The Biggest (And Possibly Most Terrifying) Company You've Never Heard Of

Tyler Durden's picture

Submitted by AnonWatcher via TheAntiMedia.org,

Serco. Chances are you’ve never heard of the company. If you have heard of the company, chances are you misunderstand the shear enormity of the global company and their contracts.

From transport to air traffic control, getting your license in Canada, to running all 7 immigration detention centers in Australia, private prisons in the UK, military base presence, running nuclear arsenals, and running all state schools in Bradford, Serco, somewhere, has played a part in moving, educating, or detaining people.

serco

New contracts awarded to Serco include a Saudi Railway Company, further air traffic control in the US and also IT support services for various European agencies. You can read more on their future projects below.

Serco HY15 Results SEA 11 August 2015

A Very Brief History

Serco’s history began in 1929 as a UK subsidiary, RCA Services Limited to support the cinema industry.

In the 1960s the company made a leap into military contracts to maintain the UK Air Force base Ballistic Missile Early Warning System. From there, the company continues to grow.

Now trading as Serco Group, 2015 trading as of August 11 2015, maintained a revenue of £3.5 billion, and an underlying trading profit of £90 million. The data was presented at JPMorgan in London.

In 2013 Serco was considered a potential risk, and became a representation of the dangers of outsourcing. The U.K. government developed contingency plans in case Serco went bankrupt. When the concerns came to light, Serco faced bans (along with G4S, another outsourcing contractor) from further bidding on new U.K. government work for six months. It wasn’t until Rupert Soames OBE – Sir Winston Churchill’s grandson – took on the job as Serco’s Chief Executive in 2014, that Serco turned a new corner of profit growth.

Serco Today

Serco today is one of the biggest global companies to exist. They have contracts with:

Alliant – the vehicle for IT services across the Federal IT market;

National Security Personnel System (NSPS) – For “(NSPS) training and facilitating services throughout the Department of Defense (DoD) and agencies that needs NSPS training and implementation services;”

Seaport – The NAVSEA SEAPORT Multiple Award contract focuses on “engineering, technical, and programmatic support services for the Warfare Centers.” This is inclusive of Homeland Security and Force Protection, Strategic Weapons Systems, and multiple warfare systems.

CIP-SP3 Services and Solutions (Cost $20 Billion, expiration date 2022) – biomedical-related IT services with the National Institutes of Health (NIH) with the main objective focused on Biomedical Research and Health Sciences extending to information systems throughout the federal government. Also implementation in several key areas of Biomedical Sciences including legislation and critical infrastructure protection.

The few contracts listed above are among the vast array of transport, detention center and private prison contracts.

Here in the Fascist Milk Republic (NZ) we are all to aware of Serco as they run the worst of the worst of our prisons. A place where you will be thrown from a balcony as a welcoming and if you survive that you'll be the sexual plaything of some very bad men. Fight clubs and beatings are published on youtube. For this our Bank owned government gives them big bonuses.

Not the website part of it IIRC. Serco did however "misplace" a laptop with SSN and personal info of millions of retired military. Kinda made the whole Chinese hacking of DOD anticlimactic. Serco also had the Navy contract to provide all chemicals stateside at a 200 to 300% markup. Finally got shitcanned due to excessive greed.

http://www.sourcewatch.org/index.php/Evergreen_International_Aviation,_Inc.

Evergreen International Aviation, Inc. is an Oregon-based aviation company with longstanding ties to the CIA. Its huge Evergreen Maintenance Center in Arizona was bought from the Agency, which offered the property to no-one else.[1] In 1980 an Evergreen plane flew the recently deposed Shah of Iran from Panama to Egypt, hours before the Panamanian government was due to receive an extradition request from the new government in Tehran.[1] Giving rides to dictators is something of a specialty for the company - it also allowed El Salvador's President Duarte to use its helicopter, which was officially in the country to help repair power lines.[1]

And according to a series of articles in The Oregonian in 1988, Evergreen's owner and founder Delford M. Smith "...acknowledged one agreement under which his companies provide occasional jobs and cover to foreign nationals the CIA wants taken out of other countries or brought into the United States. However, neither Smith nor CIA officials would say whether any broader agreement existed."[1]

Evergreen is a member of the International Peace Operations Association. Press releases from the company list as a press contact Nathan Drevna from the major PR firm Hill & Knowlton[1

@Lumberjack,

We're being fed alot of BS thru search engines.

Don't care which one.

