Caught On Tape: South Carolina Cop Shoots Unarmed Man 8 Times In The Back
Activists plan to protest in South Carolina today, according to Reuters, after a white police officer was caught on video fatally shooting a 50-year-old black man in the back as he ran away following a traffic stop. The officer has been charged with murder and the FBI and U.S. Justice Department are investigating the shooting, the latest in a series of incidents that have raised questions about U.S. policing and race relations.
As Reuters reports, the video shows a brief scuffle between the pair before Scott begins to run away.
Slager is then seen taking aim with a handgun before shooting eight times at Scott's back. Scott then slumps facedown onto the grass.
According to a police report, Slager told other officers Scott had taken his stun gun from him.
At no point in the video, which does not show the initial contact between the men, does Scott appear to be armed.
Slager is seen placing the victim in handcuffs as he lies on the ground, and then the officer walks back to a spot near where he opened fire.
The video then shows him appearing to pick something up, return to Scott, and then drop it next to him on the ground.
* * *
You decide...
As Liberty Blitzkrieg's Mike Krieger exclaims, the video above is really hard to watch. Not just because we see a police officer gunning down a man as he ran away, but because he repeatedly yells at a dead body to “put his hands behind his back,” and then seemingly plants his taser by the corpse to cover up the crime.
The officer, Michael T. Slager, 33, said he had feared for his life because the man had taken his stun gun in a scuffle after a traffic stop on Saturday. A video, however, shows the officer firing eight times as the man, Walter L. Scott, 50, fled. The North Charleston mayor announced the state charges at a news conference Tuesday evening.
The video, which was taken by a bystander and provided to The New York Times by the Scott family’s lawyer, presents a different account. The video begins in the vacant lot, apparently moments after Officer Slager fired his Taser. Wires, which carry the electrical current from the stun gun, appear to be extending from Mr. Scott’s body as the two men tussle and Mr. Scott turns to run.
Something — it is not clear whether it is the stun gun — is either tossed or knocked to the ground behind the two men, and Officer Slager draws his gun, the video shows. When the officer fires, Mr. Scott appears to be 15 to 20 feet away and fleeing. He falls after the last of eight shots.
The officer then runs back toward where the initial scuffle occurred and picks something up off the ground. Moments later, he drops an object near Mr. Scott’s body, the video shows.
- From the New York Times article: South Carolina Officer Is Charged With Murder in Black Man’s Death
The video at the end of this story is really hard to watch. Not just because we see a police officer gunning down a man as he ran away, but because he repeatedly yells at a dead body to “put his hands behind his back,” and then seemingly plants his taser by the corpse to cover up the crime.
Just like with banker theft, unless people are held accountable with serious jail time, the criminality will not only continue, it will get worse. The rule of law must be restored and applied equally to the rich and powerful, or we are truly doomed as a society.
Coincidentally, this horrific incident came to light on the same day I posted that: U.S. Police Kill More Civilians in March than UK Police Killed in 100 Years.
Now from the New York Times:
WASHINGTON — A white police officer in North Charleston, S.C., was charged with murder on Tuesday after a video surfaced showing him shooting in the back and killing an apparently unarmed black man while the man ran away.
North Charleston is South Carolina’s third-largest city, with a population of about 100,000. African-Americans make up about 47 percent of residents, and whites account for about 37 percent. The Police Department is about 80 percent white, according to data collected by the Justice Department in 2007, the most recent period available.
The shooting unfolded after Officer Slager stopped the driver of a Mercedes-Benz with a broken taillight, according to police reports. Mr. Scott ran away, and Officer Slager chased him into a grassy lot that abuts a muffler shop. He fired his Taser, an electronic stun gun, but it did not stop Mr. Scott, according to police reports.
Moments after the struggle, Officer Slager reported on his radio: “Shots fired and the subject is down. He took my Taser,” according to police reports.
But the video, which was taken by a bystander and provided to The New York Times by the Scott family’s lawyer, presents a different account.
Oh, and just in case you were wondering…
The Supreme Court has held that an officer may use deadly force against a fleeing suspect only when there is probable cause that the suspect “poses a significant threat of death or serious physical injury to the officer or others.”
Mr. Scott’s brother said his mother had called him on Saturday, telling him that his brother had been shot by a Taser after a traffic stop. “You may need to go over there and see what’s going on,” he said his mother told him. When he arrived at the scene of the shooting, officers told him that his brother was dead, but he said they had no explanation for why. “This just doesn’t sound right,” he said in an interview. “How do you lose your life at a traffic stop?”
