Former Senior Aide to FOUR Presidents Outlines How and Why the Elites Want to End Physical Cash

Phoenix Capital Research's picture

As we’ve noted previously, the War on Cash is accelerating.

In recent months:

1)   The SEC and other regulators have implemented legislation allowing Money Market Funds to lock in your cash for up to 10 days during the next financial crisis (meaning you cannot get your money out).

2)    The FDIC has implemented legislation permitting it to seize “systemically important” banks and convert their deposits into equity (the dreaded “bail in” used in Cyprus in 2013).

3)   JP Morgan and other large banks have begun rejecting large deposits.

4)   France has banned any transaction over €1,000 Euros from using physical cash. Spain has already banned transactions over €2,500. Uruguay has banned transactions over $5,000. And on and on.

There is a widespread global campaign to eradicate physical cash. And we’ve now got a connected insider confirming it.

Dr. Harald Malmgren is about as connected as you can get into the Washington DC political elite. He served as a Senior Aide to FOUR separate Presidents as well the Senate Committee on Finance.

This is someone who KNOWS what global elites are thinking about the financial system and US economy.

Dr. Malmgren recently gave an interview to Sinclair and Co that is absolutely shocking.

The very first sentence:

Banks in the US and Europe are trying to develop a cashless transactions system… The concept is to establish a comprehensive ledger for a business or a person that records everything received and spent, and all of the assets held – mortgages, investment portfolios, debts, contractual financial obligations, and anything else of market value including pleasure boats, automobiles, and other machinery.

He continues…

Governments would very much like such ledgers to exist because they could view everything that is taking place financially in real time, including ability to evaluate net worth, patterns of spending and of earned and unearned income, and of course, an instant assessment of all taxable activities.

We’ve been warning of this for months. However, Dr. Malmgren is the one to “connect the dots” of the key players in this global plan to erase physical cash and financial privacy.

This is not a dreamy idea. Blythe Masters, the JP Morgan architect of organized market trading of modern asset backed securities like mortgage backed securities and collateralized debt obligations…is leading a new business effort to develop a universal cashless system. Not only is she gathering significant investor interest, but the Federal Reserve and various US Government agencies have become keenly interested in the potential usefulness and efficiencies of a universal cashless system.

https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/cash-policy-tool-interview-hon-dr-harald-malmgren-tavares

The above description gets pretty technical, so let’s lay it out in clear, simple language. This is the woman who helped promote and institutionalize the securities that blew up the entire financial system in 2008.

Having left JP Morgan (after a lawsuit in which Masters was accused of lying under oath), Masters is now driving a push to allow Governments to monitor everything you do with your money in real-time.

This is not conspiracy, this is fact. Masters is already meeting with top financial executives to promote the idea. And Central Banks LOVE the idea.

That’s a bold statement, but Masters isn’t the only voice heralding the coming of the blockchain. The Bank of England, in a report earlier this year, calls it the “first attempt at an Internet of finance,” while the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis hails it as a “stroke of genius.” In a June white paper, the World Economic Forum says, “The blockchain protocol threatens to disintermediate almost every process in financial services.”

http://www.bloomberg.com/news/features/2015-09-01/blythe-masters-tells-banks-the-blockchain-changes-everything

Anytime the Fed calls something “a stroke of genius” you can guarantee it’s going to be a complete disaster for Main Street. Especially given who’s involved in this mess.

This is just the start of a much larger strategy of declaring War on Cash.

Indeed, we've uncovered a secret document outlining how the Fed plans to incinerate savings to force investors away from cash and into riskier assets.

We detail this paper and outline three investment strategies you can implement

right now to protect your capital from the Fed's sinister plan in our Special Report

Survive the Fed's War on Cash.

We are making 1,000 copies available for FREE the general public.

Interesting. These fucksticks obviously have overlooked a fundamental problem with their plan. That is. Constitutional/judicial protections of Property and Contract. In our system, your labor/phsical assets are your property and what they are exchanged for is also property. So I go to work for whatever individual or business. We make an agreement or contract. Usually denominated in dollars. I get a paycheck. I take that paycheck to the payers bank and cash it. I obtain physical dollars that belong to me. If I am mugged on the way home, in law, its theft of PROPERTY. So both the law and the constitution recognize that fact.

But now they want to eliminate PROPERTY from the CONTRACT. Now I get paid via electronic deposit. That deposit, as it has been confirmed time and time again, represents an UNSECURED LOAN to the bank. Hence, the agreement (contract) is preempted in that I will be forced to contract using an electronic medium of exchange that is devoid of ALL constitutional/judicial protections of PROPERTY that, if it ever existed at all  must now be waived to a third party. Notwithstanding the fact that the FRN is nothing but debt based script the DOLLAR is really not a dollar anymore.

