500,000 Reasons Why Millennials Are Having Fewer Babies

Tyler Durden's picture

In the US, the average age of a first-time mother is now over 26 years old, up from 21.4 years-old in 1970.

Through 2008-2013, the birth rate declined each year, likely the result of the financial crisis and its aftermath. Furthermore, as Goldman's Taposh Bari notes, amid the decline in births since the beginning of the Great Recession, one thing that stands out is that the decline in births has come from the youngest mothers – women under 25 years of age.

There are a number of factors that have contributed to this continued increase including: (1) advances in medicine which have increased life expectancies and are making pregnancies safer and more successful for older women; (2) higher levels of educational attainment among women; (3) the aftermath of the great recession which has led to weaker job prospects and confidence about the future; and finally, and perhaps most importantly (4) highly inflationary education costs, which, coupled with lower wages and  igher educational attainment, have led to higher levels of student debt.

The cost of raising a child

A skittishness around family formation is bourne out in other data series like rates of home homeownership and marriage. Having a child is probably one of the most expensive decisions a parent will make in their life. In 2013, the annual cost of raising a newborn was approximately US$13k for married families in the middle income bracket in the US. On a cumulative basis through age 17, families having babies will have to commit to US$245k in total spending per child (US$304k accounting for inflation).

The exhibit above excludes the cost of a college education (and all other costs for children over 17 years-old), which was US$19k (4-year public school tuition, room and board) for enrollment in the 2014-2015 academic year. Inflation adjusted, this cost is up 80% over the past 20 years, growing at real and nominal CAGRs of 2.9% and 5.4% respectively over that period.

Assuming that the rate of college education continues at its current pace, Millennial parents can expect their newborn’s college education to be US$205k, making the total cost of raising a child over US$500k.

I take NO responsibility except for the messes I personally create. To foist responsibility onto someone of a crime they did not commit is the very essence of the progressive agenda.  In that I believe I see your point: women are just as fucked by the current system as men.

In all honesty, women have my scorn mostly for purely their personal bad choices: tramp stamps, smoking cigarettes, sleeping around and accumulating STIs, etc.  However, as a gender no doubt y'all are just as fucked as men: Expectations of success in a career (as if being a mother isn't enough!), meet "Mr. Big" to pay the bills and provide emotional support, and of course have kids.

What you need to know however is that as a young late 20s man from a purely economic stance it makes absolutely no sense to enter into any kind of relationship with a woman beyond the temporary arrangement of sharing company: The court system is HEAVILY leveraged in favor of women in both money compensation and custody of children, unfounded allegations of rape, and work place "harassment."

You want to talk about responsibility? Well lemme tell ya honey, we have all of it when it comes to any dissatisfaction on the part of a female.  And each of those things can RUIN a man FOR LIFE by making him destitute, childless, and forced to carry the label of "sex offender" forever. It's a rigged game, admittedly caused by the system, but can you blame men for not wishing to play such a high stakes game?

Well, this is a discussion that needed to be had.  I hope the right people are reading it.  Every survivor I have watched interviewed, from near death events and freak accidents, said the same thing.  "I survived because of my children"  They are worth living for.  And a man's country is worth dying for.

Why is surviving for one's children noble, but surviving for one's life not?

Also, why should I die for "my" county?  As far as I'm concerned I was born into occupied territory.  If there's ever a revoulution, perhaps, untill then though we must know that all wars are bankster's wars.

I want you to remember that no poor bastard ever won a war by dying for his country. He won it by making the other poor dumb son-of-a-bitching bastard die for his country. Remember that."

I agree with you that as a men you shouldn't marry a women to risk a life of all BS but you shouldn't go out and make life miserable for women either, instead seek companionship with your own gender and leave the rest of womenkind to themselves. You can go your own merry ways just by not stepping in other people's lives.

bunnyswanson is apparently not ugly at all.  ZH posters have gone off and looked at her site (it is facebook or something like that) and come back and said she is attractive.  Even attactive women can find it obnoxious that men often go for looks, just like even successful men can find it obnoxious that women often go for money.

A very bibilical reference ... you may want to edit that cause the 'man book' don't play very well to the femisinist lezbo crowd!

