Bloody Biker Breastaurant Shootout: New Footage, Details Emerge
Terrified patrons and flippant, scantily clad waitresses alike witnessed a rare “true biker shootout” at the Waco, Texas Twin Peaks Sports Bar and Grill on Sunday. Although details were initially sparse, the story seems to have begun when members of several rival biker gangs agreed to meet at Twin Peaks to discuss a territorial disagreement.
When tensions flared in the men’s room, the meeting to resolve what Reuters called “a dispute over a parking lot,” quickly escalated into a dispute in a parking lot where as many as five rival gangs brandishing bats, brass knuckles, knives, clubs, guns, and motorcycle chains set about attacking one another in a melee involving hundreds of bikers.
Police — who were aware that trouble might be brewing down at the Twin Peaks and who had actually warned the franchise owner that a biker brawl might be in the cards — quickly joined the shootout after the bikers “turned their guns” away from each other and onto the officers. In the end, the restaurant parking lot was littered with blood and bullets, 9 bikers were dead, 18 were injured, and 192 were arrested.

Two days after the harrowing high noon hostilities, details have begun to emerge. As The NY Times reports, the two instigating gangs look to be the Cossacks and the Bandidos who are engaged in a “long-running feud”:
Law enforcement officials said the midday gun battle was primarily between the Bandidos and Cossacks gangs, a continuation of a long-running feud between the two groups, though members of the Scimitars — a gang affiliated with the Cossacks — and two other motorcycle clubs were also involved…
The people arrested after the shootout at the Twin Peaks Restaurant, in south Waco, were charged with engaging in organized crime linked to capital murder, said Sgt. Patrick Swanton, a Waco Police Department spokesman. It will be up to prosecutors and a grand jury to decide what charges they will ultimately face, but capital murder charges can carry the death penalty.
With hundreds of bikers gathered at the restaurant, at the Central Texas Marketplace shopping plaza just off Interstate 35, the police anticipated trouble and were out in force before the confrontation. There were 18 Waco officers and four Texas Department of Public Safety officers there, and they closed in “within 30, 45 seconds” of the start of shooting, Sergeant Swanton said.
“There were multiple people on the scene firing weapons at each other,” he said. “They then turned on our officers. Our officers returned gunfire, wounding and possibly killing several”...
Both the Bandidos and the Cossacks originated in Texas in the 1960s, according to law enforcement officials and gang historians. Last year, two members of the Bandidos, including the president of the Abilene chapter,were indicted on charges of stabbing two other men, in what the police said was a conflict with the Cossacks.
“The view of the Bandidos is that Texas is their state,” said Terry Katz, vice president of the International Association of Outlaw Motorcycle Gang Investigators, a group of about 600 analysts, investigators, police officers and prosecutors. The Bandidos “are the big dogs of Texas,” he said, but the smaller Cossacks gang was “not going to bow down,” and there has been a series of violent confrontations between them…
The Bandidos are one of the few major biker gangs in the United States and the world. A 2013 national gang report produced by federal law enforcement agencies identified the Bandidos as one of five motorcycle groups — in addition to the Hells Angels, Pagans, Outlaws and Iron Horsemen — that posed the most significant gang threat around the country.

‘‘By the late 1970s local police and federal investigations began to expose the involvement of many 1% [motorcycle clubs] in drug trafficking, theft, extortion, and prostitution rings,’’ Quinn writes. Chambers was caught in 1972, when he and two other Bandidos were arrested for killing two drug dealers in El Paso…
In the mid 1990s, a ‘‘Great Nordic Biker War’’ between the Bandidos and the Hells Angels shook Scandinavia. At least 12 people died and nearly 100 were injured in the three-year skirmish, which featured unprecedented firepower for a gangland rivalry…
The two bike gangs faced off again in Canada during the late 1990s and 2000s. This time, the conflict — dubbed ‘‘The Quebec Biker war’’ — reportedly cost 150 lives.
Steve Cook, a Kansas City police officer who’s worked undercover in biker gangs told The Globe the following about Sunday’s shootout:
‘‘My perception is that the Cossacks have been flirting, if you will, with Hell’s Angels. If I’m a Bandido, my immediate reaction is: ‘These guys are going to try to make a move and bring an international gang into our state, which is going to cause a war.’’’
So there you have it. No other international gangs in the Bandidos' state — and that includes Twin Peaks franchises in strip malls.

