Presidents are SELECTED not elected, the 2000 "Hanging Chad" election was to make it a mathematical certainty; to make the sheeple demand electronic voting and therefore get rid of those pesky paper ballots that we can't manipulate as well with (too labor intensive) all the garbage can snoopsters (too many cameras around).

--------------------------------------------------

Hey they give a choice between the two evils and therefore most evryone who votes will vote evil, which s why I quit voting at the national and state elections.  You cannot get to the state and national level with any moral integrity and we live in a nation that is morally bankrupt as well as financially.

the party out of power is less organized. when bill ran and won in 92 there was a full field of candidates, all viable, and a number of debates, that sort of free for all (democracy they call it) helps. hillary has jumped out early, but Kerry is the most likely active member of the obama cabinet to run, and you can be sure he will. hillary has big numbers because she is the first major candidate to announce. in 68 lbj ran against eugene mccarthy in NH and lost on the antiwar issue, so he withdrew, but RFK was waiting, he had promised not to run, but he did run once LBJ was out of the picture. (so if LBJ had stayed in the race maybe RFK would not have died) that was the same year that humphery won the nomination after taking votes pledged by a surrogate candidate. (i forget his name) so there are a number of ways that it can all happen, just because hillary is out there right now doesnt mean much.

That is a question you can hash out by starting with the question who are the "owners"

So, Soros owns democrats and wants, only, one. I don't think Hillary can win. Too much baggage and many just don't like her. So, Soros is giving the election to republicans? Because he knows, after Obama, he can't win?

Or, they're taking turns. McCain didn't go after Obama the way he should have so the next eight years belong to republicans and Soros doesn't want to spend the money for a real fight with a foregone conclusion. That's all I have.

gentlemen, the last few weeks have been characterized by an acute and exceedingly caustic obsession of sorts.  the fortieth birthday (that's 2 score and Zero...if you're keepin score) wasn't awful as those things go; but since then my thoughts have been consumed with what i didn't get.  disappointment is one of those subjects that, once entertained, tends to multiply upon itself until everything of life wilts into an unacceptable substitute, a substanceless shadow of what wasn't, could possibly have been, and, God willing, what will someday be.

still no maserati in the driveway. (bummer).  but janus soldiers on, not in spite of, but rather because of, the very nature of adversities like this intolerable absence of maseratis parked and registered at the janus address.  make adversity your bitch, i say...even if it costs you a maserati or two along the way. in the end, jags ain't half bad.

and in that vein of truth i struck on some pure ore:

you make it safely all the way from 38 to 40, and you in that span never come down with a serious crush...you think such silly adolescent infatuation is sealed in your pre-38 past.  you also in that time forget the benefits of hookie; how radical it is; and what may come of hookie if pursued with a spirit of enterprise.

janus over-slept, bitchez...shit happens. obviously, i got stoned right away to prepare myself for the crisis brewing because of it...you know, so-to irrevocably cement the spirit of idleness.  the kids were still at school, and depravity just made sense for some reason...the spirit of the day was decidedly hedonistic.  and it's like they say, "why kick against the pricks?"  i called into work and made up some lie about over sleeping...worked like a charm.  some kinda day for playin hookie on cape cod, bitches...impossibly sublime weather.  we've earned it and a couple hundred more like it after that winter.

so this season of hedonism started out with a bang!  oh, man, let me tell you, when the virility of spring charges your being, and particularly when that charge is amplified by the boost of a bona-fide crush, well, all i can say is...shit's about to get real, bitchez!  ww3 it is!  i never really knew what would at some point serve as the signal and the same time incentive...and there she was, all this time, and always in the last place you look: the internet

 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WpiyNxLfWAo

after a pint of bombay sapphire gin, a couple dozen more Zoe Dechanel videos, 3 or 4 joints, two sessions of vigorous and fulfilling throws with mrs. janus, some beastie boys, hank williams and some quiet and contemplative thousand-yard-staring, i cogitated.  i put it all in the balance and thought: "janus, what is to be the fate of civilization?  will you step in and do all this messy stuff if Zoe Dechanell is part of the compensation package?"  but i wanted to take my time.  this means officially closing out the era of Common Grace.  it means epochal change, cataclysm.  the events that bracket the voids between boring times, and we are entering the next implacable bracket fated to break up the boredom.