I never hear of that biblical reference before , and I consider that to be a mainstream reference.

FYI feminist doesn't mean everyone is an atheist or a lezbo and now you know. Your mother maybe a feminist too!

these feminazis crack me up, how they get mad at female nature and men wanting to have sex with younger/healthier/more feminine women.... but when women use their hypergamy nature and fuck the taller/more muscular alpha while marrying the betas with more resources, it is perfectly fine, because they are always the victims.

There was a time when marriage made some sense, nowdays what is the upside for a man?... seriously? besides breeding, is there anything to look forward on the XXI century? Most women in America are not going to want to take care of the kids and husband, most can't cook to save their life and by age 35 more than half are overweight. Family court is totally pro woman. Women file for divorce over 70% cases and more than 50% marriages end up on a divorce... For Christ's shake, you don't have the right of a jury, as all the sentences are decided by one judge.  If you have kids, she will keep the kids over 90% of the chances and she will keep using your child support money for trips to Europe to fuck other men (it noy is like you can have any accountability that the money is being used for the kids, like keeping receipts)... then in some states you will have vagimony support, I mean alimony for life, while she sleeps around with other men with your sponsorship. If you bought a house, she will take it from you... all the incentives are there for her to divorce you and all her friends will cheer her and tell her "you go girl". Best case scenario you will end up in a sexless marriage with someone that will continually nag you, aggravate you and spent your money

You obviously have no idea what you are talking about.

Do men try to go for what they find attractive? Yes, but this is subjective as hell. And women are just as guilty. I played the nice guy card for all of high school and was pretty much used and ignored. Then all of a sudden I started acting like a jerk and it was like somebody flipped a switch. But as far as I've seen women are much more guilty of choosing looks over anything.

It's the pussies who put up with the crap, who decide to get married without having a pre nup and end up burning half their salary every month as their former wife gets with another guy. It's the beta male doormats who play the nice guy and get ignored until women hit their 40s.

"Your complacency while demanding to be called master."  In every single relationship I was in it was all about my girlfriend. They'd always be asking me to get her this and get her that. And then she might go talk to another guy. If I got mad at her for it she'd tell me to stop being "difficult" but if I didn't get mad than she'd start crying saying I didn't care about her or I wasn't man enough. Ugh, it was so infuriating. By my third relationship I didn't even try with that crap after testing the "power struggle" waters just once. I just dumped her on the spot, especially after I found out that she had already dated 3 guys (and that was what she dated, not who she had hooked up with) But she got mad when I told her I had been with 2 girls prior.

And you want to hear the best part, after cursing a blue streak at me for dumping her, (We had been quite close for awhile) she called me every single day of the following week crying and begging me to take her back. Hell she even admitted that it was her fault and said that I was a nice guy and better than any of the previous guys she dated. But no sir was I going to fall that circus act again oh no. My heart has grown cold and I prefer being on my own.

Don't tell me that this is my fault either. I didn't have anything to do with the radicals during the 60s and third wave feminism. I got shoved into this future and the only person I can claim responsibilty for is myself.

Fashion magazines tell the women in the USA how they must look.  SMILE GODDAMN IT.   I have seen enough to know what is going on here.  And the men in the USA are mommy's boys.  Men tend to select women who remind them of their mothers.  we are attracted to what we are familiar with.  And destroying the family is what EZ divorces have done.  It has made marriage as meaningless as signing up for a class at the local adult school.  Children of divorce are a mess.  And they go into relationships which cause them the anxiety they felt when their father walked out the door to leave the house without a man in it or worse, another man not the biological father.  The US family home is a fucking nightmare where children at some ungodly number 6 out of 10 boys and 8 out of 10 girls who have been molested by the time they reach 18.  That's a ticket addiction.

This is a ploy.  The whole fucking shebang is a ploy.  Stupid, alone, poor/in debt, jobless, and now ... now.... the state is the only sanctuary - Stockholm syndrome.  You accept this?  Fine!  But do not tell me there is anything normal about a man who wants to be alone nor a woman.  Being alone is a horrible way to live.  And if you have never seen a couple of people who have just spent 50 years in a sound relationship, I will tell you their only worry is who will die first and who will be left alone.

