Caught On Tape: What Happens When You Try To Exercise Your Constitutional Rights In Illinois
Submitted by Mike Krieger via Liberty Blitzkrieg blog,
What follows is the most powerful recorded police checkpoint scene I have witnessed since posting: Extremely Powerful Video – Happy 4th of July from a Police State Checkpoint, last summer.
While the former incident happened in Tennessee, the following occurred in Illinois. The American pleb who was accosted by Illinois State Police was DeKalb resident Ryan Scott.
While it starts off slow, make sure you watch it all the way to the end.
While one of the the police officers is reasonable, the other one can’t stop yelling and seems to derive a particular pleasure from repeatedly informing the citizen he supposed to “protect and serve” that “driving is not a right, it’s a privilege.”
See for yourself:
What’s also interesting, is you have to wonder if the second officer would have acted even more aggressively if Ryan hadn’t informed him he was being recorded at the end of the conversation.
He seems to have backed down slightly upon understanding the repercussions of the recording. It just goes to show the importance of filming police encounters.

I did read the reply.
Still can't find the video references above. But here's a similar one. This guy decides to take on the court and hands the first judge her ass. If you take them head on they will escalate it to a point where most won't want to go. And the next time the court was filled with police and they were going to imprison him no matter what happened to make an example out of him. But that doesn't mean he's wrong. But then again they aren't going to willingly submit to one person no matter how perfect they argue and give up their power and authority.
The fact that this video has about 72,000 views vs. something like a Maru video which can get a 1,000,000+ views says a lot. Few people in America seem to care about something where they can actually learn about freedom. So in the end it appears your rights and freedoms will soon be gone due to lack of interest.

That cop is an ass, and is unfit to wear a badge. He's just another schoolyard bully wearing a gun.
I hate Illinois nazis
Illinois is the nanny-state Land and overtaxed.
I hate Illnois Nazis
You have the right to be released from prison after being jailed for being an asshole.
That dog needs a leash.
Like the German gestapo.
What constitution is there any more.
Knew of some pretty wild cops. One shot a car's engine block when it was stalled in a park while drunk with his 9mm. What a state.
What's really interesting is who made up the Evil Gestapo (TM)...
About 80% were police officers in teh Weimar Republic. See, they like laws and will enforce them without much thought as to the morality or 'justness' of a law.
If, for example, it becomes illegal in this country for white people to be free, most of our law enforcement personell will gladly enforce this law without question (or any other, no matter how ridiculous or anti-thetical to their Oath of Office.
Come to think of it, I can't remember the last time I saw an LEO or USMIL obey their Oath of Office.
They hate us from our freedom, indeed. But I don't think 'they' means what 'they' think it means.

It's pretty easy to see p***ing off an orificer of law like that isn't going to end well. Before you read on while undressing for bed, remember you are being filmed
By defintion, fuck-wit.
If you are an "officer of the law" you'd know that you being "pissed off" isn't an offense by others.
There are no Constitutional rights in Illinois and Police checkpoints are for Nazis.
Libtards love Nazi checkpoints...especially the ones where they get body searched.
As long as it doesn't apply to the libtards.
Shankster
That post brings tears to my eyes......
Such a beautiful thought..
Good luck America
America was a good idea. It's gone now. We're just the United States now, and I'm not sure how "united" any more. Pretty soon I guess we'll just be The States. Oh well, fuck it all anyways.
Dunno, the first policeman was quite reasonable in asking to check if the car was legal and the driver was legal. I think using the constitution as an excuse to do all and whatever you want is a bit stupid. But yes, the second officer seemed over the top
You have no constitutional rights when "driving" a "motor vehicle". You applied for and obtained a license, agreeig to obey a "motor vehicle code" where the constitution doesn't apply.
Heck, you even signed ownership of your "motor vehicle" over to the state when you applied for and obtained a "certificate of title", which is not title, just confirmation a title exists (the state has it). So the state owns the "motor vehicle" you are "driving (operating)". Their "motor vehicle", their rules.
This is why I don't give police any nonsense about "constitutional rights" when "driving" my (ok, their) "motor vehicle". I know the constitution doesn't apply, so do police, so do judges.
If you want freedom to travel, go do your revolution, get rid of "motor vehicle" laws, get rid of police (police are unconstitutional), get rid of city governments (also unconstitutional).
No government has a moral right to exist. It's all predicated on theft.
Congress regulates interstate commerce. Not some local Police Department paramilitary corporation.

that same police force daily picks up the most vicious alien criminals during the course of their daily crime calls and they release them unto the American public daily, for a fee of course.