but here's the thing: wreaking havoc is about as time consuming an enterprise as there is -- it's just plain demanding...and janus loves his free time, hates to be bothered; is engaged in a vendetta against cell phones; limits the number of questions he's willing to honestly answer each day to an absolute minimum and abhors physical contact with all but about 5% of people.   so leadership was never my thing.

all right, i'll give it one song, a single flip of a 1921 silver dollar coin, and let Fate render her verdict:

 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FcdOLKx2XG8

well, the silver circle sided with Zoe & armegeddon.  a story's ending need not be bad or good; it can be both...and i reckon it will.  let's see what Zoe has to say about it herself.  but, before we solicit the thoughts of this angelic creature with a voice so luxuriant and supple it can maneuver the living sol, let janus say this much: if this video involves an ideal/invisible man (obviously janus), a powder-blue dress girded with a silver band, silver slippers gliding above a mauve rug and narrates the longing of a divinely feminine soul...it may very well portend some momentous shit.  let's just hope nothing of the sort's found herein.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ni75mYuwvlg

oh shit.

the die is cast.

any-who, let's talk turkey (and the pun is very much intended):

so a brew-ha-ha's been burbling over the 100 year anniversary of the armenian genocide.  additional -- but in no way incidental -- facts are as follows: in effort to promote the cause and by it effect the official designation of "genocide" on behalf of both the united states and the UN, the armenian church's pontiff has shared audience with none other than kim kardashian -- that internet breaking emblem of traditional armenian virtue.  frankly, if i'd at the time been in league with the young turks and after investigating anatolia found it teeming with an infestation of kardashians, i don't know if i'd have argued so vigorously against their tactics.  but before moving on i will only slyly mention that the young 'turks' were, for the most part, not 'turkish'...let's put it this way -- they wore hats, just not fezzes (this tacit implication will come into play later).

the Bosporus is sorta important.  i'm certainly no Napoleon, but when looking at a map, and there sits turkey, and within it a population of 80,000,000 muslims, many of whom still sympathetic to the ole attaturk way of secular islam, an emergent many egging edrogan on to more extreme measures and increasingly sectarian power-plays, a military that maintains a great deal of autonomy and (relative to the region) some measure of competence and fairly advanced capabilities; and then i start to collate the strategic implications of the kurds, the persians, central asia (specifically kazakstan), turkey's traditional relationship to the area as the ottoman's -- covering everything from sudan to inner mongolia   and i sit here and i think to myself...genocide?  1915?  armenia?  what the fuck is going on here?

do you guys understand that entertaining the idea of sanctioning the armenian genocide was, not 25 years ago, more preposterous than normalizing relations with cuba?  the symbolic and real-politik ramifications inevitable in this act are seismic.  and since the whole goddam kabuki theater is in full swing with kim kardashians playing mother mary to the armenian faithful and kanye west meeting with sephardic rabbis in jerusalem...well, if you don't think armegeddon's at the door, you are not paying attention.  to me this shit signifies that some enromous concessions have already been made, and the stage is being set for the solidification of these arrangements.

the way i see it, vladamir putin may've pulled off the most cunning strategic coup in four score and Zero years (for those of y'all keepin "score").  a fake towards kiev, then a spin around to kick poland in the shin, a flat-out fuck you in the baltics...and you faggots feel like you've won with western ukraine?  you bitches got worked-over rough and put away ragged.  it's so complete a victory in moscow i can't help but laugh...and as a patriot that does his goddam best to love this country, i laugh with tears of sorrow.

and what does he do on his flank?  he takes the goddam bosporous!  and with it the hellenic islands in one fail swoop!  i guess all that shit in cyprus, crete and corsica was just to make friends...seemed so desperate and pathetic at the time...didn't it?  well, it ain't so straight-forward as it seemed.

and so now we face the very real risk that turkey will join with persia along with russia and at least temporarlily china, and will together rend the mediterrannean down its very center.

you know, if i were vladamir, i'd be skirtin the north sea's air-space with bear-class long range bombers, too...dasvidanya indeed.  a fitting and celebratory sort of punctuation to announce that a brilliant strategic coup has been all but settled.