2 weeks a go a did the exact same search using the same SE & got 2 markedly different results.

How?

Using 2 different computers.

Here's my SWAG.  It's the scenic route, but it's relative.

From your link above: Some Plaintiffs required medical treatment and counseling. Many have, and continue to, lose sleep, suffer headaches, suffer considerable stress, and other physical and emotional ailments.

These are also symptoms of EHS.

10-1 those wind farms a being built with grant $$$.  The cell tower/WF build out is part of HAARP technology.  Those little microprocessors we've been inhaling are the integration of AI/full spectrum dominance. It's not just the chemtrails covering the planet. They are launching rockets to spread this crap in an effort to replicate Saturn's rings.

My search epiphany had nothing to do with cache/cookies.  Just a guess, but I'd speculate it goes along the lines of Minority Report.

IMO, we're being fed the results tptb want us to have in order to gauge reactions/emotions/predictive behavior.

Creepy indeed.

HAARP is a now defunct radar system, much like the OTH-B radar system. How much energy does it take to move trillions of tons of rock and dirt in a given moment? Please express that in joules, watts or horsepower.

HAARP technology is what I said. It is also my understanding HAARP was privatized, not defunct.  Next gen.

You're assuming rocks & dirt as if the same effect could not be achieved by other means.

HAARP was an experiment. It was funded in the mid 1980s under DARPA during the peak of the final stages of the cold war in the general hysteria of Perishing II missiles based in Western Germany, just 5 mins from Moscon, and the USAF's then still almost undetectable low level penetration F-111s. This occurred also in the coming to light of SIOP (Single Integrated Operations Plan, for a nuclear war with the Soviets, which as it turned out did have a pre-emptive strike aspect) plus Reagan's "SDI" (Strategic Defense Initiative), otherwise known at the time as the, "Star Wars Program".

That was the crazy Cold War environment that gave seed to the building of HAARP which is described as an experimental upper atmospheric heater, not as a radar sensor. It is not a sensor at all, it's a system designed to actively inject HF wavelength energy, or magnetic induction heating into the upper atmosphere, to change its properties, to tailor the reflective conditions present in the upper atmosphere to ones that were more desirable for military needs in the opening stages of a nuclear war.

Consequently HAARP was most likely an experimental system designed to try and put enough energy into the upper-most top of the NE Pacific and near-Polar atmosphere layer, that it could stabilize and control the reflective and transmissive properties of the ionosphere, so that the actual US OTHR radars (that had already exited for decades) could get a much better first and second ionospheric 'bounce' off of it. Thus to obtain better OTHR radar resolutions and better ranging and tracking (and impact trajectories) of OTHR missile tracks for new engagement systems (which they still didn't have, but were designing and building under SDI) during a strategic nuclear attack, even in the degraded ionospheric conditions associated with a major geomagnetic solar-induced electromagnetic storm.

HAARP was no radar, it was a support facility for radars, making the already existing HF band radars work a lot better than they had up to that point (especially against incoming bombers, which they actually could do something about if the range and resolution was good enough).

good one

and yes I found it really odd...that they ran articles raving up how theyd finally managed t create a plasma ball for a short time in upper ionosphere area

then shortly after canned it

of course upper ionospheric upsets are noted prior TO earthquakes it seems they discovered

admission of it being noted prior to big ones like the aceh and japan sea one both of which created huge killing tsunamis

could haarp create them?

or was haarp unrelated and emulating?

funny thing is Aussie Jindalee OHR worked well and keeps working

however..its amazing jindalee didnt pick up the supposed offcourse airliner whizzing by aus coastline last yr

hmm/

or did it?

it should have been able to suss a very long way, why it didnt make me suss that the plane didnt go that way at all

The solid part of earth is crystalline. Silicate rock crystals, when bent, or struck violently, release electrons. It's called the piezo-electric effect.

Piezo-electric microphones use the same mechanism to create an electrical signal. I works via the mic diaphragm moving with your voice inputs, which then bends a crystal attached to that diaphragm, and the electrons produced from deforming of the crystal's lattice electron shell bonds, contains and very accurately records the vocal information that struck the diaphragm, then amplified an sent to speakers.

In the lead up to earthquakes, both tectonic and volcanic quakes, there is geodynamic deformation movements in associated rocks and stresses result in the bending of vast volumes of such crystals, and the release of vast numbers of electrons.

It is entirely measurable and does occur immediately prior to quakes, where measurements have been made with monitoring sensors.

