Also, ones morality that guides their behavior mixed with an emotional bias (usually dislike/hate) is often taken/mistaken as rational thinking for most.

Even during the 50's the labor force number was never much over 70%. That leaves 25% unemployment as a floor at all times. What does that tell us about "labor"?
Barrons has known this the whole time of course, but haven't printed it till now because the prospect of an eminent rate hike is much more likely. Reality may start to emerge at anytime.

Tyler and most zero hedge contributors will have a reservation at Wesley Clarkes camp for the disallusioned. Screaming about "the system" as they are herded into trucks for the long journey to re-education. They need to learn to love "America" again no matter what. You must go along with the "program". You must never question. The system knows best. You will be focused on, degraded and called names like tin foil hat welding domestic terrorists.

Once loaded, the go to "Tools" on Firefox, then selct AdblockPlus drop down and select "Filter Preferences", then click the tab that is titled "Filter subscriptions" and make sure the check-box at the bottom left is unchecked that says "allow some non-intrusive advertising" and you are good to go.
I see no ads, take the advice of Spoon Boy.

How did you think they cover the costs of running this website with the endless research these guys do. The ads are the only way they can keep this website up and be able to eat at the end of the day. Do you go to work each day and tell your boss that you don't need a paycheck ? I doubt it.
On the upper right side of the page there is a donate link. I know it works because I have used it. As to the ads, I don't get any with my browser. It's nice, but sometimes I miss the asian girls....

Got ghostery from one of the cool dudes here @ ZH a while ago. Excellent, although it works better with a windows browser than mozilla.
Ghostery, adBlock and NoScript run great on the Linux version of FireFox also.
An attempt by the MSM to make it look like 'oh, we didn't know'. They figured they better ease into it after realizing the majority of the population is getting the truth on the net. Of course, pretty amazing how many dumbfucks are still out there.
Barrons is also a mere shadow of its former self. Ableson was skeptical about everything and it showed, Erin Arvedlund broke the Madoff story.

Many forget if you disagree with the MSM you are fringe, touble maker, unpatriotic, racist, and stupid. We cannot have people other then the MSM correct as it is not what sheeple want to hear and it dents the credibility of their masters.
Our education system is doing its best to destroy Critical Thinking. Political correctness is destroying freedom of speech unless of course your a politician, minority or MSM.

...yet there are still some fine, skeptical, critical-thinking yutes making it out the other side. Disturbingly few, but were there ever more? Are you sure?
Is the educational system making sheep out of otherwise rational, critical-thinking people? Or is it merely threshing out the wheat from the chaff? How exactly does a public school 'teach' critical thinking? Just like adults, some kids get it or they don't. I hardly think a volume-based assembly-line educational institution is the place to teach any kind of critical thinking. In fact, it's a good place to demonstrate the corrosive effects of mindless conformity and groupthink.
Pave I agree to a certain extent with your comment. Critical thinking at one time was taught and you had to defend your papers in school. Now it is a feel good everyone is a winner type of atmosphere.
I think children that do get it have parent/s that get it and use their skills.
Critical thinking is impossible apart from God (mind of Christ); He created the people who have the ability and the ones that believe they do because they have mistaken relative morality mixed with emotional bias and believe they are intellectually superior; God calls them literally STUPID. God is logic as well as rational as well as perfect in every attribute. It would be illogical for a moral agent, as man is, to believe that His creator is not the embodiment of morality and He is....the problem is we are not and that is the standard by which we ALL will be judged, thus the need for the Help, which He provided on that old rugged cross.
