Putin Accuses Obama Of Leaking Flight Details To Turkey After Russia Releases Video Of S-400 SAM Deployment In Syria
As reported two days ago, one of the first decisions a very angry Russia took in the aftermath of the shooting down of its Su-24 by a Turkish F-16 was to dispatch a Moskva guided-missile cruiser off the coast of Syria to provide air cover for its jets operating near Latakia, as well as send an unknown number of ultramodern S-400 (or SA-21 Growler in NATO designation) SAM batteries to Latakia to make sure that the tragic incident from Tuesday never repeats itself by sending Turkey a very clear message that the next time a Turkish warplane engages a Russian jet, Russia will immediate retaliate using ground forces.
Earlier today, Russia made a very explicit demonstration of the deployment of at least two S-400 batteries at Syria's Khmeimim airbase, with the Russian Ministry of Defense promptly publicizing the arrival with the following clip.
With a range of 250 miles, the S-400 could easily strike Turkish targets, and as the map below shows, Russia could even take down targets over northern Israel. As cited by the Independent, Nick de Larrinaga, Europe editor of the defense magazine IHS Jane’s Defense Weekly, said it would be “a significant increase” in the reach of Russian air-defense capacities. “The message that the Russians are trying to send is that they’re capable of defending themselves in Syria, should the situation escalate."
Needless to say, the US was not enthused and earlier today the US embassy in Moscow said that the "Russian deployment of the S-400 air-defense system to Syria won't aid the fight against the Islamic State, with the US diplomat adding that the US is hopeful Russia won’t use the system to target planes flown by international coalition since Islamic State doesn’t have air force." Clearly a warning to Putin not to dare use the rockets against Turkish (or other coalition) jets.
So what is Putin's intention by escalating the military deployment of Russian weapons in Syria? Conveniently he explained his thinking just a few hours ago during his press conference with Francois Hollande. In answering a question by a reporter from French Le Monde, Putin said the following:
"The S-400 is an air defense system. The reason we didn't have the system in Syria is because we thought our planes were flying at high enough altitudes where a terrorist could not reach them; they don't have weapons capable of downing our planes at the altitude of over 3 or 4 thousand meters. And We could never think that we could be stabbed in the back by a country we regarded as our ally. Our planes operated at altitudes of 5-6,000 meters and were completely unprotected against potential attacks from fighter jets - we could never imagine that that could be possible otherwise we would deploy such systems in the area protecting our bombers against possible attacks."
...
"We never did it because we regarded Turkey as our friend, we never expected an attack from that side. This is why we regard this attack as that of a traitor. But now we that this is possible, and we have to protect our planes. This is why we deployed a modern system, the S-400, it has a pretty long range and it's one of the most effective systems of this kind in the world. We will not stop there: if we have to we will also deploy our fighter jets in the area."
Bottom line: another direct engagement by a Turkish fighter will be its last, and in fact now that Russia is prepared we would not be at all surprised to see Russia cross into Turkish airspace on purpose just to provoke Erdogan to repeat the events from last week, only this time with the Russian ready and prepared to retaliate to any engagement. In fact, the odds of Russia doing just that in the next few days are especially high.
But while the reason behind the S-400 deployment was largely known to most, where Putin's press conference took an unexpected detour was what he said just around 20:30 in, when in not so many words, Putin effectively accused the US of leaking the coordinates of the Russian plane to Turkey, which was merely a hitman acting with the blessing of the Pentagon.
This is what Putin said:
"We told our US partners in advance where, when at what altitudes our pilots were going to operate. The US-led coalition, which includes Turkey, was aware of the time and place where our planes would operate. And this is exactly where and when we were attacked. Why did we share this information with the Americans? Either they don't control their allies, or they just pass this information left and right without realizing what the consequences of such actions might be. We will have to have a serious talk with our US partners.
In other words, just like in the tragic bombing of the Kunduz hospital by US forces (which has now been attributed to human error), so this time the target was a Russian plane which the US knew about well in advance, was targeted however not by the US itself, but by a NATO and US-alliance member, Turkey.
And while the deployment of the Russian SAM missiles was already known, the real message from today's presser, the one that will be the topic of a private and "serious talk with Russia's US partners", is that Putin indirectly blames Obama for what happened on Tuesday realizing that Erdogan was merely the "executor", one who is simply motivated to protect his (and his son's) Islamic State oil routes.

Turkey still owns half of Cyprus after its invasion in the 1970's. Guess the "International Community" is still looking the other way on that one.
Why does Turkey always get a free pass? Maybe it would be a better place under Kurdish rule.
Checker tactics in a chess game ... result of.
Why pretend this is anything more than a war for competing gas pipelines?
The US and its proxies are fighting for the Arabian gas pipeline route through Syria to Europe, which Assad has rejected.
Supported by Russia, he favors the proposed Iran-Iraq-Syria pipeline -- which has incensed the masters of the puppet Obama.
Isn’t it that simple?
Follow the money…….
It's more than oil
Obama is looking for a huge power grab
all these manipulations with various countries have a purpose
The dark leader of the new world
Take ME, take Israel, boom
AC from DC
U.S. interest in Assad leaving is 1) Israel wants "Greater Israel" land grab, or at least control of adjacent nations. Remember, Israel has much control over U.S. government. 2) Arabian alliance with U.S supports petrodollar system for U.S., and helps Arabian budget deficits with gas pipeline to Europe. 3) Arabian gas to Europe, hurts Russian gas sales to Europe. Europe is controlled by U.S. and Israel;so will stop Russian gas purchase in favor of Arabian gas.