I sure hope Eric Frein takes out a few more of these parasites before he's caught and I'm sure I'm hardly alone in that feeling. When the lights go out and the EBT cards stop being a cop will become a dangerous choice. Sure they'll hole up in their armored compounds and be just fine until the water and food run out. Then they get to try to compete in a world without backup in a population that hates them and would pay to see them tortured to death.
Anyone that lives there deserves what they get.
Quinn, Madigan and Cullerton are going to tax the Illinois residents to death.
Even Obama's not moving back to Illinois when he finishes his term. He's moving to California.
Wrigleyville is becoming crime-ridden.
Luis Gutiérrez will bring in millions more illegals and put them on welfare and food stamps.
YogiBear, I see some county supervisor from one of the Nth layers of Illinois government or a "public" school teacher has already junked your comment. Here's a +1 to counter that.

Cop lunch: steroids

(Skip down to 4TLDR if shit stops making sense. hard 2 do on phone)
No supra-observational powers needed, don't need to bounce around the freshman deterministic/empiricism BS 101 shits to under-get the Auth-Pushers.
Think of that kid in high school- the lummox-jock, the tacit pissed off nerd and everything in-between. Disparate looking personas from the outside with key traits shared on the in.
Lets go back to the original miniseries "V" http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0086822/
One scene in particular- I don't remember the names of the characters but the scene was etched into long-term storage:
A (human) son (whose father was a minor/main character?) had joined the ranks of the lizard-cannibal-aliens after said aliens made their intentions (occupation and humans-for-food) clear...by this time in the series, things had gone full-Gestapo e.g., checkpoints; papers-¡PLEASE! and probably some alien tech barbed-wire fer herding the herd.
The moment I remember (and please tell me if I'm getting this WAY off, seen it 1 time, when it first aired) big-time as a kid...
The son, going about his SARS-like duties in the crowd comes across his father. don't remember the detail details but the son all goose-stepped up ends up ordering his father to clean his boots...my memory wants to say the son said some shit like "no...not [with your hand/cloth] like that...LICK THEM...CLEAN..."
I hope that's how it went, cause the memory (invented or no) made a huge impression upon my person...
Of course the writers of "V" & other allegorical works regarding all things Milgram, Bernaysian and Lippmann-ish were referring to the lowest of the low: the Jüdischer Ordnungsdienst and equivalents.
Backing up...
That kid from school:
whatever wicked combo of epigenetic?, environmental, developmental and ?????...that combo, often confused with the ubiquitous-sheepdom we, or myself are guilty of throwing out daily, is a very special brand of shit sandwich. IMO the sheeps have a [much] higher potential to achieve peak goosestep-
but
...there's enuf difference between the sheep and swine, a delineation need be made.
Basic stuff right? Kontrol/Authority-Seekers have, by taking oaths, silent or no, donning uniform and most important<-> having done that and more WHILE *aware* of the Auth-Granted Powers they "can now wield"...
All of it, fear. As far as biology/brain goes. 1 in a million, is the person (90%+ tumor/lesion behind the occipital lobe) who's a hillside strangler, Gacy, silence of lambs, Mengalie (spelling whoops).
But (again)...The kid from school with less sheep/more swine...That forward-regressive temperament, when herded (the academy/military) and honed with like minded shits in a fraternal setting (The Reason for Such Things)
Spells assholes. Fear-Forward assholes.
Back minded "folks" (in anthropological parlance) are "the soon to be slaughtered", bad traits, relatively new, the nest-ers, the so called "farmers" or "gatherers", the unhappy cubicles, *, the "fuck, I hate my Labrador. I hate my wife. And I'm not gunna do shit about it because...uh, that's all the ruminating I gits". Fear o change and as fucking sick as this sounds, it certainly *appears* that in present time, sheeps=necessary for this damned .0001% ponzi**
*(Civ developed WAY too fast 12,000>years??? Homo sap-saps developed/evolved non-agri<->time immemorial...)
**awlful
4TLDR: it takes more then one would think to be special asshole Auth-Ass.
Cop standing out in the rain at a license check and an asshole drives up. I wouldn't be a cop for any amount of money.
Sorry we inconvenienced a tax-feeder by, you know, wanting to engage in travel or interstate commerce unmolested.
you're right
so next time you see a cop, mouth off and pick a verbal fight with him/her
then see what happens - stupidhead
happens that one day the cop will pick the wrong target when he is alone and confident of his omnipotence, that wrong target will wrangle the cops pistol, shove it up his ass and empty the magazines, then piss on the smoking hole and go away...
