Caught On Tape: Car Ploughs Into Demonstrators During Ferguson Rally In Minneapolis
Suddenly the countrywide Ferguson protests, which today had progressed peacefully at least until now, took a turn for the ugly, when as the Star Tribune reported moments ago, A vehicle plowed through a group of demonstrators in Minneapolis several hours ago during a march and rally in the wake of last night's grand jury decision.
Star Tribune has the details: "A solidarity rally and march for Michael Brown, who was killed by Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson, was planned for 4:30 p.m. near the Minneapolis Police Department’s 3rd Precinct building at E. Lake Street and Minnehaha Avenue. A Star Tribune reporter who was at the rally says that witnesses say the vehicle started honking at protesters blocking the intersection before running down a woman."

I'm presuming that Civil Charges of "Wrongful Death" will be made against the City and the Patrolman.
From what little I followed, the number, sequence, and effects of shot clusters (I heard of at least two) fired appears to be the problem.
If one or two shots subdued and were non-lethal, the Patrolman can revert to warning him again. Pepper Spray or Night Clubs should have been sufficient for the subdued. If the Subject was not subdued and was threatening enough to the Patrolman's Life, then the Patrolman should have no problem taking more shots - away from the vitals if possible.
Hopefully, someone should clarify the shot sequence more clearly - since from what little I've gathered, there seems to be a brake in the volley of rounds and a "change of intentt" somewhere between round 1 and the final round.
Considering that this "could" be a Grand Jury / Police Corruption Case (racial rep not matching demographics/testimonies reportedly FUBAR'd - need to dig deeper) as well, is there a Federal Grand Jury available for the Cover-Up? Can a Federal Civil Rights Violation Case be made against any allged cover-ups post incident?
Of course, we have to ensure that the Subject gets "posthumously recorded" and appropriately charged as being engaged in Criminal Acts - including Acts against a Law Enforcement Officer.

According to Missouri law, the grand jury was composed of 12 people "selected at random from a fair cross-section of the citizens," from St. Louis County which is 70 percent white. Typically, grand jurors hear a condensed version of the evidence that might be presented at a trial. In the Ferguson case, grand jurors received more extensive evidence and testimony. They heard 70 hours of testimony and interviewed 60 witnesses, including Wilson and three medical examiners. The grand jury investigates crimes and they could determine only whether probable cause exists to indict Wilson, not whether he is guilty. If the jury had returned an indictment, a separate trial jury would have been seated to decide whether to convict or acquit him.

What if the driver disagreed with having a huge banner or sheet placed on her windshield while she was driving?
What if she disagreed with a thug or two sitting on the hood of her car while a crowd swarmed around her?
What if she disagreed with people pounding on her window and on her windshield?
"A crowd swarming around you" is sorta what you should expect when you deliberately drive straight into the middle of a swarming crowd.. Clearly the driver panicked around halfway into the altercation, but trying to push an angry crowd out of the way with your car is incredibly stupid / probably assault in the first place.
In the full-length video you see other cars taking a detour, and a stationary white car not 10 feet away from the crowd not being bothered at all. This confrontation was entirely initiated by the driver..

Looks like a typical day in the hood. I have had to drive through a run down part of that city, only to have a group of brothers refuse to get off the street. Forcing me to alter my vehicles path.
I don't think the black community as a whole understands what sidewalks and crosswalks are for. And as far as I can tell, if they see a car coming, they actually walk slower. Fixing that should be the black communities 2nd priority, after fixing their racism problem.

Under the president’s new amnesty, businesses will have a $3,000-per-employee incentive to hire illegal immigrants over native-born workers because of a quirk of Obamacare.
President Obama’s temporary amnesty, which lasts three years, declares up to 5 million illegal immigrants to be lawfully in the country and eligible for work permits, but it still deems them ineligible for public benefits such as buying insurance on Obamacare’s health exchanges.
Under the Affordable Care Act, that means businesses who hire them won’t have to pay a penalty for not providing them health coverage — making them $3,000 more attractive than a similar native-born worker, whom the business by law would have to cover.
The loophole was confirmed by congressional aides and drew condemnation from those who said it put illegal immigrants ahead of Americans in the job market.
“If it is true that the president’s actions give employers a $3,000 incentive to hire those who came here illegally, he has added insult to injury,” said Rep. Lamar Smith, Texas Republican. “The president’s actions would have just moved those who came here illegally to the front of the line, ahead of unemployed and underemployed Americans.”
A Department of Homeland Security official confirmed that the newly legalized immigrants won’t have access to Obamacare, which opens up the loophole for employers looking to avoid the penalty.