The purpose of Western Neo-Cons weakening Russia is to gain central banker control over Russia and suck natural resource wealth from Russia. This was occuring in 1990s during Jewish oligarchs control. Putin, a Russian nationalist, came into power through Yeltsin and said "NO MORE!" He used legal and quasi-legal methods to reverse oligarchs' theft of Russian wealth. Ever since then, the Jew controlled West has demonized him and tried to undermine his power to stop them. Ukraine is an example of West using subversion to weaken Russia.
All these things trace back to petrodollar support and Jewish controlled central banks' thirst to enslave the world through debt control. Any other reasons given are a facade(eg. human rights, democracy, WMDs, etc.)
the Western jewish controlled banks are ganging up on Putin just like they did on Hitler when he refused to pay anymore reparations for WWI. This time, their target has nuclear weapons that can destroy the world and this time, it's not just one country but two, China and Russia, that are the targets of the bankers. History doesn't always repeat, but it does rhyme, adn this time, it won't be the jewish controlled banks that come out on top.
I assure you that if this proxy war eventually triggers a nuclear response, no one will win. We all lose.
Because military people balk at throwing their lives away for some corporation's profit. So they lie and lie and lie and lie more. And the muppets go off to war, patriotism thumping in their hearts
What's that? There's too much noise... BOOM!
Turkey for Christmas.
Can anyone post this image here? I think it's worth having a look at a First Russian Nuclear Strike on Turkey!

Turkey is a proxy for the US, Vald know this.
Ain't nothing funny,,, bitch better have my money!
Turkish leaders are of a vampire origin by default.
OK someone explain to me why there is a legend on the photograph that has a 150 mile length on it. How does that make any sense? Either make it an even 100 miles to help people judge distance, or make it 250 to match the system being described.
Because in this case, scale is irrelevant. The big red circle in the map clearly shows the range of the system, so the scale was chosen for convenience, as it shows exactly what it needs to show, without distracting the viewer with too much detail or making things smaller than necessary.
Greece should get some of those considering that Turkey on a daily basis violates Greek airspace. Turkey says it has the right to defend its airspace even if that means shooting down jets of a friendly nation. Well, by the same token so has Greece then.
Am hoping Turkey ends up losing its illegal foothold in Cyprus in all of this, somehow...
Eliminate the Israeli jets in Syria while your at it, Putin! The root of all terrorism is there.
Both Putin and Medvedev have promised severe consequences for Turkey over the downing of that Russian Su-24 this week. While Medvedev has made threats about canceling projects and banning businesses, so far we have seen the same old passive aggressive measures we always see from these cretins.
For example, Russia’s consumer watchdog Rosselkhoznadzor just coincidentally “discovered” that imported chicken from Turkey was contaminated with listeria. Hmmm….I”m sure it’s just a coincidence that this discovery was made the day after Turkey shot down a Russian plane. I’m totally sure that had that not happened, the authorities would have stopped those imports because they definitely discovered listeria contamination. Actually I must confess I hope they are making this up, because if not I would not be surprised at all to learn that they were letting contaminated meat products into the country. Maybe we should thank Turkey for that.
Of course the situation with tourism agencies is another matter. It’s not clear whether tour operators are being forced or simply encouraged to stop selling tours to Turkey. Some companies, claiming patriotism but more likely fearful, seem to have voluntarily stopped offering package tours to Turkey. In more tourism-related wackiness, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement to Russian travelers.
“Due to continuing terrorist threats in Turkey, we reiterate our recommendation that Russian citizens refrain from visiting the Republic of Turkey, and we recommend that Russians staying there for personal reasons return home.”
Ah yes, “continuing terrorist threats.” That’s interesting. Where was that warning over a month ago, when this happened?
This is pretty much par for the course with the Russian authorities. At times they’ll flat out ban things, as with the so-called “counter-sanctions” of foodstuffs imports, but on other occasions Rosselkhoznadzor will suddenly “discover” some problem with imports from a country that just happens to be pissing Russia off the most at the moment. Then people online, possibly paid trolls, will talk about how they showed Poland/Turkey/Ukraine etc. It even happened last year with several McDonald’s restaurants, which were all closed for “sanitation” reasons. If you’re familiar with McDonald’s and other restaurants in Russia, you know why this is bullshit.
So this is the great superpower that Putin raised from its knees. Half the time it can’t even openly levy sanctions on anybody, and when it does it’s laughable because such sanctions typically don’t do any significant damage to the economies of the targeted nations. When Ukraine went Maidan, vatniks laughed about how they were going to freeze in the winter without gas. And like a judge at a chili competition, Ukraine got plenty of gas. The only people who were threatened by lack of gas for heating during the winter were in the rebel-held areas, where they were being “rescued” from the Banderite Nazis by Russia. Today Russia continues to play trade wars with Ukraine, but Ukraine continues to move forward, threatened only by its own homegrown dickheads.
So it shall be with Turkey. The Russian government will wage its passive-aggressive war of unofficial sanctions, typically dressed up as “safety concerns,” and all the while the Russian media will regale the babushkas and the rest of the assorted carpet-on-the-wall types with tales of past victories of the Russian empire against the Ottoman empire. Sadly, none of these people will ever notice the irony- that these historical tales are being told to distract from the fact that the much smaller, NATO member Turkish Republic just gave them a bloody nose and there’s really nothing Tsar Putin can do about it.
