Texas Police Chief Warns Obama Of "Approaching Revolution", Urges Citizens To Arms Themselves

Tyler Durden's picture

Randy Kennedy, the chief of the Hughes Springs Police Department (in Texas), is the latest in a string of police chiefs across the nation urging citizens to arm themselves following the recent mass shootings in Colorado Springs and San Bernardino.

In this brief clip, Kennedy warns President Obama that trying to take away American's guns will "cause a revolution," adding that the 2nd Amendment is "there to protect us against a government that has over-reached its power," exclaiming "you are not our potentate, sir. You are our servant."

As AP reports, Kennedy said his call to arms was the result of his disappointment with Obama's Oval Office speech Sunday in which the president vowed the U.S. will overcome a new phase of the terror threat that seeks to "poison the minds" of people here and around the world. The police chief told The Associated Press on Wednesday that he's not asking residents to turn into vigilantes or "become super action heroes."

He warned people in his town to prepare themselves: "Be ready when the wolf comes to the door, because it's on its way."

Kennedy is not the first to warn his citizens...Law enforcement officials in Arizona, Florida and New York also have recently prompted citizens to arm themselves - some using similar comments aimed at terrorism.

Wayne Ivey, the sheriff in Brevard County, Florida, said in a video post on the department's Facebook page over the weekend that political leaders appear more interested in being politically correct than protecting people. He urged residents to arm themselves as a first line of defense against an active shooter.

"The only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun," Ivey said.

Another Florida sheriff, Steve Whidden in Hendry County, this week encouraged more people to carry weapons because "we as a nation are under attack by radical Islamic terrorists."

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Arizona issued a statement Tuesday asking "legally armed citizens to take a stand, and take action during a mass shooting/terrorist event until law enforcement arrives."

And last week, Ulster County Sheriff Paul Van Blarcum in upstate New York called for licensed gun owners in his county to arm themselves when leaving home, citing mass shootings in Paris and San Bernardino, California.

I live in a county in Northern CA that has awarded about three citizens with the permit to CCW in the last ten years.  By all accounts, it is virtually impossible to get the permit and the county (Contra Costa) just takes the hefty fee and says no.  Without explanation.  You will not get an explanation, even if you ask.  But to me, this is not an issue; does not raise any negativity in me.  Life is too short.  I will carry any place I need to.  If I get caught it's my fault.  If it turns out I save someone some trouble, then mission accomplished.  Mission accomplished in any event.  I spent four years around some very crazy and violent types.  I fired weapons, trained with them, put them back.  Not a gun owning type.  Around the time I mustered out I said to myself that if I ever felt the need to own a weapon, I would.  That time finally arrived, 29 years later.  I am now studying and accumulating as quickly as I can.

Sunni Muslim Barrack Hussein Obama, an Indonesian citizen and President of the United States of America, is an ally and supporter of the Muslim Brotherhood and it's affiliates like Al Qaeda, ISIS, etc. He is the Muslim's "Manchurian Candidate" and his goal is the destruction of the United States of America from within. He has tremendous support amongst the political parasites like Harry Reid, Diane Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi, Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell and many, many others.

That's why trump has to be our next President.  Only he or perhaps Cruz will prosecute Obama and the HildeBeast for their countless crimes against the American people.

Obama knows he's in for it.  He looked terrible in that Sunday night speech.  Something is going on behind his facile facade.  Would be hard to sleep knowing you can't tell the truth about anything.  What a curse!  Sold his soul to the devil in exchange for never being able to tell the truth.

"in 2005 during hurricane Katrina, when guns were actually being confiscated from law abiding citizens?"

I didn't hear about this. Did it happen in New Orleans or surrounding parrishes at the time of Katrina? Were the citizens acting legally when their guns were confiscated? Who performed the confiscation?