The video above shows how... in today's new-normal!

I've done plenty of handgun shooting, in calibers ranging from .22 up to .45, semi-auto and revolver.
That is a VERY fast string of 7 shots, then a slight pause, and an eigth shot. Granted, the video is poor quality, but I would expect to see a little more gun movement even if it was only 9mm. If it was .40 or .45, I'd expect to see much more movement.
I've seen a lot of people shoot like that. That does not look out of the ordinary to me. 9mm and 40S&W are pussycats to shoot.
The recoil from both those calibers is not hard to control in a decent-sized handgun. But that doesn't mean that the gun just sits there. There is a difference between "NO recoil" and "controlled recoil". The video looks like the gun is literally just remaining still.
Try this exercise: watch the video with the sound off. It's hard to discern that he fired the gun even once, much less eight times.
There was recoil. Watch the video again. Those calibers aren't just easy to control, they're downright tame. I say this as somebody who as fired handguns chambered in everything from 22lr to 270 Rem. Tame. There is nothing funny in that video.
It's always odd to me to hear people comment on weapons when they know very little about them. 9-mm, as you state, tame. My youngest daughter could competently handle one at 6-yrs old. No problem.
I've shot many things in the course of my life, and I've never had anything bleed like you see in the movies. I've shot whitetail deer before, hitting both lungs and the heart, and they've still ran over 100-yds with hardly any blood trail. That was with a rifle. With a pistol, my best shot with my P220 was a feral dog running at an oblique angle at about 40-yds. I hit him right behind his front leg, got his lung/heart, and he made it about another 15-yds before expiring. People really aren't a whole lot different.
I'd much rather shoot my 1911 over a polymer frame .40.
It depends on the slide and frame of the gun.
A stainless frame and slide take out a lot of the snap and recoil.
you're lying, otherwise you wouldn't have made your utterly stupid original comment.
Go watch a USPSA or UDPA match sometime, cupcake.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jXbdbHReqQ8
Well, you can see the slides cycling very clearly in that video...VERY clearly...
I saw slides cycling in the video with the cop. You're grasping at straws.
Well, I found a much better version of the video... and you appear to be correct. Plus you can see some muzzle smoke.
https://vimeo.com/124336782
In the immortal words of Roseanne Rosanna-Danna... "Never mind!"
Not necessarily if it's a 9mm, though most police carry .40 cal (at least here in Baltimore). Depends on the shooters control. This isn't shooting a .357 or a revolver - it's a semi-auto, so the slide picks up a good deal of recoil horizontally.
don't do much shooting, do you.
It might be lost due to framerate of recording.
If the muderer would have had 30 bullets he would have unloaded all of them in the victum. Police officer would be smart to hang himself
Sheeeit, PO will claim PTSD because he couldn't pass an endurance test, file for SSDI, get an enhanced pension with benies for life.
"The cop will lose his badge but serve no time. Gotta keep the precident set for the coming war - Cops vs everybody."
For sure, but what the cops don't realize is there is a "Night of the long knives" in their future.
The guy has been fired from the force, charged with murder, and the death penalty is possible.
Sounds like the justice system is working just as it should.
You have to have cops and they have to be subject to the law.
South Carolina tends to be a state that follows the rule of law . . . unlike many other states or our Feral government. It will take an intervention for the thugcop NOT to be convicted. I give it 50/50 odds on the efficacy of a federal intervention that results in a 'not guilty' verdick. Cant have an example (even one in the dirrty south) of a cop catching a murder conviction for blowing away an innocent. That would send the wrong message to 'New York's Finasties') and all the other members of the cop cartel. Fucking pass the popcorn. Oh, and if I witnessed that, I'd be about 50/50 as to whether I emptied my mag into the cop.
The only reason that we need so many cops is because there are so many laws. So many of the laws are complete bullshit that I question your assertion that we need cops. What we need is fewer laws.
The power elite will not prosecute police no matter how egregious their crimes are. Because they know that is the thin line that protects them from the untermensch they extract wealth from.
The FBI is involved? Since this crime did not cross state lines, and has no bearing on interstate commerce, they have no jurisdiction.
The hidden agenda point that no one is talking about is the Federalization of law enforcement. Within ten years we are going to see steps taken to eliminate State and Local police forces in favor of a single Federal police force... all in the name of "justice" of course.