You are in interesting guy. Calling Putin and Medvedev cretins for fighting terrorist, the same ones who according to your own side's narrative did 9/11. Moooooo.
He is the poster boy of Russophobic cia trolls from baltic cesspool.
the real Putin's revenge against Turkey is happening right now. And it makes me a bit sick in the stomach. Either Erdogan will have a heart attack or he will start that WWIII now. Kurds, protected by the Russian air-force, are now advancing towards the Turkish border. The Turkish-backed rebels in this area (where the Russian plane was shot down) were totally eliminated by furious Russian air-strikes and Kurds are now gradually taking control of it - and so far, Turkey does not dare to drive the Kurds back like it used to, because Kurds are now protected by Russian jets.
So this is, my dear, what "tzar" Putin is doing. Why everyone keeps underestimating Putin after so many failures to stop him for so many years? Like one Russian said: "Putin is like a locomotive. Always forward, nothing stops him."
Kurds are now protected by Russian jets
any source of this info?
double post
sorrie...
I think is valid. I was told eight hours ago by Rus veteran it is ongoing for awhile, but no details.
No leaks of information from MOD, so info comes slow, like the SU24 rescue
was nothing until rescue complete, all SF away safe and all debriefed, then review..
MOD is very careful of facts
So shooting down a plane and possibly killing its two crew members, for a 17 second violation of your country's airspace and firing your deadly missile when it was obvious the trespassing plane was fleeing, is a gracious and sublime act in Zinu's tablet of good and evil.
All of your talk about Turkey blooding Russia and the illegal coup in Ukraine (Yanukovych had 2 1/2 months to use water cannon in the Madian during that harsh winter. Do you give him demerits or gold stars for that decision?) that you are so versed in remind me of a Trollus americanus. Am I right?
Moron! A month ago there was terrorism by terrorists in Ankara. This week there was terrorism by the Turkish government on the Syrian border.
But a troll such as you would never acknowledge the difference.
You have been commenting here for 4 weeks. Joining a couple of days before the Airbus disaster. Did the CIA or West Wing have pre-knowledge of that terrorism and send you and your forked tongue to ZH? Or did our Peace Prize Leader brief you and shake your hand?
Did they send you here a few days before they blew up 224 lives to familiarize yourself with the rules?
Grab your trolling ass in your hands and get it out of here.
dont let trick yourself
"Zinu" is an old member of zero hedge he is a latvian troll
and his old names are "newsoutlet" "message"
even his old twitte account is known here
99.9% of his comments are about russia and putin and many of his comments are copy paste
(maybe im the wrong one to say it but) his grammar isnt on a low level, so he avoids to communicate with members and end his senteces with "ha ha ha" and smilies
I think the Russian bombing of oil tankers aka shutting off ISIS money flow drove Erdogan into a rage. His son runs that ISIS oil company theft business. The USA probably egged him on. Turkey also wants that buffer for all sorts of shady business plus the USA and Israel want it too.
Now if Russia, Iraq, Iran, Syria and Hezbollah can stop the theft of oil in Iraq including the Kurds stealing it then the Empire of Z-evil will be really angry. ISIS funds will start drying up. The stolen oil in N Syria is probably $600 million a year.
Why so much butthurt, man? If you're Russian, then go and fix the problems you mentioned, do not bitch about it on the net. If you're not Russian, then why do you care so much what happens in Russia internally? Basically this: If you're Russian, go fix your problems, if you're not, then you're pathetic, as it seems you got no better things to do other than look for what's wrong in Russia. In the end, you're a pathetic loser one way or the other, because either you don't want to deal with your problems, or got no other purpose in life other than to collect Russian trash. Third option is that you're a paid troll, which makes you irrelevant, confirming what I've just written.
Than why ZH complains about US, EU all the time? Are ZH loosers or putin paid propaganda asset?
Don't ask me, ask Tyler, I do not own ZH or have a voice in what gets posted here. If you don't like what's being posted here, you're free to go and visit some other site. If stuff posted here somehow offends you, but you still visit the site, then you're a masochist.
Vice versa
You are free not to read my comments.
All you have done is avoid answering my simple question: Why so much butthurt?
Why is it that internal Russian issues interest you so much if you're not Russian? What internal Russian issues have to do with their actions in Syria or their actions against Turkey?
Vice versa, why your buthurt about my comments?
No butthurt, just questions, which you still haven't answered. You should now that unanswered questions tell about you as much as answers.
DO NOT FEED THE TROLL
Zinu is just a cunt paid troll. He can't answer until his masters give him the script
Vice versa - no butthurt to me too, just comments.
After evading, deflecting and dodging all my questions you confirmed my statement, let me quote myself here: pathetic loser one way or the other, because either you don't want to deal with your problems, or got no other purpose in life other than to collect Russian trash. Third option is that you're a paid troll, which makes you irrelevant.
And my thoughts have not changed about you too - putin troll. Bye!
butthurt because he lives in Latvia and harvests potatos all day
Hillary Clinton wants to marry you.
what the fuck are you saying?
Are you good at forgiving if your neigbour deliberatly hide your many foes and attack you cowerdly while u are cleaning the villages from those vampires?
if you think the bear don't have right to retaliate in someway go fuck and eat ut turk, asshole analyst
You are evil.
