Paul Craig Roberts: The Eroding Character Of The American People
Submitted by Paul Craig Roberts,
How can the life of such a man
Be in the palm of some fool’s hand?
To see him obviously framed
Couldn’t help but make me feel ashamed to live in a land
Where justice is a game.—Bob Dylan, “Hurricane”
Attorney John W. Whitehead opens a recent posting on his Rutherford Institute website with these words from a song by Bob Dylan. Why don’t all of us feel ashamed? Why only Bob Dylan?
I wonder how many of Bob Dylan’s fans understand what he is telling them. American justice has nothing to do with innocence or guilt. It only has to do with the prosecutor’s conviction rate, which builds his political career. Considering the gullibility of the American people, American jurors are the last people to whom an innocent defendant should trust his fate. The jury will betray the innocent almost every time.
As Lawrence Stratton and I show in our book (2000, 2008) there is no justice in America. We titled our book, “How the Law Was Lost.” It is a description of how the protective features in law that made law a shield of the innocent was transformed over time into a weapon in the hands of the government, a weapon used against the people. The loss of law as a shield occurred prior to 9/11, which “our representative government” used to construct a police state.
The marketing department of our publisher did not appreciate our title and instead came up with “The Tyranny of Good Intentions.” We asked what this title meant. The marketing department answered that we showed that the war on crime, which gave us the abuses of RICO, the war on child abusers, which gave us show trials of total innocents that bested Joseph Stalin’s show trials of the heroes of the Bolshevik Revolution, and the war on drugs, which gave “Freedom and Democracy America” broken families and by far the highest incarceration rate in the world all resulted from good intentions to combat crime, to combat drugs, and to combat child abuse. The publisher’s title apparently succeeded, because 15 years later the book is still in print. It has sold enough copies over these years that, had the sales occurred upon publication would have made the book a “best seller.” The book, had it been a best seller, would have gained more attention, and perhaps law schools and bar associations could have used it to hold the police state at bay.
Whitehead documents how hard a not guilty verdict is to come by for an innocent defendant. Even if the falsely accused defendant and his attorney survive the prosecutor’s pressure to negotiate a plea bargain and arrive at a trial, they are confronted with jurors who are unable to doubt prosecutors, police, or witnesses paid to lie against the innocent defendant. Jurors even convicted the few survivors of the Clinton regime’s assault on the Branch Davidians of Waco, the few who were not gassed, shot, or burned to death by US federal forces. This religious sect was demonized by Washington and the presstitute media as child abusers who were manufacturing automatic weapons while they raped children. The charges proved to be false, like Saddam Hussein’s “weapons of mass destruction,” and so forth, but only after all of the innocents were dead or in prison.
The question is: why do Americans not only sit silently while the lives of innocents are destroyed, but also actually support the destruction of the lives of innocents? Why do Americans believe “official sources” despite the proven fact that “official sources” lie repeatedly and never tell the truth?
The only conclusion that one can come to is that the American people have failed. We have failed Justice. We have failed Mercy. We have failed the US Constitution. We have failed Truth. We have failed Democracy and representative government. We have failed ourselves and humanity. We have failed the confidence that our Founding Fathers put in us. We have failed God. If we ever had the character that we are told we had, we have obviously lost it. Little, if anything, remains of the “American character.”
Was the American character present in the torture prisons of Abu Ghraib, Guantanamo Bay, and hidden CIA torture dungeons where US military and CIA personnel provided photographic evidence of their delight in torturing and abusing prisoners? Official reports have concluded that along with torture went rape, sodomy, and murder. All of this was presided over by American psychologists with Ph.D. degrees.
We see the same inhumanity in the American police who respond to women children, the elderly, the physically and mentally handicapped, with gratuitous violence. For no reason whatsoever, police murder, taser, beat, and abuse US citizens. Every day there are more reports, and despite the reports the violence goes on and on and on. Clearly, the police enjoy inflicting pain and death on citizens whom the police are supposed to serve and protect. There have always been bullies in the police force, but the wanton police violence of our time indicates a complete collapse of the American character.
The failure of the American character has had tremendous and disastrous consequences for ourselves and for the world. At home Americans have a police state in which all Constitutional protections have vanished. Abroad, Iraq and Libya, two formerly prosperous countries, have been destroyed. Libya no longer exists as a country. One million dead Iraqis, four million displaced abroad, hundreds of thousands of orphans and birth defects from the American ordnance, and continuing ongoing violence from factions fighting over the remains. These facts are incontestable. Yet the United States Government claims to have brought “freedom and democracy” to Iraq. “Mission accomplished,” declared one of the mass murderers of the 21st century, George W. Bush.
The question is: how can the US government make such an obviously false outrageous claim without being shouted down by the rest of the world and by its own population? Is the answer that good character has disappeared from the world?
Or is the rest of the world too afraid to protest? Washington can force supposedly sovereign countries to acquiesce to its will or be cut off from the international payments mechanism that Washington controls, and/or be sanctioned, and/or be bombed, droned, or invaded, and/or be assassinated or overthrown in a coup. On the entire planet Earth there are only two countries capable of standing up to Washington, Russia and China, and neither wants to stand up if they can avoid it.
For whatever the reasons, not only Americans but most of the world as well accommodate Washington’s evil and are thereby complicit in the evil. Those humans with a moral conscience are gradually being positioned by Washington and London as “domestic extremists” who might have to be rounded up and placed in detention centers. Examine the recent statements by General Wesley Clark and British Prime Minister Cameron and remember Janet Napolitano’s statement that the Department of Homeland Security has shifted its focus from terrorists to domestic extremists, an undefined and open-ended term.
Americans with good character are being maneuvered into a position of helplessness. As John Whitehead makes clear, the American people cannot even prevent “their police,” paid by their tax payments, from murdering 3 Americans each day, and this is only the officially reported murders. The actual account is likely higher.
What Whitehead describes and what I have noticed for many years is that the American people have lost, in addition to their own sense of truth and falsity, any sense of mercy and justice for other peoples. Americans accept no sense of responsibility for the millions of peoples that Washington has exterminated over the past two decades dating back to the second term of Clinton. Every one of the millions of deaths is based on a Washington lie.
When Clinton’s Secretary of State, Madeleine Albright, was asked if the Clinton’s regime’s sanctions, which had claimed the lives of 500,000 Iraqi children, were justified, she obviously expected no outrage from the American people when she replied in the affirmative.
Americans need to face the facts. The loss of character means the loss of liberty and the transformation of government into a criminal enterprise.

