I stood near Hagel at a luggage carousel at DC's Reagan National airport some months ago for 10 minutes or so. He hadn't been on the flight, seemed to be there to meet someone who'd been on the plane. Prolly wouldn't have noticed him were it not for the lurking security detail. But I'll just say, something seemed notably 'off' about the guy, and leave it at that.
