The Imperial Collapse Playbook

Tyler Durden's picture

Submitted by Dmitry Orlov via Club Orlov blog,

Some people enjoy having the Big Picture laid out in front of them—the biggest possible—on what is happening in the world at large, and I am happy to oblige. The largest development of 2014 is, very broadly, this: the Anglo-imperialists are finally being forced out of Eurasia. How can we tell? Well, here is the Big Picture—the biggest I could find. I found it thanks to Nikolai Starikov and a recent article of his.

Now, let's first define our terms. By Anglo-imperialists I mean the combination of Britain and the United States. The latter took over for the former as it failed, turning it into a protectorate. Now the latter is failing too, and there are no new up-and-coming Anglo-imperialists to take over for it. But throughout this process their common playbook had remained the same: pseudoliberal pseudocapitalism for the insiders and military domination and economic exploitation for everyone else. Much more specifically, their playbook always called for a certain strategem to be executed whenever their plans to dominate and exploit any given country finally fail. On their way out, they do what they can to compromise and weaken the entity they leave behind, by inflicting a permanently oozing and festering political wound. “Poison all the wells” is the last thing on their pre-departure checklist.

• When the British got tossed out of their American Colonies, they did all they could, using a combination of import preferences and British “soft power,” to bolster the plantation economy of the American South, helping set it up as a sort of anti-United States, and the eventual result was the American Civil War.

• When the British got tossed out of Ireland, they set up Belfast as a sort of anti-Ireland, with much blood shed as a result.

• When the British got tossed out of the Middle East, they set up the State of Israel, then the US made it into its own protectorate, and it has been poisoning regional politics ever since. (Thanks to Kristina for pointing this out in the comments.)

• When the British got tossed out of India, they set up Pakistan, as a sort of anti-India, precipitating a nasty hot war, followed by a frozen conflict over Kashmir.

• When the US lost China to the Communists, they evacuated the Nationalists to Taiwan, and set it up as a sort of anti-China, and even gave it China's seat at the United Nations.

The goal is always the same: if they can't have the run of the place, they make sure that nobody else can either, by setting up a conflict scenario that nobody there can ever hope to resolve. And so if you see Anglo-imperialists going out of their way and spending lots of money to poison the political well somewhere in the world, you can be sure that they are on their way out. Simply put, they don't spend lots of money to set up intractable problems for themselves to solve—it's always done for the benefit of others.

Fast-forward to 2014, and what we saw was the Anglo-imperialist attempt to set up Ukraine as a sort of anti-Russia. They took a Slavic, mostly Russian-speaking country and spent billions (that's with a “b”) of dollars corrupting its politics to make the Ukrainians hate the Russians. For a good while an average Ukrainian could earn a month's salary simply by turning up for an anti-Russian demonstration in Kiev, and it was said that nobody in Ukraine goes to protests free of charge; it's all paid for by the US State Department and associated American NGOs. The result was what we saw this year: a bloody coup, and a civil war marked by numerous atrocities. Ukraine is in the midst of economic collapse with power plants out of coal and lights going off everywhere, while at the same time the Ukrainians are being drafted into the army and indoctrinated to want to go fight against “the Muscovites.”

But, if you notice, things didn't go quite as planned. First, Russia succeeded in making a nice little example of self-determination in the form of Crimea: if it worked for Kosovo, why can't it work for Crimea? Oh, the Anglo-imperialist establishment wishes to handle these things on a case-by-case basis, and in this case it doesn't approve? Well, that would be a double-standard, wouldn't it? World, please take note: when the West talks about justice and human rights, that's just noise.

Next, the Russians provided some amount of support, including weapons, volunteers and humanitarian aid, to Ukraine's eastern provinces of Donetsk and Lugansk, which declared themselves People's Republics and successfully fought Ukraine's so-called “anti-terrorist operation” to a stalemate and an imperfect, precarious cease-fire. Very significantly, Russia absolutely refused to get involved militarily, has withheld official recognition of these republics, has refused to consider breaking up Ukraine, and continues to insist on national dialogue and a peace process even as the bullets fly. According to Putin, Ukraine must be maintained as “a contiguous political space.” Thus, the Russians have responded to the Anglo-imperialists' setting up of an anti-Russia in the form of Ukraine by setting up an anti-Ukraine in the form of DPR and LPR, thereby shunting the Anglo-imperialist attempt to provoke a war between Ukraine and Russia into a civil war within Ukraine.

You might also notice that the Anglo-imperialists have been getting very, very angry. They have been doing everything they can to vilify Russia, comparing Putin to Hitler and so on. This is because for them it's all about the money, and they didn't get what they paid for. What the Anglo-imperialists were paying for in corrupting Ukraine's politics was a ring-side seat at a fight between Ukraine and Russia. And what they got instead is a two-legged stool at a bar-room brawl between Eastern and Western Ukraine. Eastern Ukraine accounts for a quarter of the Ukrainian economy, produces most of the coal that had formerly kept the lights on in the rest of the country, and contains most of the industry that had made Ukraine an industrialized nation. Western Ukraine is centered on the unhappy little rump of Galicia, where the political soil is so fertile for growing neo-Nazis. So, paying billions to watch a bunch of Ukrainians fight each other inconclusively while Russia gets to play peacemaker is not what the Anglo-imperialists wanted, and they are absolutely livid about it. If they don't get the war they paid for PDQ, they will simply cut their losses, pack up and leave, and then do what they always do, which is pretend that the country in question doesn't exist, which, the way things are going in the Ukraine, it barely will.

Note that leaving, and then pretending that a place doesn't exist, is something the Anglo-imperialists have been doing a lot lately. When they left Iraq, they did succeed in setting up a sort of anti-Iraq in the form of Iraqi Kurdistan, but that all blew up in their face. Their attempts to set up an anti-Syria or an anti-Libya died in their infancy, and they don't seem to have any plan at all with regard to Afghanistan, unless it is to repeat every single blunder the Soviets made there as carefully and completely as possible.