So I'm not at all surprised earthquakes induce ionospheric disturbances. Personally, I'd be very surprised if they didn't.

But that is not at all to suggest that just because HAARP may be able to induce significant area property changes in a rarefied plasma, like the ionosphere, that it can induce bending deformations in crystalline rocks in the solid earth.

No, not a chance. I do not accept that's tenable at all as a mechanism for inducing geodynamic activity.

As for HF OTHR performance of JORN the person (then) in command of it, said the following, in 2008:

-----

AIRCDRE Tim Owen, Commander, RAAF Surveillance and Response Group

10 Jan 2008

"ADM: You've now been operating JORN for two years. Has it lived up to its promise?

Owen: Very much so. JORN has been a success story operationally from the day it was commissioned. Since then we have refined operating procedures, tasking procedures and end-product distribution methods to enable JORN to become a key feature in national surveillance activities

ADM: Has JORN resulted in any unexpected changes in the way SRG carries out its tasks?

Owen: Not really. The RAAF has operated Jindalee since 1993 and many of the organisational and doctrinal changes that have been the catalyst for the creation of SRG have involved, and at times have been driven by, the capability provided by over-the-horizon radar (OTHR). When JORN was commissioned, the OTHR capability grew significantly, but most of the doctrinal and cultural changes were reasonably mature.

ADM: What steps are being taken to provide JORN with a ballistic missile defence capability?

Owen: While I'm not prepared to discuss operational details, the JORN system enables us to provide a range of surveillance products to a range of end-users. We have an active R&D programme in place with DSTO and we're keen to maintain the system at the leading edge of HF radar technology."

http://www.australiandefence.com.au/D0D783A0-F806-11DD-8DFE0050568C22C9

It apparently works better than expected, and then some. It's also undergone continuous upgrade and integration since 2008. So the question is, was it used that night? I have no idea. But if it was used, that jet would have fallen within its normal operational foot print.

Keep in mind, JORN is a series of radars in a network that's spread across the center of the continent. Not all of them are always on, some may be down for upgrades, maintenance or calibration. The one at Laverton in South central Western Australia is the one that scans the Indian ocean over all of the expected crash area. If that radar was off the Jet's extended track and crash site would not have been observed.

Here is what you can do.

Leave your cell at home. Travel to a Walmart in a different city away from your home. Use a little silicone on your face to change it's geometric shape to avoid the facial recon. (remember there are 2 main methods of FR geometric (feature based) and photometric (view based) ) Trick it.

Buy a burner and have them activate it there at the store fake name/address. Make sure it has internet. This is going to be your new access point to the Internet and it's going to take a lot of work so get use to it.

Find the 3 closest cell towers close to your home for the new carrier. Find out what their broadcast range is and make GOD DAMN sure that you never let those 3 towers lock onto your new phone at the same time. Ever. Never activate or use the burner near your home.

Take the back plate off the burner and throw it out because the battery will need to come out a lot. Take the phone apart if it has an internal battery and snip it out.

Make sure you never have the burner and your regular phone next to each other with batteries in both. Remember your regular phone may have 2 batteries.

Be smart how you use it. If you searched at home for some obscure term and then travel away and search of the same term on the burner, your burner is then a suspect. Throw it out.

Never use your credit card when your burner is on. They will cross correlate.

Just be smart with it and you will get some of your 'freedom' back.

Being in Silicon Valley, I wouldn't be surprised if a radio got thrown in somewhere at some point as a prototype before it became law to have the electronics and the Sci-Fi future. It's like the perfect test ground, for locals to give them test data...

I caught it on the Android phone in '10 if I remember correctly - might've been the same time I started reading ZH lol!

Good engineer does "ls -al", finds out what hides beneath the surface. Folders with jumbled character names, shit like that. Always gotta look in there to see what evil lurks in secret.

Pity I didn't open the file. Just said "FUCK. THAT.", and deleted the file and called it a day. Not gonna worry about being tracked and shit like that when I am using a device that facilitates that purpose explicitly. Thankfully I have come to find and like strange phones like the Nokia N900, a badass Linux phone. No sketch shit on this phone...

CIA has a man-in-the-middle computer setup for specific MAC addresses/IP's(their ip-to-mac computer keeps your IP current for them).

If you do a search they can completely change the results. They have even infected the back button 'action' to make sure you don't get spillover leaked during an inadvertent DNS redirect.

Try hitting your back button while caught on the CIA MITM computer and it does a complete redundant search each time you hit the back button.