Of course your fucktard's media will mourn another one fallen in the line of duty...
Instead it was just another blissfully ignorant redneck hired for his total ignorance and never trained not to waste money and to keep him angry...like a fucking pitbull rised for a fight.
Good thing is you Muricans will drown in your shit long before seeing any reason.
They don't seem to look for hard targets anymore. They look for 19 year-old girls leaving a party at 2 a.m. -- Samantha Ramsey. Boone, Kentucky, USA. RIP
OCS DOR who throws himself onto a Subaru hood, kills a young girl in revenge for failing in Quantico.
Budd Fox - you sir, kick major ass. Kudos from Korea! I shall barbecue a dog and a cat in your honor, sir.
Tell it Braaaa!
And the constitutionality of a "licence check" derives from where?
Tool
Gimme a fucking break - that guy in the car is a total fucking asshole.
pretty much - this goof wants to put his junk on youtube so he does shit like this
cops have a crap job - and the punk ass shitheads like this come along
piss off a guy with a gun who's already on edge - smart move asshole
This kind of shit BELONGS on YouTube. With the cop's name on it.
and the Cops address.....
And his telephone number, or even the number of his wife's.
Look lady, you're missing the point. The point is that what the cops are doing is completely unconstitutional. Now I know that's a big word for people like you, but for God's sake, even a melonhead like you can realize this trend of militarizing the police force isn't good. This is all just 'training' citizens to act like we're in Nazi Germany and we are just subjects who have to 'obey' the master with a badge and a gun.
F That. Resist, disobey, don't buy into this bullshit. Question these gorillas at every opportunity, but do it politely like this guy did. He did nothing wrong and handled it well.
If you agree with the cops and checkpoints, I can't wait till they do a cavity search on you. I don't want to think about all the things you shove up there for entertainment.
The driver had done absolutely nothing wrong, nothing illegal, and had provoked no one.
The cop was the one that appeared to be dangerously intoxicated, angry and violent. He was obviously hopped up under the influence of cocaine or meth.
Yes, but that is his RIGHT. It's those you don't like, speech you don't like, that Rights are intended to protect.
Which of his responses merit that assessment, was his automobile unsafe? Why was he stopped? What is wrong with asking am I free to go? Lastly what the hell is wrong with you? May your chains rest lightly when they march you to the loading platform.
Once you're on the road they have you. You don't have any rights on the road.
Look at Houston, and the 2 years it took to reverse some 6,000 road tickets, 200 of which resulted in "felony" poison fruit. All because 4 officers wanted overtime.
On the road, you are theirs. (Look at the video) disguise yourself like a power company person, or make yourself so badassed they never pull you over. That's the continuum.
Keep fucking 'Murica for yourselves.
Half of you are fucking retarded nazis wielding bibles, the other half are victims that still believe in a fairy tale called Constitution that ceased to exhist 9/11.
1% are fucking Wall streeters consuming 80% of a GDP made of printed fake money and shuffling those fake stuff around.
Oh...and you bomb and drone anyone you please, financing monsters one day and bombing them the next.
If you think someone still owes you something for WWII...you can go get fucked 'Muricans.
Let me know when you come visit America Budd, I'll meet you at the dock....
Visit America ????????????????
ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
Would be like going on vacation in occupied Poland in 1941 !!
No one sane of mind will want to see Auschwitz in action....keep it for yourself, wanker.
I agree with your hate.
True, 87 percent believe in God. It's irrational. But what's also irrational is the idea that there can be a new land here, one unenslaved by Washington or the Fed. A place where we have home rule and seats of resources, like my beloved Colorado.
So if Book People can irrationally believe in the moral precepts of a very popular Children's Tale about a magical bastard who got nailed, then somehow was brought back to life, can't you see similarities to your own struggles, for a truly free place here in the world? Can't you see it's just a twist on a theme?
Also, I agree with your vitriol.
I hear ya....I was a great admirer of that America that fought for Democracy and I still go to the Allied War Cemeteries, and pay respect.
I am absolutely sure no one of the men of that Greatest Generation will feel any honour or pride in not even dying...but just donning the uniform of today's US Army.
Their America is dead and buried...and you aptly adopted the same helmet of the SS Panzerkorps to just be sure we did not make any mistake in what you want to be.
As one who ever wore a real helmet that actually performed its function, no, I think it's thanks to the Raytheon Corporation. Saved my bacon like five times rapelling into a souk to get a great deal on a counterfeit Cannondale. Damn, those were the days. I broke my nose on a rafter on a pre-release of the Oakley T-Wire. Ooh rah.
