Michael Bloomberg: "95% Of Murderers Fit One M.O. - Male, Minorities, Aged 15-25"
While representatives have reportedly tried to block the release of footage of Michael Bloomberg's remarks at The Aspen Institute on Feb 6th, audio has surfaced of the former New York City mayor’s controversial comments about getting "guns out of the hands of minorities."
Bloomberg's remarks...
“It’s controversial, but first thing is all of your — 95 percent of your murders and murderers, and murder victims fit one M.O. You can just take the description, Xerox it, and pass it out to all of the cops. They are male, minorities, 15 to 25. That’s true in New York, it’s true in virtually every city in America,” Bloomberg is heard saying in the newly released audio.
“That’s where the real crime is,” he added. “You’ve got to get the guns out of the hands of the people that are getting killed. First thing you can do to help that group is to keep them alive.”
Bloomberg would later make even more candid comments, defending New York’s “stop-and-frisk” policy and even admitting that the city of New York does arrest mostly minorities.
“So one of the unintended consequences is, people say ‘Oh, my God you are arresting kids for marijuana that are all minorities.’ Yes, that’s true. Why? Because we put all the cops in the minority neighborhoods,” he said. “Yes that’s true, why do we do it? Because that’s where all the crime is. And the first thing you can do for people is to stop them getting killed.”

I don't know why this subject is controversial. The FBI statistics have been out for some time. Yes, Mexican (Hispanics) are often counted as whites. But Color of Crime deconvolutes that data. I posted it earlier.

If we remove 50% from each to exclude the female population and then divide the remaining male population into equal thirds (pick your age range), we are left with about 4% to 12% of that middle age group, or a ratio of approximately 3-1. So, roughly speaking and looking at Table 43 for 2013, we find that this 4% of blacks, as defined by FBI statistics anyway, were responsible for 56.4% of the robberies and 33.9% or the aggravated assaults and an astonishingly high percent of every other crime stat. The 12% of everyone else in that male age category are therefore responsible for 44.6% and 66.1%, respectively. If we divide 44.6% by the 3-1 ratio we are left with 15%. In other words, on a 1-1 basis, blacks in the middle age group are more than twice as likely to be "caught" committing a robbery (most often against other blacks, a mere 22% of the population) than their male counterparts in the same age group. According to US census http://quickfacts.census.gov/qfd/states/00000.html blacks are 13.2% of population, not 22%, so you need to redo your numbers.

My rough percentage includes those who classified themselves as black with a mixed race heritage in the census data -a separate category in the census data that the FBI does not distinguish between (which is why I lumped the rest together instead of showing how many "whites" commit robbery distinct from "Hispanic -non white". Statistically, when dealing with very large numbers, it is very hard to explain away such a large crime disparity between populations within the same geographical and political area unless somehow the means by which the stats are collected is flawed. To think that (far less than ) 18% of the population allows itself to be so grotesquely preyed upon by the (far less than) 4% (given incarceration %'s) without fundamentally addressing the situation within their own community is beyond belief. Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Elijah Cummings, ET. AL, if the stats are biased, where is march across the Selma bridge, the million man march about this? If the stats are not biased, why is this not the focus of discussion in the media? WHY HIDE BEHIND THE LAW INSTEAD OF STANDING IN FRONT OF IT/THEM?
And don't forget that the FBI lumps Hispanics into the Whites figure. The former commit these crimes at a rate mid-way between blacks and whites. So the figure for 'real' Whites is much lower still.

We are supposed to believe -- according to government schools, social "scientists", the media, and Hollywood -- that race is simply a social construct, which is laughable from a biological standpoint. The reality is that the migration out of (tropical) Africa meant that those hominids who did the migrating went on for tens of thousands of years to evolve along separate evolutionary paths, with the last common ancestor at least sixty-thousand years ago, and very different selective (evolutionary) pressures (e.g., competition with much stronger Neanderthals; colder, harsher climates) applied to their respective genomes in the form of selection for higher intelligence and differences in temperament, resulting in the genetic variation between blacks and the rest of the races that we see today.
Although 85% of genetic variation exists within races, that remaining 15% between races is significant, in the same way that genetic differences between dog breeds are significant; think Chihuahua vs. Great Dane, or the intelligence and temperament of a Border Collie vs. that of less intelligent breeds.
In humans, genetic variation between races is responsible for differences in hormone levels, metabolism rate, gestation time, rate of development, brain size, eye size, genital size, hair type, bone density, fat distribution, age of puberty onset, lifespan, rates of myopia, obesity and disease, etc., etc., etc. This is before taking any lifestyle considerations into account.
Before black Africans came into contact with outsiders, they hadn't even invented the wheel, much less other more complex mechanical devices. No written language or calendar. No two story buildings. No domestication of animals utilized as beasts of burden.
Sub-Saharan blacks have average IQs of around 70 (borderline retarded). American blacks (who have interbred with other races) have an average IQ of 85, compared to 100 for whites, who in turn have a lower average than N. Asians. At the margins, or tails of the distribution, blacks are four times as likely as whites to have IQs under 75 and whites are thirty times as likely to have IQs above 125. This has huge social implications with respect to scholastic success, job/career success, career expectations with respect to suitable job type, income/wealth/poverty, ability to learn complex tasks, crime rates (including violent crime), future time-orientation/long-term planning ability, and impulse control.
Of course, these are all hate facts. Facts and science are racist. Math is racist.