I hope nothing unfortunate happens to you.
The world would be a much better place, without you poising young minds. You should be expelled from ZH for spreading propaganda.
I really, really hate people like you.
Idiot.
Russia once again extended an olive branch to the US and the world after the Paris attacks. And what did the US do, shoot it down. The US have conspired with the Turkish to make this circus happen. Obama met with Recep in November http://www.reuters.com/article/2015/10/26/us-usa-obama-asia-idUSKCN0SK2SL20151026 and I am sure this is when the deal was done. Someone in the US should hit him with a fucking RICO charge it is so obvious.
Meanwhile, Recep has doubled down and is telling Putin that the Russians should apologize. This is an intentional way of getting Putin to act in an emotional state – to lose his cool. Recep is pushing his buttons.
So, for his filthy lucre, Recep is putting the whole world in danger. All it will take is for one NATO bird to get shot down – down easily with the S400 because everyone’s got an itchy trigger finger right now (just look at the volume of posts on ZH and number of trolls) and that’s what Recep wants. He wants his people on war footing because he knows all Turks are violent animals and will immediately regress back to the same Turks WHO SLAUGHTERED TENS OF THOUSANDS OF ARMENIANS AFTER CONFISCATING THEIR PERSONAL FIREARMS.
Recep is also stupid enough to take on Russia because he knows NATO will backstop him. THE STRATEGY OF THE US IS NOW TO USE PROXIES TO DO ITS WETWORKS AND WAR BECAUSE THE US PEOPLE HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF WAR AND SOLDIERS DYING TO GAIN NOTHING. Recep is being used like a 10 Euro Turkish whore begging for more.
There are 5 Eurowhores who will do it and yet some will do it for free if they like your looks.
BECAUSE THE US PEOPLE HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF WAR AND SOLDIERS DYING TO GAIN NOTHING.
I wouldn't say nothing. 8 trillion $$$ has been transferred to the .01% due to these wars waged vs the brown folks. They're borderless at the top and will stop at nothing until they have absolute rule of our future.
Since these(F-16, TRKmen Factions in SYR) are acts of TRKish Aggression, I don't think NATO Members are obligated to back TRK up.
One ITAlian Official called for TRK's ouster. Since we all pretty much know how deeply ingrained ISIL are with the Erdogan Administration and Family Businesses, it may be prudent for the Rest of the World to call out TRK as "Supporters/Allies" of ISIL on their War against SYR.
sad but true
the media covered this story very well
but what about this story on the same day? looks a tad suspicious.
along with the fact that the Russians shared with the Americans their sorties for Tuesday.
(Frans Timmermans, when Dutch Foreign Minister a couple of years ago, ordered the police to beat up the Deputy Russian Ambassador in the Hague.)
Now he is giviing Turkey $3 billion to shoot down a Russian bomber later that day or for already having shot it down.
Don't let anyone tell you that the Nazis lost WWII.

"to dispatch a Moskva guided-missile cruiser"
Actuall not a, but the cruiser Moskva, a Slave-class cruiser.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russian_cruiser_Moskva
The ship carries several rocket systems the one of interest: 64 (8 x 8) S-300F Fort (SA-N-6 Grumble) long-range surface-to-air missles.
I think Turkey will be dealt with after the Syrian operation is completed. Turkey basically controls the Turkish straits, and in case of agression, it can block the straits for the passage of Russian navy ships, which will jeopardize the Russian group in Syria. I don't think Putin is willing to step into such an obvious trap. If a Turkish jet wanders into Syrian airspace, it will be escorted out of it by a pair of Su-30s. It will be shot down only if it tries to engage Russian aircraft. The straits situation severely limits Russian options in this case and gives Turkey leverage over Russia. Supplying the group by air is too costly and unreliable.
I think that Russian response in this case will be more of economic in nature, hitting oil trade between ISIS and Turkey and banning Turkish imports.
I wonder how much Russian food ban influenced Draghi's QE? Oversupply in the market lead to price deflation, which was the primary reason for ECB's QE. So, more import ban -> more QE -> weaker Euro -> stronger Dollar -> reduced profits for US companies -> bear market in stocks?
mate i hope you are right.
I agree. But, if Turkey miscalculates again, and Russia shoots down a Turkish plane, and if Turkey attempts to close the straight, Istanbul will be toast.
Which brings to mind the only reason why the USgov had a hand in the Ukraine Orange Spring, was to eliminate Russia's Crimea Black Sea Fleet. Putin is no dummy. That is the why of "little green men".
Also note the ongoing NATO exercises in Eastern Europe.
Note the map in the link in my below comment. Just read the map and play geo-political-resources NATO chess to see what they are doing to Russia. They are putting a Bear in a very dangerous trap.