Double post.
This trooper ( storm trooper / jackbooted thug / brownshirt ) needs to be shown what unemployment is like. Not that it will do any good but I emailed the governor. Maybe they'll get some other responses. I guess maybe I should mail that trooper a pair of my skidmark-encrusted underwear. Jesus, it's like Nazi Germany here. Unbelievable.
On the same subject.....

Land of Lincoln.
Just me? I thought the driver was a douchebag, looking for a confrontation. If he refused to answer questions and (LOL) claimed the 5th... they should have run him into the jailhouse, maybe tuned him up a little...
DUUUUDE!!
Now what was the question??
He is a bit douche bag, but things in the USA and world wide have got people nervous about abuse of powers
Yeah. The goofy guy claimed the fifth and then wouldn't shut up.
In fact, I'd be embarrassed to share this video.
I agree. Asking if he was being detained was stupid. He was being detained as long as it took to accomplish what the officers were tasked with doing. Not detained for any other reason. Not under arrest.
Fifth was dumb.
Still, in spite of being irritated by the fairly obvious baiting, the cop should have remained cool. It would have been superior and professional. Frustrated the guy. And felt better in the long run. If he had stayed calm, then the guy in the car would have looked even more stupid.
Not to ignore the mounting horrendous violent and intimidating manor and actions of police. It is scary and very bad.
What the goons were doing was selectively, unlawfully detaining civilians without probably cause or reasonable suspicion.
Oh sure,
Someone's always got to bring up actual points of law instead of enjoying emotional outbursts from people who are too dumb to know their rights are being violated.
YOU HAFF PAPERS? SCHNELL!
Wait till they stop you for no reason, you ask a question, then get a nightstick to the skull. It will happen. What if they want to feel up your boyfriend? (you're obviously the woman in the relationship). What are you going to do about it? Right, nothing because you refuse to do anything until it's too late. These are Nazi tactics, but you're too busy smoking some dude's pole to realize what is happening to our police force. This is miliatarization which is exactly what the Nazi SS were.
Soviet tactics par excel-lance, and for that matter just about every authoritarian/totalitarian gov't that ever existed.
THIS ENTIRE THREAD IS STARTING TO LOOK AND FEEL LIKE A HONEYPOT... GATHERING NAMES OF THOSE MOST LIKELY TO RESIST MARTIAL LAW.. DON'T YOU WORRY NONE ABOUT ME MASTER, HEAD DOWN, PADDLING OUT TO THE MIDDLE OF THE LAKE TO ACTIVATE THE ESCAPE PLAN..
Off topic, but can we please put the Sarah Palin is good looking meme to rest for good? Even the retarded MSM has abandoned that ship:
http://pagesix.com/2014/09/16/sarah-palin-spotted-without-makeup-or-wedding-ring/
We'll deal with the Palin is intelligent meme at a future date.
Is she flipping the bird in front of those alleged Keno tickets?
SHE STILL LOOKS GOOD YOU METROSEXUAL, WALKING OUT OF A WORKOUT. FUNNY, MOST OF HER PREDICTIONS HAVE COME TRUE, BUT PERHAPS TINA FEY CAN FOLLOW UP FOR YOU..
I found both of her nipples faster than Waldo
Damn you.
Made me look.
From my personal experience dealing with hyper-aggressive American police -
Stay calm, and never get even remotely aggressive back at them.
Say "YES" and "NO" and nothing more.
If there's a problem beyond this, let the lawyers deal with it in court.
Good little serf.
Discretion is necessary for survival when dealing with armed psychopaths looking for an excuse to shoot you. ;)
You just described what the sane residents of Ferguson said.
Fear the system unless you have a lot of money.

'just pay the fine'
Hampton, Florida (CNN) -- How off-the-charts corrupt do you have to be to capture somebody's attention in the Sunshine State?
You can lay claim to a 1,260-foot stretch of busy highway a mile outside of town and set up one of the nation's most notorious speed traps. You can use the ticket money to build up a mighty police force -- an officer for every 25 people in town -- and, residents say, let drugs run rampant while your cops sit out by the highway on lawn chairs, pointing radar guns at everybody who passes by.
Of course, none of those things are illegal. But when you lose track of the money and the mayor gets caught up in an oxy-dealing sting, that's when the politicians at the state Capitol in Tallahassee take notice.
Im betting it's the sucking part
We need more stand ups.... Although he is lucky not be billy-clubbed.