Movie Theater Shooter has been here
n 2014, facing eviction from his Alabama home, John Russell Houser set out to make sure no one else could ever live in that house. He poured concrete down the drains and cemented the fuse box shut. He splattered paint and human waste all over the walls.
Related StoriesThe new owners found Houser had it booby-trapped: the gas starter tube in the fireplace was twisted out and ignited, the logs removed. "He was hoping the house would catch on fire. That's what the investigators told me," said Norman Bone, 77, who had bought the house for his daughter.
The man Bone once knew as a church-going neighbor had grown into someone better known by neighbors and colleagues as an angry provocateur. Police say his anger culminated Thursday night in a slaughter at The Grand 16 theater in Lafayette, Louisiana, leaving two women dead and nine other people hurt.
For decades, Houser lived and worked in the same area where he owned that home, in Phenix City and the surrounding cities. Since the early '90s, he had built a reputation as an oddball. It was then that he regularly appeared on a local television show, appearing opposite a Democrat as a radical Republican railing against women in the workplace and calling for violence against abortion providers.
"He made a lot of wild accusations," said Calvin Floyd, who hosted the show on WLTZ-TV in Columbus for more than two decades. "He could make the phones ring."
Yet Houser had a dark side that went way beyond talk. In 1989, court records say, he was accused of hiring someone to burn down a Columbus lawyer's law office. His wife and other relatives filed papers accusing him of domestic violence in 2008.

"As many times as I had him on it was obvious he had a screw loose," Floyd said.
The son of a longtime city tax official in Columbus, Houser received degrees in accounting and law but never applied to take the bar exam in Alabama.
Houser posted on an online career website that he was an entrepreneur who owned and operated two nightclubs in Columbus and LaGrange in the 1980s and 1990s. But his stint as a club operator ended sourly when he was accused of selling alcohol to minors at Rusty's Buckhead Pub.
In April 2001, the LaGrange mayor and city council voted to revoke all of Houser's alcoholic beverage pouring licenses based on five convictions of selling alcohol to minors in the span of a year from 1999 to 2000, according to a court filing. Houser appealed, but the court found the mayor and council acted correctly.
Houser put up the swastika banner in protest, according to an April 28, 2001, story in the LaGrange Daily News.

He told the newspaper he was "completely against" the Nazi philosophy but chose the symbol because it represents a government's ability to do what it wants.
"The people who used it — the Nazis — they did what they damn well pleased," Houser told the newspaper, accusing police officers of lying on the stand during his trial.
It was not the last time he'd invoke that type of imagery, according to the Southern Poverty Law Center. Heidi Beirich, director of the SPLC's Intelligence Project, said he'd been on the group's radar since 2005.
Last January, he wrote on one online forum: "Hitler is loved for the results of his pragmatism."
He also posted on a forum dedicated to the New York chapter of Golden Dawn, Greece's far-right neo-Nazi political party.

It was around 2007 that former Phenix City Mayor Jeff Hardin lost touch with Houser. They had a falling-out then after partnering on a project to flip a house. Houser refused to move his belongings after Hardin bought him out, he said.
"He was a little odd. He was pretty even-keeled until you disagreed with him or made him mad. Then he became your sworn enemy," Hardin said.
In April 2008, Houser's wife, Kellie, his daughter and others filed court papers seeking a temporary protective order against Houser, saying he had "perpetrated various acts of family violence" and had a history of manic depression and bi-polar disorder.
At the time, records show, Houser was vehemently opposed to the upcoming marriage of his daughter. A judge had Houser committed, but the man told his wife he would continue trying to stop the wedding and his "threatening behavior" once he got out of the hospital.
A police report included with the request for a protective order said Houser believed his daughter and her fiance, who were 23 and 26 at the time, were far too young to wed and that he was mad at his wife for not stopping the marriage.

"Kellie told me that she removed all of the guns from their house in Phenix City ... and he should not have one unless he obtained it illegally. She said he has made the statements that this wedding will not happen, although he has not overtly threatened anyone," the report says.
Neighbors recalled Houser as being odd but said they never saw signs that he was violent or dangerous or had guns.
Houser flew a large Confederate flag on a flagpole outside his house for a time, said neighbor Rick Chancey, but Houser later replaced it with a smaller rebel battle flag.
About seven years ago, Chancey said, Houser put a "doomsday-type" flier in neighbors' mailboxes warning that a global economic collapse was about to occur and everyone should pool their resources and work together.
By this spring, relatives had lost touch with Houser. In a divorce filing on March 24, Kellie Houser said she didn't know where her husband was.