so now we will see what the GCC (plus egypt...we hope) can do as an amalgamated force in their efforts to secure yemen, neutralize anything even remotely suspicious in oman, offer the alawites exile to paris and raise the cresent over damascus; after which celebrate their pyrrhic vicitory, unify command and control under rhyad, and get something coherent assembled from tyre to the white nile...may as well recognize the reality in front of you...and hunker down for a good old fashioned world war.

but, look, putin is laughing is ass off.  who wouldn't trade a port in syria for all of the eastern mediterranean anchored by greece...and with the bosporous as a bonus?  you bitchez in rome there in nato cent com are flat-out out-classed.  sure, you're all smart as whips; bt you have no will; you lack insight; and your passion is flaccid...you don't really seem to care.  i mean, really, who's going to maneuver affairs along the danube and keep the most important shipping channel in the world free of impediments?  kerry?  hillary?  susan rice?  who's the fuckin dilletant du jour to come carismatically in and save the day?  why don't you just have the wizard pin another nobel prize on the chest of some freshly minted colored christ...these scare-crows don't actually need a brain, just a gold seal from stockholm -- or so we're told.

if this shit is supposed to be funny, i don't get the joke.

so you boys get western ukraine and syria.  you lose the bosporous and it looks like greece (and all the ancillary things associated with hellenic hegemony)...and you can barely maintain what you've taken up to this point from the euphrates down.  pathetic.

so, that's my down payment in service of chaos (let's call it a dowry) for the lovely miss Dechanell.  and since i'm janus, i'll seal this sinister forecasting off with a little comic relief.  in as much as ww1 got started with the ceremonial slaughter of some insignificant and foppish archduke, setting off the horrors in anatolia, the disillution of the ottomans, the germ of balfore and so much of all that's followed since...wouldn't it be something if the flashpoint for ww3 were the assassination of some misfortunate kardashian by a turkish nationalist...sparking ww3 and with it arrmegeddon?  that would be stupendously serendipitous, sublimely symmetric and most especially hilarious...at least for those of us who take a broad view of things, aren't rattled by the echos of history and don't take our selves or the senseless march of 'progress' too seriously.

i was never really interested in armeggedon before...because, ultimately, i'm greedy.  when it came to ww3, i was all like, "what's in it for me?"  none of its benefits really interested me.  but now...well, now everything is assuming a rosier hue, and i have my satisfactory enticement.  signs are streaking down from the heavens and forces are shaking the earth beneath -- omens and harbingers, and i'm happier than a six-dick cock in a hen house...finally something to make it all worth while...true love (well, at least, gin-fueled infatuation):

 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tsSna-wp2OQ

the more i consider this world and what it is, armegeddon sounds more like a fairy tale than horror-story...but it's all relative, i suppose.

one man's fairy tale is another man's saga of sorrows:

I have no idea what happened here but what few facts we do know do not add up.

http://www.twincities.com/localnews/ci_27918097/1-dead-after-st-croix-river-anglers-argue

This young man was a friend and classmate of my nephew and he was clean as whistle.  Peter Kelly was not on the dole and liked volunteering to help people.  None of the on dole stuff so it does not add up yet.  How the fuck do you get stabbed to death while fishing?

Whatever happened, the guy was a clean cut good guy who didn't party or do drugs and was a family man who liked to volunteer to help kids and would help anyone else who asked for it.  He was not driven by money.  Obviously he loved kids because he had five of them and wife to go with.  Fuck, now imagine her situation.  No one deserves to have to deal with what she is dealing with right now.  They were not wealthy.  I do not even know if they have any insurance for something like this and I kind of doubt they do.

That woman is in a bad way right now and I think what I will do is donate my winnings from the Kentucky/Wisconsin game to the the survivors.  Why not?  They will need it more than I will right now.  I think that is the right thing to do in this case.  It is my form of socialism but for the fact that I decide who gets any money and NOT some bureaucrat.  In fact, I just completed that transaction so those funds are donated.