I am an Agnostic but man I like this Pastor. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fDCXzqgD99o
This was on youtube a long time ago..ZH is really digging for drama here..I know it is harsh and all..and I see both sides of the arguement (Driver creating the situation and the one cop over-reacting) but really ZH should stick to its roots of reporting current developments..this site is becoming a tabloid..
ZH'ers, You might want to pick your fights a little better than this dude. He damn sure ain't blameless. If I was sitting in a car behind this guy, wating to get on with my life, I would not have been happy with him. Don't back down, but don't pick a fight to prove a point. And hurt your cause.
Dude, if you were stuck at a checkpoint behind this guy it's because you're in ILLINOIS. Put the blame where it rightfully goes.
When would have it been appropriate to exercise his rights?
Don't really get the point of this. I was raised to respect others and I can understand the reaction with the sudden tension. These guys deal with nut jobs all day and all night. He exercised his rights and in the end they allowed this individual to move along based on those rights. Worked out exactly how it should have.
Death to the state
You're a well-trained serf. Good boy. Now go back to packing my groceries. Just a quick question, how do you breath with all that brown stuff so deep in your nose? Were you born on your knees or do you like it down there?
Count Laszlo: Don't really get the point of this. I was raised to respect others...
Yea the cops suck here. They're not respecting the rights of the driver.
Fun exerpts from "The Nazi Police State":
Yaay, 'merica! You're now Nazified! Jesus, we're all gonna have to take a big bite of this shit sandwich.

I think he was expecting a beat down and was very disappointed that he didn't get beaten. Next time don't say that you're recording then you'll get what you're asking for...
the guy is really stupid. running around looking for trouble, these stops are for a lot of reasons and arent random. you could have a group of police looking for a prison break or whatever and this idiot is making sure they have more work to do.
I agree to a point. But it is a slippery slope if people don't know their rights (and restrictions while driving).
On the other side if a child is abducted or some real public danger is on the loose, we scream that the police should be turning over every stone solving the problem, even where people don't cooperate with police. There is no easy balance on this issure, but this video is tame. It doesn't reach the real problems.
If one of my children were ever abducted, I'll be finding the person and taking care of the issue. I have no need for LE.
The moment Americans declare driving to be a privilege, not a right, ALL constitutionally protected rights are waived while in or driving an automobile. Next, any use of public property (sidewalks) will be considered a privilege, and your rights will apply only behind your front gate. But wait. Your property actually belongs to the state, so dude, you have NO rights!
Hold off on making property tax payments and see how fast the county swipes your property. They own your house, you don't, even though you paid it in full.
If the banks don't own it, the government does. Your made to believe you own it.
Each year, property owners dutifully walk into the assessor's office to pay a tax on something for which they have recieved no value. That makes it rent.
I would have no problem if it were taxed when sold. As it is, the government and the real estate business enjoy a fascist like relationship in keeping property values as high as they can, and owners seem to feel good when they learn their property value has gone up. I ask, "Are you planning to sell?" At that point, you can actually hear their neuro passages cracking under the strain.
I hated reading your comments, but alas, I cannot take issue with the facts.
Yup.
Those streetlights, schools, library, fire equiptment, and parks are all free.
Why should you have to pay to get the benefit of using them.
If you're really lucky you can be paying for a cop just like this one.
My gripe is that if you choose to live out in the unincorporated parts of the county where none of these services are really availible, even though they claim they are, ( fat lot of good paying for police and fire dept. when they come an hour or more after a call), why you should have to pay taxes for things you dont use.
If you move into a city district, you are choosing to join a collective, whether you like it or not, but those that actively choose not to be in a collective have no escape because the county and state will make a claim on your money.
Boy, I'm sure glad these guys are getting military hardware.
Damn reassuring because they are so calm and level headed. /sar
Man! I don't remember the last time I laughed so hard reading ZH comments. That initial diatribe of Headbanger's and the quick responses from everybody else was great!!
thanks
I was a peace officerFor 23 years. But the differences I was am true to my oath. And true to the Constitution. When I was a cop in the 70s and 80s I used to throw bags of marijuana and other drugs on the ground. I could never see arresting anybody for drugs. And if I did have to arrest someone, because there was another cop around. I would make sure and fuck it up so bad in court that the guy would walk. I never busted any one for prostitution either. Every cop knows that the drug war is a failure. That's why I'm a member of this organization. Law enforcement against prohibition. L.E.A.P
The moment I could I got transferred into the fraud section untill I could retire. And all three of my children want nothing to do with the military or police work. I'm a fifth-generation soldier.
What stupid cops like the ones in the video here don't understand is the Machine will be taking away their retirement benefits very soon. It's already happened to Detroit and Chicago.