Just about everything in this story has been a lie thus far...mainly through the media technique of editing out pertinent facts that contradict the false impression of events they are peddling. It would not be surprising to find out if an honest investigation were carried out (it won't be) that the militarised thug police were responsible for 90 percent of the deaths and injuries that took place. I am certain that the bikers themselves have little to no proficiency in the effective use of small arms. The media has thus far left the impression that all the violence was between gang members, and we know what a lying institution it is. Reality, if it is ever revealed, concerning this event, will most likely be the exact opposite of what has been portrayed thus far.

1. The biker meeting at Twin Peaks was set up weeks in advance. PLENTY of people knew it was going to happen. It WASN'T a secret. There were public notifications about it. The intention of the bikers involved was to establish some kind of cooperation.
2. The Waco PD were well aware that the incident was going to happen. THATS WHY they had 12 cop cars in attendance at the restaurant - BEFORE anything went bad.
3. It's completely possible that SOMEONE in the biker clubs used this incident to stage a brawl deliberately. In other words, it's possible that the incident was a set-up. WHY? Because the Hells Angels want a piece of the action in Texas, and the Bandidos will move to stop them. And yes, there are rumors that the Cossacks are affiliating with the Hells Angels. So you see the connection now.
4. SURE there was a major biker brawl inside the restaurant. Maybe a couple of guns went off in the restaurant. BUT there is NO evidence right now that ANYONE was shot dead inside Twin Peaks. There is PLENTY of evidence that nine bodies were laying in the parking lot after the incident was over. It is completely possible that the Waco PD killed ALL of the dead people - outside the restaurant.

OK, I have to tell my biker story. I was working a retail outlet selling TVs and stereos many years ago. In walked a group of local bikers wearing their colors. Usual pack of thugs, except for one guy who looked like a clean cut boy scout leader. Said he was the new club president and was going to change things. The club (gang) was going to be honest and respectable from now on. We had a long talk and he told me they even had life insurance for the members. I jokingly said be careful you don't end up with a pair of cement shoes. A few weeks later I read in the paper the guy was killed by a shotgun blast. They also killed his ten year old son who was a witness. There may be some exceptions, but most bikers are ruthless murdering thugs.
What a shame to see all those doctors, lawyers and grandads either dead or in jail. Wait. Maybe not so much the lawyers.

Observations:
The overhead video appears to be taken from a drone. This video appears to first have been posted on YouTube the day of the incident, by "SR Videos" and originally contained a repetitious digital warble sound with a host of pops and clicks, versus the music currently accompanying it. This video, as many have noted, presents an extraordinarily compliant group of purported bikers being patient while they await further processing and arrest. Curiously, several if not most are not restrained initially, in any way, even though the zip cuffs were available. Further curiosity in the fact that some limited segments of this overhead video began to be included in mainstream media videos, but not until the next day (whereas, it was posted on YouTube the day of the incident).
As many have noted, near every available image presents bikers in what appear to be their Sunday best new pristine leather. Further, of the approximately 50 (of about 200 arrested) mugshots presented to date, not a single image presents any evidence of injuries which may be anticipated in a chaotic melee, brawl, gunfight or scuffle. Not a single facial injury, across 25% of those arrested?
There are only a few purported witness interviews across the web and no social media based individual accounts with original images or videos that I've encountered. The interview of the woman that purportedly found shelter in the cooler feels staged and not what I'd anticipate from someone that had recently experienced the purported intense life threatening circumstances alleged. From experiences as a past fire fighter, most witnesses to intense circumstances, especially those that encountered genuine life threatening ones, behave much differently from this woman.
The interviews with a single Waco PD representative all feel efficaciously scripted and staged. I've worked with a lot of LEOs in the past and few speak as fluidly, and none spoke that fluidly consistently, especially in times of high stress, such as may have been anticipated during and shortly after such an intense gunfight.
Eventually, there will be published arrest records, possibly full autopsy reports, grand jury documents and similar State provided items that will be available for dissection, but on the surface, everything about this incident and the way it has been presented feels like an obfuscating patina to me.
We'll see, if we're not all enraptured by a fresh incident within three days, three weeks and three months. In any case, while I don't feel informed sufficiently to form a qualified hypothesis to what agenda is in play and parlay, it sure smells like there are several being crafted simultaneously on this deal.