If some of you folks want to contribute that is great but no obligations of course.  You will pay one way or the other anyway thanks to the AHCA.  I don't use social media so I can't blast out.  ZH is the closest thing I come to regarding social media and we all talk about doing the right thing because we do not need the .gov fucking up nonstop.  We, ourselves, are capable of our own volition, to do the right thing.  Whatever happened was not the fault of anything the children did.

De wekelijkse gesprekken in de ministerraad in Nederland wordt door netwerk @SuperWil getypeerde als het geneuzel van het 'personeel van HaagseJohn.

http://www.mintpressnews.com/michelle-bachmann-obamas-poor-relationship-...

http://www.volkskrant.nl/politiek/vvd-houdt-rekening-met-einde-coalitie-...

http://nos.nl/artikel/2030658-kamer-wil-mkb-met-bankproblemen-helpen.html

Please Join The Any Woman But That Hillary For President Party

It has come to my attention that many of you plan to vote for Hillary Clinton, mainly because she is a woman. You want to feel like you made history by helping to elect the first woman President of the United States. Come on, admit it. It’s O.K., I totally get it. Let’s face it, no matter who gets elected President our government will remain in endless republican vs. democrat, party on party bickering and quagmire, unable to make important decisions that would change our lives for the better. After we vote, our voice won’t count for diddly in that process over the next four years. Hillary can’t change that. So, it’s not really even about solving women’s issues. We just want some recognition and satisfaction, even if it’s only to affect the most trivial aspect of the President we can possibly chose, their gender. At least we’ll be able to say we accomplished something for our part.

But, here’s my question to you: Why Hillary? I mean, not just any Hillary, That Hillary. If your sole criteria for choosing our President is the person must be a woman, why limit your choices to just one? There are 100 million women in America who meet the criteria. Even That Hillary’s own daughter, Chelsea, said in an interview with Elle Magazine that it didn’t matter whether her mother or some other woman got the job. You see, it’s all about “symbolism” (her word) over substance (apparently), so for that matter any woman will do.

Deep down we all know that Hillary isn’t our first choice of the first woman as U.S. President. In fact, it’s a fact that is constantly in our face. Never mind that her list of accomplishments in office reads like the list of Iranians for Israel. Go look again at the old SNL skit where Hillary Clinton starts speaking and then Amy Poehler comes on stage impersonating her.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VTjwMM2_PPg

We know Hillary is the real politician and Amy is just playing one on T.V. We see Hillary assume a pompous air of superiority while Amy gushes and blushes in her presence. Still, that little voice in the back of our head can’t be silenced. It keeps whispering to us, “I like Amy more.”  And since most of us have a Hollywood-esque fantasy notion of what national politics is like anyway, wouldn’t it be more fun if it really was like Parks and Recreation instead of The Misadventures of Benghazi and Email-Gate? Given the choice, I’d vote for Amy.

That’s why I’m launching the AWBTHFPP, which stands for Any Woman But That Hillary For President Party. The only requirement for party membership is that you must vote for a woman other than That Hillary. Think of the advantages. It’s a party you can get behind whether you’ve been a republican or a democrat. No more bickering, stalling, threatening, agitating, maneuvering, or posturing with Boehner or Pelosi along party lines. Just straight talk on the issues, especially women’s issues. It won’t cost you a dime either. We won’t be spending billions of your tax dollars and donations on a lengthy drawn-out campaign, like those other two parties do. That’s because we’re the only party that isn’t running a specific candidate at all. You can choose to vote for any female citizen you like for President who is over the age of 21 and isn’t currently in jail. We will back your decision one hundred percent. Talk about a party of choice. I’d say that’s damn near infinite choice. Imagine, no more of those annoying promotional ads for candidates leading up to election day that always seem to interfere right when you’re trying to decide which contestant to vote for on Dancing With The Stars.

But, just in case your mind is swirling with confusion over who to pick from among the plethora of women in our society, here are brief bios on a few of them who I think would bring an interesting dimension to the office of the Presidency:

Jane Forsythe: Army Colonel; two tours in Iraq and Kuwait; three confirmed kills; Purple Heart recipient; mother of two. Who knows, if Jane was President she might show up in the Oval Office on casual Friday in her camouflage fatigues. We haven’t had that kind of display since Eisenhower was in charge. And wouldn’t you just love it the next time some DOE bureaucrat starts prattling on about solar this and global warming that, if Jane told him to “Stand down mister, now drop and give me twenty”.

