Swiss Franc Safe Haven

I've been getting more informed and more scared with each passing week of what's happening in the markets.
Our currency (RON) has been devaluing like crazy against everything and I'm looking for some opinions in securing what amounds to roughly 10k euros(my life's savings so far, i'm only 25) in RON against well, as much as possible.
I've been thinking about converting it into swiss francs at ING Bank Romania in case things go south for the us/eu to keep it liquid.

Need Help Regarding IRA
Submitted by howenlink on 01/28/2014 16:12 -0500I have been a ZH fan for several years. I do not understand everything I read here, but I it stretches me. And I enjoy the comments.
My question is, how can I get over my "normalcy bias" regarding my IRA. I honestly want to cash it out, pay the taxes and penalties, and put my money in something more, say, physical.
But I cannot seem to bring myself to do it. In my tax bracket I will lose approximately 50% of the "fiat value". My fears are:

I'm sure everyone is following all the crypto action these days. One of the topics that I have not seen come up before is the potential impact that distributed exchanges will have on HFT algos.