It's too late for us but it is not too late for the humans alive in 200 years.  Instant gratification is a sales tactic.  Exploiting the human condition (food, pleasureable things) is a goal of deranged vulture capitalists who bring in the drugs that destroy young people, introduce sexually explicit material and make it free, easily accessible to divert attention, cheap junk food, cheap movies, credit for boats/quads/fast cars - The Toys.  All is fair in love and war.   This is why the master minds of this madness have been run out of every country they have been in and continue to be run out of today.  They destroy an orderly society.  Societies are in place, communities to protect the unfortunate, weak, young and old from exploitation.  Because no one wants to step over dead bodies on their way to work.

I'll add this one, because it's already very common in the English underclass:

- After getting a woman pregnant, a guy will act the perfect caring boyfriend until a few days after the baby is born, then dump her. No sense spreading your seed around if it's going to end up in Planned Parenthood's dumpster.

You mean no non-sense, as in your case that girl is better off just aborting that parasite before its born cause once it's born the father won't give a damn and she will be a single with child on welfare.

Peanut Butter Engineer's picture

I don't mind if my mother think of me as parasite when I was in her body cause I was a parasite at that stage!! A parasite that relies on a host to survive! Not a human that can survive on its own.

Of course I didn't ask to be born either but since she and my father made that decision on purpose just to have me in their life then it is their choice to ensure that I will be taken care.

Now to the women who doesn't want any babies they should have the choice of aborting those parasites before they are born to become a human else they must take care of them for the rest of its 18 years and be a potential welfare single mother.

To those women who can't help but want to be a mother to another human then those mother-to-be should be aware that they can easily become a destitute single mother because their mate will leave them. So be prepare for it and always make sure to make enough money to take care of yourself, better off aborting if funding at home is limited.

Btw mind whose mind is having some issues here? Nobody is your sweetheart here and I for one is always pro choice. It is their body and they should have a right to their body. Anything within that body is a parasite until it is born and surviving on its own.

Very interesting.  But speaking as a woman who a) simply has a low sex drive, b) absolutely DETESTS small children (I like older ones perfectly well), and c) gave up on a beta male because he was always "too tired" -- I have to tell you that you do lack something by missing the female's perspective. Many women are completely happy without sex or children, period. Biology historically got around this by rape and forced marriage, but modern social ideas give us the freedom to live alone  peacefully with our cats and our gardens.

I have no doubt that it is difficult being a beta male, but that still doesn't mean that you can satsify an alpha female.  If you do a little sociobiological research, you will find that an "alpha" is basically a Grownup.  "Betas" in wolf-packs and elsewhere are the immature adolescent males who have yet to grow into their full potential.  To be ready to attract a mate, most betas need to Grow Up and become adults.  Unfortunately, the evolution of human civilization severely frowns on members of the supporting castes becoming fully mature.  Rogue alphas tend to be rebels perforce.

Agreed. Here is something to ponder for the white knights and chicks who are out of touch with reality.

This is an exercise in looking at taxes paid (mainly by men) and the distribution of benefits. Sure, the assumptions might be something to gripe about...but you have to agree that the assumptions are very reasonable.

At the risk of boring those who have seen it before, this seems a good point to re-post this;

I got into a debate with a SIW regarding female economic contributions

She posted this link; http://www.entrepreneur.com/ar...

From it;
"In the U.S., an estimated 8.6 million women-owned businesses contribute $1.3 trillion to the economy and employ 7.7 million Americans, according to an April report commissioned by American Express OPEN, the credit card giant's small business division. What's more, the number of women-owned firms with $10 million or more in annual sales has increased 57 percent over the past decade."

Sounds great doesn’t it?

However.

The latest figures from the World Bank puts the annual GDP of the US economy at 16.8 trillion dollars. The link celebrates that female owned businesses are contributing 1.3 trillion dollars or 7.7% of this.

The latest figures from the US Department of Labor puts the number of civilians employed at a whisker under 144 million. The link trumpets that female owned businesses employ 7.7 million or 5.3% of this.