Well, should shit really hit the fan and an all-out war breaks out, you can be sure that oil supplies will be severely constrained. With only so many oil exporters left, Russia is the only world power left which is not an oil importer but an oil exporter. Saudis can be hit easily, as all their exports are tied to the Strait of Hormuz, which can be sealed pretty much easily by Iran with some Russian help. Don't forget the vulnerable Ras Tanura terminal, which can be hit by cruise missiles. Russia in this case can simply wait and choke the potential attackers to death energetically. It doesn't matter how much tanks, aircraft or other military hardware you have if you can't move them because their tanks are empty. The amount of energy determines how much power you have. The second question is will Germany and France wage another war against Russia, after being defeated once (Napoleon and Hitler) or will they step out of NATO? Will their population be willing to fight on the territory of Russia for unknown cause? Will their population be willing to freeze their asses of in the winter, if Russia cuts off energy supplies to them? How is their industry going to function without energy? What if Russia persuades some oil exporters into banning oil exports to aggressors which attacked Russia? With so many countries pissed of at USA, that would be easy. Trying to hit Russia with missiles is pointless, they have the best air defense in the world, besides, no amount of missiles is going to bring Russia down in an all-out war. If nukes come into play, the whole discussion of who will win is pointless.
The situation is very volatile, and it is only one step away when "US friendly" countries switch sides, leading to Russia not being surrounded, but to USA being left as the single player in the field.
This is why I like ZH. Iran alone, if it decided to go mad dash all-in-one spastic, could start lobbing their own missiles across the gulf to Arab shores, and game over for the Arab oil business.
Which is why the Bush/Obama 7 countries in 5 years plan... one of which is Iran, is insane.
Needs repeating .....
"The situation is very volatile, and it is only one step away when "US friendly" countries switch sides, leading to Russia NOT being surrounded, but to USA being left as the single player in the field."
Maybe Putin should publicize the Pentagon's Vision 2020 plans .... and then Russia's revision of it called ReVision 2019 ?
"Also note the ongoing NATO exercises in Eastern Europe."

Russia now, and the Soviet Union before them always had to assume that in a shooting war movement through the Bosphorus would not be possible.
It would be a mistake to assume that this hasn't already been factored into the equation, nor that it is truly necessary for the Russians at this point.
In general, Russia correctly sees that WWIII has actually already started - their actions in Syria are a very well staged, very impressive show of force and capability, truly an attempt to keep WWIII from expanding further.
The Zionazis in Washington and the EU live in their own Matrix and probably have fallen for their narrative, which makes them very, very dangerous.
Russia is trying to bring them to their senses, and I think its starting to have an effect, perhaps Hollande actually does realize that he is being played by the PNAC neocons...
The way this may play out in my opinion, is that the West may "save face" by letting the ISIS blame fall on Turkey and Erdogan. Since he is guilty of both fostering the migrants flood into Europe *AND* supporting the big bad ISIS, he is probably not very popular in Europe right now, less given that he might drag Europe into a real hot war with Russia via the NATO treaties.
TPTB may have decided to let Russia win this one and let Erdogan go down as the fall guy, and start another game (with exactly the same goals as the present game)...
Evil can be very patient.

If Turkey stops Russian ships from passing through the Bosphoros Strait it'd be the equivalent of a blockade, thus it could be considered an act of war. This is really getting closer.
Agreed, it is, in and of itself, sufficient cause for WW3.
Now we are in some branch of game theory.
If NATO's masters think that Russia will not go to war over closure of the Bosphorus, then they will close it.
If they think that that Russia WILL go to war over this, then they would not dare to close it.
The plane shooting might have been a way to test Russian resolve, or instead, the clue that the decision might already have been taken to light the touch-fuse that leads to closure of the Bosphorus.
This is why i think that a firm response is needed by Putin; he is sending the wrong signals through restraint, and encouraging the next slap.
Only my opinion, I am not professing to know.
The other big undercurrent at the moment, is whither the loyalties of the Iraqi state and government.
They are currently cooperating with Iran, Syria and Russia. This is a nightmare for NATO and its owners. If that cooperation can be cemented into an alliance, then Russia has a wide, contiguous land bridge all the way to the Mediterranean, via the Caspian. This would be a monumental achievement, and is within reach. Equally, it would be a monumental disaster for NATO and its masters.
In splitting Turkey away from Russian influence, the price to NATO might be to lose Iraq, because they have outed themselves as being supporters of ISIS, who in turn have rained misery on Iraq.
This is one to watch; these switches of allegiance are important, but the Iraqi one would be of seismic importance.
The CIA/MOSSAD appear to be trying to push Russia into a cold war with Turkey resulting in the Turk's closing the Bosphorus to Russia and thus nullifying Russia's Crimean base. Russia's options would be to funnel material to Syria via large supply routes from Iran and Iraq and then arm the Kurds inside Turkey. Russia would also start arming the Houthis perhaps with antiship missiles to sink a Saudi tanker or two. Russia would defend the Shia line from Lebanon to Iran, an arrangement that would become permanent. Putin would grind away at the Turks and at the Saudis until regime changed occured.
the napalm has been sprayed. all that is needed now is a spark.
This fucker's going nuclear soon. It's the only way out. Neither side will capitulate. Saudi Arabia has gone full retard, the bankers will not take a loss, NATO will not concede any land in the middle east, the world is addicted to oil, it's a mad dash for resources and supremacy of the new currency, proxy armies are a bunch of grab ass fucktards who can't even follow simple orders.
Russia can NOT capitulate. Otherwise, it will be nothing more that the US-Europe Oligarchs BITCHES... and nothing more. Russia has never been anyone's bitch, and they will not ever be anyone's bitch.

What adjustments would you make to today's current?
You can start by putting Turkey into region 7 and Eastern Europe into region 2... etc. Note: Israel does not exist in this map.