In fact I'm so disgusted with the America. I left and moved to Thailand never to return...
Virtually all of these "checkpoints" are federally funded, and the officers paid OT to conduct them. I'd venture a guess that local budgets would never be able to afford them, so the real problem is the federal funding, and the local pols who go after that funding. If this constitutionally abhorant practice is to stop, attack the funding.
I consider his act, one of resistance. An action that the overwhelming majority, this poster included, would not or have not (yet) dared.
I once turned an angry, raging, aggressive cop into a little pussy cat by calmly reading off his badge number to him and asking if he was threatening me (while the camera was rolling).
Oh there's a checkstop going on? Let me get my camera out and go drive through it and act like a douche to see what happens!
Fck that pig in "blue" and his fcking brood. Driving is NOT a privilege, it's a fcking right to mobility with qualifications. Fck those StasiStupidoos for believing the horseshit fed by the State.
I think the driver is just unnecessarily being a dick. You can be a lawyer-douchebag on both sides of anything. The first officer was courteous and they were both trying to keep the roads safe. True, too many police abuse their power, but there is a balance and so much gray area in society with regards to law that unless people choose to act with common sense and decency, relations devolve into confrontations that serve no one.
When a system becomes so corrupt and broken , it is your duty to be a dick to bring the gears grinding to a halt so that a better system can be put in place.
It has nothing to do with being a dick.
It is simply protesting the insanity that we have random check-points everywhere for no reason.
If your state has a problem with drunk drivers, the solution IS NOT STOPPING EVERY DRIVER ON THE ROAD at stupid checkpoints that do nothing but CAUSE TRAFFIC AND ACCIDENTS.
The proper way to stop drunk drivers, is for the cop to sit on the side of the road where he fucking belongs, and to look for cars swerving/speeding and pull them over.
People are obeying the speed limits, not drinking / driving, not committing any crimes, but they are being stopped and harassed for what? "Just in-case" they are committing some crime ?lets just invade houses without warrants, just in-case there is a crime, you know what? lets invade houses with police at 3 AM to make sure nothing is going on.
It will get to the point where you can't even make love to your wife for fear of some storm trooper busting down the door if people dont draw a line somewhere . . .
Preach Brother!!
It has nothing to do with public safety, and everything to do with revenue farming for the state. It is a cozy relationship with state sanctioned extortionists (insurance companies), and the state (enforcement arm).
Nothing personal, just business, but they will break your arm, or worse, if they have to, or just feel like it. The mob finally went legit.
double plus good.........you understand the issues............
The guy placing your head in the guillotine will be courteous too.
Look up "incrementalism".
The US seems to get weirder with each passing day. Ridiculous what cops are doing these days. The driver was asking for trouble with the way he conducted himself but, if I were a judge, and watched this video, I would tell the cop he must go through additional training and that he is on probation, to be fired or imprisoned if any similar conduct is brought to my attention.
If I were a judge I would ask the officer if he would like to provide a urine sample, as a courtesy of the court, to be screened for, illicit, anabolic steroids.
I no longer drive at night because of this kind of NAZI bullshit.
If he was black he would have three slugs in him, crack sprinkled on him and a throw down piece.
Ryan Scott you stupid, ignorant, cunt. Holding up the line for your 15 minutes of fame.
Fuck. You.
We are all douchebags now...
Those people who are the most well adjusted to life in this Amerika, are the sick fukers you must watch out for.
They are Right Wing Authoritarians:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Right-wing_authoritarianism
I took Altermeyer's test for RWA, and scored almost at the low extreme (low = anti-authoritarian). Cops like the one on video would score at the high extreme, even without the steroids.
Wow. And the Consititutino is being abused by the same hippie freaks who were responsible for the Miranda rights.
But I guess the shoe is on the other foot now.
LMFAO. I can't beliiiiiieve all the pig-loving apologists on this board. Holy fuckstick. You have to be an Amerkun to think this kind of shit is acceptable. I've travelled in 24 European countries, 12 Asian countries, 4 African countries, OZ, Mexico and Chile.... and lived overseas nearly half my life.... and in ALLLLL my travels, the only time I've seen a fucking pig that BATSHIT CRAZY was in Korea back in the 80s under the military dictatorship. Military dictatorship. Ring a bell?
That fucking pig would be fired anywhere else on Planet Normal. He'll be running for Chief of Police next term.... probably get elected too.
The FACT that you dumbasses think this cop is "normal" says more about the state of the country than psycho pig. Unfuckingbelievable.
Hey fuckstick, that's not America...it's Illinois.
