"F*ck This Court": Woman Who Took AK-47 To Jailbreak Pens Epic Rant Against Judge

Tyler Durden's picture

Tamah Clark apparently wasn’t ready to accept her husband Jason Clark’s incarceration on aggravated assault and domestic battery charges, so she did what anyone would do when aggrieved by the US justice system: she loaded up her AK-47 assault rifle and .45 caliber pistol, procured some wilderness survival gear, strapped the couple’s one year old son into his car seat, and went to break her husband out of prison. Or at least that’s how the story goes.

Although phone records reportedly indicate that Tamah did indeed conspire to stage a prison break with Jason, she was apparently never convicted and would later move to sue the state of Georgia for $10 billion (which, if awarded, would have made Clark the seventh richest woman in America). Surprisingly, that suit was dismissed last month — and Tamah is not happy.

In what can only be described as perhaps the most epic court document ever filed, the Pensacola native — on behalf of herself “Jason Clark and ‘Baby’ Clark” — proceeds to explain why she believes Judge William B. Hunt erred in his ruling. The title is “To F*ck This Court And Everything It Stands For,” and although most will invariably and quite understandably focus on the innumerable profanity-laden quotables (some of which are featured below), the peculiar thing about the document is that attached to it is a 13-page manifesto entitled “Why Most Americans Do Not Inherently Owe Federal Income Taxes” which not only includes a dedication, a lengthy copyright notice, a preface, and a “legal notice to US officials”, but also reads like it was written by an 18th century statesman.

Without further ado, here are some highlights, and the full document is embedded below.

*  *  *

From “To F*ck This Court And Everything It Stands For”:

“That's right-I had a cocked and fully loaded AK-47 assault rifle, as well as a .45 caliber pistol. What's your point? And NO, I was never convicted of anything. But you know what? They can go right ahead and try to convict me ifthey want to-I don't give a d*mn. This whole system is a joke.”

“All that the people need is a proper education, free of propaganda and lies - and I'm working on that. See Attachment A, entitled "Why Most Americans Do Not Inherently Owe Federal Income Taxes". Let me know ifyou want to write the introduction to my next publication-there are many more to come.”

“It took me about I month to study the history of the world and to learn the history and inner workings of American jurisprudence, literally. I was born to do this here. Don't you know that your FBI and CIA have been trying to recruit me since grade school? Lol. But they're unscrupulous losers like you, so it won't be happening.”

“Well, just in case you haven't noticed-I couldn't give two f*cks about you or what you have to say. F*ck you, old man. You're a joke. Your court's a joke. You suck nuts.”

“Answer me this, genius: if the original states were in existence before the federal government-with their own constitutional provisions for protecting their citizens' unalienable human rights- then why would state citizens need to claim protection for those rights under the federal constitution? They don't. That makes no sense. At all.”

And from “Why Most Americans Do Not Inherently Owe Federal Income Taxes”:

From the 14th Amendment (and onward), having been given a legal definition by the same, when used in the U.S. Constitution, the term "citizen of the United States" specifically refers to the second class of citizenship created thereby. But due to deception on the part ofthe U.S. Federal Government and ignorance on the part of the American People, the latter, by general consensus, now accepts the unconstitutional application of said amendment upon itself.

As a result, the general population is now regarded and treated as a federal citizenry; and state citizens, within the meaning of the original Constitution, do not presently exist. Amendments to the Federal Constitution following the 14th have been directed at citizens o f the United States. The 14th Amendment marked the beginning o f the end of the constitutional U.S. Republic and the beginning of what has, overtime, through neglect ofcivic duty, become an unconstitutional U.S. Democracy.

In revisiting the 16th Article of Amendment, it now becomes apparent that it does not inherently apply to citizens of one of the United States (e.g. constitutionally-recognized state citizens); as it neither repealed nor superseded the organic Constitution’s limitations on congressional taxation authority.