What's more, it's starting to look like they are about to get kicked out of Eurasia altogether. Most of the major Eurasian players—China, Russia, India, Iran, much of Central Asia—are cementing their ties around the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, to which the United States isn't even admitted as an observer. As for the European Union, the current crop of EU politicians is very much bought and will be paid for upon retirement by the Anglo-imperialists, but the only reason they are still in power is that there are lots of older voters in Western Europe, and older people tend to cling to what they know even after it stops working—for them or, especially, for their kids. If it was up to the young people, the Anglo-imperialists would face open rebellion. In fact, the trends in voting patterns show that their departure from the region is a matter of time.

Here is a preview of possible coming attractions. On their way out, the Anglo-imperialists will of course try to set up an anti-Europe, and the obvious choice for that is Britain. Of all the European nations, it is the most heavily manipulated by their Anglo cousins from across the pond. It would take minimal effort for them to hurt Britain economically, then launch a propaganda campaign to redirect the blame for the bad economy toward the continent. They wouldn't even have to hire translators for their propaganda—a simple “spelling-chequer” (or whatever) would suffice. And so, to make sure that their efforts to provoke a large-scale, hugely destructive, festering conflict between Britain and Europe fail, Europe would do well to set up an anti-Britain within Britain.

And the obvious choice for an anti-Britain is of course Scotland, where the recent independence referendum failed because of... the recalcitrance of older voters. A dividing line between the Anglo empire and Eurasia running through the English Channel/La Manche would be a disaster for Europe and moving it somewhere west of Bermuda would pose a formidable challenge. On the other hand, suppose that line ran along Hadrian's Wall, with the traditionally combative and ornery Scots, armed with the remnants of North Sea oil and gas, aligning themselves with the Continent, while England remains an ever-so-obedient vassal of the Anglo-imperialists? That would reduce the intercontinental conflict to what Americans like to call a “pissing contest”: not worth the high price of admission. Yes, there would be some strong words between the two sides, and some shoving and shouting outside of pubs, and even some black eyes and loose teeth should diplomacy fail, but that should be the extent of the damage. That I see as the best-case outcome.

So that's the big picture I see heading into 2015, which I am sure will be a most tumultuous year. Not to make a prediction as to timing (don't worry, you won't ever get one out of me!) but 2015 could be the year the Anglo-imperialist franchise finally starts shutting down in obvious ways. We know it will have to shut down eventually, because failing all the time is not conducive to its survival. The bonus question is, what sort of anti-America will these parasites set up inside America before they abandon their host and scatter to their fortified compounds in undisclosed locations around the world? Or will they not even bother, and just provoke a war of all against all?

I would think that they would at least try to leverage their expensively engineered red/blue divide within the United States. This fake cultural/political divide, with all the pseudoliberal/pseudoconservative indoctrination and university- and church-based brainwashing that put it in place, cost them a pretty penny. It was engineered to produce the appearance of choice at election-time while making sure that there isn't any. But could it not be pressed into service in some more extreme manner? How about leveraging it to organize some sort of rabidly homophobic racist fundamentalist separatist enclave somewhere down south? Or perhaps one somewhere in the north, where zoophilia is de rigeur while heterosexual intercourse requires a special permit from a committee stocked with graduates in women's studies? Now, fight, you idiots! Don't you see how well that could work in practice? Would they waste such a nice opportunity to set up a system of controlled mayhem? I think not!

I leave all of that up to you to imagine.

Obomber is a fascist puppet figurehead who has never read Marx, nor Mussolini - who may not have actually invented Fascism, but defined it as a buindling (fasces) of government corporate and military interests.  And that is exactly what the Washington Empire of Chaos comprizes.

Obomber probably does not have an original thought in his head, nor any grasp of economic and political theories - so comparable with at least Reagan and Dubya - so just reads what he is told to say.

I still contend that Obama is not Anglo, and I find it amusing, in a disturbing way, that you seem to find exception to that.

Meanwhile, you rant multiple, unsourced assertions, e.g "...has never read Marx, nor Mussolini".  I really can't follow your, and I'll be generous here, thinking process.

Have a good year on your planet, and visit Earth occasionally.

OK.  Break it down for me:

How is Obama Anglo?

Ghordius's picture

from the point of view of a Russian Nationalist? easy:

he speaks English. he is American. he is the President of the United States, the leader of the most powerful "Anglo" country, which has an alliance called "Five Eyes" with the UK, New Zealand, Australia and Canada, the inner core of what the author calls "Anglo-Empire", which is a cultural, commercial, and in part even ethnic alliance of sort, sharing all sorts of things including a peculiar legal system

particularly from a Russian Nationalist point of view, it's an empire with various allies, vassals and protectorates

so yes, Obama is the Chief "Anglo", the Leader of the "Anglo-Empire". it's a matter of perspective

Anglo Empire?

I find that a tinsy-wincy stretch of reality ... ... aw, I'll go so far to say such a critter is fiction and puss leaking from the ear lobe of a rather vivid imagination.

There is a western defense alliance, most definitely, and it is not even 'Anglo', but there's no Anglo empire any longer, that died during WWII. The bonds of old empire were very much on the rocks at that point, as was the colonial era, in general.

"Anglo Empire?

It all depends on your definition of empire, obviously.

Empire in the geopolitical sense isn't ambiguous, you either have one or you don't. If the allusion is to a global Anglo Empire then I'd expect it to be rather biggish and basically everywhere. There isn't one today and hasn't been one for all of my life.

If you believe the distinction between colonies and independent nations is very sharp and unambiguous, then yes.  To me it is clear that the process of decolonization was in large part window dressing, one form of dependence being replaced by another, albeit less in-your-face form.  Do you think that countries like Afghanistan, Iraq, and many African countries are independent ?  It could also be argued that the US is the biggest empire in human history.  According to Ron Paul : military personnel in  130 countries and 900 overseas bases. The numbers are from a 2011 article, comments by Ron Paul rated as "mostly true", although article points out deployments and facilities are very small in many cases  : http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2011/sep/14/ron-paul/... They ( we ? ) have become smarter/more cunning by keeping up the appearance of self rule in many places, while the leaders are often puppets, do you not agree ?