This is all that women, as a group, can bring to the table after 50 years of 'equal' opportunity, affirmative action in education, huge amounts of legislation to tilt the playing field in their favour and the complete re-tooling of the working world to suit their needs? 7.7% of GDP? After 50 years?

Christ, after WW2 it took men only 20 years to rebuild the whole of Europe.

But that's not the worst of it;

Pew Research Social and Demographic Trends found that in 2012, 49% of men and 61% of women had ever received payments from at least one the big six entitlement programs. The same report revealed that more women receive multiple benefits than do men, so the actual value of the benefits paid by sex will inevitably show a greater disparity. This figure is never published (wonder why!) but let’s say that by value, the benefits paid splits 35% male 65% female. The President's FY 2013 budget allocated just around 1.7 trillion dollars to these programs, which means women are receiving approx. 1.1 trillion dollars.

If we assume that female owned businesses in the link are paying 20% of their 7.7% of GDP to Big Daddy Government as tax (they're not, female run businesses are significantly smaller and less profitable than male ones, but indulge me) then they are paying in about 260 billion dollars.Or about 850 billion dollars less than what women, as a group, are taking out of the pot.

Women, as a group, are not even close to paying their way, let alone able to produce a surplus for anyone else.

But it gets even worse.

Whilst women, as a group, are being subsidized by men, as a group, to the tune of 850 billion dollars a year, every year, we are all supposed to be chanting the mantra that women are men's equals, that they must be respected like men, that they can perform and deliver like men.

It’s simply not sustainable. Men, as a group, and BDG's credit card, are tapped out. What can't continue, won't.

We are into the end-game of feminism. It will not go quietly. The next fewy ears are likely to get nasty. Stay strong. Feminism will eat itself.

Help it along where you can, but mostly don't get in the way of their self destruction

Concluding the comment:

Here you go; http://www.entrepreneur.com/ar...

Opening at it again, I took a closer look at some of these paragons of female entrepreneurship and wealth creation. This is just stuff I found on the web, so I can’t vouch for the accuracy, but it does give a feel for how much spin MSM has to put into promoting ‘female entrepreneurship’

“No. 1: Shazi Visram, Happy Family in New York, N.Y.
Launched in 2006, Happy Family makes packaged organic meals and snacks for all age groups. It reported gross revenues of $63 million last year.”

Visram founded this company and sold it to Danone last year. This economic titan employs (employed?) 70. And is now part of an evil patriarchal corporation.

“No. 2: Kathy Mills, Strategic Communications in Louisville, Ky. Strategic Communications provides communication and IT services to business and government clients. Between 2010 and 2012, its gross revenues grew 80 percent to $42 million.”

Strategic Communications was founded in 1994 – I can’t find out by whom, but all web sources say Mills ‘leads’ the company (she is CEO), so it is unlikely she founded it (if she did, she has taken 20 years to find ‘stellar’ growth). The biggest single client is the government, so no surprises that Strategic grew between 2010 and 2012 – right at the time government was flooding preferred suppliers with QE money. Mills seems quite proud (rightly so) to have increased staff numbers last year 40% though.

From 31. To 42.

Enough said.

“No. 3: Shelly Sun, BrightStar Franchising LLC in Gurnee, Ill. The health-care staffing franchisor was founded in 2002 and now counts over 250locations across the U.S. and $212 million in gross revenues.”

Sun co-founded BrightStar with her husband. So, this actually isn’t a business founded by a Strong Independent Woman then? Next…..

“No. 4: Tiffany Crenshaw, Intellect Resourcesin Greensboro, N.C. Intellect Resources provides consulting, recruiting and hiring solutions for businesses in the health-care IT market. Its gross revenues climbed from $1.5 million in 2010 to $30 million last year.”

At last! A story that most people would regard as a serious business started and run by a woman. Around 320 employees and growing – respect. What’s more she is married with a couple of kids.

“No. 5: June Ressler, Cenergy International Services LLC in Houston, Texas. Founded by Ressler in 1996, Cenergy provides workforce solutions such as consulting and logistics management to clients in the oil and gas industry. It reported nearly $250 million in gross revenues in 2012."