They have that in Brazil..and talk about corruption...in fact Brazil has 5 different police forces....all corrupt...from tourist police to a city police...
Violation of civil rights. That is what the FBI would be involved for. The FBI and the DOJ will go after police departments like crazy for violating peoples' civil rights, then turn around and violate civil rights like crazy. But the locals ain't always in the club.
The FBI has jurisdiction under federal civil rights laws. This has nothing to do with the commerce clause, which I would agree has been extended to rediculous extremes by the supremes and abused by the feds.
Yes, that's exactly my point. Just like the commerce clause, the "civil rights" justification will gradually be expanded to include every single crime. Then once the Feds establish jurisdiction everywhere over everthing, State and Local police will be made completely redundant and they will simply be eliminated.
Much easier for thugs to kill people when the people they are killing are not from the same neighborhood.
Too bad this asshat will likely be in 'protective' custody for his entire stay, which will hopefully be the rest of his 'natural' life.
He would've loved playing 'pick up the soap on a rope' game.
The best time to act is immediately after the murderer blasted 8 rounds. That's when South Carolina law allows a CWP holder to shoot to kill if a 3rd parties life is in danger. 1 such instance anywhere in the US would immediately change all thugcop tactics. Gotta give them a reason to hesitate. Knowing there is a real probability of catching 2 in the chest, 1 in the head in response to murdering a citizen would be a good reason to hesitate.
Nahhhhh.....hourly and BIGGLY!
So I'm reading this biography of Bonnie n Clyde and get this - he only did 2 premeditated murders:
1-He beat in the head of man that raped him with a lead pipe - boss!
2-He assisted in the execution of a guard that had abused his partner in jail - BOSS!
Seems to me he had that ol' timey quality called grit.
Are you fucking kidding me? This guy will NOT see a day in jail. He is a member of the state. Meaning the laws do not apply to him. It is amazing he was even charged.
He was charged so that the city might escape civil liability for wrongful death by making clear that the shooting was ultra vires.
This is all about the money and the plaintiff's lawyer!
The cop is a pawn in this financial drama.
A pawn?
Why not shoot unarmed people in the back while they are running away from you? Police or no, that's just lazy and this guy deserves everything coming his way.
A pawn?
In the legal maneuvers, yes!!
Truth be told, if you assault an officer you have just graduated to a very different mortality table than you had before the assault.
OK, how many recruits will sign up to be cops if the law is that you can punch a cop in the face and then run away, and in his perhaps partially disabled condition he cannot use lethal force to stop the flight?
Would you volunteer? Of course not. Why?
Because it would quickly become open season for the knock out game on cops once the word got around.
Welcome to the real world!!
OK - just shoot unarmed folks in the back while they are running away from you.
Justify the whole thing Mr. Statist with some throwaway about recruits and 'morality table' - but then again that bible thingy does back up your position to shoot in the back and blame the poor cop.
Could not disagree more strongly with this viewpoint. If you knock around a few tyrants, many more will fall in line. Tyrants are not typically brave individuals. They are closer to quislings. Show 'em you mean business, and many to most will stop acting up.
BKbroiler "Prisons gonna love him. daily."
Heh you apparently don't know how things work; he'll be placed in soft time, isolated from others for "his safety."
To the guards, he'll be a Rock Star.
If he does time at all.
Correct.
You can get to most anyone in prison given enough motivation and the right relationships. Is the thugcop gonna get a personal chef and food taster? Is he going to have a private shower? How about a private social club with an exhaustive patdown/metal detection service?
C'mon, man. The other thugcops dont care about him (or anyone) THAT much.
Cons have nothing but time. They dont care if it takes 3 years for a single opportunity to shank their man.
He'll be put in PC, very unlikely he will co-mingle with cons.
Never mind the body count - the most important thing to Officer Friendly is that he went home safe after his shift.
His name is Judge Dredd.
Summary executions for the plebs in the USSA.
Go USA.
And now he's on paid vacation through the end of the trial. Damn it feels good to be a gangsta.
Hire a VET ! I wonder if this isn't an Iraqi war veteran. They send them merc's overseas with directions to do the most vile shit to humankind ever devised then give them great honors and police jobs when they return. Then the fockers wonder why shit like this happens and keeps happening. After all, if you're above any rules and laws at one point in time, why shouldn't you be at all times? What a fucked up country here.