Crap, while you are at it, you can look into "The Pentagons New Map" and then figure out what bringing in the GAP into the CORE means.

Because we can hit Ankara with Iskanders from Crimea. But I don't think that we'll do. I'm afraid, if turks invaded Syria and attacked our base, we'd use far more serious things than Iskanders.
no, it is too far, unless cruising missiles
Russia has great ECM-electronic counter-measures.
They could just blank out the Turks' electronics systems.
i wonder when will turkey close for russian exit from the black see ?
This would be an act of war.
What really surpises me that they do not realize that in case of conflict, Russia will not hesitate to use strategic nuclear weapons. It is in Russian Military Doctrine - use of nuclear weapons is allowed against non-nuclear state in case of threat to Russian statehood.
As soon as the plane was hit, Russian Millitary started preparing for potential eacalation and retaliation. All is ready, it is just waiting a command from the president. That is their job they were trained to do.
That means that coordinates in Turkey territory are prepared and ready for entry into missile launching pads.
I find it surpising that Turkey thinks that Russian would not dare, they will. NATO will unlike to start the war because of Turkey.
The brain-dead Turks need to revisit some WW2 history and refresh their memories on Russian determination against those who threaten them.
They could easily find Vlad and Medvedev sipping tea over Erdogan's dead body in Ankara.
One wonders how Turkey would achieve that ...
If they blocked it with junk that would affect all other shipping trying to use it, which I believe would be a serious violation of the relevant treaty.
If they attacked Russian ships trying to use it, that would bring war right to the heart of Istanbul as Russia responded by attacking any Turkish plane trying to bomb them and showering debris down on the city.
Not so easy as you may think...
"Bottom line: another direct engagement by a Turkish fighter will be its last, and in fact now that Russia is prepared we would not be at all surprised to see Russia cross into Turkish airspace on purpose just to provoke Erdogan to repeat the events from last week, only this time with the Russian ready and prepared to retaliate to any engagement. In fact, the odds of Russia doing just that in the next few days are especially high."
Maybe. Putin needs to carefully consider that the US & NATO may move some of their own ground-to-air missiles into the area to attack a Russian plane trying to provoke Turkish jets by violating its airspace. The S-400 may be able to deal with a Turkish jet, but not a hostile missile...
A stickey wicket is no one invited the Turks or Yanks or foreign takfiri psychos into Syria. russia has every legal right the us does not.
Now, i am not suggesting this will matter, in terms of us/nato/etc. aggression - but note that the entire idea of international law, and the laws of war, have been entirely discarded by the US et al., who nevertheless will rely on absurd Potemkin legal pretexts.
But the whole world is watching the us ignore such laws and has figured out it has armed foreign mercenary proxies, in no small part to benefit Israel.
Sooner or later the Sunni and Shia may figure out the game and then unite enough to drastically change the outcomes envisioned by Oded Yinon and his 'intellectual' progeny.
be clear and just call USA government with the right name ... war criminals.
Even the USA laws say that a president cannot make war without approval. Bombing a country is very much part of war.
Ha!
You know why this is S-400 instead of S-300? Many are asking this question... The reason is that it can protect in case of esxalation against missiles. Read its specs - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S-400_(missile)
OK. You're saying it can take on cruise missiles as well as planes. That's good. I'll buy that spec.
WOW, can S-400s brew a cup of Earl Gray tea en route? ;-)
Britian's labor PM being bashed, even by his own party, for opposing war. Seems people are upset that he does not want Britian involved in bombing in Syria.
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/politics/Jeremy_Corbyn/12020590/Jeremy-C...
Yep, it's rather sad that in Brit politics those who oppose the war mentality exist mainly in Old Labour. HRH Blair was New Labour which was closer to Mussolini politics in trying to merge socialism with capitalism. That didn't work out too well.
There are a few muppets on the Right who oppose war but they are mostly "enlightened" people and Westminster isn't well populated with people like that. Most Tories lean towards "gung-ho, let's go get 'em".
Fk putin & his SA300, 400 crap... WW3 bitchez Like I said 4 submarines minimum waiting to sink that big boat... 2 aircraft carrier battle groups = 500 aircraft in area, what ever putin.... maybe 600-700 lost count. quatar, sa, uae 900 try us, israel 300 more el stupido... All his black sea ports shut down in a day... Especially if NATO sends there 1000 more... fk try us
Nato is dissolving with europe.
Expect to start seeing articles on same in a few months.
Do not assume that all NATO members will rise to the occasion. As R.K.H. alludes to, NATO is slowly falling apart at the seems now some of its members have finally realised that it's going flat out to start WWIII.
Yesterday in Greece: American and Turkish flags being burned.
And don't ignore that China hasn't entered the fray yet...
ROFL
Nato members will not defend USA nor Turkey.
They see what is happening and know that their people would tear the politicians apart... people have enough with "leaders" who try to start wars.
I wish you were right, but I don't agree.
Yanks and Europeans, will build their own gallows for a paycheck.
Can't comment on the rest of the world, don't know 'em.
The only noteworthy exception is Russia. Stalin and co had to kill 20 million disobedient Russians in order to preserve control. And today, it is again the Russians who stand tall, but nobody is giving them any credit.
Yanks and Europeans, will build their own gallows for a paycheck.

Working for the Yankee Dollar - The Skids.
The Skids were a Scottish band who captured it. Going to endless wars for the Yankee dollar.