Interesting one this. June also goes by the names June Coldren and June Coldren Ressler. I found this on the web; ‘Five Almost Painless Ways to Make a Career Change’ By Perri Capell. From it; ‘After relocating to New Orleans for her husband's career 1997, attorney June Coldren needed to pass the state's bar exam before she could practice. Meanwhile, she helped her husband set up and run a consulting firm serving oil-and-gas companies.

After she passed the bar, Ms. Coldren did pro bono work to learn more about the law field in Louisiana and explore whether to join a firm or start her own firm. Meanwhile, she helped with the paperwork for her husband's company at night. When her husband accepted a full-time job, he urged her to continue with the consulting business.

Ms. Coldren decided to take his advice and learned the oil-and-gas industry from the ground up. Ten years later, her firm, Cenergy Corp., has logistics services and consulting arms that contract out rig and wellhead supervisors, geophysicists and other exploration-and-drilling professionals.’

So hardly something she started from scratch. But for my purposes I’ll give her a pass. Even with her husband setting it up at the start, clearly it has been her talent and drive that has turned it into (as far as I can tell), a $200 million, 250 employee company. If the sexes were reversed, I’d have no trouble crediting the man in this situation.

“No. 6: Sue Bhatia, Rose International Inc. in Chesterfield, Mo. Rose International, an IT professional services and consulting firm, was founded in 1993. Between 2010 and 2012, its gross revenues grew more than 50 percent to $360 million.”

Bhatia co-founded Rose with her husband, an electrical engineer and MBA. Rose has 5000 employees – seriously impressive. But touting this as a ‘woman owned business’ is dis-ingenuous to say the least. We should be lauding their success as entrepreneurial couple, not because vagina.

“No. 7: Anita Emoff, Boost Technologies in Dayton, Ohio Specializing in employee wellness, recognition and awards, Boost Technologies reported $17 million in gross revenues last year, up from less than $1 million in 2008.”

Ok. Boost is a subsidiary of parent company Shumsky. The owner and CEO of Shumsky is Michael Emoff….who is Anita’s husband. Emoff started in sales with Shumsky, working with her husband and helping brand the Boost Rewards division. Her taking the reins at Boost allows her husband to focus on other facets of the business.

So basically, they built Boost together and now she is left running Boost whilst he is off doing more interesting stuff.

“No. 8: Kathleen Croddick, Suite K of South Brunswick, N.J.
Founded and run by Croddick, Suite K Value Added Services LLC manufactures beauty products such as fragrances, creams and lotions. Its gross revenues grew more than 150 percent between 2010 and 2012 to $13 million.”

I did not have much success getting details on this one. It appears that Crodick (aka Kathleen Crodick Molyneux) did indeed found and runs this company. Current estimates show this company has an annual revenue of $10 to $20 million and employs a staff of approximately 5 to 9. If this is true I’m not sure what to say. This is tiny. There must be individual MacDonald franchises that are bigger than this.

Such a contrast to…..

“No. 9: Lani Hay, Lanmark Technology in Vienna, Va. Lanmark Technology provides professional services such as IT and administrative support to clients in the government and commercial sectors. It reported gross revenues of $35 million in 2012.”

Current estimates show this company has an annual revenue of $92 million and employs a staff of approximately 90. Hay appears to be a bona fide female entrepreneur – entered the Navy at 17, rose up the ranks, honourable service, degree in mathematics, started Lanmark in 2000 and has run it ever since. This is the sort of women people think about when they hear the term ‘female entrepreneur’.

“No. 10: Ranjini Poddar, Artech Information Systems LLC in Cedar Knolls, N.J. With gross revenues of nearly $350 million, Artech is the largest women-owned IT staffing company in the U.S., according to WPO.”

Artech is a serious multi-national company that employs a staff of approximately 5000. Poddar is credited as the co-founder. However, it would appear that it was started by the other co-founder, Ajay Poddar…..you guessed it….her husband.

From the web; ‘Ajay Poddar had been working in the IT industry when he pooled together $200,000 from friends and family to get Artech off the ground. At the time, Ranjini was attending Yale University Law School, but she still managed to devote between 10 to 20 hours a week helping her husband grow the fledgling company.’

All of these women deserve credit for the success they’ve achieved. They’ve all achieved more than most men have (or likely ever will). Good for them. But that’s not the point.