Dropping weapons is SOP overseas.
As an Iraq vet it is amazing you are getting downvotes. Probably the most ridiculous war in history. Glad I took part in destroying peoples lives and ruining their safety. Fucking US Army on full display. Just let it end already.
What about the other LEO in the video who watched ?
He was choking on a doughnut at the time and spilled his coffee all over his blouse.
That's a rea good question, what is going to happen to the "cop" who watched the murderer plant evidence and said nothing?
The article states "The video, which was taken by a bystander and provided to The New York Times by the Scott Family's lawyer"
It doesn't say it was a cop who took the video. Unless I am missing something...
Why did you feel the need to infer that a cop would video another cop's crime? That would never happen in a million fucking years.
Hitting a fleeing target at that range with a hand gun... at tleast they teach them how to shoot well. But they may want to take a bit more time teaching them about the consequences for excessive use of force, and use of deadly force.
Even if this guy who was shot had a long criminal record, or had assaulted the cop, there was no reason for the policeman to have shot him. He was fleeing, was unarmed, and posed no imminent threat the safety and well being of others.
This guy is going to have a tough time in jail. Tragic and sad.
If there is one good thing we can say about this incident, its that:
South Carolina cops shoot far more accurately than New York City's finest who can't hit their target at nearly point blank.
http://www.foxnews.com/us/2012/08/25/nypd-shooting-bystander-victims-hit...
Lindsey Graham's boyfriends cannot live to testify... so the pigs are trained to hit their targets with excessive lethal force.
Of course Lindsey Grahm's boyfrinds cannot testify. They're too young to be credible.
No proof of that statement, but just look at the fucker. He just looks like a pedophile.
Lindsey toe-taps-twice for love.
How about getting rid of municipal police and simply encouraging everybody to carry?
Oh, wait, then we wouldn't be able to prosecute and profit from victimless crimes.
yeah... it works alright.
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/1818862/posts
"they may want to take a bit more time teaching them about the consequences for excessive use of force, and use of deadly force if caught on video - by a civilian..."
fixed that for you...
Oh Goodiie, another reason to label all White people racists.
looked like self defense to me, but I am blind.
What bothers me the most (after the unnecessary killing) is just how nonchalant he moves about after the shooting....
cop: don't move
dead guy: no problem
"Stop resisting!!!"
https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&...
He's already pulled over, he can't pull over anymore!
cop: I was just helping him with his right to remain silent.
i know. as though he was on the range taking practice target rounds.
ejmoosa, perhaps he has done this before..the people who took this video may have strange accidents very soon.
Cellphone cameras will soon be oulawed.
It will be for 'National Security'
As Russell Means said " Welcome to the reservation, America. "
What bothers me is that I don't think the guy was dead after he fell to the ground, but was mortally wounded. The cop yelled at him to put his hands behind his back because he was still alive. Then, he failed to administer any life saving medical care to the man he just shot. The cop just cuffed him and watched him die. This was probably because of the old saying that "dead men tell no tales." He was trying to cover up his act by not letting a witness live.
I think he may have done that because he noticed that there was a witness....
After taking a few to the back there is little one can do.
Cue the media frenzy and circus. Grab some popcorn. Call Al and Jesse. Bring in the neighboring police units for riot control.
Terrible stuff... prosecute the guy... but, pay no attention to this...
http://dailykenn.blogspot.com
Please no hate replies... the point is we need to see an equal amount of "injustices" from the other side, too. It happens on a far more frequent scale and is never reported by the MSM.
I knew this comment would receive a lot of down votes and misunderstanding.
Please try to understand...
My point is this...
Practically everything we see, hear and know about today is delivered to us via a small conglomerate of media moguls who decide what is "newsworthy". In this horrible case, it is indeed newsworthy and deserves a host of attention, condemnation and prosecution.
However, it is this "choosing" of events (mostly terrible) which immediately comes to my mind every time such a thing occurs. There is a deliberate sleight and ignorance of equally barbaric deeds which go purposefully unreported so as to NOT incite thoughts, ideas and action by the OTHER side.
What OTHER side are you talking about J S Bach?
Who is the OTHER in your world?
CIA droning dozens of innocents every week?
These are not police, they are assholes, just like in so many other branches of government and on Wall street. The more you lock up the better things will be.
There comes a day when one just gets tired of chasing niggers.