The estranged wife was unsure where her husband had been living since they split. The wife accused John Houser of lashing out as she tried arranging a divorce, and accused her estranged husband of trying to get money from his mother by threatening suicide.
Kellie Houser said her long-gone husband called her as she left work on March 30 and asked for her address. She had recently filed for divorce and needed to contact him.
"He told me if I wanted to play games with him I'd better watch out because he always wins," Kellie Houser wrote in a court filing. He asked that any legal paperwork be sent to his mother. But Houser's mother told Kellie Houser that she had not seen her son in years, and that security at her retirement home had forbidden her son from entering or approaching her.
Police characterized him after the shooting as a drifter who hadn't spent much time in Lafayette. He had been living at least briefly out of a Motel 6; investigators found wigs and disguises in that room and said he tried to blend in with the fleeing crowd to escape the theater before running back inside when he saw officers in front of him. Someone should have shot this guy dead decades ago...if they won't lock these people up in mental wards.. they should be put down by local police or citizens....
Bob Dylan ashamed that justice in America is a game? I thought he would be proud since his people helped perfect that game.
so many STUPID people on this site
T :high praise indeed. you excepted of course..lol
The tribe successfully managed to transform the american society to an israelified outpost - a process that has been going on across the span of several decades.
Israelification is now the norm, deviate from that, and you will be ridiculed, called a "conspiracy theorist" (for pointing out facts), be called a "traitor", a "terrorist", a "racist", an "anti-semite", the list goes on and on.
This is why the average american ( USA a massive "Stockholm Syndrome") is more loyal (knowingly or not) to his slave master, an agent of a foreign government, namely i tiny shithole in the MidEast called Israel. The Neocons run the show in america, and while the americans were (and are) sleeping, drunk on tasteless entertainment and lies from the media, the Neocons tore down the law of the land. Americans are easy to entertain, set up a circus a few blocks down, then you can loot and wreck his house undisturbed.
The average american now talks like a zionist and acts like a zionist. Targeted killings and assasinations is now ok, even if it means the government will kill an american, without due process. That is why the american doesn't give a hoot when a highly decorated general (Wesley Clark) speak openly about detention camps for dissidents in USA.
All the way from the top to bottom, and sideways, the american society has a mindset "exceptionalism" and being "indispensable".
The joke is on the american people who buy the nonsense, lock, stock and barrel. Even truth or common sense cannot convince the american he is not exceptional and indispensable.
Truly a magnificent accomplishment, a nation that claims to be the spearhead for freedom and liberty, democracy and justice, is all but that.
Israel got USA by the nuts, and the american people seem to love it - the israelification of USA is complete, and with it, the justice system is now utterly corrupt.
Since recorded history man has sought justice and equality in our governments and we have only had brief moments(a few decades here and there) of good government.
We will never have lasting justice and peace on earth and quit trying to convince your readers to waste their time seeking this fairy tale.
Edgers are smarter than the average citizen so seek and put your hope in Jesus Christ.
Lyrics quoted from a Bob Dylan song, how apropos.
Nothing like quoting a horrible song-writer/singer from the 1960's to make the very incorrect assumption that what is wrong with America are her Citizens.
It is not the American Citizen at fault, it is an out of control and yet overpowering government, allied with an uncaring and complicit media, along with a slew of major corporations, who have trampled on the Rights of all American Citizens.
The prerequisite number of Americans needed to see us through this era of tyranny by standing up and demanding a redress of grievances, exists. By any standard, the measurement of just such a population exists in the tens of millions. What is missing, however, is the right LEADER.
The right leader should easily be able to get the silent moral majority out INTO THE STREETS. All it would take is someone who is not afraid to speak the truth. And this special someone would need to have the right combination of flair, attitude, and charisma, along with 'smarts' to get the job done. Why do you think so many Americans are latching on to Donald Trump's bandwagon? Alas, Trump may not be the RIGHT leader, but he is the only available mechanism at this time. Glenn Beck was able to garner and corral the masses early on, after Obama's first inauguration, however, he was quickly and easily ousted from FOX per the Soros demands. The Right leader should be able to get on the air, and the next day, have tens of thousands of US Citizens surrounding the Clinton compound, demanding her arrest for crimes against the Constitution, namely the selling of Uranium Ore mines to the Russians. The Right leader should be able to call for tens of thousands to march on Washington, D.C., to demand the Impeachment and conviction of Barack Obama for crimes against the Constitution.
The major fault of the American society and her people as a whole, is that they were too trustworthy for the past 50 years. The downfall of our society is due to a sustained, deliberate attack on our societies' morals, patriotism, and spirituality, per Joseph Stalin's famous quote. This deliberate attack began to be manifested in the 1960's, and now those same radicals are the ones in charge of our nation. So please, stop with the Bob Dylan quotes.
