Declassified U.S. Government Report on Fukushima: “100% of The Total Spent Fuel Was Released to the Atmosphere from Unit 4”
We reported in 2011 that the International Atomic Energy Commission knew within weeks that Fukushima had melted down … but failed and refused to tell the public.
The same year, we reported in 2011 that the U.S. knew within days of the Fukushima accident that Fukushima had melted down … but failed to tell the public.
We noted in 2012:
The fuel pools and rods at Fukushima appear to have “boiled”, caught fire and/or exploded soon after the earthquake knocked out power systems. See this, this, this, this and this.
Now, a declassified report written by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission on March 18, 2011 – one week after the tidal wave hit Fukushima – states:
The source term provided to NARAC was: (1) 25% of the total fuel in unit 2 released to the atmosphere, (2) 50% of the total spent fuel from unit 3 was released to the atmosphere, and (3) 100% of the total spent fuel was released to the atmosphere from unit 4.
NARAC is the the U.S. National Atmospheric Release Advisory Center, located at the University of California’s Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. NARAC “provides tools and services that map the probable spread of hazardous material accidentally or intentionally released into the atmosphere“.
The fuel pools at Units 3 and 4 contained enormous amounts of radiation.
For example, there was “more cesium in that [Unit 4] fuel pool than in all 800 nuclear bombs exploded above ground.”

East Central Florida got their share.
It sucks to be me.
What's with ECF? I'm in West Central.
(also lived 15 miles from 3 Mile when it happened. Double sucks.)
March 13, 2011
I was working outside in my garden and had a telltale distinct heavy metal taste in my mouth, I will never forget it.
Although the timeline is not certain, a day or two later I promptly evacuated my dinner tho' I have a strong stomach for food and drink. Impulsive/ propulsive are the words I would use, and highly unusual considering no other symptomology.
Seems 'the cloud' was over us about then. I think the lucky ones were inside, but who knows?
The NRC/AEC/IAEA LIED about our risk and exposure to Three Mile Island, Chernobyl and Fukushima. Their job is to do damage control and hide the truth from the public. The first thing they did after Fukushima when the public demanded to see the radiation monitor data was delete any stations that showed high radiation levels. The NRC psychopath that did that is now the head of the EPA. You will NEVER see real radiation data from the government or the EPA radiation monitoring network.
Whether it was actually harmful to you or not is debatable. If it is NOT harmful as the government claims, then they should have no problem showing the realtime monitoring data to the public. If you have less tolerance for radiation for you and your family than the government considers 'safe', then too bad. The government will censor, hide or alter the data so nobody will get worried and complain, and you will never be able to figure out your exposure. The MSM stenographers will spew whatever the government tells them after an accident, i.e., completely safe - 'One banana dose max, maybe two'.
If there is ever another nuclear accident in the U.S. or elsewhere, you would be a fool to trust anything the NRC or IAEA says. If they ever tell you to 'shelter in place' in your area after an accident, then pack up everything you have and get the fuck out before they throw up roadblocks. Never trust the government when it comes to environmental radiation levels or food/milk/water contamination.
The best measure of particulate contamination after Fukushima in the U.S. was in either water treatment sludge (if river/reservoir sourced) or sewage treatment sludge. It was illegal to obtain a sample or have that tested after Fukushima - you would be suspected of being a terrorist if you even asked. That's how paranoid they were about you knowing how much contamination we actually had in surface water supplies.
Kevin Blanch said all this years ago.
Another good measure of particulate contamination would be automobile air filters. (Too bad JiffyLube doesn't save the old filters they replace.)
There is a reason my Washington and California have shut down their crabbing industry-and it sure aint the so-called "toxic" Plankton
Has anybody here heard of Galen Windsor? "The Nuclear Scare Scam"

they were finding hot particles in car air filters, in washington state. and I remember reading that boise got dusted stronger than the coastal area.
I'm in Seattle. About a week after Fuku went down, I clearly registered higher radiation levels about twice as high as background on my own personal monitoring equipment.

I'm sure it's nothing but the truth...