Do you know of a link or article where I can read more about this?

can you remember when they banned alcohol in usa?  it was somewhere in the 20's-30's (?)

it reasuted in a boost of organized crime: number of alcolhol addicts rose after the ban (opposite from what the media claimed). the alcohol was produced illegal by criminal gangs. people who wanted alcohol, were able to get alcohol anyway.

alcohol ban was lifted in 1933 under 18th amandment - the only amadment which was repealed

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_amendments_to_the_United_States_Co...

talks about gun-law boosts gun sales

each speech of president on gun-restriction boosts gun sales

gun laws do not affect criminals from possesing guns and use guns - proven by statistc and reality

That said - I give him plenty of air cover on what he said but if I could get him off behind the barn where the "womens" couldn't see, I'd ask him what the hell is he talkin about with the "legal gun ownership" thing. He needs to get his head right on that. But I'm splitting hairs. Giddy up chief. We got yer back here in Franklin County.

I know I'm in the minority here, but I do believe restrictions should be put on the keeping and bearing of arms by people who clearly become dangers to themselves and others if allowed to do so.

Post-reconstruction, Southern governments made a point of forbidding freedmen from carrying guns to make it harder for feral Africans to settle scores with Confederate veterans, rape white women or engage in organized terrorism against whites. Well-regulated white militias, exercising their right to keep and bear arms, strictly enforced the laws forbidding blacks from carrying guns. Such laws kept Southern blacks fron making trouble for whites for decades afterwards.

Something like this would go a long way towards solving the problems of black crime and Muslim terror both. Give all white Christian and Jewish men the right both to open carry and to liquidate any black or Muslim who manages to get his hands on a gun, much less threaten decent people with it.

but I do believe restrictions should be put on the keeping and bearing of arms by people who clearly become dangers to themselves and others if allowed to do so.

And just who makes that decision? Government? You?

Well Government is supposedly not allowed to abridge the right of anybody to keep and bear arms. Of course what Government official will follow that document and keep their oaths to defend it?

If you have not been convicted of a violent Felony or violent misdemeanor then you should not be restricted from owning a gun...period.

Past behavior is the best indicator of future behavior.

But the Government will restrict someone if they are fearful that they might be a terrorist...without any crime ever being committed or any prosecution ever exacted?

(The people on the No Fly List are there for dubious and questionable reasons. Most have never been charged with any crime or prosecuted for anything. In fact once on that list you are never getting off of that list. You can be placed on it for embarrasing officials in a Government Agency and there is absolutely NO RECOURSE. It is arbitrary.)

And you want these people from the Government, who placed people on the No Fly List arbitraily and without solid foundation. making those types of decisions about Gun Ownership?

Get real.

Keep the Constitution. Keep the guns. Tis our right, and duty.

Switzerland has the world's most guns per capita.  It's a requirement for private citizens. It is right for citizens to defend themselves, and their country. It is not physically possible for the police to do it all.  Switzerland is peaceful; more civilised than most other places.

Most gun crime in the USA happens in places which ban guns. The places which allow guns have less gun crime.

Banning guns is a political imperative for a political agenda: absolute control over citizens.  It has nothing to do with safety.

All while .gov makes permanent war abroad, and our soldiers die more by suicide than in combat. They come home to a place which promotes and excuses drugs, both legal and illegal. Drugs which are a factor in most gun crime.

Just a few points after watching the video:

The Chief seems well intentioned. If he needs help I'm sure he will get quite a lot. However:

1. In case he isn't aware the UNITED STATES is a corporation not a country. If he doesn't already know this then the local DA, judges and all attorneys should easily be able to confirm this for him. But they won't.

2. If you acknowledge you are a US citizen then you admit you are a part of the UNITED STATES corporation meaning you place yourself under their jurisdiction.

3. There has been no Constitution or Bill of Rights in effect for quite some time. The fact that the entire structure of the US Corporation pretends that they are still in place just means they are all guilty of a number of additional crimes.

4. Law enforcement do not have a lawful duty to protect you. I have cited examples before in past comments. There are many court rulings on this.

5. Interestingly the Chief says you are only answerable to G-d and Jesus. If any individual said that same thing to anyone in law enforcement the next thing they will do is ask you is you are a "Sovereign Citizen" (an oxymoron) and treat you as a likely terrorist. You will be placed in many databases and on many lists as a suspected terrorist. I found the Chief claiming this in his position not only amusing but ironic even though he is quite correct. I'm not sure he's fully aware of what he did. If he is sincere he too will now be placed on those same databases and lists.