We all know the culprits--what we need is a leader. The American people are ready and willing to stand up for our Rights and our Constitution. But they need a leader whom they can trust with their lives, liberty, and sacred honor.
As for the right song to quote, how about that of Triumph:
Fight the Good Fight
The days grow shorter and the nights are getting long
Feels like we're running out of time
Every day it seems much harder tellin' right from wrong
You got to read between the lines
Don't get discouraged, don't be afraid, we can
Make it through another day
Make it worth the price we pay
The Good Book says it's better to give than to receive
I do my best to do my part
Nothin' in my pockets I got nothin' up my sleeve
I keep my magic in my heart
Keep up your spirit, keep up your faith, baby
I am counting on you
You know what you've got to do
Fight the good fight every moment
Every minute every day
Fight the good fight every moment
It's your only way
All your life you've been waiting for your chance
Where you'll fit into the plan
But you're the master of your own destiny
So give and take the best that you can
You think a little more money will buy your soul some rest
You'd better think of something else instead
You're so afraid of being honest with yourself
You'd better take a look inside your head
Nothing is easy, nothing good is free
But I can tell you where to start
Take a look inside your heart
There's an answer in your heart
Fight the good fight every moment
Every minute every day
Fight the good fight every moment
Make it worth the price we pay
Every moment of your lifetime
Every minute every day
Fight the good fight every moment
Make it worth the price we pay

Downvoted for dis'n Dylan!
Dylan was a talentless hack, as were The Grateful Dead and many other '60's bands. Some were great, like Simon & Garfunkel. But most of those bands at Woodstock were a reflection of the masses that listened to their crap. They were all about anarchy, disruption, and disgusting life styles. Somehow, during the '60's, man also went to the moon.
Those in the 'high-times' in the sixties, you know, the HS and college-aged kids listened to those bands. Again, many rock bands of the '60's had talent, and many of the band members had their lives cut short due to drugs.
Well, I was born in 1963, and didn't really discover good rock and roll and its spinoff known as Heavy Metal until the mid-70's. I was only 6 in 1969, and I was 17 in 1980. Some of the best rock bands and metal bands OF ALL TIME came out of the 1970's and 1980's. Rush, Iron Maiden, Queensryche, Black Sabbath, Dio, Ozzy, Dokken, Journey, Foreigner, Priest, Metallica, Motley Crue, Zeppelin, Loverboy, Triumph and tons more.
But we all know that TPTB who ran the radio stations in the 70's and 80's, refused to spin many of those bands. Metal just wasn't good enough for them. It was all controlled. So we had to suffer with the over-airplay of retreaded 60's music and 'POP'. And now, radio stations play 'Classic Rock', which is a slap in the face to those who really know great music. Thank God for the various ways we can now obtain and listen to music, without 'the man' determining what we should listen to.
Hell, even The Night Chicago Died was a better song than any Dylan ever did.
BTW, Dylan couldn't sing a lick.
Kudos to the Triumph reference. They are the other Power Trio from Canada that never made it out of the shadows of Rush. But still a great band.
Here they are doing "Fight The Good Fight" live.

Americans have no character, integrity or courage because their health has been compromised. Toxic vaccines, fluoride and GMO Frankenfood have made them into weak and fearful patients - not healthy and independent patriots.
The recent US House vote to ban GMO labeling and supercede state labeling laws is another nail in America's coffin and will continue the creation of a society of blindly loyal sick and dependent sheeple to their commonly perceived Establishment saviors.
The Recent GMO Labeling TravestyNaturalNews) "We should not raise prices on consumers based on the wishes of a handful of activists," said Rep. Mike Pompeo (R-Kan.), who just became consumer enemy number one after he decided to author a bill that destroys
any chance Americans have of knowing what's in their food, specifically whether or not they contain genetically modified ingredients, or GMOs.
What Pompeo isn't telling you, and in fact is deliberately covering up, is that Americans overwhelmingly support GMO-labeling (we're talking in the 90th percentile); you can view proof of that support here, here and here.
Pompeo, who has likely been paid VERY well by Big Food lobbyists to spearhead this initiative, has made it his mission to make sure that you and your family continue eating foods made from crops that are genetically
engineered to withstand high douses of Monsanto's Roundup, which by the way, its primary ingredient, glyphosate, was labeled as being "probably" carcinogenic to humans by the World Health Organization last spring.
Scientists also concluded that glyphosate is "genotoxic," meaning that it damages DNA and there's actually no safe level of exposure.
But Pompeo doesn't want you to know any of that. In fact, he's worried that GMO-labeling will only confuse you. Are you insulted? Well, you should be.
Named the Safe and Accurate Food Labeling Act of 2015 by a bunch of politicians who know next to nothing about GMOs, and the DARK Act (Denying Americans the Right to Know) by passionate food activists and consumer groups
who have practically dedicated their lives to bringing awareness about the dangers of GMOs, the legislation that was recently passed in the House Committeeprevents all states from enacting their own GMO-labeling laws, ever.
It also strips states like Vermont, which alreadypassed GMO-labeling, their right from doing so.
Below is a list of politicians actively working to keep you and your family in the dark regarding the dangers of GMOs:

