inflation did go up significantly over the next several years

yet my investment lost a big percentage of it's value anyway

i think the problem with all of these investment vehicles is that they're nothing but ponzi schemes that only go up when everything goes up

so don't take anything i say about any financial topic seriously, because i'm obviously retarded in this regard
