Just a flashing headline for now from Bloomberg citing AFP:
- HOSTAGES TAKEN IN POST OFFICE IN PARIS SUBURB, POLICE SAY: AFP
It is unclear if this is a continuation to the tragic events from last week, and if there is any terrorist component to this situation, however it is worth noting that there were overnight warnings of more potential cells and attacks by ISIS-related elements.
Some more from RT [6]:
Three people have been taken hostage by an unknown gunman at a post office in Colombes, a northwest suburb of Paris, French media reported.
The gunman is armed with a Kalashnikov rifle, French RTL radio reports. He is holding from two to five people hostage, Le Figaro reports, citing police sources.