You really think that cop wouldn't have shot a white man for fleeing? Maybe I'm just jaded because I'm from Albuquerque, where the cops shot a man in the back because he dared to turn around with a fucking spoon in his hand, but seriously. An awful lot of cops only see in two colors: Blue and not blue.
most police officers dread ever having to use their weapon, and most go many years without ever having to resort to a gun.
then there are some psychologically defective individuals that get some kind of sick thrill from shooting down another human being.
Thanks for explaining yourself.
A quote from Ernest Hemingway I believe.
Problem is the police unions make it very difficult to get rid of the defects you mention. Just paid vacations and wrist slaps until something like this happens.
Unions at their finest.
If the city gets hit with a $10 million lawsuit and say settles for $5m. Then charge half of it to the police pension fund aka $2.5 M. I bet it stops real fast after that.
If the courts ever rule that "sovereign immunity" does not automatically apply to almost all police shootings and beatdowns, the police will then be in the same position as the pedophile priests after victims started to win monetary judgments against these perverts. Priests got away with molesting children forever, until some money hungry lawyers broke the veil of silence. Cases like this shooting will force the degenerate judges who rubberstamp cop killings to worry about the repercussions of their continued support of homicidal "boys in blue."
Hell, juries rubber stamp a lot of it. A lot of people want to feel protected, and I guarantee that the cops' defense attorneys understand this throughout the jury selection process.
Soveriegn Immunity in the US is a crock of shit. We have no Sovereign and therefore no call for Sovereign Immunity. We do have a requirement that there be equal protection under the law which precludes having one calls of citizens (government employees) being given special protection for their actions.
Sovereign immunity was a creation of the judiciary.
Oh man that is classic!
OK. So why the 'protests'? The cop is beign charged with murder. The 'system' is working yet again.
Why can't the democrats (aka spear chunkers) just shut the hell up and follow the system like every other person in this country?
Reality- some people are on power trips. Some people enjoy hurting people or even killing people.
'Helping others' is completely off the checklist for such types.
There needs to be an investigation. This psychopath probably left tons of prior clues as to what he's about.
How is it justifiable to shoot any man in the back; running away FFS.
He was running to get a gun to shoot the thugcop.
http://a.abcnews.com/images/US/ht_michael_slager_float_jc_150407_4x3_992...
Hedgies, this guy is still afforded the RIGHT of innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Your acting like a Lynch Mob. An internet lynch mob.
Your no better than ISIS or the cop with your behavior. Grow up you dumb fucks.
I grew up real fast . . . on a steady diet of perversion of the rule of law. US courtrooms are specialized theaters. Over the past 30 years, they have become grand venues of justice theater, where the rules change depending on who is playing. Gun sales hit new records annually for a reason. My finger is itching for a return to the days where when you want justice, you take it . . . usually with your gunplay. These days, the cops and military are the only ones who get to take justice exclusively with their guns. But a new day is surely coming. At least the thugcops and ISIS know the rules and play the game with their full ability. I cant wait til the citizenry decides its going to get some, too. Rat-a-tat-tat.
Double post.
Looks legit...
/s
The guillotines grow hungrier by the second...
I agree ligit kill... because if he wasn't a threat why would he run.
The only illegitimate thing I see is he should have let the perp get further away so the "officer" could have bragged about the tight group @ 75 paces. That was chicken shit shooting fish in a barrel imo. I am outraged.
If they run they are VC. If they stand still they are well disciplined VC.
Why wait to drag that thugcop murderer to the guillotine?
Good these pigs need to fry like the bacon they are
Those who can't do, either go into the military or become police officers. Or both.
Mostly true, but there are quite a few people that CAN do, that go into the military, then promptly leave when their time is up.
The CAN'T doers stick around.
What do you call a person who gets paid to kill other people?
Depends - do you mean a drug dealer who is certainly murdering people albeit slowly?
Do you mean the guy who pulls the switch in death penalty States?
Prosecutors in same States?
Do you mean guys hired by organized crime to kill people?
Please clarify
MY mind drifts to our Preezy and Sec of State as they play drone over the Middle East. Or some anonymous CIA/NSA/military 'analyst' who needs to up his drone kill 'score.'
Those who can't do, either go into the military or become police officers. Or both.
No broad brush there.
Or sit on their fat asses and post stupid shit on ZH
Smed you bastard! I take offense. MY ass is NOT fat. And also for your enlightened knowledge, I would have been 6 '8" but I went to pecker.