I want to say a special thanks to the Tyler that posted this thread. I figured it would just go away and no one would ask any questions even though there are so many to ask. I am a biker but not an MC'er. I ride solo most of the time because it just you against the world around you and if you fuck up you will likely be dead. I have been riding for over 30 years and I can ride any bike but what does it say at the top of ZeroHedge: On A Long Enough Timeline The Survival Rate For Everyone Drops To Zero. That fact applies to everyone and everything. The cops are out of fucking control and it appears that they want to accelerate their timeline.

The recent Waco Biker Gang “incident” has resulted in an eruption of expressions and polarization, with various sides utilizing it to propagate their agendas. These opinions and concomitant propaganda range across the entire sociopolitical spectrum from right to left, conservative to liberal, though I’ve yet to encounter much critical discernment regarding the fact that Governments themselves, through their institutions, alphabet agencies and agents, through selected and generally “justified” protected status, are the largest and most dangerous “gangs” in existence upon the planet.
Governments use identical or superior strategies to those used by other gangs. The following are some facts about our (collaborative) Government Gang (chapters), which appear self-evident and easily verified through their own documents.
> Governments obtain much of their financial resources through threat and application of violence, in the format of taxation, fees, penalties and assessments. No other organization comes close to extracting more tithe from people, incarcerating them when they fail to pony up or prevent their “citizens” from simply departing the Government’s territory and taking their accumulated wealth resources with them.
> Governments are the most heavily armed and militarized gang on the planet and utilize their weaponry where and as deemed necessary.
> Governments have the highest contingent of intelligence agents and covert operatives of any gang and utilize these resources to infiltrate and instigate violence and control competing gangs.
> Governments spread terror and grief across the planet through their tactics, threats and policies, while seeking to legitimize their authority through propaganda and violence, leveraging each or both, as deemed necessary.
> Governments establish and maintain strategic alliances, with each other, with corporations and even with gangs, cartels and other criminal enterprises in order to retain their power and ability to extract wealth, extort and rule their subjects. Some simple examples are Trade Treaties (now termed “Partnerships”), War Alliances and the Iran Contra affair.
> Governments, especially the US, force populations to accept and transact with their currencies which is indistinguishable from counterfeiting. Beyond allowing and promoting various loan shark tactics, Governments have established the entire body of rules by which local and global financial systems operate, transferring wealth and profits to networked partners while forcing their populations to absorb and mitigate losses realized (bailouts).
Governments are the greatest and most nefarious malevolent gangs upon the planet. Is it any wonder that other gangs germinate under such an environment, in opposition? The most glaring question I have, is why this isn’t the first recognition and foundation of our discussions and debates regarding gangs and their violence. The answer is also self-evident, inasmuch as most of us are complicit in retaining and maintaining Governments, through compliance and participation, as we enable the beast through our tithes, through voting, through seeking and accepting the scraps (welfare, unemployment, grants, tax “refunds” and social security, to name a few) tossed to us and through staffing their institutions and militaries. There is no judgment or criticisms of individuals being levied by this paragraph, merely reflections on the truth regarding gangs and governments, which currently are the primary game being played and parlayed, by most of us, really, by *all* of us. It may be productive to be honest about this, which is the ultimate expression of the Stockholm Syndrome and getting cozy with your captors.
