Boston Marathon Bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Sentenced To Death - Live Feed
UPDATE: *BOSTON MARATHON BOMBER TSARNAEV SENTENCED TO DEATH
Just over 2 years after the devastating explosions that killed and maimed many during The Boston Marathon, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is about to face his penalty. The jury of seven women and five men convicted Mr. Tsarnaev, 21, last month of all 30 charges against him, including 17 counts that carry the death penalty. After 14.5 hours of deliberation, the jury will announce at 3pmET whether he will face death or life in prison.
A death sentence would be the first for a federal jury of a terrorist in the post 9/11 era, according to Kevin McNally, director of the Federal Death Penalty Resource Counsel Project, which coordinates the defense of capital punishment cases. The last terrorist sentenced to death was Timothy McVeigh, the Oklahoma City bomber, who was convicted and sentenced in 1997 and executed by lethal injection in 2001.
The alternative is sending Mr. Tsarnaev to prison for the rest of his life with no chance of release, where he would join other terrorists on so-called Bomber’s Row at the federal supermax prison in Colorado.

EXPLAIN THAT. The man was at a football game within a month. He should have been dead. The actors were also followed in slow motion and the movements were nonsensical to say the least. Choreographed to be in place led to unusual exhibits of terrorized victims just standing there are wandering around in circles, yet not leaving the scene, as one would because, if there is one bomb, there may be another.
Not with this traveling show.

There is also no doubt that there were real injuries and real ambulances that took people to real, major hospitals where they were treated by real nurses. So there was a real explosion and real injuries. For sure.

Tsarnaev was both DEFENDED AND PROSECUTED by the U.S. Government. That should be first clue in how this young man got caught up in this conviction. The Defense team relied on an old strategy that Judy Clarke has been weaving for years, by agreeing "it was him" they laid the ground work for the boy to be convicted and sent to his death.
Clarke should be DISBARRED for her collusion with the Prosecution. People say, "but Jahar says he did it", but he never has stated this. Remember, this kid has absolutely NOBODY supporting him. The Defense he got was forced on him by the government. Clarke tends to show up at these types of high profile trials. They obviously told the kid he would die unless he went along with their ridiculous "strategy".
I've gone over this case in all detail. There is NO EVIDENCE he killed anyone.
He was convicted by EMOTIONS running rampant during the trial that was really not a trial, since the boy had no defense. Strong evidence supports Tamerlan was an informant with the FBI. The murder of MIT Collier has never been proven either.
Many facts and interesting information about this case exists that the Government is silencing Tsarnaev over to ensure YOU do not find out.