They nailed it again on Into The Valley. Talks about how the British Army would recruit poor Scots for their endless wars. Specifically High Valleyfield near where the Skids were from in Scotland. Same deal with Scot-Americans in SE USA recruited for USA endless wars.

LoL
And one nuke in the vicinity and they are ALL gone.
Fwiw, since it is obvious that this was a premeditated shoot down (and I'm reading conflicting reports about whether it was in Turkish airspace at all or just the 'buffer' zone into Syria it claimed with no legal basis) of a plane hitting foreign terror mercs (apparently some Turkish) and since Turkey has directly supported isis, as has the us, we not only have Turkey acting as isis' air force, surely the us vichy regime thought this might be a quick and easy way to start world war 3.
Christian Europeans killing each other on a mass scale for a 3rd time in 100 years...
Cui bono?
War is the bankers' richest harvest.
It was definently in Turkey air space satellite feeds prove it! I'm really sorry for all u blind people that can't read a map...
Doesnt matter, really, it was a planned provocative action against a plane running a familiar pattern and clearly not a threat to Turkey, which is officially of course dedicated to destroying ISIS as well.
The point is people are trying to start world war 3. The idea will be to attack Russian forces and frame the retaliation as 'aggression' summoning nato as an org.
Got a link to this map of yours? I'll presume its an eminently reliable source?
4am ok will dig... Anywho Russia better stay out of NATO or else!
OR else ... you throw zero's and one's to them?
Go back into your Troll cave.
Turkey should be trown out of Nato and USA also... both are war mongers so don't earn a defense pact.
"It was definently in Turkey air space satellite feeds prove it!"
I've not seen anything like that.
In any case, the claimed Turkish right of self defence does not apply in this situation since the Russian SU-24 was not hostile and Russia & Turkey are officially supposed to be on the same side fighting terrorism.
Admit it, it was a pre-planned shoot-down by Turkey who used flight co-ordinates provided to them by the Pantygon.
+10, Smacker!
There was no threat to Turkish Sovereignty by the anti-terrist mission of the Russian strike mission.
Please, show this map to ZHers. Thank you.
Uhh, the Turks declared an exclusion zone airspace-wise, not recognized by the UN or other international codicils.
For 9 seconds.
only prob is the math..distance Turkey claims 9 seconds pass that would be near stall speed.
Turkey version has so many conflicts..their version is impossible several levels
and I know of no direct Turkey images...
Russian MOD story is consistent and more coming out...
Well, think back to when the Gay Crusader was going to launch cruise missiles at Syria.
The Russians blocked the coast and dared the Vichy Regime to fire over their ships. The Gay Crusader backed down in face of widespread opposition in the US and in the armed forces.
Now, we know Bath House is a secular muslim in thrall to his Zionist backers. He does nothing w/o their orders in hand. Problem is, he will eventually get to join the dead Kennedys if he refuses orders from the Banksters and the rest of the Deep State.
Get your money out of banks and into durable goods as much as possible.

Note to US Forces: I served as you serve now. I would never advocate you revolt or mutiny. You can, however, find creative ways to prevent attacks.
Meanwhile: Black Friday Saudi-style: Riyadh to behead more than 50 people.
Mini-ErdoHitler is smuggling ISIS produced oil, goat pumpers are beheading 50 people (all good medieval ages!), while Obama is still playing golf and installing apps on his iPhone.
Welcome to the new reality!
Have a cigar Obomber coz this time even the Great Satan is gonna get smoked if the thugocracy in Washing town pulls anymore Turkey crap. Cuba reloaded!
Enjoy the smoke Bub, as the end of the Mercan Century becomes obvious even to Mercans themselves.
Can't even spell... Funny! See I know we have kuwait, Iraq Afghan resources not even counted prob 3000 air craft fk putin! Not a scared kitty kat like most of u of put... Wants the black sea shut down he cant reinforce men trapped... Dead man walking...
I dont think you know much at all, Marcy.
You should treat your un-treated crabs.
You know your governments have turned against the people. Americans should prepare for extremely, severe shortages that happen in war. CYA. Defense and training.
Putin continues to use the non aggressive term "partners". Putin is bending over backwards, so far, he's truning into a pretzel. The man does NOT want war but worldwide TRAITORS want war. We need a war crimes tribunal NOW, before 2 or 3 Billion of us are murdered for bankers and the Military Industrial Complex. Defense and training.
Defense and training. And don't let your young ones join the military.
please let turks decide for themselves what is a thread to Turkey and what is not.
clearly some people in Turkey find disruptions of isis oil supplies a thread to Turkey
yeah ok, those goat pumpers are about to get a decent arse whipping and bitch slapping. Sounds good to me!
Looked like four huge launchers of Russian justice just rolled off that plane.
it ain't ova until it's ova. )))
Fuck the USA.
With an ally like that you don't need enemies....
Fuck the Deep State.
America can be free again.
Never condemn your country when it's the leaders who are under a thumb and out of control.
Free. What does that mean? Your leader represents your country. Get in the real world a bit.
Negative. He represents the votes of approximately 65M Americans, or roughly 1/5th of us. He represents the interests of approximately 150M Americans who receive government checks in one form or another.
he does not represent the rest of us, who are compelled by force to finance this insanity.
WE want nothing to do with him, his dual citizen advisors, or the free shit army that keeps us enslaved, again at the point of many guns.