Yes, though you are referring to a global Western military alliance, not Anglo Empire. Having said that the US is over the top with its militarism, but that point is made (I'm sure) multiple times elsewhere on this same page. I tire of all that blab.

What I do read are a lot of fictional terms and befuddled nonsense on zh, increasingly and noticeably so, and the comments read more like a 'death-rattle'. By which I mean, there's an alternate 'consciousness' going on in here and I do not mean in a good way, I mean in a chronic mental illness sort of way. Many confused very frightened and screwed-up people. It's become quite 'icky' to read all the crap.

Your point about so-called independent states is certainly true, East Timor gaining its 'Independence' fits the bill, a country whose leaders are incompetent and unrealistic with little to no apparent understanding of how business and development works, and is structured, as a self-organising process/entity. But that would be a good topic to thrash out over a beer and BBQ.

I'll just add this, we all play a part. Have you noticed how a small lethargic group can be bought to life by the addition of just one more person into the room, who brings them to life and they more freely interact and communicate?

What changed?

Some countries seem to do this as well, they act as a catalyst that engenders cooperation and interactions in a very constructive and valuable way and it just happens to often be Western states that do it. If other peoples or countries want such a role or responsibility then all they have to do is step up and do it. I don't see this in any way as a bad thing, quite the reverse.

The mutual interaction strengthens the whole, the part players become more competent, and more able. It works in individuals mixing groups and also between countries. cultures. Often a 'puppet' is just a relationship between unequal peope of states, in capacity, so one seems junior or subordinate to the other, in a more awkward unmatched relationship. And then there are the financial dependents who are certainly unequal in status.

I don't see this as odd, as much as completely inevitable and to be expected, we are not equals. It's an ideal, difference and variability are the norm, and so it should be for every individual is a genetic experiment that has never been run, within a chaotic to occasionally barely-ordered world.

People are puppets in as much as they allow or even want others to control or manage them (excepting slaves or prisoners etc.).

Ok thank you for expressing your views.  You seem content with the current state of affairs.  Which tells me something about your personal life as well.  You hinted at the reverse often being the case on ZH.  I believe that people do indeed project  their personal life more than they realise.

I do agree that the Anglos probably set up the most inclusive system, however imperfect.  As a Western European I do benefit from that system as well.  It is, among other things,  the violence in other parts of the world that makes me question American leadership.

Not so much content as accepting, having a chip on my shoulder is a waste of brain watts. As for the Western order, I don't know of something better but that's mostly ignorance.

However there seems to be an endless stream of people trying to get to the UK (bypassing France even - probably economic situation) and Australia these days, any way they can. They've been coming from the other side of the world, in our case, and bypassing every other country in between that could have given the shelter they claim to need. So they aren't coming for shelter. It is the system that draws them.

The abuse of the system in this way we naturally detest, it is damaging to the system. So the clear answer is that if these people are to have a better life they can't come here and ruin our system, so we need the basis of that (more-or-less) functional system to be where they are, already.

That will improve the situation for everyone. And I would add that the system is simply the methodical application of human rights in law, over many decades, within a democracy. And that's all subject to every form of criminal action and abuse, as well, so has to be strictly maintained or will degenerate and collapse.

Which is pretty close to the US's basic problem. It's the aging Alpha wolf that's well past its prime, managing things very poorly now, especially itself, and now getting openly (an rightly) challenged. People drastically underestimate what it can still do though, it may be thoroughly politically incompetent, have laughable ridiculous 'leaders', but it can literally fight on for several decades yet to hold its place. I don't expect their management skills to improve in that time, or for the general world condition to be improving.

Which just means that other more developed countries are going to have to step in and approach it in quite different terms. If people want a better life, they're going to have to create it where they are, there is no other way, no short-cut possible. Humanity can't function with the current endless, and endlessly growing, stream of refugees from mindless idiotic wars that seem to be objectively fought for completely insane purposes, almost a-causal, or at least not any cause ever worth destroying a city or country for.

After what happened in Libya I think we can conclude Western (NATO) intervention is a deeply abused and severely corrupt and wretched failure, which now does the precise opposite of what it claims to. It takes a quite minor problem, and turns it into a regional catastrophe. What occurred immediately after that Libyan mess was extreme anti-western but very pronounced rapidly growing Islamic fundamentalism with supreme violence.

I read that you are dissatisfied with the immigration policies of Australia.  Funny thing is, in Belgium some people refer to Australia as a model to follow.

Migration is obviously a complex issue and I do not pretend to know the ins and outs of the Australian case.

One thought though : have a look at this population map of the world :

Interesting sense of proportion there. The immigration system functions well. I was rather referring to the flow of non-immigrant refugees who aren't really seeking refuge as such, and appear in boats, many under false or dubious pretenses, looking for an easier faster backdoor entry mechanism which has finally been slammed shut on all of them.

In effect, as of 2014 these 'refugees' now have almost zero chance of obtaining entry and permanent residence status, they don't even get on shore any longer. So that's pretty much sorted over the past 12 months, but they mostly seemed to be attracted by the system and the values that permit it to operate.

I'm sure your country is little different in that regard, but they do seem to target certain countries, and bypass (almost all) others.

happy new year, Element

immigrants that risk their life to reach England instead of staying in Greece or Italy or France usually do for two reasons:

they already have contacts or family in England and/or they speak English, which makes their economic prospects way better

actually most empires in history were patchworks of allies, forced allies, vassals, protectorates, dominions, base leases, colonies, territories and so on. at least in their beginnings

so "Anglo Empire" sounds wrong, to your ears? can imagine that. I can tell you it sounds right to Russian ears. remember that Russians and Pommys have a long, long story of hating each other, by jingo!

on the other side, "Western" is starting to sound wrong to european continental ears, because too often it's highjacked for English-speaking countries' points of view, without really ever looking if a Spaniard, a Pole or a Belgian would even agree in principle. just recently a newspaper was talking about the Western legal system, assuming the whole West uses Common Law, for example, and those examples are legion

have a seriously good year!