Mussolini would be proud to see that fascism is alive and prosperous. Next stage will be nazism and even Adolf will be rehabilitated and is memory reevalued. The same people that once considered him a despote and murdere will follow his steps here as they are already doing in another part of the world. And that wiil seem normal as it was once in the Third Reich.
Israel was in the Third Reich?
who cares: you should pick up the book: "LOOK who's back" by german writer Timur Vermes..as you no doubt guessed,it is about herr hitler returning to modern Germany..lot a laughs and then the truth hurts.
most modern youts do not have the attention span for books, hope you are able to read a printed book not on your kindle or isomething. :>)
I for one am looking foward to that day... hitler was on to something, just went crazy on amphetemines and hatred of joos..
All part of the protocols.
The power of the People was subsumed by Abraham Lincoln in the 1860s when he couldn't convince Davis to sit down and negotiate the right kind of secession of the southern tier of states. By beginning a violent civil war brother against brother----regardless of what the cause was, yes, even ending slavery----they announced to the world that independence must be crushed. The states had no rights to create their own destiny and must follow the dictates of powerful few who had the better weaponry and machinery to produce them.
600,000 killed, 600,000 maimed, and crippled, 1.2 million families left without a man in the house, all that carnage, cities burned to the ground.
Since then, a global one world order, has been on the march with a succession of plutocrats, oligarchs, and single family dynasties like the Rothschilds who have controlled the sweep and flow of control over the "mediums of exchange" that ruile our lives.
The truth of things suppressed, buried, and massaged by sophisticated lobbies that invented the language of Spin that only a brilliantr linguist like Chomsky can see through and freely criticize. But no one is listening to him.
The character of the people was long ago assessed accurately by Neil Postman in, "Amusing ourselves to Death", and Chris lasch "The Culture of Narcissism in an Age of Diminishing Expectations", and "Four Arguments for the Elimination of Television" by, Jerry Mander.
There will be no hit the streets revolution in a country that has systmatically seen the people become the soft underbelly of the beast it once was.
Third world status is nearly upon us and within 2 more generations or less, will see the grey mantle of eastern europe descend, and cover 400,000,000 people in a cloak of lower class existence.
Think Czechoslovakia, with more land.
I'm so mad about the loss of American character that I'm going to write an article about it.
Maybe even get me a book deal.
You should spend more time away from your computer. This might improve your ability to engage in a productive conversation.
Fluoride works!
The current generation in charge (baby boomer) is stuck in the matrix and is too old to come out of it.
I've tried to get my parents informed - My Dad knows, it but won't talk about it around others for fear of looking bad. My mother is completely stuck in the matrix and gets frustrated and says, "I don't' believe you" know matter what I say/show her.
They weren fed the propaganda their whole lives and to change their entire emotional world at this point, is probably impossible.
As we are not our parents, our children and grandchildren are not us.
I have run in home sales calls for 24 years. These appointments are confirmed with a live homeowner the day before I go sit with them. The percentage of no shows has sky rocketed in the last 5 years. Who the fuck cares about a salesmans time and gas anyway right? Society. Every man for himself. Period. Hate to say it but it is the truth.
People have no more self respect or pride. When you say you are going to do something ''Do it'' and if you can't make the appointment have the courtesy to call. Disgusting pigs they are. Mostly because they were brought up in by single mothers and never taught courtesy. or come from dysfunctional families of which there are a whole shitload in the USA.
There may be a crap load . But not among the people I associate with. I am sure you got your share of leaches that you need to distance yourself from Dutch. This is not a USA thing.
Agreed but not nearly to the extent it is in the USA.
Most Americans have all they can do to survive let alone contemplate that there Government may be trying to screw them, If they did there would not be millions of jobs lost by companies going off shore, and NDAA and Patriot Acts and ...
What amazes me is the amount of people that never ask questions anymore. They strut around thinking they know everything. But its obvious they don't.
When I was young I always asked questions from older people. Older successful people. It helped me out later in life.
I never strutted around saying ''I am American and we are always right''. When its shown time after time that you are WRONG.
Someone told me once, that you learm more by asking questions than answering them.
They also told me it doesn't matter who the president is, just go make your own luck and good fortune.
So let me axe you this Dutch. How do USA fix this?
Good question. I really don't know. You can't force someone to start using their brain and asking questions.
Can't force thought. OTOH you could teach children logic and reasoning instead of how to regurgitate facts on command.
Not that there is any real chance of that any time soon.
I agree but children learn by watching, When parents use logic and reason, their children also do. Perhaps not right away because many are rebellious which is quite normal. but when they get older they do.
Have you ever had a converation with a Buybull thumper? They simply stop thinking and questioning. Just BELIEVE and yet they cannot show ACTUAL PROOF that their belief works.
Dutch Boy - After observing your comments for a few months I suspect your highly liberal minded. So I give you kudos for participating with more libertarian minded thinkers. But why do liberals feel the need to spend so much time bashing the belief in God?
To me religion is metaphysics. One useful part of it is about origination. The age old question of why are we here, are we alone, etc. I believe we are not alone and other beings have evolved far beyond what man can do. I do believe that such have an interest in our species. For me, I was raised Christian, that certainly tends to influence how I view origination questions or at least used to.
Moses and Christ were advanced thinkers. But one would actually have to read the entire bible to glean knowledge of origination from it. Most do not. I think what your trying to express is that religion (metaphysics) promotes intellectual laziness. If so, I agree we all should keep trying to answer the question of origination.
I have this funny feeling if we do meet God he would ask us "what took you so long?" As for myself I found if you seek God you will find him but it may not be the metaphysics many believe and stop there. I like quantum physics. It is realizing existence is a lot stranger than once thought. Moses never denied evolution, in fact Genesis written by Moses and supports it. I guess I agree that it is only partial truth but I believe it because he wrote the chain of living animals in order that came to be 3500 years ahead of what modern science stated.
You mentioned why cant a man just say yes or no and mean it? That is exactly what Christ taught. Let your yes mean yes and your no mean no.
It is hard to call myself Christian nowadays, I categorize myself as a Pandiest. I do get annoyed with Seek Truth because he condemns others to hell if they dont believe.
One, the bible has very specific references to such a place and it is referred as dense pits of darkness or a specific time for a specific group also it is not up to us to make such a judgement. I want to know about God/Process of origination because of curiosity. Because of potential fellowship, not because of fear of punishment I didnt worship the "right way".
Seek Truth has no right or power to decide anything after death.
Frankly, existance looks like a process of repetitive cycles with deviation caused by radioactivity. Todays God might be tomorrows gadfly. And if If I were God I would get so bored I would look forward to a recreation (which Christ specifically mentions). I will try and look after my brother because we are all interconnected.
Accounting trust is gone.
Everyone is getting tattoes so I gotta get tatooes
When you tell them it will be difficult to get a high paying job at a multinational company sporting tattoes ,they get all huffy and say ''What do tatooes have to do with my job performance?? '' They don't have a clue about image. They don't realize that the majority of the world thinks defacing your body with tatooes is STUPID.
Be careful to not take a general rule that have found to be true for most and apply it to everyone. You may fall in the trap of too much talking about how things need to be yoir way.
I really don't care what they do. However if someone comes to me covered in tatoes down his neck and arms and eyebrows and says ''I can't find a job''. I just have to SMH and walk away.
Cause I bet that happens so often right?, That someone just comes up to you covered in tattoos complaining they dont have a job. I bet thats never once happened to you. You're just a smug, self righteous prick....go fuck yourself.

