How Google Could Rig The 2016 Election
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 08/20/2015 19:30 -0500America’s next president could be eased into office not just by TV ads or speeches, but by Google’s secret decisions, and only a few obscure researchers would know how this was accomplished.
...Perhaps the most effective way to wield political influence in today’s high-tech world is to donate money to a candidate and then to use technology to make sure he or she wins. The technology guarantees the win, and the donation guarantees allegiance, which Google has certainly tapped in recent years with the Obama administration...
Looking Back On The Presidency Of Donald Trump - A Dispatch From The Future
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 08/20/2015 17:45 -0500In the end, Trump is what America had earned. Trump is what America deserved. Trump was our reckoning. And while his rise to power was born of our failings, it also forced us to find our strength. It’s amazing how adaptable we are as human beings, isn’t it? Trump saved us.
Hillary Clinton Admits Classified Information Was Stored On Home Server
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 08/20/2015 16:55 -0500"What, with a cloth or something?," Democratic frontrunner Hillary Clinton said earlier this week, in a sarcastic and fairly condescending reply to a reporter who pressed her on whether she had attempted to wipe her private e-mail server clean before turning it over to the FBI. That was the second time in a week that Clinton has attempted to deflect questions about the server with a dark mix of humor and disdain, and it’s backfired both times. Now, the Clinton campaign has admitted that in fact, classified information was stored on the Democratic frontrunner's home e-mail server.
Iran Allowed To "Self-Inspect" Its Nuclear Sites By "Remarkably Naive And Reckless" UN
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 08/20/2015 10:07 -0500Given that self-regulation worked so well in the financial services industry, The United Nations, according to AP, has decided to allow Iran to use its own inspectors to investigate a site accused of being used to develop nuclear bombs. While the Obama administration was "confident in the agency's technical plans for investigating the possible military dimensions of Iran's former program," John Cornyn of Texas, the second-ranking Republican senator, said of the 'secret agreement' - since The UN normally does this work itself - "trusting Iran to inspect its own nuclear site and report to the U.N. in an open and transparent way is remarkably naive and incredibly reckless."
Hillary Mocks FBI Claim She Wiped Email Server Clean, "What With A Cloth Or Something?"
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 08/18/2015 17:49 -0500The stunning imbroglio of Hillary Clinton's path to The White House took another absurd twist tonight when just hours after The FBI confirmed an "attempt" was made to wipe the hard drive of her email server (or in other words, remove all data on it), the former secretary of state seemed to mock the claims in a press conference. When asked specifically if she wiped the server, she 'ummed' and 'ahhed' then jokingly said "what with a cloth or something?"
Pentagon Boosts Drone Flights 50% As Bernanke Warns Cutting Defense Spending Could Hurt Economy
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 08/18/2015 10:45 -0500In the event you were becoming concerned that the U.S. government might be backing away from its longstanding policy of endless violence, militarism and bloodshed, fear not. If we know one thing for sure, it’s that defense contractors and the military-intelligence-industrial complex must earn. And continue to earn it will.
Hilsenrath Warns Fed Is Out Of Ammo, "Policy Makers Resorting To Backup, Backup Plans"
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 08/18/2015 09:31 -0500As the U.S. economic expansion ages and clouds gather overseas, policy makers worry about recession. But, as WSJ's Jon Hilsenrath warns, their concern isn’t that a downturn is imminent but whether they will have firepower to fight back when one does arrive. "The world economy is like an ocean liner without lifeboats,” economists at HSBC Bank explained, and as looming threats are a reminder that the slow-growing global economy is just a shock away from peril, with rates already at zero, Douglas Elmendorf, the recently departed director of the CBO, warned, "policy makers are thinking about their backup, backup plans."
Officials Admit ISIS, Like Al-Qaeda, Was A Creation Of US Foreign Policy
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 08/17/2015 20:15 -0500“The Americans allowed ISIS to rise to power because they wanted to get Assad out from Syria. But they didn’t anticipate that the results would be so far beyond their control.” This was not, then, a US intelligence failure as such. Rather, the US failure to to curtail the rise of ISIS and its likely destabilization of both Iraq and Syria, was not due to a lack of accurate intelligence? - ?which was abundant and precise? - ?but due to an ill-conceived political decision to impose ‘regime change’ on Syria at any cost. We can’t come up with any other logical conclusion. Either way, such people have no business running the affairs of these United States, and their actions are merely increasing instability and violence across the planet. The longer they remain in charge with no accountability, the more dangerous this world will become.
Guest Post: Can Bernie's Soft-Evolution 'Trump' An American Second Revolution?
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 08/16/2015 11:45 -0500Americans, both the destitute and the destitute-in-waiting middle class do need a champion to forever improve their lives, or at least one to light up their torch of hope. But the senator from Vermont isn’t likely to become that champion, becoming instead the prophet heralding the advent of a savior for America’s democracy, national dignity and pride; in Christian-speak, Bernie is not a Jesus but a John the Baptist.
Americans Are Finally Waking Up To "False Flag" Terror
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 08/15/2015 20:00 -0500Governments from around the world admit they carry out false flag terror. People are slowly waking up to this whole con job by governments who want to justify war. More people are talking about the phrase “false flag” than ever before.

Submitted by Tyler Durden on 08/12/2015 06:30 -0500Hillary Clinton, bowing to pressure from GOP lawmakers, has turned over her private e-mail server to the FBI. Meanwhile, Democratic voters look to be turning on the former First Lady as a new poll has Bernie Sanders surging ahead in New Hampshire.
First GOP Primary Casualty? Rick Perry Stops Paying Staff, White House Bid In Doubt
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 08/11/2015 08:48 -0500"Oops." On the heels of a lackluster performance in the "losers" bracket of the first GOP primary debate last week, Rick Perry has reportedly stopped paying staffers in what may be the beginning of the end for the former Texas governor's second run at The White House.
Don't Be Fooled By The Political Game: The Illusion Of Freedom In America
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 08/10/2015 21:25 -0500Being a citizen in the American corporate state is much like playing against a stacked deck: you’re always going to lose. The game is rigged, and “we the people” keep getting dealt the same losing hand. Even so, most stay in the game, against all odds, trusting that their luck will change. The problem, of course, is that luck will not save us.
The Assault On Donald Trump Shows That The "2 Party System" Is Really A "1 Party System"
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 08/10/2015 18:20 -0500Normally, candidates that are not part of the “establishment” do not pose much of a threat. In order to win elections in this country, especially on a national level, you need name recognition and you need lots and lots of money. Donald Trump has both, and no matter what you may think of him you have to admit that he has star power. And he was never supposed to run for president. You see, the truth is that only members of “the club” are allowed to play. The elite very carefully groom their candidates, and they are usually able to maintain a very tight grip on both major political parties. This two-headed abomination that we call a “two party system” is in reality just a one party system.
