Virgina Killer Sent "Suicide Note" To ABC, Says Massacre Is "Race War" In Reaction To Charleston Shooting
In the aftermath of today's latest tragic shooting of two Virginia reporters which was both caught live on tape the deceased cameraman's tape, and in a video clip uploaded by the alleged shooter who has since also passed away, the question asked by everyone is why did what he did. We now have the answer.
According to ABC, a man claiming to be Bryce Williams called the news tation over the last few weeks, saying he wanted to pitch a story, and wanted to fax information. He never told ABC News what the story was. This morning, a fax was in the machine (time stamped 8:26 a.m.) almost two hours after the shooting.
A little after 10 a.m., he called again, and introduced himself as Bryce, but also said his legal name was Vester Lee Flanagan, and that he shot two people this morning. While on the phone, he said authorities are “after me,” and “all over the place.” He hung up. ABC News contacted the authorities immediately and provided them with the fax.
In the 23-page document faxed to ABC News, the writer says “MY NAME IS BRYCE WILLIAMS” and his legal name is Vester Lee Flanagan II” He writes what triggered today’s carnage was his reaction to the racism of the Charleston church shooting:
“Why did I do it? I put down a deposit for a gun on 6/19/15. The Church shooting in Charleston happened on 6/17/15…”
“What sent me over the top was the church shooting. And my hollow point bullets have the victims’ initials on them."
It is unclear whose initials he is referring to. He continues, “As for Dylann Roof? You (deleted)! You want a race war (deleted)? BRING IT THEN YOU WHITE …(deleted)!!!” He said Jehovah spoke to him, telling him to act.
Later in the manifesto, the writer quotes the Virginia Tech mass killer, Seung Hui Cho, and calls him “his boy,” and expresses admiration for the Columbine High School killers.
“Also, I was influenced by Seung–Hui Cho. That’s my boy right there. He got NEARLY double the amount that Eric Harris and Dylann Klebold got…just sayin’.
In an often rambling letter to the authorities, and family and friends, he writes of a long list of grievances. In one part of the document, Williams calls it a “Suicide Note for Friends and Family”.
- He says has suffered racial discrimination, sexual harassment and bullying at work.
- He says he has been attacked by black men and white females.
- He talks about how he was attacked for being a gay, black man

Amazing, more than 12 hours after this suicide note was sent neither WAPO, nor the NYT, nor CNN, nor HuffPost seems to have reported on it. Perhaps they’re too afraid to report something that counters their popular politically correct mantra. Ever been on LIVE TV interviewing a nervous person that's never been in front of a TV camera? It's intense and requires focus.
It's what young field reporters are out there to develop--the focus and intensity to get the job done without distractions, while keeping people suceptible to distraction on-point. It's not an easy thing to do. You have to ignore what's going on around the scene in order to stay on que. You have ONE TAKE and three or four minutes--there is NO ROOM FOR ERROR. It's stressful as hell and most young reporters can't handle it.
If anything, her three years of experience have taught her to IGNORE what's in her peripheral vision, focus on the subject, and get the nervous subject to focus, too. It's the only way to keep a live TV interview on track. (It could also be that she knew the guy was there--she knew him, after all--so wasn't surprised by his presence even if she didn't like it. She had a live broadcast to do; it wasn't like she could leave.)
Alternatively, the killer would be nervous as hell. How often does one shoot a couple people? The son-of-a-bitch was so pumped on adrenaline that he could barely function. I wouldn't be surprised if all but a couple of his shots missed. From the audio, it sounds like he emptied the clip with follow-up shots because he couldn't hit a damn thing. Think this is BS? I saw a cop use four shots from a .40 S&W to kill a 90 lb deer injured by a car--fired from five feet away. He was just nervous (and embarrassed, too); it's not often he had to use he service weapon in the field and he wasn't comfortable shooting it with an audience of onlookers. Now replace the deer with a couple of innocent people. Replace the onlookers with LIVE TV cameras. Crazy or not, it's going to make the shooter nervous.

Explain to our "lying eyes" why the shooter's hand is White.
Two reasons:
1. The camera's light meter detects more darkness than lightness in the frame so it slows the exposure and/or increases the aperture, causing light shades to over-expose. This is especially prevalent if auto-metering is set to average across the frame (which is the typical setting used by default and/or auto exposure settings) or center-weight the exposure, causing anything in the periphery to improperly expose.
Look at the pic; she's wearing a black blouse, the background is a dark brown wooden structure in the early morning shaded light, and a black gun in the foreground. The only light shades are her skin, the paper in her hand, the bit of [greatly over-exposed] sky in the background, and his hand.
In fact, the pic on Drudge has the center of the frame on her black blouse, which means the light meter is trying to properly expose something thats flat black. Anything lightly colored, especially on the periphery, will be over-exposed.

I keep going back and forth between thinking this event went down as it appears, and thinking it's a false flag.
There's some stuff that doesn't seem to make sense, but none of it is compelling enough to take a stand on as a definite indicator of foul play. Each could really be explained in some way, and they don't hang together well enough to form a coherent alternate picture.

The hand at first glance does look racially white, but you can see it is darker than the back of the reporter's hand.
You can also see that the little bit of palm showing is lighter, in what seems a characteristically black way.
I think the killer is partially white. Some pictures of Flanagan also make him look very light.

I don't think most gun stores would allow you to pose for pictures with you finger on the trigger, or really allow any photography in the store for security reasons. just saw the media interview of the lady reporters "fiance." He showed not a lick of emotioin. Virtuually no facial expression changes of any kind. He simply stated, "I just lost the love of my life," and that was that. "It was incredibly sudden and immediate." WTF? Anyone else perplexed by the interview of her boyfriend and father on the day of the murder? I mean, if my girlfriend was murdered I don't think I'd be contained enough to get in front of a camera stone cold sober nor would her dad be able to either. Of course I'm just a peon though... Once again most of the posters on these stories are being proven wrong with a quickness. Two BBC reporters were filming the car chase and were forced to delete their footage by Virginia police. The reporters then tweeted about why the police would want to destroy possible evidence.