Indeed, the Big Picture is always due to civilization actually being controlled by applications of the principles and methods of organized crime. That Big Picture can be understood by considering how general energy systems manifest through human beings, although that takes a radical critique of the basic concepts in order to appreciate fully.

Several of the comments posted above were apparently by trolls promoting the huge lies of the Anglo-American (Zionist) Empire regarding what happened to create current conditions in the Ukraine. I believe that the opinion expressed in the article above was quite more correct. Most of the replies to the kinds of comments that promote the established propaganda demonizing Putin's Russia qualify what they assert by saying that they do not completely support Putin's Russia, but, relatively speaking, the Anglo-American (Zionist) Empire is WAY WORSE. Of course, that is my opinion too. However, I would generalize that by presenting this kind of Big Picture:

CONSERVATION OF ENERGY,

AND INCREASING ENTROPY:

BASIC THERMODYNAMICS, &

ALSO INFORMATION THEORY.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Entropy

Entropy

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Entropy#Entropy_in_quantum_mechanics

6.6 Entropy in quantum mechanics

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Entropy#Information_theory

6.7 Information theory

I call attention to the fact that those mathematical definitions of entropy “S” have an ARBITRARY MINUS SIGN inserted, so that the measurements of power and information will result in positive numbers, rather than negative numbers.

Mathematics is a language that endeavours to be more rigorously stylized, in order to become more sublimely useful. Mathematics is the language of the bookkeeping of both energy and money. In that context, consider the MAGNITUDE of the ERROR in the philosophy of science which resulted from INSERTING A MINUS SIGN INTO THE ENTROPY EQUATIONS OF THERMODYNAMICS AND INFORMATION THEORY!

Some basic background, within which to understand the significance of that ERROR, are that human beings have two primarily media through which energy/information flows. The first is the biological, the DNA and proteins. The second is the neural networks. The former is often simplified by referring to the genes, while the later is simplified by referring to the memes.

Human beings are biological beings which are able to build brains that can operate languages, including mathematics, as the most abstract of those languages, but still a human language nonetheless. Some of the basics of that are that human beings build mental models of their world, including mental models of themselves within their mental models of the world.

Money is measurement backed by murder, because the meaning of the symbols depends upon behaviour. The debt controls depend upon the death controls. That operates within the overall situation that all private property exists as claims backed by coercions. There is no private property outside of some system of public violence. The overall trajectory of that human history was that the privatization of God led to the privatization of the environment.

What follows from looking at individual human beings and human civilizations as general energy systems is that human realities are always organized lies operating robberies. However, in order to understand that better, one must engage in a radical critique of the concept of entropy, in order to perceive how the meaning of that concept was inverted during the development of the history of science.

Human beings have the genetic ability to develop a brain that can learn a language. The basic ways that tends to be done are through various DUALITIES, which are as ancient as human language itself. However, most of the progress in science has been based upon profound paradigm shifts which replaced better UNITARY MECHANISMS for the previously mistaken false fundamental dichotomies, which were presumed within human languages based on DUALITIES.

For instance, in thermodynamics, heat became understood as the average kinetic energy of molecules and atoms. After developing that unitary mechanism, then the duality between hot and cold was no longer a valid fundamental dichotomy, because cold did not exist the way that hot existed. Cold was an absence of heat. Heat was a form of energy. The perception of cold was due to the relative absence of heat, but cold did not exist in itself, the way that heat existed as a form of energy. The language of hot and cold was the kind of duality that people presumed upon due to common sense being encoded into natural languages. Hence, people talk about hot and cold as if they are equal opposites. However, that is WRONG.

The same ideas apply to understanding light as a form of energy. The unitary mechanism with respect to light is that all colours are different frequencies of electromagnetic radiation. Colours exist as forms of energy. White light is due to perceiving all the colours together. Natural languages, based upon encoding common sense, can become quite confusing mixtures to discuss, however, the basics are that black or darkness does not exist, only colours exist, the same as cold does not exist, but only heat exists. Pure black would be no light whatsoever. Pure white would be all colours at once. The unitary mechanism understanding of light, as a form of energy, electromagnetic radiation, transcends the previous dualities that were presumed by natural languages.

Deeper scientific understand of the speed of light, due to light being a form of energy, has resulted in the special theory of relativity. That has resulted in transforming the common sense presumptions regarding time and space, to transform those into unitary mechanisms, which are pretty well the total opposite to the previous presumptions, that time and space were independent absolutes. It is quite difficult to approach better understanding of the principle of the conservation of energy, because doing so tends to asymptotically approach transcending all of the dualities that we use to think through. That becomes even more imperative when we attempt to interpret the meaning of the mathematics found in quantum mechanics, etc. …

I assert that post-modernizing science is re-converging with ancient mysticism, from where it originally started, long, long ago. However, in order to better reconcile science with mysticism, one has to correct some of the profound ERRORS which were made in the history of the philosophy of science, such as when the concept of entropy had its meaning REVERSED, by inserting a minus sign into the entropy equations.

The theoretical imperative importance of that change in world view can be understood better after one considers that the special theory of relatively enabled harnessing atomic energy, while quantum mechanics enabled electronics to be developed. Those abilities are trillions of times BIGGER than anything that previously existed in known human history, however, those abilities have been channeled through Neolithic civilizations’ social pyramids systems, based on being able to back up lies with violence, to become globalized systems of electronic monkey money, backed by apes with atomic bombs. That is, the ENFORCED FRAUDS which are the foundation of our political economy, which operate inside of our human ecology, have applied progress in science and technology to become much better at being dishonest and backing that up with bigger violence.

As soon as we relatively SUBTRACT human beings from their environment, then across those defined boundaries they must TAKE ENERGY in order to live. To the degree that we name human beings, and assign them properties, then they necessarily become organized systems of lies operating robberies. When one perceives individual human beings, and human civilizations, as entropic pumps of energy flow, then that is based on SUBTRACTION and ROBBERY, as the fundamental realities, which condition everything else that is perceived upon that basis.