I think people really just dont know what gay marrage is, its like something we export or import, I bet its on a T-shirt.
.
American character, thats a mix up
WE have had gay marriage here for 20 years. First country to do so. But American acts like THEY are first in everything./ And we don't have LGBT Nazis here pushing their lifestyle on everyone. Live and let live.
Eh, I have been at Train Stations and experienced Neo-Nazis looking for targets like Americans.
So you almost got that right. But I know what you mean.
There is no such thing, but in law, as "Gay Marriage". Just because it's law, does not mean that it exists. Gays 'getting married' is an APPARENT thing, so that ass fucking will seem mainstream. It's the sizzle, not the steak.
It Ain't mainstream, never will be. It's a perversion of the natural order, no matter who does the sodomy thing. Perverts, both hetero, and homo insert their dicks in a shit hole, where all the waste from man and woman is excreted.
Gay marriage is absurd, ridiculous, unnatural, hazardous to health, and an outrage. Butt legal.
There are as many insane, ridiculous, and absurd laws as there are sensible ones.
Good at pointing out citizens' failures, but bad at pointing out specific actions (that would actually work) to fix the problems.
Elucidate your plan at this blogsite, please,, PCR.
Start with the individual. When one person changes, their environment changes. You can stop playing the game by realizing it doesn't really matter what President or party is in power. Start networking with successful people and make your own luck and always keep mind active. (without drugs) either Rx or illegal.
dutchboy, much we agree on..but sitting on the beach enjoying your tan, while a tsumani sucks the water out to sea, well gets you killed in the end.. can't ignore the power structure, but it's a pleasant dream that you could.
the silk road was an idea that got aborted, little zh is what the internet might be, a school that can open or cleanse a mind..in the end .gov run by men ends with sociopaths doing crazy things..perhaps AI's who would not have human failings should rule, but then there is problems there too..
40 years ago I used to take drugs .. then found out about the True Law. I tried it and lots of things started going my way. my luck was changing. No one told me to stop doing drugs. it just slowly ''happened'. My so called 'friends' went away, as I became happier and luckier.
Dutchboy2015; What is True Law?
You have proven yourself a man in my opinion.
Did a similar post back in 2011,
"The American paranoia and love of violence runs so deep, I sometimes wonder if there are physiological or environmental factors at work over there. I promise you, somebody will take this post as an attack on America and ask me to stop "threatening" his/her country and threaten violence in return when I made no such overtures of threats, instead of reading it as it is supposed to be: An observation from the outside. It just amazes me sometimes how paranoid and violent Americans can be, for no discernable reasons at all. Is it all a projection of guilt for what they have done to others throughout their short history? Is it contamination by tetraethyl lead (A well known neuro-toxin that was used for leaded cars until about 10yrs ago)? I don't know, but I read that the average American has upto 60 times the level of TEL than those outside, thanks to its oil industry and cumulative effects of contamination)"
I tend have another angle. Quality of life is very stressful in the USA. People who work 80 hours a week to make ends meet is NOT healthy and not healthy for their offspring who tend to get ignored . This in turn leads to MORE problems. Its a vicious cycle.
When you have a President or people that cheer people gettin 2 or 3 jobs to make ends meet and saying ''its the American way'' you don't realize how sick people really are.
dutch,in ussa we pay people to not work, leasure out the ass on the fiat debt dole..it is driving people crazy, knowing they can do nuthing all day long and still have all the basics and more..in the end they value themselves as worthless trash, cause well that's what .gov handouts have done to them. abort your babies they ain't worth nuthin - whore your women they ain't worth nuthin - kill that nigger he ain't worth nuthin (see shooting in black chicago as example)
Yes, its quite sad. What we have done here is make people do some work to get their dole. Don't want to sweep the streets and keep the city clean and beautiful? Too bad, no more DOLE for you.
Dutchboy actually that is a great part of the Military.
I don't think this is an idea of the Nederlands or the USA, but from your experience in the Military.
But this is a good idea.
Why not task people on the dole with city clean up, sweeping, picking up trash in the parks, picking trash on the road side, and other ideas...
I hear people say ''he works hard''. What does that mean? Working 80 hours a week to put food on the table?
To me working hard would be like one summer job I had years ago. In a cement plant making concrete I-beams. Where when you came home at night you would fall into our chair exhausted. Every muscle aching.
Shut the fuck up, Donnie.
I remember when living in the USA, I drove taxi for a while while studying. I used to take little children barely old enough to walk and their mothers threw them in a day care center at 7 AM and then pick them up at 6 PM so they could have their ''career''
This made me sick to see.
Those ''kids'' are now the adults you see now. All fucked up.
Eat more lead paint chips....
It's the result of 60+ years of psychological conditioning by the Deep State.
The question is: why do Americans not only sit silently while the lives of innocents are destroyed, but also actually support the destruction of the lives of innocents?
Has Paul Roberts been noisy about WTC7 falling down?
I will quote something from the Gosho in 1253 by Nichiren Daishonin
''Those who go outside of their nation to wage wars of aggression, will suffer immense karmic retribution''
Collectively.
Karmic retribution can come back in myriad ways. economic strife, weather, calamities. When everything is out of balance, bad shit happens. Cause and Effect =The True Law
dutch, we would all like to think so...J Corzine laughs in your face.
Except life is long , even the lifetime after lifetime. So it all will catch up to Corzine and others.
You're an idiot.
Look for bad luck to befall you soon.
Somebody inform ISIS, Dutch has some rilly fuckin bad karma comin' their way. Be afraid. Be very afraid.
Yo, "withglee"...
Pancho de Villa: re
/www.patriotsquestion911.com/#Roberts
By my personal ongoing poll, only 11 of the 159 people I have asked know about WTC7.
It goes like this: They begin by bitching about something the republicans or the democrats did. I stop them right there and ask them to help me with my poll. I show them the WTC7 collapse on my phone and ask them to tell me what they're looking at. They can't. When I tell them and ask them why they know so much about WTC1 & 2 but nothing about WTC7 they immediately slide into denial. I ask them to call the NYC library or fire department. They don't ... but I don't have to listen to any of their propaganda driven nonsense about which party is the bigger rat. I know they aren't really paying attention.
When I read the Paul Roberts section I saw nothing about WTC7. It's the obvious smoking gun ... you don't have to be an engineer to get it. He should open every interview he has like I do my poll ... to see how informed (and/or honest) the interviewer is.
I'm glad they use that old picture of Fitts.
There is NO Need for him to mention WTC7. He states that the Twin Towers were brought down by Controlled Demolition! How much do you want out of him? Is he supposed to go into detail about the shoot-down in Shanksville? Must he point out the smoking crater with No wreckage but the debris field miles away? Must he go into detail about whatever hit the Pentagon? The impossibility of the flight 77 Trajectory? Would it make any difference? I doubt it!
Who the Fuck are You to be Saying how he should open Every Interview? How has your "personal ongoing poll" gone? How many people has your little poll enlightened?
In My Opinion, it's not neccesary to mention the "smoking gun" if you start out exposing the "Dead Bodies" for what they actually were, Controlled Demolitions!
Who the Fuck are You to be Saying how he should open Every Interview?
Just one of this country's 300+ million citizens.
All those other instances you enumerate were covered by the media. As I talk with people about this they can rationalize all those other instances as possible or plausible and thus to question them is to be a conspiracy theorist.
WTC7 collapse is different. You can't rationalize it. That's why no one in the public eye talks about it. That's why it's such a well kept secret.
When people like Roberts speak, they are speaking in a context. The context assumes we are a legitimate country with legitimate laws enforced by legitimate people. All you have to do is mention WTC7 and it becomes obvious we are no longer a legitimate country ... we are an occupied country. We don't have legitimate laws enforced by legitimate people. We have lots of rules set up to be traps for putting away people who are not part of the occupying constituency ... and to be ignored by the occupying constituency itself.
It's all about context. You can't talk about economics rationally when the actual context is not known and agreed on in the beginning. To do otherwise is just to strengthen the myth. Every time someone speaks, who is in the public eye and is not part of the occupying constituency, they should preface and obtain agreement that what they say is in the context of legitimacy ... and to point out in that in reality we are working in an illegitimate context ... we're rearranging deck chairs on a ship that has already sunk. When they don't do that, they likely just reveal themselves to be part of the occupying force. As they say, the best way to deal with the opposition is to "be" the opposition.
In My Opinion, it's not necessary to mention the "smoking gun" if you start out exposing the "Dead Bodies" for what they actually were, Controlled Demolitions!
You're entitled to your opinion ... but you are part of the problem. Run your own poll. There are very few people out there who realize that none of those buildings could have been brought down by airplanes crashing into them. But when you show them WTC7 you will find very few who think a building like that can fall down with nothing hitting it. The "you're just a conspiracy theorist" response goes away by simply asking them (1) why did it fall down? and (2) why don't you know about it? and maybe (3) why did the BBC announce it 30 minutes before it happened ... and then never mention it again. Not conspiracy theories ... just questions ... just very simple questions that force them to say what they're saying in a proper context.
It only has to do with the prosecutor’s conviction rate, which builds his political career. Considering the gullibility of the American people, American jurors are the last people to whom an innocent defendant should trust his fate. The jury will betray the innocent almost every time.
Prosecutors claim to win 95% of their cases. They also admit that 90% are plea bargained. They claim victory for all the plea bargains. Yet, when they go to a jury, they only win 1/2 the time. That means the defense wins none of the time if they plea bargain but has a 50/50 chance with a jury. Just an observation that brings what you say into question.
When I need to make vapid and idiotic sweeping generalizations of 340 Million Americans, I always peruse ZH comments for inspiration.
Then I realize that I will never reach the mastercraft levels of idiocy on display by most of the usual suspects.
These are seasoned professionals.