The issue is that they are being presented as some kind of world-class, patriarchy-busting, strong independent businesswomen doing it for themselves. When in reality only Tiffany Crenshaw and Lani Hay meet this criteria. One of the others sold out (nothing wrong with that, but to hold her up as an on-going example of female entrepreneurship is dis-ingenuous), one of them seems to have created a business smaller than a burger joint and half of them were not founders, they were co-founders (in some cases I don’t how much actual ‘founding’ they really did).

Worse yet for the cheerleaders of feminism, every one of those women who co-founded a business did so with….her husband! It would seem that marriage isn’t slavery for women after all.

Only one of the two true entrepreneurs (Tiffany Crenshaw) managed to 'have it all'; true business success, husband and kids. For the other one, Lani Hay, it has come at a price, at 39(ish) she has had two divorces, no children and has frozen eggs on ice (she clearly wants children). She is an attractive women about to hit the wall. Honestly she’s like a feminist’s wet dream and a monosphere cliché. She does want to run for President though. So there’s that.

If women really were as naturally entrepreneurial as men,
we wouldn’t need all this spin and bluster. I suspect we will see ever more extreme claims for women’s entrepreneurial skills as their failure to actually deliver at a meaningful scale becomes ever clearer.

LOL.  22 and completely jaded because three obviously short relationships didn't work out?  I suspect you aren't the world's gift to womankind that you think you are.  But don't feel bad.  Most men aren't.

On a social level you're right.  But you can't get there from here by going backwards.  If you want healthy, productive families, then first of all the working class wage has to come up to where one worker or two HALF-TIME workers can support a family, not two full-timers working staggered shifts like so many I see.  And government demands on/interventions in family life have to be ended -- as an employee of a Dept of Social Services, I have concluded that such agencies need to be completely eliminated as they do much more harm than good.

But fundamentally, in order for life in a family to work, people have to be ready to deal with the fact that communal living -- and that's what a family is -- IS a 24/7 power struggle, and be willing to accept that they have to adjust their needs and desires on a continous basis. Frankly, it's a pain, and requires specialized skills. People who were not raised in healthy families find it difficult to impossible to create them.

Thanks bunny and faerie.  Glad to see someone take them on.  There are points to be made on both sides.

Going back a little farther, I think Hollywood and the entertainment industry then later TV and the music industry had a lot to do with this.  They glorified the hottest women and the dashing outlaw type of men along with massive conspicuous consumption and ever more shocking sex.

Yeah, dude, do you really think the hypothetical cost of college education 18 years in the future is really keeping the birth rate down? That's some crack reporting there, Tyler.

You /might/ make me believe it has to do with higher rates of education, but I'd counter that's more highly correlated to life planning than it is the specific debt burden.

Serious, between friends, is it a cost issue? Do you need to start charging people to have access here? I'll be more than happy to pay if it means you can hire someone who, you know, knows what they're talking about.

College grads simply can't afford it.  The good jobs have been given to H-1B's and employers pay half of what they used to for most of the other jobs.  The only people I know who can afford to breed (and have) are those with government (or quasi-government) jobs.

Nobody is forcing men to marry, it was always women who were forced to marry with no other choice since the ancient times, so now it is the women who are finally given the choices and they are choosing to stay single far more than wanting to marry. So keep dream on and say it's men's marriage strike when in reality it is women who finally have a choice to say they want to marry to sacrifice for a family , or build a career for themselves and realize her own potential.

A friend's wife was in academia for over 15 years.  When she wrote her paper for her PHD they told her, "This isn't Harvard."  She quit, they married, and have two beuatiful kids.  I've asked her if she regrets quitting academia, she doesn't because "the same elightened, coddled academia and government workers bought hook line and sinker the OBAMA PR stunt".

Asked why they want to have kids in this world today, they said something like, "I wouldn't want to live in a world where I wouldn't".

I imagine its tough with kids.  Fact is the people that run the show want 95% of the population DEAD.  It takes an honorable strong man and a helluva woman to stick to it and raise a functional family.

Kudos to all of you that do.