I didn't know there was a United States of America or States thereof anymore. I believe we are part of a large group of humans that are controlled by gangsters that pay mercenaries to do whatever they want to do with us. No? That lady isn't going to be allowed to write anything in prison. Her best will be to tell someone that visits in person any thoughts she wishes to be made public. That is until the rest of us free her and her husband.

She specifically stated that she is "Domiciled" in Florida.  It has specific legal meanings and there is a reason she does that.

Look up residence and domicile.

Fri, 04/24/2015 - 11:01 | 6026055 Urban Redneck
Urban Redneck's picture

The usage of Floridian-American on p3 was with respect to the dual citizenship of every natural born American under the 14th Amendment.  The statement regarding domicile on p. 5 in regards to the applicability of Williams v Atlanta was a sloppy response to the Judge, because the issue would not be the domicile of a plaintiffs in that case, but the dual (or lack thereof) citizenship of the plaintiffs.

Residence and Domicile are distinct, but Citizenship is also distinct, and Citizenship is at the crux of the disagreement between the plaintiff and the judge, not residence or domicile.

If you want to make these sorts of arguments, and win, there is a certain way that they should to be structured - preferably by framing the decision so that it is in the interest of the State to side with the petitioner, which is difficult and not always possible.

That name right there should have tipped them off to what was coming.

Who says Judge Judy has all the fun.

I do give her credit for putting in such an effort, even if it might seem a bit wandering and misguided. That process in itself can be a positive learning experience. We should all be grateful too that she had the opportunity to publically air her grievances and get some attention. We should all have more opportunities for that than just posting comments on a bunch of internet blogs. Without that, she’s more likely to become the next person who snaps and unloads that AK-47 on a bunch of shoppers at Target or McDonalds.

I say all of this to say: Mr. Hunt, I don't give a d*mn about you or anything you have to say. You are a castrated coward and a disgrace to these United States of America. Fortunately for us all, you are in old age and presumably nearing the inevitable death that awaits all old impotent geezers like yourself, with a one-way ticket to hell; which is good. That s exactly where a treacherous, lying, spineless, bastard son-of-a-b*tch like you deserves to be for the rest of eternity. Burn.

Lastly, I will be posting the entirety of these court proceedings online and disseminating them amongst the general population, for the people to see this disgrace. You control nothing. You are nothing. And you can do nothing. F*ck you. Die.

This thread is EPIC. Today I found another heroine. Tamah Jada Clark has written a battle rally that is meeting its audience, and her language is exactly what is required in this situation. My hat is off to her.

<<It would appear Tamah has found her calling.>>

From her website:

<<Words More Powerful Than Warfare™

"Life is too short to be little. Man is never so manly as when he feels deeply, acts boldly, and expresses himself with frankness and with fervor."

(-Benjamin Disraeili)>>

I think she knows exactly what she's doing. The most gifted and inspiring writers use clear language to express plain truth. Read CS Lewis or Mark Twain or George Orwell sometime; they all wrote extensively on language. She is communicating in their spirit, extremely well and effectively, and I would say appropriately given that she's addressing a nest of despicable criminals.

Despite what supposed Constitutional 'experts' like the bald-headed Heebowitz who has an AM talk show out of New York every day, say about the 'Constitution' this and the 'Constitution' that, as being some sort of above reproach Holy writ, there was fierce debate over this document and the whole concept of 'Federalism' to begin with.   It was not an all-agreed upon, unanimous decision to put this nation under the yoke of Federalism.   Truth be told, the 'United States' would have been light years ahead (perhaps literally in terms of actual progress), by sticking with the Articles of Confederation - 'a loose confederation of independent States', in other words.   It is no wonder why Lincoln fought so hard to maintain it, and why both modern day mainstream political parties are beholden to bow at the knee of the Lincoln Cult, lest they be relegated to 'kookville' by their political contemporaries, and the dumb-shit Idiocracy that elects them time & again...

Ok, yes, they have some points, there is a basic core there that actually has some truth to it.  But they right right off with that and chuck in god knows what else to the point where they are more or less insane.