Aunt (Wilma) Jefferson: Single; welfare mother of nine; at least 40 grandkids, possibly more; awesome cook; once made an entire Thanksgiving meal for her family and all their friends on a Coleman stove. No one is more familiar with the struggles and needs of impoverished children than Wilma. Electing her would certainly invigorate the free school lunch program. It won’t be some crappy lunch made out of soy beans, rice, and seaweed either. We’re talking the best home-made apple pie and ice cream for dessert that your kid ever had.

Lucy Alvarez (stage name Samantha Bronson): Soap opera actress. Like all soap opera stars, Ms. Alvarez acts out story lines where characters in a highly emotional state constantly scream at and criticize each other. There seems to be a lot going on, but, nothing ever actually goes anywhere. You can miss ten episodes and when you come back, things are right where you left off. I can’t think of anyone who is better prepared for national politics in Washington than a soap opera star.

These are just a few examples to get you thinking for yourself of the immense diversity of choices you have for our first woman President. I’m sure you’ll come up with many other possible choices on your own. But, it won’t mean a thing unless you join the AWBTHFPP.

What’s that you say? Leaving That Hillary out of the field is discriminatory? That sounds like That Hillary talking to me. Look, it’s not my fault she decided to run as a democrat. She seems more like a republican than most republicans anyway. But fine, I have no problem if That Hillary wants to run with the crowd in the Any Woman But That Hillary For President Party. She just has to change her name, again.

Now, where do I go to collect my PAC money?

The horror that's Hillary is minimized by visual images.

Its true isn't it. I believe Banzai does it (and does it well) for the comic relief, the gallows humor and perhaps for the stray clueless soul who wanders in off the street thinking these people (especially her) really gives a shit about them.

In Hillary's! case, look at her actions, what she's actually saying and doing.

Subliminally (if we stop and raise awareness to the conscious state where it belongs) the "average everyday American" doesn't need to go on staged listening tours or be photographed having meetings with scripted & prepared political operatives & donors, with some lame-ass van in the background, we already know what the problem is. Its people just like her who have lived their entire lives away from "average everyday Americans" inside a government cocoon.

In this cynically contrived, Poli-Science 101 Queen Hillary! Wild Van Ride move event, she's actually revealing to us exactly who she is.

Not one of us.

I have the distinct feeling there are fewer clueless souls wandering in of late, across the board. Just about everything they used to complain about has turned out to be true.

And many of those supposedly clueless souls were in fact trolls. But even the trolling business sucks these days. They just can't put their heart into it because "it" is such an open sham.

However, poor GW still attracts them like flies.

right about GW - he presents an eloquent rational argument, and collects the trolls. problem is, you can't change an irrational opinion with logic. your work on the other hand, goes straight for the gut, and as such, needs no rational defense. keep it up, bruther

"Dr. Strangebush"  LOL!

The Banks and the M.I.C. will get the candidate they want.

They may just put in a Republicrat to keep the delusion alive for the conservatives.

Whip up the Demicans too; like a fake wrestling match on Pay Per View.

Politics is the distraction!

She is way too pretty in that William. But the idea is on point. As in the point of her little sword and cannons.

She is terrifying, unlike Palin, she might really know just enough to get us all hurt. Bad.

Maybe it is really pro-Hillary street art.  Secretive, Ambitious, and Entitled are qualities that many voters are looking for in today's leading politicians.

When I look at the 7 foot tall ISIS executioners, I am not that scared. When I see that Big Daddy Baghdaddy spent $50,000 on a rolex, I am pretty sure I could take it in a poker match. Then throw it in the trash.

But the women of ISIS are probably going to figure out a 501c3 way to take all my stuff. Goons with guns will be forgiven.

Average everyday American Queen Hillary! didn't even think to leave a tip in the jar for the average everyday American workers at the Chipolte she invaded with her MSM entourage in tow?

For shame, she must have had other things on her mind, like watching her whole contrived campaign of being "America's Champion" going into a fucking death spiral...lol.

How bout a Scooby snack? ;-)