6. The owners of the UNITED STATES corporation are in the process of preparing to clean house so I hope you're all ready because none of you are going to like the plans if they aren't stopped.

7. As a part of the noted house cleaning in #6 US BAR attorneys have been very clearly publicly notified by your masters that you will be among the first targeted for removal. What this exactly entails and whether you have even noticed or not is another question. Any specific questions you have should be addressed to your masters. This comment notifying you of the dangers posed to you by these publicly available facts and supporting evidence fulfills my moral obligation to you.

I've already commented a number of times that the rats will turn on each other in the end as the ship sinks. And that appears to be exactly what is starting to happen. The saying you will reap what you have sown comes to mind. You may find mercy by renouncing your membership, confessing and contributing to your own salvation.

Well Mr. Police Chief:  What you ask was done a long time ago.  I know for sure that I am not the only one around here who has laid in supplies.  I could not possibly use everything that I have acquired over the years.  I have over compensated because I saw this coming twenty years ago.  Arming yourself is one thing but when you are as advanced as I am you have to wonder if anyone you arm actually knows how to shoot a gun.  Do they???  If I have to start handing out rifles and ammo to the people who all of sudden want guns I really have to wonder if they even know how the load the fucking things much less shoot them.

One of the best rounds that there is for training purposes is the .22LR.  Used to be cheap but it is hard to find these days.  I wonder why?

I can promise you all that there are stockpiles of guns and and ammo all over the Upper Midwest and High Plains that are in private American citizens hands.  From Milwaukee to Missoula.  Don't fret about it my friends.

I like that police chief though.  He seems to get it and that matters a great deal.  The coppers know damned good and well that they can easily be killed in an engagement.  Forget your dreamworld of movies and TV shooting where everyone drops the rifle in favor of a handgun.  Why would you do that?  That is not how it works.  I really don't care about so called "bullet proof vests".  Just shut up.  Did you idiots see that your neck is exposed?  Your ankle?  We own high powered rifles and your junk won't stop it.  They know this and that is a good thing because we do not need to kill each other.

I have killed a lot of animals in my life.  I know what it looks like and I know what it is to gut an animal and cut it's heart out.  I have probably done it fifty times.  Maybe we should not do that to people.  If the cops want to back off and work with us then we are getting somewhere.  That won't happen.  We have ourselves a very divided country.  You have the east coast and you have the west coast but there are us in the middle?  We have questions.

Well stated Sir.  I do agree with you.  Appalachia sounds like a very nice place.  I have been to Virginia and North Carolina by plane and I found the people there to be pleasant but my heart lies somewhere in Montana/Idaho.  I like the vastness.  It is beautiful desolation.  WHen you see a sign that says "Next gas 173 miles" you know you are out there.  It might as well be 1809 because you are off the grid.  I really do not think anything has changed out there.  Montana is badass even for me.  Idaho is that you are lost in the mountians until you go south into the desert.

I kept cutting the tracks of the Nez Perce for some reason as though it was a sad story meant to be told.  I do not think a lot of people know what happened out there.  I cried.

The White Race is starting to realize they are the victims of National Socialism racism. Progressives started this war almost a century ago and now finally after 100 years, the White Race realizes they are being attacked.

National Socialism needs a race war to survive and the White Race is it. The Counter Revolution is on its way and always begins with local law enforcement encouraging citizens to separate from the National Socialist Government as a matter of survival. You will see the momentum of this trend gain tremendous speed once another event happens and ordinary citizens thwart it or seriously limit its effects.

The reestablishment of Capitalism will happen in our corrupt society only with an all out war against the Progressives. It is not possible to amend the Constitution when the majority depends on the handouts from those who are gaming the system, the cronies, and the masterminds of this move against Capitalism and the White Race.

The good thing is once the violence is over, Capitalism does not need a race war; it only needs a fair level playing field for each individual person to pursue life, liberty and happiness.