The reality they are fighting against is one where they will lose, every single time.  The system cannot allow them to win.  Period.  Full Stop.  They HARM their own cases by being nutjobs to a degree that anyone with half a brain will never actually side with their cause.  If anything, they do more harm than good.  Say one of the crazy ones actually saw some limited success.  Laws would change to close those "loopholes" and viola, it's all now 100% legit.  A concerted, legitimate, rational, sane opposition is called for.  It's the only real way to see any victory.  And in that process, there will be MANY who will visit the prisons and see their lives destroyed.

Once again a little knowledge can be dangerous. You can only attack renegades posing as public officials with a common law tort claim. Attempting to get justice using the statutes written by lawyers to protect lawyers is a losing proposition.

She is wrong about the income tax. Having income is a choice. No one has to have income. The easiest way to eliminate all income is to endorse your bills upon reciept. Then they are a liability not an asset. You can play the irredeemible FED game too!

You need a few more of this kind of incidents, and that would hopefully trigger the revolution that USG has been waiting for to use as perfect excuse to round up the people and kill as many thinking people as possible during the chaos.

Happens all the time. Ukraine just lost a few dozen thinkers who thought they could instill some sense on the current leadership. No sound from the Great World Democratic Policeman. Would not be surprised if it was the first instructions from the US advisors to their puppets.

The 14th Amendment ratification was forced upon the Southern States before they were allowed back in the union. This alone would negate the amendment regardless of whether there was the required number of states without the South.

The 14th had no other purpose than to unlawfully make two classes of citizens. Of that she is correct. The amendment is so vague it is used to provide cover for millions of foreigners illegally entering and residing in these united states. It's even been suggested it gives the President dictatorial powers. The 14th, 16th and 17th eliminated state participation in the national government and thus ended the Republic as designed.

Although too late to save the Republic, it is refreshing to see citizens whom are knowledgeable of its law and history. Rare indeed.

She will be considered a fool and a nut to most 'Federal Citizens'. As I have stated previously, the Feral Government has usurped the Constitutional Government. Most Feral citizens await their daily bread and other freebies unlawfully stolen. Just looking at the National Governments foreign diplomacy and domestic tyranny should convince even the most stubborn.

There is nothing wrong with a citizen questioning government actions in a free society. When courts start ignoring citizens or worse telling citizens they have no standing then freedom and liberty are for all practical purposes non existent. On this she is absolutely correct. We have a President whose entire background has been hidden in a blanket of secrecy. We have laws passed where the Con-gress was not (supposedly) allowed to read or debate. We are about to pass a most tyrannical trade pact (TPP) which the public are not allowed to access,,, but are required to comply,,, just given fast track by the incorrigible out of control dictocracy.

I commend this woman for at least questioning the tyrannical feral government. She has more backbone than 99% of the 99%.

I like her attitude. Too bad her income tax argument is off point. I have heard and read it all. The sixteenth amendment argument. The 14th citizenship argument. Sorry. Pure bullshit. We are a national federal republic. We all have dual citizenship. ALL political power risides in the people and we can alter or abolish our government at will. Under our system, the ultimate sovereignty rests in the PEOPLE. We have split that sovereignty between two distinct governments. The States under general powers, the fed under enumerated powers.

Now as to the so called income tax. There are 2 distinct defenitions of income. The first under the organic view of the constitutions is profit and gain as set forth by the courts. This does not include compensation for labor as it is an equal exchange. Labor (property) in exchange for money (property).

The second defenition is not universal. Those that voluntarily associate by application into the SS system WAIVE their constitutional/judicial protections of CONTRACT and PROPERTY in exchange for what the courts would classify as extraordinary protections paid for with money from the public treasury. THAT is a PRIVILEGE unless somehow you think you have any liberty or property in public money. The tax, that is THE PRIVILEGE EXCISE TAX  is an indirect tax not on the WAGE, but merely uses the wage to calculate the indirect EXCISE. SEE Article 1, section 8. Within the context of this system, INCOME is whatever Congress says it is. Barter income, wage income, tip income, gift income.

