Only solution to the problem of islamic cult worship & terrorism is a global policy to eradicate the cult by eradicating all of it worshipers and all traces of it's existence, the same way that a dangerous insect-borne disease would be eradicated.
The most cost-effective way to accomplish this policy would be to use free-market and entrepreneur mechanisms:
1. Hunt down and eradicate all islamic cult worshipers in countries where they are still minorities, eg USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc. using a cash bounty per head. The bounty hunters get to keep all the assets owned by the islamic cult worshipers in these countries
2. Designate islamic cult worshiping countries, eg all across northern Africa, Middle East, SW Asia, as dissolved and land open for resettlement and offer bounties for heads collected in those countries. The bounty hunters get to keep all the land and assets in those countries, which would be repopulated with non-islamic cult worshipers.
3. Bounty hunters are permitted to keep the females for whatever use they want.
These simple but effective policy measures would result in MILLIONS of bounty hunters swarming on the islamic cult worshipers and they would be eradicated very quickly.
If this policy were implemented by governments, then I would personally finance and equip one company of bounty hunters.
