The Biggest (And Possibly Most Terrifying) Company You've Never Heard Of

Submitted by AnonWatcher via TheAntiMedia.org,

Serco. Chances are you’ve never heard of the company. If you have heard of the company, chances are you misunderstand the shear enormity of the global company and their contracts.

From transport to air traffic control, getting your license in Canada, to running all 7 immigration detention centers in Australia, private prisons in the UK, military base presence, running nuclear arsenals, and running all state schools in Bradford, Serco, somewhere, has played a part in moving, educating, or detaining people.

serco

New contracts awarded to Serco include a Saudi Railway Company, further air traffic control in the US and also IT support services for various European agencies. You can read more on their future projects below.

Serco HY15 Results SEA 11 August 2015

A Very Brief History

Serco’s history began in 1929 as a UK subsidiary, RCA Services Limited to support the cinema industry.

In the 1960s the company made a leap into military contracts to maintain the UK Air Force base Ballistic Missile Early Warning System. From there, the company continues to grow.

Now trading as Serco Group, 2015 trading as of August 11 2015, maintained a revenue of £3.5 billion, and an underlying trading profit of £90 million. The data was presented at JPMorgan in London.

In 2013 Serco was considered a potential risk, and became a representation of the dangers of outsourcing. The U.K. government developed contingency plans in case Serco went bankrupt. When the concerns came to light, Serco faced bans (along with G4S, another outsourcing contractor) from further bidding on new U.K. government work for six months. It wasn’t until Rupert Soames OBE – Sir Winston Churchill’s grandson – took on the job as Serco’s Chief Executive in 2014, that Serco turned a new corner of profit growth.

Serco Today

Serco today is one of the biggest global companies to exist. They have contracts with:

Alliant – the vehicle for IT services across the Federal IT market;

National Security Personnel System (NSPS) – For “(NSPS) training and facilitating services throughout the Department of Defense (DoD) and agencies that needs NSPS training and implementation services;”

Seaport – The NAVSEA SEAPORT Multiple Award contract focuses on “engineering, technical, and programmatic support services for the Warfare Centers.” This is inclusive of Homeland Security and Force Protection, Strategic Weapons Systems, and multiple warfare systems.

CIP-SP3 Services and Solutions (Cost $20 Billion, expiration date 2022) – biomedical-related IT services with the National Institutes of Health (NIH) with the main objective focused on Biomedical Research and Health Sciences extending to information systems throughout the federal government. Also implementation in several key areas of Biomedical Sciences including legislation and critical infrastructure protection.

The few contracts listed above are among the vast array of transport, detention center and private prison contracts.

"ONe of the biggest companies to exist" -- really? How big? What's the market cap?

I bet they're not even as big as UPS. Let alone Apple, Walmart, Exxon, BP...

Do you have a problem with large-cap? Should everything be a cottage industry, is that it?

Ummm... yeah. it's the only way to keep wealth from becoming power. Want my vote? i'll vote for anyone who promises to end profit without responsibility... which means the death of the corporation. I say that and people yell oh no!! You can't do that! make it so anyone who profits from a company is responsible for everything it does, and the only businesses that would remain are sole proprietorships or owned by two or three people at most who trust one another implicitly! To which I say: Perfect!

its about corporations having to take responsability... i think economysuisse will crush it with misinformation of losing these corporations and employment. but its definitely the right direction real democracies should go...

Abeldanger has been tearing Serco a new one for several years now.

The guy in charge is Field McConnell, a military/civilian pilot who has brought suit against Boeing for installing their uninteruptable auto pilot in planes without the pilots knowlegde. He was friends with Chip Burlingame (pilot of AA77 of 911 fame.)

He has been researching 911 for a decade now.

Serco and G4S were involved in the Oklahoma city bombing clean up, 911 etc...

KPMG is tied in to these companies as well.

Serco controls the entire British nuclear industry, the prison system, child services, airport services... they are everywhere.

They have been linked to the British pedophhile rings, major false flag cover-ups (crisis actors, clean up, etc,) economic market manipulation, human trafficking, MH-370, red switch network - the list goes on and on and on.

Some names you might want to search:

Maureen Baginski and the Soames brothers Nicholas and Rupert.

Be warned, this shit goes deep, and it's ugly!

What puzzled me was  the appearance of this  non-informative (disinformative?)  article about $ERCO in ZH ; I  am sure that many here know what $erco really is , and what it does.

What was the point of the ZH article?

Mystery to me.

I was surprised ( with regard to the tone of the article) a list of the major shareholders was not included.

This story is not complete without and investigation into who owns/controls this company.

Additionally, now that "Mein Kampf" is free of its publication restrictions in Germany, time is right to vist one of Adolf Hilter's suggestions regarding company size. He was in favour of restricting companies to a certain size so a they could not exert undue influence within a economy.

@max

from "the tower of basel" by adam lebor

the hardline nazi ideologues around the SS wanted state control, government ownership and centralized planning of the economy (...). however the business elite, such as Schacht and Blessing (bankers), favored a more commercial approach. Germany should dominate world markets, but there was no need to control every aspect (...). Kontinental Oel was the answer.: a government supported monopoly to take over the oil industries of eastern europe, with financial services provided by Hermann Abs at Deutsche Bank.

Kontinental Oel, like IG Farben, was built on plunder, exploitation, slavery and murder. as the nazi oil empire expanded, Kont.Oil became one of the third reichs largest users of concentration camp inmates, ghetto workers and prisoners. ..... the average life expectancy of a slave laborer was between 3 and 6 month.

Serco, as crony as they come, meet the chairman and CEO, a couple of government money suckers who shake hand with the upright and square.

Rupert Soames was born to Lord and Lady Soames. He is a grandson of Sir Winston Churchill, a nephew of the former Defence Secretary Duncan Sandys and Diana Churchill; the piss head drunken Randolph Churchill and the piss head convicted Sarah Churchill and a great-nephew of the founders of the Scout movement, facist and repressed homosexual Robert Baden-Powell and Olave Baden-Powell. His brother is the Conservative MP Nicholas Soames who was fined £666 for repeatedly flouting traffic laws.

Sir Roy Alan Gardner (born 20 August 1945) is a British businessman and former director of Manchester United and most recently Plymouth Argyle. Gardner is notable for his involvement in the sale of Manchester United to American businessman Malcolm Glazer and his controversial spell as chairman of Plymouth Argyle, which resulted in the club entering administration with debts of over £17 million and accusations of financial mismanagement.

Not the sort of people you would want to do business with, complete scum.

Was the "Umbrella Corporation" based off of this company?  If this doesn't send chills down your spine nothing will.  On the bright side of things at least the same people who create new ebola-rabies-leprosy combo can also transport, monitor and detain you.  I don't want to have to deal with multiple companies when I am bleeding our my eyes and ass while being transported to the "quarantine" or private prison where I will be re-educated if I am unlucky enough to survive.

I was just listening to an interview recently where an ex Langley guy stated that they pretty much contract out all of their assassinations etc anymore.  For some reason I don't find that very comforting.

Long live the Queen!

I am pro-Serco if they can be contracted first to round up all the Islamists in England, Europe, and the US and then either imprison them and/or expel them permanently.  With regard to the peaceful native citizenry, let's leave them alone.  If Serco has to arrest, detain, and imprison the current traitors running these nations in a coup de tat, then I am definitely for this patriotic organization as well.