Meanwhile, in Israel, Jews have 2.6 children per woman even in non-Haredi families, which these days is above the rate in many Arab countries. The American Jewish birthrate is well below replacement except among the Orthodox.

Attribute this to eebil Joooooish magic if you like, but I prefer to think Israelis put God's command to be fruitful and multiply above the human concern of how much that little monster is going to cost.

(As if we could all live on the proceeds of the debt-peonage of other people's children, without bothering to have our own.)

It can't hurt a bit that Israeli Jews can rest assured that they and their children will have a future in their own country, come what might (and their children will have sufficient funds to care for their own parents).

As ever, those Gentiles who have any interest at all in their own nations' survival have much to learn from Israel.

Naturally, the MSM think Israel's high Jewish birth rate is a disaster in the making, because Israel was supposed to be a dumping ground where the Jews could wait to go extinct, not a real country, what the fuck is wrong with them, can't they just be good little white people and lie down and die and shut up about how we took all their shit and tried to kill them all  and framed them for all the wars we started instead of kicking the crap out of the Arabs and pointing a H-bomb at our balls since '73 where the fuck did they get it anyway goddamnthefuckingkikessomuch...oh, wait, hang on---overpopulation will supposedly drive Israel to start wars with the Arabs to make room for everyone.

As if Israel wasn't always going to be at war with the Arabs while an Arab drew breath, with the Arabs always firing the first shot, and always losing.

Government has since grown exponentially as has the cost of feeding the beast. Like most westerners, I agree that women should be able to pursue their interests. However, we should all admit that this can lead to a shortage of replacement children as in Sweden and Germany. To keep the status quo Ponzi scheme going, a goal more important than replication in western countries, foreigners are brought in with ultra conservative values. The agreement is that the newcomers will allow the status quo to continue for a short time voting for the liberal parties that brought them in; long enough for childless people enjoying their good life to carry on for awhile. Then one day, these latent conservative immigrants will have the votes they need to change their host culture into something more like the places they came from. I've thought about the possbility of a childless tax to impose on childless people and a cut off of social benefits for anyone with more than 3 children. That would help put more money into social security coffers and discourage people who can't afford children from having too many. Beneficiaries would also include parents with up to three children.

"Most of the poor pathetic souls are now locked into meaningless professions and now crave families and white picket fence home existence but have sadly been shut out of that option or possibility!"

Are you referring yourself? Cause it seems like you are wishing women to be miserable in their professions to crave families so that they will go out and seek men like you for family and please/worship you men like God because only you can give her that desire for family with white picket fence home.

Ring ring news for you!!

Women are generally happier when they are single compare to men and if given a choice majority of women will prefer to stay single rather than having to work to just raise a brat named after non-supported husband and then force to worship/please their shitty husband at home even tho she has a full time career of her own.

Fuck your white picket fence home, more women should realize their potential in their career rather than sacrifice their career just to make men happy or worship him at home like a god.

The more women who realize this the better off and happier they will be. Cloning for companionship (or sperm bank for those who can't afford cloning) should always be the real alternative rather than finding a man to make a stupid family that will also be named after that man, in the end women who choose a family with men will have nothing to show for except for working countless unappreciated hours just to keep that shitting family. Whereas if she were to make a career for herself and clone herself once she is successful in her career then at least she will get to pass her own name and fame to the next generation of herself.

Don't hold your breath for too long, nobody can make you blue except for yourself. If you hate someone, then look in the mirror.

I hate to break this to all you MGTOW dudes, but now that 100 million (yes, really) Chinese and Indian girls have been disappeared (not to mention the ones in the little Asian countries), women have loads of options; there is demographic blowback from that worldwide.  It's not fair but it is true.  I see women in Silicon Valley who are in their 50s, with a long and exciting sexual past, and who are as homely as mud hens, having no trouble at all finding a well-off guy.  In other parts of the country I see such women having no problem finding an employed guy.  Women never had the option to skip marriage/kids in the past; they do now, and a lot of them prefer to stay single for good ("WGTOW"); that takes them out of the available group.  If you're hoping for a compliant foreign bride, well good luck with that; the competition for those (few remaining non-aborted foreign ladies) will be unbelievable, and here will be many scams.