So where would we find a remedy? If I am to contract for dollars and the new form of electronic exchange exchange in law constitutues a WAIVER of PROPERTY, the WHO is party guilty of FRAUD. The government, or the so called employer? Because in effect, the contract may be for in exchange for something that does not exist, can never be possessed, and has no attributes of PROPERTY. What we have here is a FICTION. An illusion devoid of judicially protected RIGHTS

Accept what you get or starve to death??? Are you ready for civil war?

Since when have legal protections ever meant anything for the little people?  We have gangster government.  The law is whatever they want it to be.  The main issues driving every legal decision are:  Is there a little guy we can fuck, is there a henchman or crony kleptocrat we can protect, and how much money can we make in the process?  The law is just a psyops to help useful idiots believe that the system is still legitimate.

I call bullshit on this. If the piglets ban cash, how will they use the drug trade to line their pockets? Do you actually think Tyrofeeus the drug dealer will carry an I phone with square to process your pot purchase? Do a little research on the drug trade and who benefits from it. Also, what about prostitution? Will a twenny dollah crack ho carry an I gadget?

Thanks for the laugh :-)

blythe masters?? unk to most all the public, moving in the highest circles of finance and central banks..having contributed the most to 2008 crash, she is central to the next grand fuck you to the public..and this time it is for all the marbles, everything you own.. tracked - the digital device in your pocket now used for tickets, rentals, reservations is the chains of the NWO.

it is of interest that blythe the master of destruction in 2008 is still anywhere near the board rooms and levers of power today..almost like the plan of imploding the markets was the goal of the elite..in any business that was not criminal she would have been fired and removed.

It's an interesting and little reported fact that one of the main instigators of a financial crisis which cost countless their livelihoods and standards of living was an upper class white woman.

This brings to mind the writing of feminist Noami Wolf, who has been growing increasingly critical of the elitist, ethnocratic behavior commonly found among upper class Western women such as Blythe Masters, or among the growing number of wealthy Western women who are assuming positions of prominence in conservative, right-wing and even far-right political movements.

It's a grim reality that both upper class and upper middle class Western women are increasingly using the opportunities and possibilities that progressive & social movements made available to them to mimic the same individuals and groups who once denied them these things.

There are two types of blockchain. Those encrypted by the slavers (blyth masters type) and those encrypted by freemen (satoshi type). You get tp choose which one you use and the slave economy or free underground economy they will represent.

I have a Trezor Bitcoin hardware wallet. It's a small plastic device that connects to a computer with a USB cable and has a tiny screen. It contains the private keys and signs transactions internally, not inside your computer that may be compromised. The tiny screen shows a scrambled matrix of numbers to confirm your password so that key loggers and other thieves cannot grab your password. It does rely on a copy of the blockchain being held somewhere on an internet connected server. I was quite surprised to learn that the server it currently uses is owned by Blythe Masters. It doesn't have to use her server as the makers of the Trezor could easily arrange to point it to a different server. She just happens to have the best deal at this time to provide the service: free. It was a nuisance to hold the blockchain inside my computer and I'm very happy with the Trezor. I am rather conflicted about having this connection to her, but I know that my bitcoins are as safe as gold in my hands and it's very easy to anonomize my transactions.

Dude: I hate to break this to you, but your little "foolproof" device is easily broken. The system used will be>>>> waterboarding. You WILL give up your "password", or, you will die during the process. Thus, your "wealth" will be lost in either situation. If you do not believe me, well..... you will be labeled a "terrorist", thus all bets are off with regards to using any, and all methods to relieve you (and the reat of us) your/our wealth.

As firghtening as this is, it is guaranteed to be a gallactic failure. It will backfire on these puds, so hard and so fast they won't know what hit them. If they succeed in getting all the cash turned in (very unlikely), people will IMMEDIATELY make up their own currencies.  There were 100's of local scrips during the depression.  Gold and silver coins will be like, well, gold.  Impossible to find at any price, because virtually no one will take bank credit for their gold coin.

Bitcoin will go rabid.  They may try to outlaw it, but the chinese and russians aren't going to play ball and can act as 'safe spaces' for the servers.  When I first read about BitCoin, i knew the governments would come out with their own verison and track everythign we do through the blockchain.  It's irresistible to a totalitarian technocrat.

This is obviously designed to clear the way for negative interest rates, to eliminate the alternatives.  But anything can be an alternnative, gasoline, alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, casino chips, bubble gum.  If people reject this system by simply going around it, it could kill the banks and with them the dollar.

But primarily, if this doesn't wake the American public up, if this doesn't get them thermo-nuclear angry, then there's no hope for this place. Whatever it was or aspired to be is simply gone.

Wow. Who'd of thought the chinese would have to save US captialism from itself.  This world is going bat shit crazy.

When no one can trade freely with their own currency, then they will trade in metals. Gold, silver, lead and brass. Many of those trades will be at high velocity and do damage to persons responsible.

It doesn't have to be gold or silver.   In Europe after WWII cigarettes, coffee and chocolate were used as substitutes for money.     If the government bans money something else like perpaid phone cards, gift cards from big retailers like Walmart or money orders will quickly take money's place.
