No reasons given but Moscow Stock Exchange has just suspended trading [3] with no reasons specified...

One can't help but wonder if this is another 'sanction' that was not officially described by President Obama and Jack Lew...

One glimpse at the following chart of Russian stocks today and one wonders if the West needed to arrest the gains that their "costs" had imposed...