One of the greatest proofs of American failure is that once Protestant America is now embracing the papacy and submitting to it. It is a backsliding, blinded nation that lessens the distance between itself and Rome. Few seem to comprehend what a catastrophic event is approaching when the pope addresses Congress in two months for the first time in American history. Few seem to realize that the character of the papacy is unchanged from the days of the Dark Ages when she slaughtered untold millions of Christians. The United States help lead the world out of the Dark Ages, but is now leading the world back. Under papal influence persecution is returning and there will finally be a death decree for those who do not submit to their agenda. The signs are already there for anyone who is willing to face the truth:

Vatican Adviser Says America’s Founding Document Is Outmoded, Reveals Global Game Plan
"Top Vatican adviser Jeffrey Sachs says that when Pope Francis visits the United States in September, he will directly challenge the “American idea” of God-given rights embodied in the Declaration of Independence."
http://www.westernjournalism.com/vatican-adviser-says-americas-founding-...
This is the very reason the Founding Fathers sought Constitutional safeguards for us. "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion." They were very aware of the danger - "Liberty and Popery cannot live together." - John Adams, 2nd President of the United States.
The Constitution guarantees liberty of conscience. Nothing is dearer or more fundamental. Pope Pius IX, in his Encyclical Letter of August 15, 1854, said: `The absurd and erroneous doctrines or ravings in defense of liberty of conscience are a most pestilential error--a pest, of all others, most to be dreaded in a state.' The same pope, in his Encyclical Letter of December 8, 1864, anathematized `those who assert the liberty of conscience and of religious worship,' also 'all such as maintain that the church may not employ force.' "The pacific tone of Rome in the United States does not imply a change of heart. She is tolerant where she is helpless. Says Bishop O'Connor: 'Religious liberty is merely endured until the opposite can be carried into effect without peril to the Catholic world.'.
In two months when you see pope Franics addressing Congress and see him adored by our leaders while the media fawns over his every word and move, know that these developments are most ominous, that our leaders are working in blindness, that national apostasy is at full throttle, and that this path they have chosen will plunge the world back into the Roman horrors of the Dark Ages. America has forgotten the lessons of history and is therefore condemned to repeat the mistakes our Founding Fathers tried to save us from.
The authorities are making laws that restrict religious liberty. They assume the right that is God's alone. We see this fully demonstrated in their laws now forcing Chritians to celebrate same-sex marriage. They think they can force the conscience, which God alone should control. This work they will continue to carry forward till they reach a boundary over which they cannot step. God will interpose and national ruin will ensue. Unless she wakes up from the snare in time, this will be America's final and greatest failure.
Russia defended the USSA in its darkest days, when the crown wanted to take complete control back. but most AmeriNazis do not know this fact. Who cares about Rome, it is a has been, NaziAmerika is a greater problem to deal with for the world. And did your children join the army, the killer army ?
That's what we have been missing! A good knock down drag out between the bloody Papists and the heretical Baptists. That would get the country back to its roots again.
The dude sounds like a religious nutball that has an axe to grind. Most of us don't give a fuck. At least the catholics stopped preaching damnation and aren't running around talking about Jesus all day to people that don't give rip.
When this shit happens, you don't have a 'failure of American character' you have a nazi infestation. Ask zee Germans. Need to get some bug spray on the little bastards early on or they get everywhere.
a comment I read on zh really stuck with me, what Hitler did in Germany was not illegal, the Nazi government, and their financiers, " the people who make the laws were in full agreement with Hitler.
in america, Americans are following the rules as did Germans, of rules, and laws between govt. the fed, and capitalistism, and will end as Germany did.
And what if every single American was an angel? Exactly how would that change a thing, given that we have no power and are not the ones instigating any of this evil?
First put the blame where it belongs. The wars and destruction of other countries are decisions made by individuals, and they should be found out and exposed. Then you can discuss what to do about them.
Voting is a charade; it doesn't change anything. So that leaves only one method of change- violence. Pulling the State apart by main strength. Most people find this unnacceptable for a variety of reasons, and anyone who instigates changing the State and stopping its violent actions find themselves labeled as a "terrorist". There is a reason that we have the American Police State now, and that is precisely because the people that own it are aware their behavior is becoming more troubling as time goes on.
So how do you fix this problem without the destruction of this State? Can't vote it out, can't stop it. To make the claim that it is individual American's fault you have to admit that you are demanding armed revolution against the American State itself as a condition of innocence.
Okay, I was complicit for a long time in "sitting by while lives of innocents are destroyed, but also actually supported the destruction . . ."
I used to look at those civil asset fortfeiture reports that come out in the papers from time to time, a whole page of microscopic print detailing all the cash and personal property our good guys at the Fed and State took away from the evil-doers, never once considering that few if any of those forfeitures were the result of a conviction.
Well, they aren't.
Paul talks about America but this is really a global problem too.
IMPORTANCE OF READING & WRITING IN CREATIVITY
As some of you may have read before I like to read. But also, you can tell by my sometimes lengthy posts, write. Maybe I'll combine them into a book someday. I can thank many wonderful individuals in my family, school, and elsewhere for encouraging these habits and skills throughout my life. I have a to do list with numerous projects that tie together thoughts, facts, concepts among other things. And often I combine them into new and creative works so that they may both inform or inspire others.
An example is a Science Fiction book that I've wanted to write for some time. I had pulled together many sources and material. One set of information I decided to "Leak" to some friends and see how they responded. I am 100% confident these were viewed. The lack of reaction was surprising because I thought they would at least say something but not nothing. The concept for this book will not be revealed until released. However, I have been a voracious reader of all types of publications. Science Fiction is one genre that always fascinated me. Let's take Androids as an example. Android is defined as "a robot that looks like a person" - Merriam-Webster July 2015. Now if you combine the robotics of physical movement with the shape or a person and introduce Artificial Intelligence (AI) into it would you have a life form? As I mentioned before in America Jade Helm is allegedly using AI. And there have been many publications that are increasingly showing both advanced robotics used with physical shapes including people. When or if they are ever combined and become self-realizing will we accept them as a life form? Would we acknowledge and accept the Earth as a life form? This was previously discussed regarding the beliefs of Native Americans and others.

FACTS & EVIDENCE vs CONSPIRACY THEORY
Yesterday's science fiction or "conspiracy theory" is frequently tomorrows fact. And drawing new and creative ideas from many sources in order to create something new is an excellent source of Intellectual Property (IP). If you would like your children to not just be smart but creative encourage them to read more.
Just like many others around the world I have developed an exceptionally effective means of gathering together disparate facts and evidence. These are then used to discern a premise or premises through which I will subsequently draw conjecture(s) or conclusion(s). This is an over-simplified summary of a complex means that I use to create new ideas and IP. Think of it as my own structured, proprietary means of something like Scientific Method. At times of great pressure, urgency or danger this may also include applying some of them by taking a leap of faith. Out of respect for the ZH site policies I will do my best to not delve into these areas. But each step of this process will be as rock solid as possible with the time, resources, conditions and other factors taken into consideration. And therefore accuracy will be maximized and risks mitigated as much as possible.
BENEFITS OF UTILIZING ALL KNOWLEDGE
You may have seen an old post of mine where I pulled together a very long list of documentation during the Ebola scare. And I even pointed out the highest level of what you could consider doing to help protect yourself and your families. The potential for IP development of what I pulled together are significant. I drew from sources as far back as 2000+ years ago. Because frequently I have both seen documented and proven that the treatment and cures from the past work but are overlooked. And these treatments very often work in conjunction with current treatments. And shouldn't that be the overarching goal? Do what is best for the patient and draw from all sources available. In the financial sense the Universal patient.
Currently many people have been conditioned to think or label someone with the specific term "Conspiracy Theory". This has taken on a negative connotation where anything labelled with this term for any reason is then doubted by the many of those those that hear it. This is one means of controlling a message. If those in charge don't like the message it will be targeted, labeled and support will often dissolve. It is part of the Divide & Conquer strategy to ensure that any perceived threat is minimized or eliminated. It contributes to what psychology would label cognitive dissonance. All so that the status quo can stay in place.
INCREASING CONSEQUENCES OF FAILING FINANCIALS
Let me give you one example of how that can happen in today's world. I recall reading that in some countries you can now be evaluated by your doctor or at the hospital and also voluntarily or even involuntarily detained for psychological or psychiatric evaluation without explanation. And even without your knowledge or consent. This is not only deceptive, but fraudulent and against your free will. Like all of us we go to professionals to seek their help not be deceived. But there are methods now being employed as a means of silencing dissent, free speech and more. Did you or I ever have these assessments performed on us and documented without our knowledge and consent? I know I would never knowingly or willingly consent to any this. Would you?
This is just one of many means that can and will be used more frequently as time goes by. How many bankers have mysteriously died in the last few years alone? Quite a few. It seems as though increasingly we are seeing all types of ways where creativity, dissent and whistle blowers are silenced, harassed, threatened or possibly killed. I realize this is an extremely difficult choice to make in light of these points. If you have compromised you individual moral and ethical values please constantly reassess when is the right time to correct these past actions. You always have a choice. It's never too late until the very end. Do your best to choose the right time for you to make a positive change. Not only to help yourself but everyone. How many people would have to become victims in a public fashion before you decide something is serious is happening?

