest guns in the world.
For the enemies of the current Empire the strategy is clear : tie down Gulliver in his own contradictions. Use guerilla war and time will do the rest. Do not provoke him into WW3.
Learn from General Giap, the greatest guerilla strategist of the late 20 th century.
I think this is what this "shaman" of neo-Romanov Empire is saying as his boss raises the flag of revolt to status quo.
Why no mention of Europe in your apocalyptic writings ?
No role for us to play ?
"We" are part of the TRILATERAL, run today by Draghi and Mutti Merkel in the European surrogate construct as extension of Empire for the essential geopolitical questions, aka MIC/OIL/MONEY/TRADE agreements.
The day Eurozone acquires a "soul" of its own and affirms its values from "LESSONS LEARNED FROM THE PAST"---some awesome and dystopian legacy, which we have to admit is integral part of our own doing-- MAYBE then, Europe will have a say as future architect of coming age. But it requires awesome reset within Europe.
Until then...we keep surfing from behind the curve --and inherit the froth and junk, that the imperial surge and dystopian, "evil" urge, brings to our shores (imperial surge, of which we are integral part, as fellow travellers of Trilateral construct).
I am convinced the "lessons learned from the past" refer to the second world war. I would say YES, but I would object against the use of the word integral. I think the dystopia was part of "our" own doing, most certainly not an integral part of our own doing. Every conflict has two sides.
Indeed, the processes you write about are of such magnitude that our everyday language does not really lend itself well to describe them.
I would call what I experience is happening the SWING OF THE PENDULUM, and it seems it will swing back to Europe.
Only deep reconciliation will be the foundation of this new order.
DisneyWorld for adults.
"No empire falls without a fight when it owns the biggest guns in the world"....The Soviets had some really big guns. Mercifully they went down without a fight.
1° They went down because their MIC ran out of conventional Guns n Bullets and Money as a result of their their disastrous Afghan caper; as oil was cheap then--Ronnie R saw to that thanks to Saud connection-- and their Ukrainian and Asian bread baskets were EMPTy 'cos of Soviet dystopia. YEs, it takes guns, butter and money to run an empire and Gorby knew how to count! (America has all three today, but, the money line is now looking jaded).
2° As soon as US hubris started ramping up the price of Oil Putin became a rich Czar. So what Ronnie had achieved in checkmating USSR, his NWO successors annihilated by letting Chindia and Russia back into the geopolitical equation.
3° Putin learned his History. After Moscow "burned" under Elstin, he is playing at Kutuzov : recovering Russia after US inspired Napoleonic type disaster imposed under Elstin after USSR demise.
Don't underestimate nations with long histories.
There is a lesson for the USA there in its own coming post Napoleonic age of Neo-con vintage.
The US is just in a earlier state of decay than what is left of the USSR or in otw Russia, still rotting after all these years...

Putin's Chief 'Integration' Advisor Warns "Transition Has Always Come About Through War
<<<
Probably true.
But an Advisor to Putin is hardly going to tell him that Russia itself is a busted flush.
If you want something to worry about, worry about China.
They don't even have to use the military...just announce that everybody can hold and transfer Yuan (and Chinese govvies) without limit or restrictions.
And...they've won.
Watson.
China would not do that. Why? Becoz they own a whole load of assets in the US. Plus, it would disturb the nature development (degradation, self implosion of the USD). Honestly, no one has to do a whole lot, except create a defensive strategy against the fascist/Nazis in DC and the EU. The longer it drags the bigger the implosion for the US. American's should not sit ideal though as they are destroy your nation for their cause, not your interests. At the end of the day they will pockets lined with assets, whilst the people will be left holding the bag. These are Zionists and they have no single nation they call home. They want complete and global domination. If they can't get it they will go to war so they can. Tehey prescribe to the Talmud, doing things in the shadow.
When the time is right, the final economic button will be pushed. The economic war is ongoing. I can only go long on PM's.
I think the bigger problem is with Russia's relations with Europe...not the USA. That's there backyard not the USA's.
Big fan of Ukrainian nationalism....but how that really matters to the USA is beyond me. The irony is that further victories "in the East" further depresses prices.
6.1 earthquake in SF bay area.
Fuck. I woke up with a smile on my face this morning here in sunny Scandinavia. Now I´m back to reality again.
The clarity of the content in the video is astonishing. Truly shit scary when said like that. Btw, what happened to the facts about the downed jetliner in Ukraine...?
The jetliner? The facts pointed away from Russian and the Novorossiyan separatists and towards Kiev (and US, UK, Israel). So they suppressed the facts. It was probably shot down by a plane carrying Kiev's markings. Not a SAM at all.
Ancient history, when measured in American historical timelines. Besides, the word from above is for the media to ignore the story.
True, makes you wonder if it happened at all right!?
/s
Wow.
Now there is a politician who tells it like he sees it. What the problems are and how to solve them.
Glazyev for President!
Am I the only one that read that as "Putin's chief interegation officer...?"
The last part, where he talks about Russia's economy, was the most interesting. He should consider lower taxes, less regulation, and fighting corruption as his main tools for bringing more businesses to Russia. Perhaps bringing those off shore capital havens into Russia, instead of trying to fight them would be the best solution. There are always going to be rich people. They will always try to hide their money from bad law. If the Caymen islands can do it, so can Russia.
Yes, and in the begining of the interview he seemed to be talking about a vast "free trade development zone" type of thing...or maybe that was my wishful thinking.
Well, what a great thread, going through the posts was highly
entertaining. Glazyev makes a lot of sense
but he still adopts a Kremlin line which keeps quite a lot of you
posters content. Looking from a European/Ukrainian perspective
Putin is a complete cunt. Dont tell me to go back to MSM, you think your
sources of info arent tainted ?
"Putin is a complete cunt."....that statement was helpful and explains alot. Thanks.
I do not send you back to MSM. I send you to the hell.
It is not your business, where I (or anybody else) source my/his information.
Easy Jano, its a free world where I come from, you go and source
whatever you like its nothing to do with me.
Well lets see here.... diversify reserves into Indian currency with its 12% inflation rate...
Into Brazil's with its 10-14% inflation rate...
Into the Chinese yuan which is pegged to the dollar......
There fore using a middle man to use the dollar so you can claim that you are not using the dollar????
Wow what a great plan....
This is really well thought out...
Good luck boys............

yOUR GRANDFATHERS TOGETHER WITH wAFFEN ss KILLED OFF ALL JEWS.
yOU ARE THE LAST PERSON, WHO CAN TALK ABOUT this subject.
Did you participate in the last march parade of SS?
Fuck a bunch of Russians.
well then fucking open your wallet and show me whats inside before the next war begins
..." the structure that has driven economic growth for 30 years has exhausted itself. "
That's US he's talking about. I agree with him.
Glazyev suggests that war is a necesary accompaniment to paradigm shifts in international economic relations. Does he not consider the breakup of the Soviet Union and the demise of centrally planned economy such an event? This occured without a major war.
Lots of good comments here... . . . 2 words >>> Impeach Obama .