Human civilizations developed due to the history of warfare. The oldest book on the Art of War starts by saying that “success in war depends on deceits,” and ends by saying that “spies are the most important soldiers.” The history of warfare selected for the surviving War Kings to create the powers of sovereign states, such as the power to tax, and the power to kill to back up the power to tax, as allegedly justified through the rule of law. When one applies some of the basic concepts of general energy systems to human systems, then one discovers that human societies operate as fractal patterns of the principles and methods of organized crime. Social systems are controlled by their most labile components, which are the most dishonest and violent people, while the human path of least resistance is the path of least morality. Warfare was organized crime on larger scales. After the War Kings made the sovereign states, the best organized gangs of criminals were able to apply the methods of organized crime to the political processes, in order to capture control over governments, and thereby effectively privatize those powers of governments.

The best organized gangsters were the banksters. Those international bankers applied the methods of organized crime through the political processes, in order to capture control over the monetary systems, which became the MAD Money As Debt system, backed up by the MAD Mutual Assured Destruction system. Those banksters became the Fraud Kings, which controlled the powers that the War Kings had originally assembled and channeled. Therefore, the power to tax, and to kill to back up the power to tax, backed up the creation of “money” made out of nothing as debts, by privately controlled banks, which systems of ENFORCED FRAUDS everyone else was forced to live within.

There were developed entire royal courts of Frauds Kings. Each central bank was the national Fraud King, while the King of Kings of Fraud was the Bank of International Settlements. Those presided over other banks issuing the credits, that was the “money” made out of nothing as debts, which “paid” for strip-mining the planet’s natural resources, which was all merely a BIGGER AND BETTER SYSTEM OF ORGANIZED LIES OPERATING ROBBERIES, which developed at an exponential rate throughout the history of Neolithic Civilizations. At the present time, we are wondering whether those social pyramids systems will be able to adapt to survive running into the real limits to exponential growth, which are showing up as diminishing returns, impacting first and foremost within the financial systems based on ENFORCED FRAUDS.

At present, there are globalized debt slavery systems, whereby the access to natural resources was controlled. We are living in a Bizarro Mirror World, where everything appears proportionately backwards and distorted. Governments are the biggest form of organized crime, controlled by the best organized gangs of criminals, the banksters. There are no fundamental dichotomies between countries, corporations, or churches, versus organized crime. Rather, what happens is that the biggest and best organized gangs of criminals are able to have their social stories, as the biggest bullies’ bullshit, almost totally dominate society, in ways whereby the vast majority of people end up brainwashed to believe in that bullshit. The two most dominate State Religions at the present time are the monetary system, and national security. Both are based on the maximum possible frauds and deceits. Within that context, the controlled opposition groups developed to become co-opted to operate within the same basic bullshit world view, based on false fundamental dichotomies, and their related impossible ideals, which actually make the opposite happen in the real world. All alternative political power centers, are still doing the same things!

The common natural languages, based up dualities, are found throughout all of the various old-fashioned religions and ideologies. The history of the philosophy of science was often due to a series of compromises with those old-fashioned religions and ideologies. The philosophy of science, like all other social enterprises, ended up being dominated by the biggest bullies’ bullshit world view. There were many important ways that happened. One of the most important and abstract ways were the insertions of an arbitrary minus sign into the entropy equations of thermodynamics and information theory.

Paradoxically, inside of a social reality dominated by the biggest bullies’ bullshit world view, everything gets inverted and perverted, on level after level, as one travels through infinite tunnels of deceits. Metaphorically, one may ask: “How far down the rabbit hole does Alice go?” of “How far up the tornado does Dorothy go?” There are extremely profound problems which developed as natural selection was internalized as human intelligence. After life exists, then the evolutionary ecologies which develop depend upon the death controls. That applied to how human beings and human civilizations developed their forms of artificial selection, which emerged out of the history of natural selection pressures acting through human beings.

The history of successful warfare based on deceits morphed to become successful finance based on frauds. Geopolitics actually operates as Smedley Butler said in 1933:

A racket is best described, I believe, as something that is not what it seems to the majority of the people. Only a small “inside” group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few, at the expense of the very many. Out of war a few people make huge fortunes.

I am attempting to present the deeper reasons Big Picture about how and why that happened. I believe that is what is necessary, IF we are ever to be able to develop better resolutions of the chronic political problems inherent in the nature of human life, which are currently headed towards becoming more and more acute at an exponentially accelerating rate, due to progress in science and technology enabling the industrial revolutions.

My recommendations are that we should go through intellectual scientific revolutions, which apply to political science in general, and to the combined money/murder systems in particular. The main effects of the runaway debt slavery systems, developing numbers which have become debt insanities, are that those are going to provoke death insanities. The only apparent ways that the ruling classes, or the pyramidion people at the top of the social pyramid systems, have prepared for running into the limits to growth were to stage inside job, false flag attacks, in order to start more genocidal wars, as well as prepare to impose democidal martial law.

Since the Anglo-American (Zionist) Empire is global, there are good reasons to believe that what the article above described will be implemented on a global scale. The morbid psychological and political habits of the ruling classes were selected to be successful through thousands of years of being able to apply the methods of organized crime in order to achieve their objectives, to the extent that they were able to create an almost totally globalized monetary system, inside of which they were the KINGS OF FRAUD, that thereby could control everything through their control of their monetary system (which they backed up with murder as much as was possible and necessary.)

In that context, any superficial oscillations from one group of social pyramid systems becoming dominate over another, which was previously dominate, which is what the article above speculate MAY happen, is NOT ENOUGH. The genie of science and technology is not going back in the bottle, unless the whole of civilization was destroyed to the point that there was no longer possible any sort of technologically based civilization ... IF that potential for a technological civilization is going to be able to survive, THEN there must develop some sort of Translithic Civilization, to surpass the previous Neolithic style of civilization.

The Grand Paradox that we face, which is a constantly widening Grand Canyon chasm, is that progress in physical sciences has NOT been matched by progress in political sciences. The primary reasons for that are what I outlined above, namely, when one understands human civilizations as general energy systems, then those are revealed as necessarily operating as fractal patterns of organized crime. One of the worst aspects of that political problem is that whomever is the best organized gang of criminals controls the biggest gang of criminals, which is currently the Anglo-American (Zionist) Empire. However, ALL the alternatives are necessarily also different forms of organized crime. The more profound paradoxical problem is the degree to which whomever was able to be the biggest bullies were also being able to promote their bullshit world view. The more successful the biggest bullies were, then the more people believed in their bullshit.

