Virgina Killer Sent "Suicide Note" To ABC, Says Massacre Is "Race War" In Reaction To Charleston Shooting
In the aftermath of today's latest tragic shooting of two Virginia reporters which was both caught live on tape the deceased cameraman's tape, and in a video clip uploaded by the alleged shooter who has since also passed away, the question asked by everyone is why did what he did. We now have the answer.
According to ABC, a man claiming to be Bryce Williams called the news tation over the last few weeks, saying he wanted to pitch a story, and wanted to fax information. He never told ABC News what the story was. This morning, a fax was in the machine (time stamped 8:26 a.m.) almost two hours after the shooting.
A little after 10 a.m., he called again, and introduced himself as Bryce, but also said his legal name was Vester Lee Flanagan, and that he shot two people this morning. While on the phone, he said authorities are “after me,” and “all over the place.” He hung up. ABC News contacted the authorities immediately and provided them with the fax.
In the 23-page document faxed to ABC News, the writer says “MY NAME IS BRYCE WILLIAMS” and his legal name is Vester Lee Flanagan II” He writes what triggered today’s carnage was his reaction to the racism of the Charleston church shooting:
“Why did I do it? I put down a deposit for a gun on 6/19/15. The Church shooting in Charleston happened on 6/17/15…”
“What sent me over the top was the church shooting. And my hollow point bullets have the victims’ initials on them."
It is unclear whose initials he is referring to. He continues, “As for Dylann Roof? You (deleted)! You want a race war (deleted)? BRING IT THEN YOU WHITE …(deleted)!!!” He said Jehovah spoke to him, telling him to act.
Later in the manifesto, the writer quotes the Virginia Tech mass killer, Seung Hui Cho, and calls him “his boy,” and expresses admiration for the Columbine High School killers.
“Also, I was influenced by Seung–Hui Cho. That’s my boy right there. He got NEARLY double the amount that Eric Harris and Dylann Klebold got…just sayin’.
In an often rambling letter to the authorities, and family and friends, he writes of a long list of grievances. In one part of the document, Williams calls it a “Suicide Note for Friends and Family”.
- He says has suffered racial discrimination, sexual harassment and bullying at work.
- He says he has been attacked by black men and white females.
- He talks about how he was attacked for being a gay, black man

In another thread I posted on a pastor who, because of a poorly stated question, nearly got beheaded in Iraq. The whole reason he and others were over there is because, outside of a few megachurch pastors in America + the Roman Church, usually coming to faith = losing your job, friends, and in some parts of the world it means death.
The bottom line of it is, what you are saying tells me that you probably grew up in a country where Christians were a majority for so long that they became lazy, complacent, and to quote the Matt 24:49 "begin beating the other servants, partying, and getting drunk." I grew up in that situation also, I was mad and left mainstream religion for a time, but eventually I got into history and into what the Bible taught about human nature. Pointing those teachings at myself, I realized that despite what the hypocrites are doing, despite MSNBC uncritically publishing everything it can against the book, it was true.
You can take it or leave it, but not everyone is accepting this book uncritically, and some are believing at great cost. God have mercy on the fat, lazy, hypocritical Americans whose lives ruin His reputation.

Indeed. I have been sober for close to 7 years and I attempt to help other afflicted drink and drug addicts. By far the most numerous are queers - more lesbos than sword swallowers. I worked at a small ABC affiliate similar to this one, PBS in a large market, and a govt/military access station in the #4 market at the time I was there. I used to do videography for commercial shoots but am well-aware of the elements involved in news story shooting. These people were on live. Videographers today doing live shots are wearing headsets to listen to the director's commands. They block everything else out because that is the professional thing to do. When it's live, they focus on the job because it's live. They don't expect some deranged individual to walk up behind them and start shooting. The videographer probably never even realized what happened..........................After reading some of the things in his letter and about him today, sounds like he was extremely insecure with a huge ego and a lot of hatred. It said he had been sending letters for weeks wanting to pitch a story? Either he never got a reply or they were ignoring him; maybe they thought something was wrong with him or weren't interested? I read that he had gone on a shoot with that reporter and she had said something racist; maybe he perceived something as racist? I mean the guy obviously had major problems; a person like that might perceive smiling at him as racist. She also might've thought something was wrong with him and didn't want to go on shoots with him anymore (and for good reason). I'm just speculating but those are the thoughts I had about the guy so far.

The camera guy had a pretty good quality camera which would have crystal clear images of the reporter being hit by bullets, if they were live rounds.

The cameraman would have dropped his camera instantly in shock. Instead he holds it still for another 2 seconds without flinching a muscle, doesn't matter if he was using a tripod or not. His head would have instantly been in pain and he would be deaf for the next several minutes.

1) TV Cameras sit on the SHOULDER for stability, that's not so easily dropped, even if you're spooked. And that's the fucking point of it, steady shot where the camerman is facing.
2) Cameramen are uniquely gifted to focus all of their attention on their shot, ALL OF THE TIME. They're not easily distracted. IF they were, you'd see more TV news reports where cameramen thought they heard something interesting off-frame and suddenly lost focus on their subject.

The "great" Santini & others have already high-lighted the most obvious points... but when you look at the first-person video taken & posted by the "shooter", well that video says it all... in addition to the lack of muzzle flash, deafening sound... the guy took 3 point blank shots at the reporter and there were no wounds, and she did not fall, on camera, but was able to cabably run away...
This event has many of the earmarks of the Walter Scott & Charleston "shootings"
The next few days will tell the tale, i.e. calls for gun control, new legislation, etc.

Then you have shot placement. Then the actual bullet type--ball, semi-wad, hollowpoint, etc. Scared people pump adrenaline almost instantly, and that needs to be accounted for as well.
Anecdotally, I've shot deer, through both lungs and the heart, literally exploding the heart, and the deer still run over 100-yds and leave hardly any blood. That was with a fairly large caliber rifle round...

And the initial aim was more or less center mass. Pull a pull to the right (common for inexperienced shooters) would have placed the impact right of center on an oblique target, putting the shot at upper left torso.. probably left lung.
