ISIS Releases "Greatest" Piece Of Terrorist Video Propaganda In History, Tells US, Russia To "Bring It On"
By now, it’s probably safe to say that pretty much anyone who follows current events has seen at least one ISIS propaganda video. What began with clips of “Jihadi John” beheading Western journalists quickly escalated to footage of obscenely graphic executions.
The world recoiled in horror when the group’s Al Hayat Media Center released a slick, high-def production depicting a Jordanian pilot being burned alive in a cage earlier this year and from that point on, the group essentially tried to one-up themselves with each new video murder montage. Notable highlights include: putting a handful of “confessed spies” in a cage and drowning them, cramming four people into a maroon Toyota Corolla and blowing it up with an RPG, dousing three people with gasoline before hanging them upside down from a swing set and lighting them on fire, enlisting the help of some 30 pre-teenage jihadists to execute several dozen enemy soldiers in an amphitheatre in Palmyra, lining up eight people atop landmines on a fog-covered mountain side and making them watch as their executioners come riding in on horses out of the woods to light the fuse, and who can forget running over an SAA soldier with a tank.
Less violent clips have recently included a series of videos celebrating the massacre in Paris, two of which contained threats against targets in the US including the White House (which ISIS will “turn black”) and Times Square.
Of course the peculiar (and very surreal) thing about the videos is the production quality. Islamic State’s Hollywood specials are always filmed in crisp 1080p and more often than not, feature multiple camera angles, slick graphics, slow motion replays, and even artificial wind to give the whole thing a more dramatic feel.
Well, just when we thought we’d seen the best Al Hayat had to offer, ISIS released a video on Tuesday that very well might qualify as the most spectacularly absurd piece of terrorist propaganda ever created.
Over the course of four minutes and fourteen seconds, ISIS literally threatens every country on the face of the earth, shows pictures of its fighters grinning and horsing around like something out of a Gap ad, calls Bill Clinton a "fornicator", runs down the statistics on verteran suicide rates in America, brands Russia and France a "coalition of devils", says the US is too weak to put boots on the ground, speaks out against racism, and tells the US, Russia, France, and "all of you" to "bring it on."
We present it below with no further comment other than to say, once again, that this seems quite sophisticated for a group whose headquarters is supposedly located in a bombed out city in eastern Syria.

A U.S. investigation found that the deadly Oct. 3 air strike in Afghanistan that destroyed a hospital run by Medecins Sans Frontieres was a tragic and avoidable accident caused primarily by human error, a top U.S. military commander said on Wednesday.
Some U.S. personnel were suspended and could face disciplinary action after failing to follow U.S. rules of engagement in a war zone, said U.S. Army General John Campbell, who leads international forces in Afghanistan.
It remained unclear whether the U.S. military, even as it expressed remorse and wholly accepted blame, would be able to quickly mend its image in Afghanistan and elsewhere after the attack, which killed 30 people.
MSF's general director Christopher Stokes said in a statement on Wednesday that the investigation illustrated "gross negligence" by U.S. forces.
"This was a tragic mistake. U.S. forces would never intentionally strike a hospital or other protected facilities," Campbell said at a Pentagon news conference, releasing the results of the U.S. investigation.
MSF, known as Doctors Without Borders in English, has in the past publicly cast doubt on the idea that the strike could have been a mistake.
Detailing its own investigation on Nov. 5, MSF said the site's location had been clearly communicated to both Afghan forces and the Taliban.
"We apologise for leaving a witness alive when we destroyed the hospital."

A 1-2 years ago ISIS was openly recruiting media specialists via Twitter and FaceBurqa (terrorist version of FaceBook). Now they're yielding results.
It doesn't take much effort to produce high quality videos. Just like it takes $250K for every guided missile against a 50c bullet, it takes much less to make hollywood-type crap in the rest of the world. Africa, Russia, China, India and now ISIS are manufacturing their own top grade propaganda that puts our over-unionized Hollywood to shame.
How much does it take to make a video like this? 5 people working for about 2 weeks, 9 till 5. It doesn't take billions of dollars.
As for their propaganda hitting our home, it's nothing new. It reminds me of paper pamphlets that Germans air-dropped over Russia prior to the invasion. They were written in Russian and depicted prospects of good life under the new German leadership. They urged Russians to cross over and pledge allegiance to the Germans.
Nothing special here. And I've got to admit, I'm quite impressed with the message. Screw the fancy motion graphics. They employ facts and mix them with fiction in just the right proportion to make delivery effective. Like all lies, they need a grain of truth to sound plausible.

Videos - like websites - have styles depending on where they are produced, what the norms are in those places and who mastered them.
I've noticed that 1 or 2 UK websites I use are created and maintained in India and they are visibly different to (say) websites produced in the UK. Excessive use of irritating HTML5 features is typical in India. Choice of colours is another tell-tale.
And so it is with these ISIS videos, they have a distinctly Western look and feel about them and they're in 1080 HD resolution. This makes me think they are being produced somewhere in the West or at the very least by Western webmasters. I wouldn't think they're being produced by moslems in the Middle East.
My guess is that they are being produced somewhere in Europe and uploaded to head-chopping terrorist clients in Iraq or Syria via the Internet. They're only a few MBs so that's not a problem.

Well, I am not sure if Turkey is "the West" by that definition, but would you be really surprised if Jihadi Erdogan was involved?
In my view it's possible that the vids are produced in a place other than Europe, but they're being created by people with a Western culture for Western consumption. If there's a video/audio production studio in Turkey run by Westerners, that may be it. Or maybe there's one in Israel; Israelis are pretty good at this sort of stuff and a lot of them have a Western culture.
As to who may be pulling the levers, well, according to the French ex-PM on RT.com today, ISIS oil is being refined in Turkey and I guess it'll be Erdogan's son running that and making a stash out of it. No wonder his father ordered a Russian SU-24 to be ambushed and shot down. Whether the son is also involved in ISIS video production, who knows. That may also be his father.

Trust me when I tell you this; MOST people within Christianity's umbrella cannot tell someone or witness to someone what the gospel is or is not...meaning they are not a Christian. Even more true outside of that umbrella. The greatest example is Roman Catholicism. As far as formal religion, one can boil it down to just two: 1) God/Jesus or "god"/allah plus "good works" will get you into heaven or paradise as long as the good outweighs the bad & 2) God/Jesus has done it all. (true Christianity) Not a religion, but a relation of reconciliation between Jesus and the sinner based on love and forgiveness.
Then you have everyone else and their religions, the informal, which is just a set of moral principals they use to determine right from wrong in which they change with the winds of culture and violate when convenient and directly or indirectly impose on others. The best example would be humanism. Everyone has a religion in the broadest sense of the term.