TRUTH vs TRUTH'S PROTECTIVE LAYERS
And by truth's protective layers I am referring to Neil Armstrong's comments in the speech below. As I recall this was a speech at a school. He is both a national and global hero for his space exploration efforts. He famously said "That's one small step for a man, a giant leap for mankind". He included all of mankind not just his country. And mankind will likely need to more clearly define, understand and show respect for all forms of life in order to progress. Neil is operating within the current world of truth's protective layers. He is in a highly visible and powerfully influential role. Does truth have protective layers? It certainly does in the financial sense for many. Should it?

CONCLUSION
Our Global financial system is the current patient. And so the financial truth about whether the diagnosis is terminal or not will soon be revealed for everyone one way or another. And nobody will like the revelation at the end of this current course. The sooner a Universal financial solution is created, agreed upon and transitioned to replace the current financial course the lower the risk will be for everyone that a dangerous or even disastrous events will occur. If no Universal consensus for a smooth peaceful change can be reached then those that seek to derail any efforts will be the greatest risk to solving this for everyone's benefit, including themselves. And in the turn the greatest threats to the safety and security of each and every one of us.

Too late. They allowed their primary guidance and defense mechanism to be co-opted and destroyed. Their brains. Humans are finished.
True.
The American spirit is based on rebellion. Now anything you say can get you killed by a cop, or gitmo'd. Free speech is criminal now which is a partial reason why so many people decryed the original patriot act as complete ass fuck of the constitution. All the aspects that made America great have been brow beaten and cowed out of us. The obscenely rich won, and until things get so desparate that throngs of people take back and destroy their societal prison they've created to keep us slaves, they will continue to win because they own EVERYTHING, and those with the gold make the rules. The real golden rule. You can't reason or bargain with the devil.
PCR is a piece of shit. His tedious and illogical pro-Russian arguments are mounds of shit. All the Russkyphiles on ZeroHedge are multiverses of shit.
Question: What word appears in all 3 above sentences?
Your name.
Very good.
Anyone who touts and lauds Russia over the USA is shit. Russia has been, is now, and always will be a land overflowing with homicidal maniacs who value mass murder, unspeakable tortures, and unbearable pain over anything even hinting of civilization. As a country, culture, and people, Russia has been, is now, and always will be a failure.
As mass murderers, though, Russians have no equals.
The predators-that-be in every fictitious nation are evil, nasty, horrible, destructive predators. In Russia, China, USSA, UK, Germany, Australia... you name it.
Your problem is, you imagine the predators-that-be where you live are somehow saints in comparison. You ignore facts, and pretend "the home team is best"... just like most people root for the home basketball, baseball, football, hockey, soccer team.
Look at the behavior of the predators-that-be in the USSA honestly and objectively, then you look at the behavior of the predators-that-be in Russia honestly and objectively.
Go ahead, do it. And I'm not talking about "historically" (before WW2 ended), I'm talking about our adult lives. The past decade or three.
What do you see? Compare the behavior of USSA and Russia.
Neither is perfect. Neither is pacifist. Neither completely minds their own business. But their behaviors aren't even remotely close to similar.
Russia has had some problems with immediate neighbors, and the villain in those are mostly arguable. But for certain, the villain in Ukraine is the USSA, not Russia. That is not arguable by any honest observer.
In contrast, the USSA has been invading and bombing and tampering and spying and droning and killing innocents in dozens of fictitious nations. And they've been practicing economic war too, via NSA, SWIFT and other mechanisms too. The abuse of the USSA is beyond anything in history, with the possible exception of the British Empire (difficult to measure, since their approaches were non-commensurate).
-----
If we consider times before recent history, I'd agree with you.
HOWEVER... I do not judge you or others (anywhere on earth) based upon what predators-that-be did decades ago. That's as unfair, unjust and absurd as one can get. Each individual is responsible for his/her own actions. PERIOD.
And in that context, the USSA is the most evil empire, and far and away the most dangerous going forward.
BTW, I'd much prefer quick death than a life of abject slavery. The actions of the predators-that-be in the USSA have created and encouraged the current global debt catastrophe. This will cause more death and destruction than any war ever. Quite possibly more than all previous wars combined before it plays out.
Yes, the banksters who are most responsible for this are "internationalists", meaning they don't consider themselves "Americans". They consider themselves "masters of all". However, they implemented the current catastrophe with the aid and blessing of the predators-that-be who call themselves the USSA. And so, the USSA shares blame.
I wouldn't live in Russia if you paid me. But at this point, I wouldn't live in the USSA if you paid me too. In fact, I moved away nearly 4 years ago, and I'm very glad I did. The predators-that-be in the USSA are much more dangerous than in Russia. That might be because the predators-that-be in the USSA have more power and thus more ability to be craven, diabolical predators. But it is a fact nonetheless.
Calling it the way I see it.
Russia has had some problems with immediate neighbors, and the villain in those are mostly arguable. But for certain, the villain in Ukraine is the USSA, not Russia. That is not arguable by any honest observer.
I can argue it -- and have -- that Russia is the villain. How could I so argue? Because I did about 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour research on the current Ukraine imbroglio, and contrasted what I read elsewhere versus what I read on Zerohedge: Reality suffused the former, while Russia agitprop suffused the latter. Frankly, the Russky spin re Ukraine is fifth-rate.
The abuse of the USSA is beyond anything in history, with the possible exception of the British Empire (difficult to measure, since their approaches were non-commensurate).
Jesus fucking Christ. Please review the behavior of the USSR. Its empire was the height of uncivilized depravity.
Once I realized that Zerohedge is barely nothing more than Russian propaganda, comments like yours were framed in their proper context, and Zerohedge began to bore me.