Dr. Bonzo pointing out the unbelievable amount of deference to out of control authority in this country wins the entire thread! We need to hold local police accountable for out of control officers and NEVER allow checkpoints of any kind away from our borders.
Anytime you have public institutions policing themselves, you invite tyranny.
The cop and the citizen are both pawns, are you ?
driver was provocative so the police officer's reaction was predictable
the whole incident shows how stupid americans are - they think they live in a free state (that is what they were tought to believe in) which is far from reality
when will americans finally understand that in the outside world nobody believes in these lies of freedom, democracy etc
americans are so naive
in the outside world both driver and a policeman understand the situation - policeman is here to rob the driver, driver thinks how to pay as little as possible and acts accordingly, policeman thinks how to get as much personal gain as possible (ignoring the interest of the state) and also acts accordingly. Both are polite and see it all as part of the game of extortion
Is that kind of checkpoint legal or not. Sould be a pretty black-and-white thing, no? Anf if it was legal, did the police act appropriately. I personally think that second cop was a prick, but you really do never know who you are pulling over and you are at risk and probably are trained to take the initiative and establish authority. I dunno. I am not a fan of cops, although I have met some nice ones and I hope the majority of them are act legally, morally, etc.
Look "headbanger" is right here. These guys sometimes get shot or run into some real bad asses. The last thing they want is someone pulling that shit. How the hell does he know where Ryan is going with this??? Telling them that they are "being recorded" too. That is just stupid. It is like standing in someones face and you keep pointing your finger at them or banging it off their chest.
Bad taste Tyler on this one. You got a response but the wrong kind. Trust me there are some a-hole cops too but in this case absolutely nothing would have happened if Ryan had just moved on.
Tasteless!
ya bleat like a sheep.........
Cop, not even close to the most dangerous job.. You keep having taste and deferring to unconstitutional authority until your in the camp. I'l lbe the one brought in beat but smiling, you know the guy with self respect.. You dishonor that moniker you appropriated.
It is easy for me to see how this could have turned out very badly for the driver doing the recording if it went to the next level. This is beginning to look like the society we have read about the totalitarian society of Oceania described in George Orwell's novel Nineteen Eighty-Four. In Orwell's novel, all citizens of Oceania are monitored by cameras and are fed fabricated news stories by the government. More on this subject in the article below.

Meanwhile, the police unions exist to pay politicans and prosecutors to look the other way.
Drug testing among cops? Please spare me the laugh.
The loser in this video was the Law Enforcement Officer (LEO). The LEO did many things wrong as an authority figure even though the young man conducted himself poorly by not complying with the LEO in a timely manner.
The LEO lost his temper when the young man pressed him. Many children grow up scared of law enforcement and keep a distance from them because of a LEO’s perceived flippant nature. We expect LEO’s, often unrealistically, to keep their cool at all times. Too many LEO’s misuse their authority/temper and cause public mistrust rather than support.
When the LEO jumped into the young man’s space with threats he lost total control and risked confrontation. When the LEO opened that car door and threatened the young man too his face he went way too far. We as citizens should not condone this kind of treatment. We should be given the benefit of the doubt that we are not some badass trying to give the LEO a hard time. I don’t care who you are, jumping directly into some ones space and threatening them is a no-no anywhere on this planet. The LEO was clearly using fear to get his way and get what he wanted.
Note to self: Ignore all articles by Mike Krieger
Mike: Do a little search on youtube. This was nothing.
Most people know very little about their constitutional rights, or the loss of our rights. As we ignorantly allow this it will only get worse.
Most people know very little about their constitutional rights, or the loss of our rights. As we ignorantly allow this shit it will only get worse.
keep in mind that the DHS (gestapo) has declared 100 miles from the border (look at a map) is a security zone... and have suspended the constitution and your constitutional rights to PROTECT YOUR FREEDOM... meantine the borders are a seive and thousands of people from terroroist countries are free to enter...
the law is whatever the KING says it is ..... he and the corrupt DOJ and the rest of the scumbag administration...
AMERIKA / USSA
but remember CLIMATE CHANGE is the biggest threat to this country and the world ......
this is what you get when bobbleheads and parasites select a commie muslim mulatoo disbarred attorney community organizer with a black race card chip on his shoulder, bathhouse towel boy to live in he white house and play golf for 8 years.... the best is yet to come from this assclown scumbag.
two thirds of the American population lives within 100 miles of a border. 9 out of 10 of America's largest cities are within 100 miles of a border. In other words, the Constitution has been suspended for most American citizens.