IF we are going to cope with the various limits to growth better, then we are going to have to develop better death controls, to back up better debt controls, all of which means better government, which is better organized crime. That is the context in which I promote the ideas of a creative synthesis of ancient mysticism with post-modernizing science. The main philosophical basis for doing that are the concepts of SUBTRACTION and ROBBERY. The main point I have made above is that we have effectively “subtracted the subtraction,” without understanding that we did that. Most people continue to live inside of a Bizarro Mirror World, without being aware that everything appears backwards in that Mirror. The ruling classes wage a war against the consciousness of those they rule over, in order to prevent people from understanding the elementary principles of philosophy or any more genuine sense of spirituality.

Therefore, people mostly still look at the Bizarro Mirror World without remembering that everything looks backwards in the mirror. All of the dominate political systems, including all of their controlled opposition groups, promote the biggest bullies' bullshit world view. Although we currently understand almost everything as general energy/information systems, ALL OF THAT SUFFERS FROM THE ERROR OF INVERTING THE MEANING OF ENTROPY.

Therefore, we are operating our civilization on the basis of combined money/murder systems, which operate through the maximum possible frauds and deceits. We continue to rely upon old-fashioned, apparently common sense dualities, which are expressed as false fundamental dichotomies, and their related impossible ideals, which continue to actually cause the opposite to happen in the real world. The vast majority of people are living inside of a Bizarro Mirror World, while they do not understand that they are perceiving everything BACKWARDS. I suggest that the metaphorical solutions are that we should go THROUGH the looking glass of that Bizarro Mirror World, and one of the ways of doing that is to understand the ERRORS in the philosophy of science, which inverted the meaning of entropy, so that we inverted the ways that we understood all general energy systems, including the monetary system.

The Big Picture that I promote is that ALL social pyramid systems are based on being able to back up lies with violence, which have become more sophisticated systems of legalized lies, backed by legalized violence, such as were the globally dominant systems of the Anglo-American (Zionist) Empire. What has enabled other countries such as Russian and China, or Iran and India, etc., to begin to more effectively resist is that they had the shit kicked out of them by the Anglo-American Empire (and other originally European empires) long enough to learn to adopt the same basic methods, and thereby, eventually begin to apply those methods well enough to be able to put up more effective resistance against those methods being applied against them by the previously more dominant organized crime gang empires.

Good read ORI.  However what you describred can be summed up for all easier to read.

First we must have energy to live and we do that by eating.  If we cannot eat we will starve,  To prevent starving we will steal others peoples stuff to eat.  Our military came about becuase we we trying to portect our local village from another local village who fell on bad times or did not have he know how to produce enough to eat.  A basic rule here Eat or be Eaten as homo sapiens are classified as a predator.  No matter how we state it this will not change.  It simply cannot change and will not change.

As humans learned to cultivate crops we move from hunter gatherers to a commuity based society and laws were created to stop thievery.  Most carried a death sentence because food back then as it is today is a must have, along with the energy to produce and cook it.  Religion came along and trying to basically change the nature of homo sapiens but it still does not work this day.  You see we must still eat and expend and consume enrgy or we perish.  Even in the feudal system the poor could eat in the fields of the lords as long as they did not harvest it and haul it off.  Doing so garnered a death sentence.  The system of barter came into play and even the poor could become wealthy if they could produce something eveyone else needed.  Today is basically the same with the exception of the creation of the political class.  Kings, Queens or the well off of course became the ruling class.  This was and is never going to be a poor person's game. The well off and the rich rule most other classes.  The exception is the extremely wealthy that always have worked behind the scenes.

Death today is direct result of laws set up to protect the politicians and the rich and nothing more.  Governments will state they want to help the poor and down trodden but looking at it rationally all they want t do is fuck working people over to take care of the poor.  Sure they will toss out some project or money to make themselves lok good or for the people too dumb to see it for what it is to love them all the while the thief in the night now steals their hard earned labor in broad daylight and they love them for it.

Today times are changing and none of us here actually knows the state of carbon based energy in the world.  I think this planet is about topped ou in population to sustain humans. I am sure some will cry foul and that is ok.  But cheap energy is becoming a thing of past.  Cheap energy is the only way to sustain the population growth of this planet and we are losing.  Eventually the well off and the elites of this planet are going to cull it big time and this could be the event to make this happen.  None of these governments are looking out for us as they all want to survive.  To survive you must have unfettered access to energy.

All the rhetoric from todays two pro russian blogs does not make russia any better then the USA in my mind.  I love this country to be honest.  I am just apalled by our actions and the people of the USA need to wake up to this.  Lasting peace will never come to this planet as long as we continueto take from one another instead of cooperating to solve the problems.  Deth controls will always be in place and I think ORI they are about to get out of control.

GCT, what you wrote is pretty well the same thing as I also posted above.

Peace could only be relatively achieved as better dynamic equilibria between the different systems of organized lies operating robberies. However, history has selected for the most successful of those systems to also become the most fanatical, which makes negotiating any better compromises practically impossible. Therefore, it certainly looks like the social pyramid systems' "solutions" to basic human political problems, namely, attempting to double down on their backing up lies with violence, "are about to get out of control."

I am usually a fan of Orlov's writing, but this is one of his weaker pieces. The anti-xxxx theory is just a rehashing of Hegelian dialectics, which Marx incorporated into his work. If Hegel was correct, the "anti" would exist without the express design of the empire exiting Anglos.

Also, as many have pointed out, there is very little "Anglo" in the current US political and economic power structure. Aside from the multi-racial teleprompter reader, most seem to have dual US-Israeli citizenship.

For those seeking a larger strategic framework in the current US / Russia conflict, I respectfully suggest that Russia is using Game Theory while the Empire is using Chaos Theory.

