abstract question, suppose the US had real homeland security and NO foreign policy, that is we aren't involved in the ME, Iraq Afghanistan, nope nothing, but we are vigilant protecting the homeland. we profile immigrants who belong to any of these groups we don't trust. and everytime we get a hint that an immigrant is on the wrong side of the American way of life we deport them. Speaking of Russians, I've always enjoyed their company; they are impressive people. During WWII, men, women, and children dismantled the Russian industrial base, loaded it on railway cars, transported it eastward and then reconstructed it out of range of the advancing, massive German armies and it began producing the war stuffs that enabled them to prevail. I watched a documentary of this process and it was the most entralling thing I've ever viewed, I am still in amazement over this feat. America [USA!USA! USA!] couldn't even deliver water to the people stranded in New Orleans in the aftermath of Katrina. However, the source of the quote is actually a transcript of an interview with Gustav Gilbert, an intelligence officer given freedom to speak with prisoners at Nuremberg.