OK - but those pants are making your ass look fat
They were washed in hot water and shrank. Dumb ass slanteyed cleaners. We never should have let them off the boats.
I've seen a couple of your other posts - are you channeling Archie Bunker? BTW - I don't give a shite but you're like a magnet for down votes.
Topcallingtroll,trolling4svkers,trav777,milliondollarbonus, francissawyer, etc. Now tell me, would life be better without them ever to post the other side? Have we become so intolerant that there is no room for anything but brain dead collectivism?
Hey - I'm good with it.
I miss Trav777 and francissawyer. :(
And if there wouldn't have been a video of this, the story would have been" I saw him reach for his gun and I was in fear for my life". SOP. :P
The story was in fact that the guy reached for his taser. And it was out in public, put there by the fuckers lawyer. Then this video surfaced. The lawyer crawled back in his hole. I wonder if that shitass will get prosecuted for lying? It all serves to demonstrate what a pathetic bunch of fucking liars and thieves the whole corrupt system is. What makes me laugh is the police commisioner describes his policeman as his fucking children. What a crock of shit. If thats his kid they should cut his nuts off before he does any more damage.
If you want justice in the US these days, buy a firearm.
It could also be "He took my gun and I was in fear so I shot him."
The camera should just not be able to work, the law needs a kill switch
There are laws perculating making it a crime to video police in the performance of their duties. These laws a real threat to our freedom.
If that ever gets close to passing, it'll be time to let er rip.
Lincoln: "I was afraid for the life of my country. That's why I killed the south."
John Wilkes Booth: "I have it on camera. They were running away!"
Fuck that retarded Marfamed piece of shit Lincoln...killed a million of his own people... just to
please a few bankers.(cotton and tobacco trade)
He was a brilliant politician, though. He got himself into a bloody good show @ Gettysburg, and instead of it being his Waterloo, he made it a crusade about ridding the world of slavery. Lincoln was also about as cynical (and practical) as Stalin. The north was industrialized and didnt use slaves. Why not free 'em, if it served his purpose. And so, and the winners, the war got written up as a crusade against slavery, rather than an inflection point in the tension between states and Fedcoat rights.
Well this needs to be capitalized upon!
"I'm gonna get me a shotgun and kill all the whities I see,
I'm gonna get me a shotgun and kill all the whities I see.
When I kill all the whities I see, then whitey he won't bother me,
I'm gonna get me a shotgun and kill all the whities I see.
Then I'll get a white woman who's wearing a navy blue sweater.."
Cops in the U.S. kill citizens at 70 times the rate of other first world countries

@UberFacts: U.S. police killed more people in March, 2015, than the entire UK police have killed since 1900

The survival rates of black men must be much higher in Iraq or Afghanistan. At least they get a bullet proof vest.
Shitcago is WAY MORE dangerous than the war theater. I hate the term war theater, but whatca gona do?
Chicago is a war theater and the black guys would do better in Stan
From your linked:
"According to the 2014 Legatum Prosperity Index released in November, in the measure of personal freedom, the United States has fallen from 9th place in 2010 to 21st worldwide—behind such countries as Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, Uruguay and Costa Rica."
Now lemme see, what do Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, Uruguay and Costa Rica all have in common? Eureka! Firearm ownership by private citzens is illegal.Obviously, all other things being equal, the police will be more trigger happy when citizens are armed. So make up your minds, what kind of "personal freedom" do you want? Fewer police shootings or the liberty to keep and bear arms?
Sorry J, firearm ownership & use is legal in Canada. It may be heavily regulated and restrictive but it is definitely legal (for now).
No legal conceal-carry though...
You find logic challenging don't you? They all also have national health care. Bozo.
Crime Stoppers will have a big payout on this one.
Like Raylan Givens from JUSTIFIED said:
If you wanted me to shoot you in the front, you should have run towards me.
devoid of humanity-we are breeding/training police who are not humans...rodney king was lucky. and note I am not saying criminals should get kid glove kindness, but actions like this and Miriam Carey's shooting in DC are only the actions of nazi like thugs.
Our Nazi thugs. They should be scared of us. They think they rule us.
Today, cops are trained if they are going to shoot anyone - make sure they are dead.
That is why you see over and over cops shooting until their guns are empty.
Not witnesses - except those pesky phone videos...
We are so screwed as a country...