My personal bias is toward Game Theory - Chaos Theory creates too many "Unknown Unknowns" to use Rumsfeld's term. But maybe it is the only option for the US, knowing that a nation of chess players has figured out how to beat them at their own games.

And it always will......

Because Human Nature never changes.......

And Ambition is a Key Driver of Human Nature...both by those who have it and those who don't......because Ambition or Lack Thereof drives Outcomes.....Positive and Negative

One can spend a Lifetime trying to understand the "Why" of Singular Matters or a Multitude of Matters...........

"Why" is indeed Fascinating and Interesting........

I learned a long time ago that "What", Not "Why" is far more Practical and Important.....

"What" greatly reduces the Volume of Information needed to Grasp and Act...........

This is especially true in Markets and in Life itself......

It seems a bit off-the-mark to suggest Britain will necessarily remain a lapdog of the US if UK public sentiment continues to favor separation by Britain from the EU. The rising popularity of UKIP surely does not suggest a continuation of UK public support for US empirical operations abroad.

Farage has certainly made clear his opposition to British involvement in US wars in the mid-East. While UKIP is unlikely to dictate British government policy as a whole, some of its key policy positions may very well be imposed on either Tories or Labour as a strict condition for UKIP support to form a coalition government after the next election. The Dim Libs are plainly done as a coalition partner, along with their pro-EU influence in government.

UKIP as a coalition partner would surely demand a plebecite at an early and certain date to enable Britain to leave the EU (which might force a new vote on separation from the UK of Scotland, as well).  If the "EU out" vote carried, Britain would once again become a fully sovereign nation trading directly with the world -- not least with Commonwealth countries to which it is bound by traditions of law, language, and custom. Britain would also thereby escape being dragged down by the EU as it continues to founder into certain implosion.

Even if an "EU out" vote failed, Britain will likely be forced out anyhow if it continues to seek control of emigration. The EU leadership will not allow it. If UKIP are a coalition partner, this insistence will only be given more force.

Yes, Village-idiot, watching NATO gradually move, during the 1990s, from recognizing that depleted uranium ammunition should NOT be used, to accepting that it should be used, was one of the worst examples of our military doctrines becoming even more criminally insane.

Atomic powers are always orders of magnitude greater than any chemical powers. Therefore, the criminal insanities of controlling civilization through systems of lies backed by violence become greatest when those are expressed through the ways that atomic energy was applied.

Depleted uranium weapons were originally recognized too evil to actually deploy. However, during the 1990s, the runaway criminal insanities of a civilization dominated by the most dishonest and violent people overrode that recognition, so that depleted uranium weapons became regularly used. The military specialists whose original recommendations regarding that depleted uranium ammunition should NOT be used have been overruled.

In general, everywhere one looks, the more one knows, the worse it gets, because the same pattern found everywhere is that the most criminally insane people are controlling civilization to overall behave in the most criminally insane ways possible! The basic social pyramid systems of backing up lies with violence have become globalized systems of electronic monkey money, backed by apes with atomic bombs, and the currently dominate ruling classes have an agenda to attempt to consolidate their global hegemony over being able to do that, even if that requires risking world war using nuclear weapons. Their increasing willingness to use depleted uranium ammunition demonstrates their increasingly desperate criminal insanities!

"Anglo-imperialists"

Can we just say Zionists like big boys and girls?

Those reading this article should keep its warnings close.

What the thieves and tyranny desire, need, is for us, the American people, to be divided. To not answer the most important question of all, but be engaged with all the wrong questions. Fighting, divided, over the answers to the wrong questions. Fighting, divided, while they, the architects of the questions, continue to extract our wealth, our health and the essence of our humanity.

All of their propaganda, and smoke-screens, are directed at hiding, avoiding, and preventing, the asking of one important question. Even those for Liberty, and for freedom, are answering the wrong questions, or at least, less important questions. While they have us focused on the wrong questions, their questions, their robberies and tyrannies continue unchallenged and unabated.

The question that needs answered, the question that most disturbs and preoccupies them, and the answer to which will inform other answers to additional questions, is: Are you an American citizen of the American country, or a tenant in the American country; paying rent of your labor and efforts to reside in America for their benefit?

Are you an owner of America, or leaseholder in America?

Citizen or tenant? Citizen or serf? Citizen or subject?

The banksters need to repay us.

The Four Rs
Rejection: Stop Paying. Stop Playing. Stop Obeying.
Revolution: It is inevitable, so prepare, as they are.
Retribution: The guilty must answer for their crimes against the American people and the Constitution.
Restoration: Restore the American people, country and Constitutional republic.

A good read and reasonable assessment from Dimitry Orlov. Those who can't stand Orlov's opinion seem to resort to ad-hominem attacks and the logical fallacy implying that you are on one side or the other, ie; there are only two sides, theirs and the other guy is flawed and wrong. When truths and facts are presented, when opinions stated that are unwelcome or contrary, it humors me to see the unthinking cry and whine without refuting or asserting a challenge to the 'contrary' opinion, it suggests that the 'contrary' opinion and the assertions stated are likely correct.

Moccasin it is a good read.  You do have to filter out the propaganda though.  Most people hate to face criticism.  People do not want both sides of the story because they think their side is always the correct side of the story.  Even when presented with facts people will not change based on emotion.  Go present some facts to co-workers about finance and most if not all will call you nuts or worse a trouble maker.  Tell them the economy is not doing well and you can almost be tarred and feathered.

While not a big fan of Comrade Dimitri Orlov, or anyone that uses that moniker, I do appreciate the prior efforts of Dimitri Khalezov whose moniker status, other than inmate #XXX in a Thai prison, is unknown at this time. Although red flags still fly high since he posted for VT at one point in time and he referenced that he worked for military unit 46179 or (9) (Side note: Whenever I do a search for this unit on gog-el it instantly flags me as sending automated queries and blocks my search completely no captcha offered)

Because even if Dimitri's theory about the source of the atomic energy that destroyed WTCI & WTCII is not accurate he points us in the direction of at least considering that atomic energy was involved. The exact type, source and means of activation would only be known by the psychopaths that pulled off the mass human sacrifice

I could quote Kelvin, Keely, Hamilton etc on vortexes, motion and atoms but what was the total energy amount released that day?