A general strike or a tax rebellion of 10% of Americans would send this government to its end quite quickly, once the rest of the people realized that the .gov power is mostly against individuals and that it can't do shit if 10% flips them the bird.
Read that again. CAN'T DO SHIT.
Like Benjamin Franklin said: Gentlemen we must hang together, for if we do not, we will surely hang apart.
Or something like that.
Checkmate mother fucker !
While oBummer plays with his selfie stick, finding other uses for it.

That's the same site the Hodges guy is on. He is all over the place.
Not saying they don't have some interesting stuff, but it's a fear-porn site.
Hodges is terrible
These shenanigans are most assuredly not in the interests of the American People, nor the Peoples' of the other nations involved.
Russia has put the Lie to the US Deep State involvement in Syria.
First things first: The French need to abandon their vassal status to the Atlanticists. Otherwise they will continue to suffer from the schemes of the Money Power.
We find our situations reversed: It is now the Americans who are under the thumb of NAZIs. The French have not yet had a "PATRIOT" Act dumped on them. They should resist. I have always thought our French Brothers had more gumption to demonstrate and effect French Policy than the Americans' will at this point.
The Atlanticists power must be broken.
Get creative. Figure out how to passively monkey-wrench the "reptilians'" operation!
Turn down the heat.
Everyone is caught up on Syria right now.
I suspect the Atlanticists plan an offensive in Ukraine, which is currently below the radar.
They plan to open a two-front threat to the Russians. Empire mercs are now training Ukrainian NAZIs.
I am afraid there will be a large conventional breakout of war by spring.
I also hope I am wrong.
I think Terrorist USSA is going to kick both off at the same time.
+10 lakecity55
"They plan to open a two-front threat to the Russians."
I had exactly the same thought only yesterday.
And some of the shells or whatever en route to terrorists via Turkey and shown on one of the videos of a convoy that Russia bombed apparently had Ukraine/Cyrillic markings on them. So it looks like Poroshenko is up to his neck.
I wonder if Poroshenko and Erdogan go to goose-stepping parties?
I don't think the Ukrainians are that stupid. The next go around in Ukraine will mean Russia does to the Right Sector what they are presently doing to ISIS.
Anyone who is sober can see that if Russians had been in the Donbass in full force, they would have completely destroyed the Kiev armed forces... (which as a standing army don't even have the stealth of a guerilla movement)
Novorossiya will not need much help.
Debaltsevo turned quickly.
Your instincts are right. According to Patrick Buchanan:
https://www.lewrockwell.com/2015/11/patrick-j-buchanan/us-deliberately-s...
Ukraine has a tiny jewish population but hundreds of former IDF soldiers took part in maidan. The oligarchs are largely or mostly jewish, as are the president, pm, and chair of parliament.
But surely organized international jewry has nothing to do with the fuckery in ukraine.
Just act victoria nuland kagan.
Who were the Bolsheviks who murdered 25 million Christian Russians?
Battle-field nuke on couple of places along the line of the Oil Convoy to Turkey will stop the convoys dead.
OTR-21 TochkaThis is how you impose a no-fly zone without firing a shot.
Now do that shit one more time!
I can just see Samuel L Jackson screaming that
If ISIS or Daesh has no signifcant amount of tanks or armored personnel carriers, why did we provide the TOW system? Surely our planes could identify armor on the ground. Our systems are beign used against a nation which is fighting evil.
I just joined a site with Russian, Ukrainian, and former Soviet states included in the mix or the typcial Filipino, Latina, and Asians also well represented.
After 3 weeks, getting hammered by Ukrainans and Russians - all hot, looking for "love". I mean, some of them, smoking hot.
Everyhere else? Not so many letters. I'm averaging 10 letters a day from the Ukraine alone.
Methinks....a way OUT.
Been there, done that. You're not going to get laid. All you're going to get is pictures of some beautiful model and a sob story about why they need money.
I learned from an immigration lawyer, that if you sponsor one of these would-be brides, you are responsible for life.
If you want to see beautiful foreign women, go to met-art.com.
Been there done that.
GOT laid. You must be either comatose, or a dead person. I went on one of the loveme.com tours. EXCEPTIONAL women....was swimming in them.
Me, 23 other guys and 250 women Monday, 275 different ones Wednesday, and ANOTHER 250 on the first Friday. They rented out a nightclub - it was fish in a barrel.
Read my report above. No rookie to this.
And again...I was simply commenting on the vast numbers of women from Ukraine that are hitting on me like a nail at an Amish barn raising....
Is by it pay the letter?
I know most of these sites as have friends that run a legit site
Most sites Ukraine are fraudulent, enable scammers..suck only your wallet
Ukraine is scam dating site superpower
your hot looking for love letters often written by guys or grannys
It's "loveme.com"
I used the service before - went to St. Petersburg.....know the owner....actually, a fun time, and the women (oh my.............gawd)
I was just stunned by the number (15 and counting just today) of Ukrainian women....some from all over...but Ukraine.....holy moly
Yes, it is pay by the letter....not biting on anything....
So lets get this all strait, Russia installs an anti-aircraft system, designed to take out aircraft in multiple countries. Turkey, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, and Israel and this is suppose to make the world a safer place.
KaPutin has truly gone insane, bent on provoking WW3
You sound like a man of peace. If I stabbed you in the back, you would apologize for getting in the way of my knife.
Jesus would be proud.