The SS Act is unconstitutional on its face that is true. Hence the excises imposed under its umbrella are a fraud. But here arguments and rants will get her nowhere.

"All the world's a stage,
And all the men and women merely players;
They have their exits and their entrances,
And one man in his time plays many parts,
His acts being seven ages. At first, the infant,
Mewling and puking in the nurse's arms.
Then the whining schoolboy, with his satchel
And shining morning face, creeping like snail
Unwillingly to school. And then the lover,
Sighing like furnace, with a woeful ballad
Made to his mistress' eyebrow. Then a soldier,
Full of strange oaths and bearded like the pard,
Jealous in honor, sudden and quick in quarrel,
Seeking the bubble reputation
Even in the cannon's mouth. And then the justice,
In fair round belly with good capon lined,
With eyes severe and beard of formal cut,
Full of wise saws and modern instances;
And so he plays his part. The sixth age shifts
Into the lean and slippered pantaloon,
With spectacles on nose and pouch on side;
His youthful hose, well saved, a world too wide
For his shrunk shank, and his big manly voice,
Turning again toward childish treble, pipes
And whistles in his sound. Last scene of all,
That ends this strange eventful history,
Is second childishness and mere oblivion,
Sans teeth, sans eyes, sans taste, sans everything." -- Bill Shakes

Everything 'legal' is fraud, null and void, from the beginning.

The 'legal name' is key to this fraud:

The Crown Corporation is the creator/perpetuator of all things legal (unlawful) and the comical catch 22 of legality is that; to be legal, you must be illegal. So I will do the break down for you.

    1. The body you are walking around in was created by your parents. It is their creation...
    2. You (the soul) entered the body on the first breath.
    3. The parents/guardians created a beckoning (name) for that body and that was their intellectual property...
    4. They put that name on the birth certificate and registered it...in that moment it was signed away to be copyrighted by The Crown Corporation. All things registered are surrendered to the crown by complete consent, knowingly or unknowingly.
    5. Soooo here is the catch...the legal name, date of birth and social security # are all on that birth certificate....it is all copyrighted by the crown so any use of it is copyright infringement.
    6. So the name your parents/guardians thought of to call you, was ignorantly signed away...

Here is the fun part. There are only 2 jurisdictions on this planet. The Crown's (legal) jurisdiction and your jurisdiction over yourself. Ironically on the third side of the coin that many don't see (the side) you can see that it is in fact ILLEGAL to use a legal name...catch 22 that duped humanity into being crappy creatures....for example...if you pay a hitman to kill me and the hitman and you both get caught, you would go to prison as an accessory to murder through omission...you did not commit the crime but you were party to it taking place...now let's look at taxpayers....they give cash to a "government" (latin breakdown - guverno means to control and mentis means the mind) that funds the military that kills children (I'm not saying just kids, I mean children of creation itself)...so through omission tax payers are accessory to murder...and soldiers...wow are they screwed when the truth comes out...

Little bit more info on The Crown Corporation or the Triple Crown
It is a company and it comes in 3 nation/states...there is only 1 country and I will get to that...
    1. The City of London State is a Nation/State (and I'll get more in depth with this one) inside of London, England. It houses Parliament, the House of Lords and The Temple BAR (to become a lawyer one must pass through the middle temple BAR). This is the Financial branch of the Crown Corporation.
    2. The Vatican is a Nation/State inside of Rome, Italy. The Vatican controls ALL religion (every single religion is the same, all focusing on telling people that the power and beauty of creation is external, they even have a middle man [deity/idol] to pray to...)
    3. Washington District of Columbia is the Crown's Military branch. People are duped into thinking that "America" is policing the world...when in reality it is the Crown controlling all of legality.