In 980 AD, St. Vladimir, the Great regained control and ruled over the Kievan Rus until 1015 when his son became ruler of what graadually grew into the Russian Empire. For over a thousand years the Russian people have now lived there. And we wonder why the current Vladimir takes exception to our presence.

And we argue over who shot John.  You think you can whip the Russian Army with air strikes? You talk about 'boots on the ground" you'll need lots of them

Do svidanya, muh fuccahs.

I wonder where the Anglo-imperialist conspirators hold their meetings?

I saw a suspicious group at Starbucks the other day, and they ate all the best donuts, the bastards!

Bilderberg Meetings, Davros, Chatham House, the Trilateral Commission, World Bank, IMF?  How many more do you want?

Might as well throw in the BIS, Libor rate fixing, the gold fix, the De Beers diamond cartel and so much more ... not least the Fed and CBs generally who would not be seen dead at Starbucks.

Seems you spend too much time in Starbucks watching CNN to know what goes on in the big wide world beyond.

And how do they all coordinate their actions?  Is it like the play in Quantum of Solace?  Maybe they have owls like in Harry Potter?  Or they just meet once a year in the Bohemian Grove and are synced for the rest of the year.

Amazing how recordings or video never gets out...must just be proof of the enormous power of the vast conspiracy - or is is conspiracies?

Brilliant how you manage to elude their interrogation teams, rendition units and hitmen!  Are you like Freddy "Warlock" Kaludis? Well played, sir!

Or maybe, you're just on the site performing a false flag operation on their behalf - you know, smoking out sympathizers.

[This is the part where you call me all sorts of names, ridicule me, and spew all sorts of unsourced allegations.  That will throw the novices off the track, keep them from every questioning your great knowledge and authority.

See you at Space Camp next year Freddy!  I love your mom's meat loaf!]

What are you on about?.

What are you smoking?

If you are about the age 13-16, then you deserve the understanding that you could not possibly understand history, but the older you get the less excuse you have for being ignorant of historical events which shape the world today, maybe especially the UN ratifying the fake state of Israel in 1948 ... the same year that the fake states of India and Pakistan were ratified and guaranteed to be at war forever ... divide and conquer.

What don't you understand about that?

Tried to keep an open mind till I got to the point about Pakistan being a conscious product of the English. That was just too insanely stupid to continue. This article is garbage.

India is mostly Hindu, and Pakistan is mostly????? How did Pakistan get to be that way, and how did that relate to the British who came much later?

India is now mostly Hindu, but formerly the North of the country was mixed Hindu and Moslem, with Moslems in the majority in the northern regions, but very little inter-religious strife.

But when India gained quasi-independence in 1948 the British (London) Raj saw fit to create TWO Pakistans into which to deport Moslems from India and, vice versa, Hindus into mainland India; thus setting up future confliict.

The London Empire set up West Pakistan and East Pakistan (now called Bangla Desh) separated by thousands of miles.

Please do some research before posting.

The only good "big picture" is "no big picture"... certainly on the scale of planetary, continental, national, state, county, city or village.

At the scale of "neighborhood"... I'm not a big fan.  But... could work to some extent, in some ways.  Maybe.  A little.  Very little.  :-)

I agree. But there will always be a predatory 3% that plunders and conquers its neighbors, growing with every conquest, so we must at least provision a shared military capability at sufficient scale to repulse any combination of subversive hostile collectives.

Apparently a military greater than the armed services of everybody else isn't enough...

What people don't realize is... how effective [secret] collaborations (and wisdom) can be.  For example, you try to never fight predators when they show up ready to fight, or prepared to fight.  No way!  You just find out who wants to mess with you, then take them out a few days or weeks later (depending on situation), somewhere far away from your place.

The whole nature of these predators is... they mess with hundreds of people per month.  So when they vanish, nobody has any freaking idea why.  And even if their fellow predators suspect it has something to do with one of their prey, they have no idea which one, how long ago the inciting incident was, and thus no practical way to deal with the situation.  PLUS... they really, really, really don't want to go mess with someone who is not only lethal, but is wise enough to never identify themselves and avoid confrontation on the terms any predator would choose.

Believe me, if hundreds of predators per day/week/month started to vanish all over the place... 99% of the predators would NOT go looking for more trouble.  And this would be easy, easy, easy to do if only 1% of the population made it their mission to deal with predators of all species the same way, the practical way, namely "turn the tables" (extermination in the safest, easiest, most convenient manner).

The problem is, there is nowhere near 1% of the population willing to take the kind of actions that need to be taken.  Maybe 0.0001%, but I doubt even that (though it might climb above that level at some point in the next several years.  But also, if they're not smart and prudent, they'll lose instantly.

The Banking Mafia

If Russia let's itself be suckered into a Russia vs US conflict then they'll lose because the banking mafia can afford to bribe as many proxies as they need to throw at Russia and sooner or later one of them will connect.

If Russia/China take out the banking mafia then no more bribe money, no more proxies, no more conflict.

I think the author is dramatising over-much.

The British Empire failed because they didn't have a big enough army to protect all their international corporations of the day (and they ran out of gold. They educated the locals to the extent that the locals could see they could have independence. In a controlled withdrawal, the British tried to make sure they would leave a country stable enough to avoid civil war.

They still wanted trade with the new USA, and could get it with the Southern States.

They tried the 6 counties solution for Ireland because the protestants had been there for 250 years.

They split the Indian sub-continent into East and West Pakistan for the Muslims, and India for the Hindus. They failed the Sikhs, don't know why.

They made sure the Nationalist Chinese got Formosa (Taiwan), and kept Hong Kong for their traders.

They thought the solution for the Jews was the protectorate that became Israel; they didn't understand Menachem Begin and the Irgun.

Search for a conspiracy and you'll always find one.

The American Empire failed when it ran out of money in 1971. We have been running the Exxon, CocaCola and Wall St wars ever since.