I'm no man-hater; I've been happily married for decades.  I feel very sorry for American "nice guys."  Back in the 1970s men had the upper hand and that was unfair; things are unfair now for nice men.  When you are looking for advice, however, keep in mind that "Thick Willie" who is giving so many tips on this thread, has never reproduced and likely never will; I'm willing to bet he's never even had sex with a woman from what he writes; taking his advice will not lead anywhere good.

I like to make misogynist jerks like you jealous and I like to show women that there are more to life than being stuck in a traditional gender role.

Oh so I'm the one whose got trick. Amazing! at lest I got the freedoms to do what I like for being "tricked"!

BTW I truly hope there are more women like me who would stop relying on men to do things for them, stop waiting on men or their families, all women should go out and have a career or lifestyle that doesn't rely on men. It's the only way to ensure that they will never met misogynist males or continue on silly male traditions.

Also many men always called women gold diggers because they would rely on men for money, these men should support feminist as the goal of feminist is to not rely on men for anything and that includes living with men for support.

My business is small but so what! I have a career along with a side business there isn't a need for me to go further except for making enough money to go for a clone of myself. What's your? I'm curious if you are still living in your parents basement.

Many thanks to all of you that do.

I was on a date yesterday and this woman was independent and was looking for a hookup. She had no intentions of being with a man long term. Its the new normal. I am a life time member for eharmony. There are women. They are just looking for that one fuck life time set up deal. Average working guys with conservative frugal values stand no chance. There will be less kids in America going forward. More strip clubs and demand for massages with happy ending along with prostitution. They don't want to raise a kid. Some how they feel better working next to a man either in an office, on a farm or on the ground in Iraq. Its just the new world. Hope you get lucky and find that nice woman. Marriage is not worth marrying that wrong woman for wrong reasons. I live in Brooklyn and most couples so far I have been seeing are between white men and asian women. I have met few divorced unhappy asian women with few kids from that category. That has become a trend too. So what is next for the men and women? What does it take for a man and woman to be with each other for all their life? As a matter of fact for any man or woman. It takes lot more than just good looks and a nice fuck. When both parties realize that life is not 50 shades of gray things will be normal. We have very high expectations of life. Knock them down a little women.

You are right marriage is not worth marrying especially for women, people want to marry mainly because they want to self perpetuate, thus I suggest you focus your energy at making money and buy a clone of yourself thus you skip the marriage and go straight to self perpetuation with no drama in between and all your life savings and fame will only be pass down to yourself. This applies to both men and women, losers who can't afford cloning will die out and only those who are successful in their career will get to self perpetuate.

"attack using sophisticated and complex terminology and pathetic generalized catagorization such as 'misogyny' to justify"

Wow, seriously you consider my reply to be sophisticated and complex terminology?? I used plain English typing in a 2x4" screen but seriously I hope that doesn't crack your fragile ego too much.

Btw using misogyny to label someone who hates women doesn't mean I'm a victim of anything except for calling you out on who you are! You not a good guy and world is not against you, the world/women doesn't owe you anything but you just want to hate women probably because none of them wants to have anything to do with misogynist prick like you. STOP trying to victimize yourself and look in the mirror to see the one who causes your depression/misery.

I'm sure you have very little trouble 'labeling' & 'evaluating' the 'self worth' of others for the pursuits & justification of your personal pursuits, needs & desires. It's all a big part of the progessive liberal playbook ain't it? I on the other hand do not feel qualified or capable of making such value judgements of others - including those in the lets say ... 'self-serving community' present company excluded of course! Plus it seems their ilk are extremely sensitive and way 'above'  being judged or 'labelled' other than in  a very positive superior light - don't you agree!

I'm sure you have no trouble labeling a women as a bitch, whore or cunt just because they are a feminist. As always you convince yourself that the world is against you because all women should owe you something. I mean you even say feminist causes depress and mental issues to people like you.

I would totally agree that you should seek a cave and live with only male companionship... It's the only logic to your mess up head.

Are you scare of a strong feminist standing in front of you? is that why you try every illogical comments you can think of to bash her comment hoping that she will just stop defending her type? Hello I think you met your maker. Lol