The City of London State is the only country on this planet. Everything else (China, Russia, Japan, etc.) is a subsection of this Corporation in the same way that Sprite is a subsection of Coca-Cola. When one passes the middle temple BAR and goes by the title of attorney or lawyer, they now have a BAR card...this is permission from the Crown to use that copyrighted material. The Crown never leaves once it has had boots on the ground. An obvious dupe for people calling themselves "American" is that The Revolutionary War ended in the Crown's defeat...they left their courts here didn't they? They left legality here didn't they? When the Crown finally left India...they left lawyers and judges, right? This is all a sham. "Legality is not reality" is a Maxim of Law, a Maxim of Law is the foundation of all law. At it's foundation it says not to see legality as reality. Another Maxim of interest is "Let he who will be deceived, be deceived." So this all boils down to the one and only thing that has ever mattered in this whole equation. You!

Nonsense.  This is opposite of what Buddhism, for instance, is about.  Yes there is a popular Buddhism of faith but that is an accomodation to the weakness or unfavorable circumstances of people, not an imposed regime.  A Tibetan friend recalls that during his years in the monastery every morning they would chant:  "May I not look for the Buddha oustide myself."

“That's right-I had a cocked and fully loaded AK-47 assault rifle

Uh, no...  It takes a lot of scratch (and a stamp) to own an assault rifle...  further, AKs don't "cock"....  she must have one of those AKs with an external hammer...  total bullshit artist and crazy to boot.  These are exactly the type of people that are drawn to the sovereign man movement...  the people gullible enough to buy the bullshit.

“All that the people need is a proper education, free of propaganda and lies - and I'm working on that. See Attachment A, entitled "Why Most Americans Do Not Inherently Owe Federal Income Taxes". Let me know if you want to write the introduction to my next publication-there are many more to come.”

I didn't get to Exhibit A, but unless it is because most americans don't have any income, then it's wrong...  and been declared wrong time and time again by every court that cares to hear the argument.

Nothing like a self proclaimed genius...  I'm guessing that should she have a debate with any rudimentary historical scholar, she would be mercilessly embarrassed.  Actually, she's clearly incapable of embarrassment...

“Answer me this, genius: if the original states were in existence before the federal government-with their own constitutional provisions for protecting their citizens' unalienable human rights- then why would state citizens need to claim protection for those rights under the federal constitution? They don't. That makes no sense. At all.”

Maybe it takes more than a month to learn the history of the world and, more specifically, american jurisprudence...  It just might be that some things have happened since the inception of the federal government...  but that's just a hint.

Exactly...  Accept it for what it is, some shit ass that is nothing more than a troll to the state.  The legal arguments have no validity (and, further, are frivolous), but yet some of the other shit asses that have infested this site refuse to accept it for what it is...

Many of the same believers are the same idiots who think that the bible is a literal text...  no really, there is an intricate loophole that was created for everyone to opt out of the system if you would only just follow these steps and not submit/consent to being ruled...  yar yar yar.  Total nonsense.

The hilarious part is that trolling the court by pro se, crazy indigents actually ends up winning quite a bit...  not due to the truth of the matter asserted, but because all the other relevant parties are public employees and would rather just go fishing than have to deal with the bullshit.  Unfortunately, some people take those victories to give validity to the truth of the matter asserted...  and they quickly end up in jail when they cross the wrong judge.

If the sovereign man movement would just sack up and refine its arguments back to the root, natural rights, then they might get some legitimacy...  but in attempting to convince everyone of the loophole, they've unwittingly consented to the legal system.

FBI admits using faked forensic science to put hundreds of innocent people behind bars (and have some sentenced to death)

“The Justice Department and FBI have formally acknowledged that nearly every examiner in an elite FBI forensic unit gave flawed testimony in almost all trials in which they offered evidence against criminal defendants over more than a two-decade period before 2000,” reports the Washington Post in a rare moment of truth-telling.

Astonishingly, 93% of the forensic scientists in the FBI’s hair analysis unit “overstated forensic matches in ways that favored prosecutors in more than 95 percent of the 268 trials reviewed so far,” reports WashPost. To pull this off, they used “scientific jargon” to bamboozle juries, making their evidence sound convincing even though it was entirely invalid. As usual, this science-based fabrication of false evidence was offered by egotistical, self-assured FBI scientists who sounded convincing even though they were misleading the court with false testimony.