This guy is clearly baiting the police. Give me a break.
No! The guy is in the right and is simply standing up and demending the rights granted to him as an American citizen under the US Constitution, bought and paid for with the blood of good men. The cop is in the wrong and should be reprimanded or fired.
Give you a break? So asking for your Consitutional rights allows the officer to treat you like garbage? Brainwashing and mass manipulation seems to work in your case.
The reason cops become cops, in most cases, is due to inherent personality disorders and weaknesses such as poor self image, personal insecurities, and being socially awkward, among others. They are under the false impression that having a position of authority over their fellow citizens will help them feel better about themselves and allow them to command the respect from others that they've always wanted but were never abe to achieve in the normal way. Unfortunately for them, and for us, it doesn't work and those of us who understand the dynamics of these people's personality failures laugh and snicker at them behind their backs. The angry cop in the video perfectly demonstrates what happens to these guys when they fear they're flaws are being exposed or made fun of. Don't do it! A weak, insecure, defensive man who has been granted power by the state can be extremely dangerous, as the video aptly shows, somewhat akin to a grumpy five year old with a loaded handgun.
For someone who has a serious personality disorder in the psychopathology department and really just wants to kill men, women or children without repercussions, there is the military, where their special personalities will be immediately recognized and transferred to the appropriate three letter agency.
Making a "positive contribution to society" is the rationalization that helps them feel good about themselves but it isn't the real reason cops become cops. Of course the other aspect that I have not mentioned is that they have a deep and abiding interest in crime, this they share with criminals. In fact, there is only a very fine line that separates the cop from the criminal. Cops are always borderline criminals and, even traditionally, often crossed that line. Old West lawmen often had a history of robbing trains and banks before deciding to try working the other side for a while. It's a very old story.
Preaching to the Choir, here goes ...
This video is a basic demonstration of Social Engineering at work. The specific goal of road side checkpoints such as this is to create situations which place law enforcement personnel "at odds" with regular citizens, thereby creating, separating and isolating the two groups. If the two groups can be maintained in a state of perpetual friction, policemen eventually begin to perceive law abiding citizens as adversaries or enemies, rather than the citizens they were trained to protect.
In this video, we see a highly agitated law enforcement worker, probably tired after a long day on his feet, who also happens to be a citizen. This officer would prefer to be at home with his family that evening, but instead, not of his own choosing, is standing on the side of a road, in the dark, conducting for the most part pointless inspections which he sees as irritating innocent drivers. His distressed condition was probably already there when the author of the video arrived, and will not dissipate the moment the author drives away. In fact, because fatigue progresses throughout the day, the officer's distressed condition will most likely persist even after he gets home, probably impacting the mood in his family environment.
So, what is the driver who's turn comes up after the author of this video to do ? Well, greet the officer with empathy, give him a warm smile and a compassionate hello, all these things cost nothing. Try to engage the officer in a bit of friendly small talk, anything simple, comment about the fresh air, the clear sky, be nice, you'll be driving away in few seconds, he'll be stuck there a few more hours, away from his friends and family. Mood is infectious, make him feel liked and appreciated.
It is important to be aware that this Social Engineering "will not work" unless ordinary citizens are at odds with law enforcement personnel. The author of this video is actually an unwitting pawn who has been duped into participating in an exercise which is against his own interests. The policeman is also a pawn. The fact is, if all citizens chose the sweet and friendly approach to dealing with law enforcement personnel, private contractors would need to be hired as "pretend citizens" to challenge and provoke policemen. If you search, you will find numerous articles describing how plain cloths law enforcement individuals infiltrate protest groups with the sole intention of committing acts which will elevate peaceful protest to violent protests in order to provoke harsh retaliation by riot policemen.
Obviously the author of this video is in his right and does not have to cut the officer any slack. Hopefully the next time he will choose not to be a tool.
Cop's Tip For Not Getting Raped By A Cop: 'Don't Get Pulled Over'
In response to the arrests of three law enforcement officials in Oklahoma for sexually assaulting women while on the job, an Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper told women they can avoid getting raped by a cop if they simply follow traffic laws.
Raw Story first pointed out on Tuesday that Capt. George Brown, a state trooper, shared a few tips for women in an interview with local NBC News affiliate KJRH. Brown told the KJRH anchor that women can keep their car doors locked and speak through a cracked window if a trooper approaches them. If the trooper asks a woman to get out of the car, Brown said, she can ask "in a polite way" why he wants her to do that.
But the "best tip that he can give," the anchor said on air of his interview with Brown, "is to follow the law in the first place so you don’t get pulled over."
